I had a really old blue car wrap in bad condition on my car and wanted someone to remove it without damaging the paint. I took my car to this shop and they got it done properly in a timely fashion. Got my headlights restored as well and they look brand new! They were also kind enough to clean my red wheels while they had it in the shop. Currently my front bumper is not painted and my rear bumper needs replacement so Pure Auto Werkz gave me some suggestions. I will be bringing my car back here soon for more work to be done. Extremely satisfied! I already had an appointment with a different business but wanted another quote and thank goodness I did. Vatche was a pleasure to talk to, very kind, polite and always smiled. He did a fantastic job on my jeep, inside and out and much better than my previous place and for less! He even placed a small decal on my windshield free of charge (whereas the previous place wanted to charge me). Definitely recommend premium auto detailing and will certainly be going back! Felix and his crew are simply unbelievable! When I first reached out to Felix, I wanted to see if I could test drive a Lotus . he replied by saying when do you wanna come by and drive it we chose a date and I arrived. Everything was outlined and explained and I was off. after driving this car for a couple hours, I decided that this was gonna be my next car. I even asked him if he was willing to sell the one I drove! after researching for about a week, I decided to purchase one that I found out in Long Island. I brought the car back to Felix and his guys and they did an amazing job with PPF. They are knowledgeable and experts in their field. I had a little issue with some of the areas and they addressed them and redid them after the two week break in. I very rarely do reviews. But this review needed to be done. I've had my car for about 30,000 MI and I have two dogs. To say my car was a complete disaster is an understatement. I haven't cleaned or vacuumed it in the year and a half that I've owned it. I should have taken a before picture. Anyway, Peter the owner said that they would do the best job they could and I said, just do the best you can, anything is better than this. Well, I cannot tell you how impressed I am. This was my first time here and I asked for a bunch of business cards so I could give them out to my friends and customers at my bar. My car looks like it's brand new and I did not expect that. I've had detailings done before with my other cars and my two dogs and they have never come out this well. I cannot say enough how fantastic the job was and how fair the price was. Five stars are not enough to describe my TopGear Auto Spa experience and the quality of work that Jason and his team perform. I would rate them 100 on a scale of 1-5. From the start of my M4 project, Jason took a lot of time to discuss with me exactly what I wanted (whole car PPF, window tinting, windshield protection, and interior ceramic coating) and he assured me that the quality of the work to be done would be exceptional and he was right! I cannot believe how they have transformed my car and their attention to detail. It is extremely impressive! Jason and his team are not just detailers, they are magicians. I met Ahmed a few years ago at a car meet nearby. We talked about detailing a W124 Mercedes I had. When I dropped the car off at RPM SPA, it was carefully observed. Ahmed mentioned it was better to respray the quarter panels since he couldn’t guarantee the scuffs would come out. I advised him I would look at local body shops and get back to him. Moving forward I ended up repainting the whole entire car. Once the car was painted. I rescheduled with Ahmed. The car was dropped off after several weeks and Ahmed carefully observed the car again. This time he called with several options and this was chosen. Two step paint correction 3 year system x ss ceramic coating 2 year carbon Collective Platinum Glass coating Interior detail, steam clean, and leather conditioning. Also Ahmed noticed some overspray from the paint job and corrected it. Honestly very happy so far doing business with RPM Auto SPA.

Barely cleaned my car, got the more expensive option, still have bugs and dirt on my front bumper and front grille. They probably take cash only to make it harder to get a refund and so you can't go to your credit card company to back charge for bad service. Go to Soaring on 46 or wash your own car down on Main Ave but skip this place 👎🏿

I recently visited Rutherford Car Wash and unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the service. I paid for the #2 package, which cost about $24, but the quality was far from satisfactory. I’ve attached photos to show the results. This place used to be great, but it seems like there has been a decline in standards. I won't be returning after today. Very upset with the experience.

got my carwash and they did a wonderful service. i got two washes because my car was THAT dirty, covered in bird mess, the whole nine yards. at the end of my wash, while i was paying, Pedro pointed out a big mark on my bumper and i had already accepted that i was going to need a paint job because of it so i told him that and he said to let him try something. He has a spray bottle filled with magic because he sprayed, then wiped and instantly the red, blue, black and white scarring was gone. 10/10. i will always come back. i am also going to add before and after pics for proof because i was truly amazed.

What a great experience here! My car hasn't been washed or cleaned in 2 and half years. I am over due for a detailed cleaning. I was told about this place through friends and I gave it a shot. My car cost me $285 and it was absolutely well worth it. They are also trust worthy. There were items I lost in my car that I didn't remember and they put them in a bag and left in the trunk for me. When I came to get my car the gentleman walked me around and told me if I saw anything that needs to be touched again to let him know and there was nothing. Such an excellent job was done. They absolutely have a repeated customer not just for me but my family as well. I look forward for my car to be serviced here again.

Rate 0 stars Usually don’t do this. I understand everybody has off days but when you have a chance to do better but your response is to pay more for what was suppose to be done already is not taking accountability for a poor service that was paid for. 1/3/2024 Visited Royal Car wash payed about $40 for my dodge to be Cleaned KING. This is how it was left. Pictures below after I asked Orlando onsite manager (if that’s his name) if it can be air compressed and vacuumed a little better he said no it would cost extra. They did not air compress the pockets and did not wipe down half of interior which is part of the king package. I will not be coming back. Poor service and problem solving . All they keep telling me is I have to pay more for a service I already paid for. ( responding to reply by Orlando ) Nobody recommended any services I’m not a first time customer as I live in the area. I get the king package every time never complained. I don’t expect for the car to be 100% spotless. If I’m taking my car to the car wash it is because it is dirty outside and inside. That is why I am paying $40.00. And not just a regular wash. I am not asking for the car to be detailed. I’m asking for what I’m paying for to be done. If you look at the pictures the pockets were not air compressed at all.theres no way there still garbage on the rugs if the car is vacuumed other then the small particles. LOOK AT THE PICTURES NOT SURE HOW YOUR STILL ASKING FOR EXTRA SERVICES IF THE MAIN SERVICE HASN'T BEEN COMPLETED. ALL I ASKED WAS FOR THE GUYS TO AIR COMPRESS THE POCKETS TO REMOVE THE DEBRI IN AS IT SHOULDVE BEEN ALREADY. The quality of service has fallen so low in recent times. No matter what package or add ons you get, the results are mediocre at best. When I first came here in 2019 the quality of service was really great. Royal Touch was my favorite car wash until now. Despite lower quality, I have continued to come here when I needed a wash. Until now. They leave big, noticeable spots of dirt on the doors, bumpers, and sometimes won’t even go to the very front of the vehicle to clean. The low parts matter too. Their $10 spray wax is watered down and they don’t care to apply it everywhere. They have often skipped applying to areas like the very front or rear of the vehicle, and getting low to the bottom. Today the final straw was damage to my interior. They broke off parts of the passenger seat railing covers, leaving them in the rear foot well. There was also a detachment of the rain sensor cover on my windshield. That takes some force to do as the clips are strong. Furthermore my inspection sticker was disintegrated and peeled. Lastly, the rubber mats were placed back into the vehicle while they were still wet on the underside.

I go to this place all the time and it is decent however there is times when it is busy they do not do a good job and charges alot of money for their packages. I always get the platinum and to pay $40 for a full service car wash they need to make sure those customer’s vehicle comes out perfect and make sure all features included in the package is done to the cars. They need to not compromise being busy with the quality of the car wash. Sometimes the vacuum job and wash does not come out how it should. If it continues happening I will look at other car washes. Management needs to be around and do quality control checks to make sure customer’s are getting the quality and services included in their packages that they pay for. $40 is alot for the Platinum service and we expect Platinum results.

Edgar was great! He will go to your house which is SO convenient and he did a great job with cleaning my dirty old 2010 Subaru. I did the Supreme Detail and it was so worth the $! I had stains on my seats for years and he managed to get a lot of the stain out but not fully which is understandable because it’s been there for years. He deep cleaned the inside and outside of both cars spending over an hour on each. He was professional and did a great job at a reasonable price. Honest review... Went for the first time, and want to give some feedback. PROS -The guy who washed my car actually did a good job getting it clean. I was satisfied at how clean the car looked, and how well he dried the water off. -Wash went pretty fast for a one-guy-job. Tires and wheels ended super clean. -Price is fair for a handwash ($15 for exterior wash) CONS -A couple of the guys (employees) inside the establishment were drinking beer and smoking (while washing the cars/interacting with customers). I have no problem with folks doing that at home, but unacceptable at a public business. Simply not professional to do that in from of customers - take the beer and the cigarettes to the back guys... -The guy who washed the car was careless with the broom he used to soap up the car (come on guys, a broom scratches the clear coat of any car - recommend you invest is some washable mitts?), because he was distracted when applying the soap water, he put a scratch on my side panel. Fortunately, it didn't actually scratch the paint and it will buff out, but disappointed it happened. Overall, good value but I won't be going back for the reasons noted. I appreciate the local business, and hope this feedback is helpful.

I met Tom probably 8 months ago truth a friend recommendation which is in general a good thing. When I met Tom the first time he is straight forward in an professional way as a Mechanic. He did couple upgrades on my Audi like x-pipes, intake, stage 2 tune also upgrade my brakes performances. I have no issues till this day ! He also comes up with the right suggestions what improves that your car is running and performance in the right directions . I really happy with he’s professional aspect as a Mechanic. He’s big plus point is, that he knows how to handle European cars ! I wish Tom and he’s team all the best and im looking forward for my next visit.
