When I reported the issue, the unnamed manager suggested I contact the police, demonstrating unprofessional customer service. I strongly advise against using this establishment.

MUST bring your car to Pure Auto Werkz. John did an amazing work on my STI. The front end paint protection film, window ceramic tints, ceramic coating, paint correction and wheels powder coating were done professionally. They also detailed inside, outside, underneath and in the engine bay making my 20 year old car look as if it was brand new. John and his team are very professional and work on a lot of higher end vehicles. The shop is very clean and organized. I highly vouch for this shop to anyone who is looking for work done to their vehicle!

I took my M850 to John with a bunch of scratches and minor issues, and he and his team completely transformed it! They wrapped it in satin black, did a ceramic coating, powder-coated the wheels, and deleted the chrome—it looks like a totally different car now. Super professional service, and I loved that he kept me updated on Instagram throughout the process. Highly recommend this place!

I’ve been going to this shop for over a year now and Kathy the owner has tricked out my car from inside lights and on roof. To tail light tints and reflectors to then wrapping my front grill and of course tints. I’ve done a ton of work and everything done was the BEST PRICE & professionally done. Both my husband and I have had our cars cleaned (I have a big SUV and he has a sedan) and we could not be more pleased with Adrian’s attention to detail and how clean our cars became. Adrian and his team bring all of their own equipment and supplies and clean every ounce of your vehicle at your residence. It’s super convenient and worth the price which is very reasonable. I usually hate letting people touch my car, let alone clean it for me because I’m very OCD with my belongings and don’t like people touching my property. However, I took my chances with this detailing company and they treated my car with total care and respect, when I got my car back it looks like I just picked it up again from the Corvette museum, the car was immaculate. I don’t normally leave reviews, but this place deserved my review and I hope other people get the same quality and care in return.

I went to King of Dents because of all the 5-star reviews; now I'm here to add another! Like so many others have said here, Omar and his team are the very best. Reasonable price, flawless work and everyone was friendly and welcoming. It was also so easy to schedule and the work was completed the same day. I had a dent that other shops told me was difficult and expensive to fix. Omar removed it for a fraction of the price, and it looks brand new. Also, it was a little out of the way for me, but well worth the trip. I will absolutely return if I need their help again!

After using AFT mobile watch for a giveaway raffle for my company and hearing raving reviews, I knew I had to have him do my lease before I returned it. What an unbelievable job! For three hours, Ryan worked his magic in my three year old rogue (which had a lot of dog hair- sorry Ryan!) and I worked upstairs in my office. Talk about convenience! I am always pleased with the service I receive for my car. Due to medical reasons, I had to get my windows tinted and I think they did a great job! I could always trust the team here that they would do a reliable job. Plus, they put this plastic near your inspection stickers so it doesn’t damage your tint work. I just also found out that they have a special film to protect the paint on my car. Since I drive on highways quite a bit, I am planning on getting this special film on my hood and headlights. Felix and his crew are simply unbelievable! When I first reached out to Felix, I wanted to see if I could test drive a Lotus . he replied by saying when do you wanna come by and drive it we chose a date and I arrived. Everything was outlined and explained and I was off. after driving this car for a couple hours, I decided that this was gonna be my next car. I even asked him if he was willing to sell the one I drove! after researching for about a week, I decided to purchase one that I found out in Long Island. I brought the car back to Felix and his guys and they did an amazing job with PPF. They are knowledgeable and experts in their field. I had a little issue with some of the areas and they addressed them and redid them after the two week break in. Felix took the time to explain the proper products to maintain the fabulous finish on the vehicle. this company is top notch and aims to please all around. The staff is warm and accommodating. I met Ahmed a few years ago at a car meet nearby. We talked about detailing a W124 Mercedes I had. When I dropped the car off at RPM SPA, it was carefully observed. Ahmed mentioned it was better to respray the quarter panels since he couldn’t guarantee the scuffs would come out. I advised him I would look at local body shops and get back to him. Moving forward I ended up repainting the whole entire car. Once the car was painted. I rescheduled with Ahmed. The car was dropped off after several weeks and Ahmed carefully observed the car again. This time he called with several options and this was chosen. Two step paint correction 3 year system x ss ceramic coating 2 year carbon Collective Platinum Glass coating Interior detail, steam clean, and leather conditioning. Also Ahmed noticed some overspray from the paint job and corrected it. Honestly very happy so far doing business with RPM Auto SPA.

This place is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! The owner is so helpful and sweet. I swear my truck didn't even look this good when I bought it (newly used 09' Nissan rouge). Both my headlights were completely cloudy and these guys made them look like I bought new ones. My leather seats and carpets look brand new!!! Brought my car in for a detail which came out more like a regular car wash. Nonetheless, my car had the airbag light on and my seatbelt buckle was not working anymore after the detail service. The owner or worker told me to drive it because the light will go away, it never did. Too much to deal with when you are just going in for a simple detail and you don’t even receive the proper service.

I have asked for detail cleaning including the seats. Confirm with front desk that they are gonna wash the seats or not. After its done, I see it’s just cleaned not washed. When asked about washing, they said its a different service and will cost another $120 on top of detailing which is $70. Waste of time and money. Its not even detailed properly. Still see dust on seats and corners are not even clean.

I very rarely do reviews. But this review needed to be done. I've had my car for about 30,000 MI and I have two dogs. To say my car was a complete disaster is an understatement. I haven't cleaned or vacuumed it in the year and a half that I've owned it. I should have taken a before picture. Anyway, Peter the owner said that they would do the best job they could and I said, just do the best you can, anything is better than this. Well, I cannot tell you how impressed I am. This was my first time here and I asked for a bunch of business cards so I could give them out to my friends and customers at my bar. My car looks like it's brand new and I did not expect that. I've had detailings done before with my other cars and my two dogs and they have never come out this well. I cannot say enough how fantastic the job was and how fair the price was.
