I purchased this car about a year ago. When I got her, she was supposed to just be a nice, cheap daily driver, and after an engine and a transmission being replaced in my "driveway" plus parts totaling to about $8k, I felt she needed a little love, since clearly the previous owners did not love her. Hometown did an amazing job bringing the shine back to my car! I contacted them via messages by Google and I was immediately taken care of! Brian, the owner, is a great guy, Amanda was super nice and helpful and Michael made my Sentra look like the $8k she's cost me! I had numerous paint flaws and Michael worked around them masterfully and I doubt this poor car has ever seen a buffer in it's life prior to today! 10/10 would absolutely recommend Hometown Detailing! (The floor mats came from a car in U-Pull It and we're FAR worse than that prior to being cleaned. They were heavily stained with oil and who knows what else but now are soft and thanks to the carpet extraction they actually STICK to the carpet and don't slide all over)

The owner was very gracious. I had circled the area 5 times & was unable to locate his place. This man stayed on the phone, giving me directions AND was outside when I pulled up. Andre and his crew are professional, customer-focused, reliable, and prompt. They did a thorough detail of my car. Most importantly, they got rid of all the dog hair, which took them two hours. Was my first time using this wash and I was very impressed. I was helped by a guy named Seth. He was great and was really helpful recommending products, quotes, and went as far as explaining how to get a stain out. He really went out of his way to be helpful. As a manager myself, I was so impressed I asked him if I could speak to his manager to say how kind and supportive he was. Turns out he is the manager! Zach Stinson runs a one man show. And it shows why. He is all about using top quality products and making your vehicle look better than when you bought it. I got the diamond detail and when he was done my truck went from looking like a beach on the inside to fresh and clean. The paint on the outside looked shinier than ever. I got stopped by random people and they asked if it was brand new and I had to say it's four years old. He is all about quality of work so make it clear when you need it done by or he'll keep working on it because he enjoys what he does.

Anthony did an amazing job on my 1966 Bronco! The paint is original and he took the 57 year old paint from dull and lifeless to now having a mirror shine! The chrome also looks amazing and even the windows have a new sparkle to them. He also recommended an oil undercoating to protect it from rust and give it a rich look. Our restorer (Mike’s Restoration in Elkhorn) referred us to Anthony’s Automotive Detailing and said that Anthony is the best in town! Love the appointment reminder texts and Anthony was in contact throughout the detail sending pics and giving updates. Definitely a 5-star business!

Nissan of Omaha used them to do a full body exterior buff and polish. Therefore after not doing what they said they would do. My car came back with a chipped deck lid, burned paint off my driver door handle and surface scratches galore. Worst detail job I’ve ever seen. Sickens me that they then deny to Nissan they didn’t chip my paint and burn my door handle on a car with less then 5k miles on it. Take pride your work you dishonest bum.

Dom was very friendly and professional. The detail he did on my 2012 Chevy Express van was probably the best detail work I’ve ever gotten done. Beautiful work! I thought I was just paying to have a cat accident in the back seat taken care of, but my car came back looking (and smelling) brand new! In addition to meticulously cleaning the inside of the car, they also removed all the scuffs from the outside, washed and waxed it, and even put armor-all on the tires! And all of this done on New Year’s Eve! Tom and his crew were friendly and responsive. I can’t stop smiling❤️❤️

Anyone with a Tesla Model 3 (or any car for that matter) should use BMF Custom for all their window tinting needs! They are the only place in Omaha that I found that would tint the large curved back window glass of the Model 3 (did it in one piece too!) and they did a fantastic job! VERY reasonably priced and had whole car done in a couple of hours. Took these pics quickly on a rainy day. Wanted to get them uploaded to help fellow model 3 owners.

Just picked up my boat after having Ed and his crew ceramic coat it. WOW is my first impression. color is so much deeper and the metallic it it pops like never before. EGS went above and beyond to make sure it was perfect. Terrible customer service. Signed up for a monthly detailing service. They never showed up and never communicated until days later. Refunded my money for the first month, but they never canceled my service so I've been charged twice since. Spoken to someone each time, assured it would be cancelled and money refunded, but neither has happened. Buyer beware.

Stay far away from this farce of a detail shop. Not only do they have no clue on how to detail a vehicle (left water spots in the door sills, under the hood/trunk, did not clean the fender wells, wheel barrels, interior windows, no shampoo of the carpet or leather conditioner,) they also installed the jankiest paint protection film (PPF) I've ever seen. No manufacturer's warranty, did not prep the paint properly to receive the PPF, cut the PPF while on the vehicle, thereby cutting the paint, and air bubbles everywhere that will not disappear. I took it back for them to fix, and it still looks horrible and is not properly applied. There are WAY better detailers and PPF installers in the Omaha area. 8-16-24 - You know which car it is. How many indigo blue Challengers have you had in your shop in the last few weeks?? I’ll post a picture of the botched scratch repair to jog your memory.

I decided to write this review immediately after getting home from Elite Auto Spa! I was so impressed when I stepped into my car after an interior detail. The staff truly went above and beyond to clean the interior of my car. I have two younger children who had smashed in so many snacks into the seats that I could not keep up! I had cleaned the interior of my car before, but their attention to detail could not be matched. The interior detailing was worth every penny! I would happily recommend them to anyone!
