Edit: Wanting to make people aware, no one ended up reaching out to me from this business. I was going to try out their car wash to see if that was where they were getting all their good reviews, but their lack of customer service and follow through makes me doubt it’s worth my time. I purchased a used vehicle, so the next day I brought it in for a full interior clean. ($170 +tax/tip.) The carpets had already been cleaned by the dealership, but needed vacuuming. It mainly needed a good cleaning in all the cup holders, knobs etc. When I came to pick it up, they had me pay inside first while waiting for the tech to come show me the car.. my mistake. When I went to put in the kids car seat, I noticed the backseat leather was shiny, but not wiped down at all! It looked like they sprayed it but didn’t actually clean anywhere! The same junk in the crevices, dark smudge on the back of the drivers seat, and what looked to be dog hair stuck around the interior! That was not there before, so I’m guessing a rag used in a previous car quickly went over it but not in ANY grooves. I went in and told him, and he took the car back in. He literally just wiped the one spot I showed him even though I said I didn’t think anyone even actually deep cleaned it. I took it home upset and had to re-clean the whole thing myself. The pictures show just some of the areas I found that hadn’t even been touched. They didn’t even open the glove compartment since it was still full of dust inside. I can’t believe how terrible of a job they did for what I paid. If I could do zero stars I would. No vacuuming around the pedals, or wiping those down either. My 8 year old son told me to let him clean it next time and he would put in more effort.

If ur looking for no detail to ur detail this is the place to go! My mats are dirty, windows are streaked , one was never even touched, I can see dust in the vents. And my leather seats feel oily so oily i set my phone down and it's all over my screen. Was supposed to get a wash with detail could still see fingerprints from opening and closing doors, dirt streaks on rear bumper, spots EVERYWHERE. No tire shine Worst experience in my life for 270+ dollars. And now I have found a big scratch on my glove box. If I could give zero stars I absolutely would.

I don't hand out excellent ratings much, especially auto detailers because my Dad detailed cars for years. But Bryan's Showroom Quality Mobile Detailing did an outstanding job on my family SUV. My kids had done quite a bit of damage but Bryan had it looking showroom new. Light leather seats came out beautiful and the carpets and paint were restored in areas I didn't think possible. Details such as the headliner and unseen areas of the steering wheel were attended to. He even took the time to clean up debris in the driveway before he left. Folks, this is a hard working quality detailer and I haven't seen the likes of him since moving here in 2011. I'm glad I finally found the guy that will be taking care of all my cars going forward.

Andre and his crew are professional, customer-focused, reliable, and prompt. They did a thorough detail of my car. Most importantly, they got rid of all the dog hair, which took them two hours. Even once they were finished, they had noticed in the light a bit more, and went back in and made sure it was perfect. I was so appreciative of their initiative. So went to the Bellevue Location to get my 2012 Chevy Camaro washed on 09/28/24 thinking everything would be ok boy I was WRONG! I just got the car a few days ago yes it's used but that's not the point. The guy there that was in charge acted like he didn't know what was going on. So now I gotta probably wait forever to talk to someone even longer to get fixed if they will even pay for it. If u value your vehicle do not risk going there. If I half to pay a dime outta pocket to fix this I will look into taking legal action.

Normally no issues, but after a snow storm there is a line out to the road because they will only let members use one lane and the other lane is open. So being proactive and to speed things up I go into the non-member lane and the attendant makes me wait for 4 cars because I cut them off. I said just trying to get the line moving and so cars aren’t blocking the entrances to the other businesses and he said “don’t care, it happens, this is my business.” Boggles my mind how people refuse to work smarter.

I recently had my car detailed at Hometown Detailing, and I couldn't be more impressed with the results. Talk about attention to detail! While I wish I had taken a before picture to show just how much my two boys had wreaked havoc on the car, the after photos are absolutely spectacular. The car looks brand new! The owner was very gracious. I had circled the area 5 times & was unable to locate his place. This man stayed on the phone, giving me directions AND was outside when I pulled up. Ben did a complete PPF wrap on our 2023 F-Pace SVR and we couldn't be happier. We will be using the car for road trips and wanted to minimize road rash, and since the car is black we wanted to avoid the micro scratches that are a chronic problem with black paint. The result was beautiful and nearly flawless. After a few weeks I brought the car back for a few very minor details (I am a bit of a perfectionist) and Ben fixed them all with a smile. The car looks flawless now and will now look better than new years into the future. Joey on the detail side worked on the F-Pace and also did an excellent detail job on our black F-Type a couple of years back. If I could give this carwash 0 stars I would and I’m not one to leave bad reviews normally. I have been a member since last year after purchasing a new car. Last week I went through the carwash with no prior damage to my vehicle and when I came out while drying it off I noticed tons of scratches all over my vehicle. I immediately started a claim with the manager. He took photos of all of the damages. Headquarters emailed me stating they didn’t feel the damages were caused by the carwash and that they will not be covering any damages and closing the claim. I contacted headquarters to speak with someone else regarding this and they said they don’t override any decision of a claims agent. I’m getting an estimate from a body shop next, but this is going to be significant and Club carwash stated I just need to file a claim with my own insurance. Members and all customers beware, they do not take responsibility and don’t value their members.

For me personally I feel like $20 is a lot of money to spend on a car wash, but a kid in the neighborhood was selling them for a fundraiser so I purchased one. I had high expectations as there were 3 people spraying the car before I actually entered the wash portion. They were very friendly and seemed to do a thorough job. As I exited the wash I could still see bubbles streaming down my back window. I went across the street to the Walmart to grab a few things, when I came out the car was completely dry and still dirty. Honestly the little gas station car wash at half the price does a comparable job. I will save my money and go there in the future.

My experience with Russell Speeders was absolutely amazing, I spoiled myself and gotten the full service on my SUV and I am in complete shock still.
