Edit: Wanting to make people aware, no one ended up reaching out to me from this business. I was going to try out their car wash to see if that was where they were getting all their good reviews, but their lack of customer service and follow through makes me doubt it’s worth my time. I purchased a used vehicle, so the next day I brought it in for a full interior clean. ($170 +tax/tip.) The carpets had already been cleaned by the dealership, but needed vacuuming. It mainly needed a good cleaning in all the cup holders, knobs etc. When I came to pick it up, they had me pay inside first while waiting for the tech to come show me the car.. my mistake. When I went to put in the kids car seat, I noticed the backseat leather was shiny, but not wiped down at all! It looked like they sprayed it but didn’t actually clean anywhere! The same junk in the crevices, dark smudge on the back of the drivers seat, and what looked to be dog hair stuck around the interior! That was not there before, so I’m guessing a rag used in a previous car quickly went over it but not in ANY grooves. I went in and told him, and he took the car back in. He literally just wiped the one spot I showed him even though I said I didn’t think anyone even actually deep cleaned it. I took it home upset and had to re-clean the whole thing myself. The pictures show just some of the areas I found that hadn’t even been touched. They didn’t even open the glove compartment since it was still full of dust inside. I can’t believe how terrible of a job they did for what I paid. If I could do zero stars I would. No vacuuming around the pedals, or wiping those down either. My 8 year old son told me to let him clean it next time and he would put in more effort.

Attentive, quick, amazing. My truck was a victim of the recent hail storm, so I needed to get it cleaned up to assess the damage. Normally I hand wash it, as it has a vinyl wrap on it. But today I didn't have the time or energy. My truck was embarrassingly dirty when I showed up, so much so that it looked gray instead of dark green. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and after going through the wash once, the attendant at the quality check station advised me to go back through for a free wash. I didn't want to be a pain, but they insisted it was only right, to get the remaining gunk off my truck (layers of dirt had built up because I'm a 2x a year washer). After going through the 2nd time, the staff took extra care to make sure the job was done well. Seriously, thank you.

I don't hand out excellent ratings much, especially auto detailers because my Dad detailed cars for years. But Bryan's Showroom Quality Mobile Detailing did an outstanding job on my family SUV. My kids had done quite a bit of damage but Bryan had it looking showroom new. Light leather seats came out beautiful and the carpets and paint were restored in areas I didn't think possible. Details such as the headliner and unseen areas of the steering wheel were attended to. He even took the time to clean up debris in the driveway before he left. Folks, this is a hard working quality detailer and I haven't seen the likes of him since moving here in 2011. I'm glad I finally found the guy that will be taking care of all my cars going forward.

Andre and his crew are professional, customer-focused, reliable, and prompt. They did a thorough detail of my car. Most importantly, they got rid of all the dog hair, which took them two hours. Even once they were finished, they had noticed in the light a bit more, and went back in and made sure it was perfect. I was so appreciative of their initiative. I purchased this car about a year ago. When I got her, she was supposed to just be a nice, cheap daily driver, and after an engine and a transmission being replaced in my "driveway" plus parts totaling to about $8k, I felt she needed a little love, since clearly the previous owners did not love her. Hometown did an amazing job bringing the shine back to my car! I contacted them via messages by Google and I was immediately taken care of! Brian, the owner, is a great guy, Amanda was super nice and helpful and Michael made my Sentra look like the $8k she's cost me! I had numerous paint flaws and Michael worked around them masterfully and I doubt this poor car has ever seen a buffer in it's life prior to today! 10/10 would absolutely recommend Hometown Detailing! (The floor mats came from a car in U-Pull It and we're FAR worse than that prior to being cleaned. They were heavily stained with oil and who knows what else but now are soft and thanks to the carpet extraction they actually STICK to the carpet and don't slide all over)

The owner was very gracious. I had circled the area 5 times & was unable to locate his place. This man stayed on the phone, giving me directions AND was outside when I pulled up. Ben did a complete PPF wrap on our 2023 F-Pace SVR and we couldn't be happier. We will be using the car for road trips and wanted to minimize road rash, and since the car is black we wanted to avoid the micro scratches that are a chronic problem with black paint. The result was beautiful and nearly flawless. After a few weeks I brought the car back for a few very minor details (I am a bit of a perfectionist) and Ben fixed them all with a smile. The car looks flawless now and will now look better than new years into the future. Joey on the detail side worked on the F-Pace and also did an excellent detail job on our black F-Type a couple of years back. Only come to this place if you want to get your car paint messed up. I filed a claim for them to fix grit marks caused by a car in front of me in the line (which was very dirty) and they said the marks were “inconsistent” for the type of equipment that they have. Awful customer service.

Fair pricing! Made my model y look absolutely new inside and out. Honestly looks much better than the time of delivery. Highly recommended. Anton helped do some final touches, highly appreciate his attention to detail and the manager sam was very helpful with scheduling and communicated well throughout the appointment. They get busy especially during the summer so recommend getting an appointment ahead of time. I see myself coming back again.

I don’t write reviews very often, but this experience was absolutely AMAZING! I had some rusty water dripping on my car in a public parking lot that I couldn’t remove with a regular wash or iron remover. I showed up at J&A AUTO SALON (without an appointment), and these guys really know their craft. They removed the marks from both the paint and plastic moldings within minutes, and I was on my way to enjoy the rest of my day!

Was my first time using this wash and I was very impressed. I was helped by a guy named Seth. He was great and was really helpful recommending products, quotes, and went as far as explaining how to get a stain out. He really went out of his way to be helpful. As a manager myself, I was so impressed I asked him if I could speak to his manager to say how kind and supportive he was. Turns out he is the manager! My husband’s Taycan was filthy after a recent storm. There was moss and pine needles in all of the crevices, and the exterior, in general, was pretty grimy. Eco Car Cafe was amazing! Even though I missed getting into their calendar soon enough to find an opening that worked for me, we texted back and forth and they fit me in quickly. I was happy with the location in the Hyatt Regency garage on Bellevue Way, right by 13 Coins. I could tell by their set up when I arrived that they took their work seriously. Edgar greeted me promptly and he was very professional and courteous. It took about three hours to complete the Elite package and an extra half hour to remove some tree sap from the windows. The results were night and day from how the car looked when I dropped it off. My husband was happy when he saw it and I know we will use Eco Car Cafe again soon!
