This last week we had our Ford Transit van detailed and paid for the $350 interior service. I will say the staff was very friendly and were able to fit me in which is much appreciated, however I specifically asked for the upholstery to be cleaned and the carpets since we were selling our vehicle. When I picked up the vehicle I was stunned at how the floor and the seats looked. The carpet and seats looked as though they had been thoroughly vacuumed but a lot of the dirt and grime was still everywhere as though they had never been steam cleaned or rubbed with a wet rag. I pointed this out and the representative said that a lot of them did not come out but he did spot clean a few really bad spots and they were a little better. However I took my van home took a bucket of hot water and some microfiber cloths and I scrubbed the carpet and the seats and every mark or stain came out with some elbow grease. My guess is whoever did this vehicle was rushed and did not do a very thorough job. I see lots of positive reviews so my guess is they were rushed on the day they worked on my vehicle but either way paying $350 for a mediocre clean job is pretty unfortunate.

Recently bought a car from a dealership in Missoula and wasn’t satisfied with the cleanliness of the car. Got in contact with CB Mobile Detail and they took care of everything! It was super easy to set up an appointment, you can call and there is an online appointment option also. They got me in quick and came out to my house to do it. They had their own generator and had my car knocked out pretty quickly. I just had the inside of my car detailed but they did an amazing job with the lingering smells and overall cleanliness of the car. Very impressed and definitely worth what they ask. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good and honest car detail!

Christi did an excellent job! I love that she has a mobile service and can come to you so that I don't have to leave my car somewhere or have someone else drive my car. She also committed her time in the rain and cold. The interior looks fantastic and spent plenty of time getting white dog hair out of black carpet and interior, it looks brand new! Answered my call right away and squeezed me in the next morning! I accidentally broke a bottle of wine I forgot in my backseat while driving and the whole thing leaked out onto the floor. He was able to clean out the wine and got almost all the smell out. Fairly priced and efficient!

After being repeatedly turned away by body shops for work needed done on my glorious Corvette, Southside agreed to do the work right away. Steve and Mitch were really upfront and helpful. Would be a return customer! Update: Got about $3500 (cash) work done on my 50k mile '97 Corvette -the hood and driver side fender are not flush (it looks pretty bad), the paint didn't blend well with existing and to top it off, the parts I kept that were removed from the car were set in the back hatch area and left 2 huge grease stains on the carpeting. Had this been a random, higher mileage car, not a big deal, but this is my low mile, good condition Corvette. C'mon man. If I ever sold the car, any potential buyer would be highly concerned with these defects- not to mention that every time I drive it, I can see the hood sitting above the fender. I should've looked it over better upon receiving the car back, so that's on me. Will be contacting them with these issues upon returning to town.

I had one piece of equipment detailed here. The driver had a dog. I asked them if they would be able to get it to clean, It was only 6 months old. The equipment not the dog. I asked them to not use anything to make any services shiny inside of the vehicle. Just clean it. I went and picked it up and they charged me double with they quoted me on. And didn't even get it clean. There was still dog hair everywhere, all they did was spray some stuff to make the services shiny and wiped it with a rag. All in all I had to wait to post the review because of how irritated I was over it. I would rather spend my money with local businesses, but when they treat other locals like this it's not worth it.

I brought in a 2013 Avalanche that was covered in brush scratches. They did such a beautiful job getting the scratches out and cleaning the inside that it looks brand new!!! I couldn’t believe how beautiful it looked. I have had it detailed several times by the dealership and it was nothing in comparison to what Day’s Detailing did. In addition, the detailer sent me photos and video of his progress. I will continue to take my cars to Day’s!!!

Got through the wash and my front windshield. Had a crack right as I was out of the wash. The company told me that there was a a problem with my windshield. But it wasn’t cracked tell I went through there wash… I think they are liable and are to replace it. But there employee just said oh yeah, the hose can crack the window if there’s a nick in the window..

yes, I drove my car through last week and I thought your car wash did terrible also thinking the hand wipe off was ridiculously bad. I had to rub my whole car down my cell to get bugs and the other type of debris off of it my side mirrors were like rubbed in a circle of nothing, but I don’t know what it was nothing that was on there, terribly gross, sorry I did not think about taking pictures, but if you believe one of your ex customers at all take heed

I love this place! When I get fuel, the best wash option is only $7! The employees are always polite and super nice... even when the poor guys are working in 100° heat. My special needs son loves going through a car wash and seeing all the colors and water swish all around the car. That makes it fun, too! I get a great car wash and make my son happy at the same time.

I attained a screw in my front left tire from this place! I have not had these tires for more than a month. I let the manager know and he was rude saying it was not possible to had come from there and this was my first and only stop in Missoula. He did say his manager would be there tomorrow morning... Car wash was good. Treatment of my tires was not. I will not return. And i will recommend anyone else to avoid this carwash if you care about your vehicle's tires!!

I used Magic Touch for a couple years and after my wife started using Metro Express I decided to give them a try. So I took my Bronco through once and it did a TERRIBLE job. It was caked with mud, but it should still get clean, right? Nope. The bottom of the door sills was still dirty especially behind the rear wheels. The whole back looked like they didn’t even try. The spare tire sticks out, but even that didn’t get clean. Magic Touch takes longer but the reason is that a real true human being power washes the entire thing before you even drive though the actual car wash. Human beings also hand wipe it down at the other end. This place is all automated so you don’t get any of that, all you get is a person with a little paddle telling you to put it in neutral. Then it got worse. I had signed up for the $29.99 monthly special, and asked for my money back. Again, nope. A single car wash costs FREAKING 25 DOLLARS so all they would do was refund me the $4.99. Oh boy the guy heard about that (at that point I was not very pleasant) but refused to budge. So not only does your car not get clean but their customer service is equally bad. Do yourself a huge favor, stay away from this place.

I have given them five stars and I will continue to do that; however, they need to come up with a solution for washing the and cleaning the floor mats and other parts of the interior of a car during the winter months. They have free vacuums included in their package price, yet the mat cleaning machines are out of service in the winter because they say it's too cold. There is technology out there that would allow mat cleaners to be heated and allow them to continue to be used in the winter to clean mats. I wasn't born yesterday. I've had experience in both North Carolina and New Hampshire, with unlimited car wash options who will at least wash your mats for you through the automated car wash system somehow - not sure of the logistics of it - but they will do it. They also have an interior express clean in one place in Idaho, but are not willing to put the money into creating that kind of express interior cleaning in other locations, such as Spokane where there's a lot of business and a lot of people would love to have an express interior cleaning option. Especially during the winter the floor mats get more dirty and more used because of the mud and snow and ice and changing temperatures. I hardly ever have to clean my mats in the summer, yet I need to do them every week in the winter, and their program of providing the mats in the mat cleaner in the summer but not in the winter is counterintuitive to when people need it MOST. I certainly would be willing to pay a few extra bucks each month for the unlimited pass if it could include at least cleaning of mats in the winter time. I did reach out to Metro and submitted this request to their customer service team, and I'm very willing to report to you later on how they responded to it.

Best carwash in Missoula. Touchless, so no scratches and doesn't damage your mirrors, paint, and antenna like Metro down the street. Ran by real people who start and end your wash by hand. Also, easily the most powerful vacuums, with air nozzles for the crevasses, and free washer fluid at each vacuum.

Decent selection of modes. I like a car wash that has a high-pressure wax so I can rinse with it and not have to do a rinse then low-pressure wax. Happy to see they added tap-to-pay since the card readers failed a lot. However, I tapped in bay 1, it charged me $10 and didn't work. I went to bay 2 and tapped and it worked, though it didn't allow me enough time to quite finish a basic wash and rinse of a small car. I hit the button to add time but it has a short limit. I have 1 pre-auth in my checking account for $12.25. Maybe the short wash was on $2.25 but I don't really know. Hopefully the tap-to-pay gets better. Man, I miss the Lolo car wash. How am I supposed to keep my cars from corroding from the ice melt liquid that Missoula puts on the roads? EDIT: Thanks for the reply from the owner.

I like this car wash and like the fact that you can use a credit card or debit card to pay, but I went there last weekend and used my debit card to pay and I use the car wash for 3 and 1/2 minutes took me a minute and a half to finally get the thing to shut off and it said it would charge me $2.50. but on my online statement they charged me $10 and has been nearly a week and they still have not refunded me the $7.50. so be careful if you use your debit card to pay for your car wash

First time at the car wash paid 20 bucks. Had to go through twice since their was still soap on the roof of my car which they let me go again and second time through felt scraping under my car. Got home and checked it and it scrapped up my rims and only shined the tires on the opposite side. Never going back.

Took my car through the automatic car wash paid for the “works” I could have done better with a hose and a dirty rag. When it said touchless I thought the water would at least touch my car! My car is dirtier than before I went through. Basically burned $12 for absolutely nothing. Worst car wash ever. My car had just had a full detail and is relatively clean and my car was freshly waxed so it doesn’t take much to remove the dust but this didn’t remove any dust. Save yourself the time and money this car wash doesn’t work

My go-to car wash and vacuuming spot. Change machine is inside. You can also buy shams and wipes inside. There is a 3-motor vacuum available, which also takes card payments. As a Lyft driver, I have used the shampoo brush for messes. It works really well.

So convenient to have a self-serve dog wash in town, and it makes so much sense at a car wash! My dog wouldn't walk up the ramp to the wash basin, she's anxious and older. I was able to wash her on the concrete floor though. They should really expand to have two wash stations, like two walk in showers. They take cards, makes it super easy, would use again.

Biggest P.O.S. car wash I have ever visited. A real shame because this was one of the best car washes in Missoula when it first opened. Over a period of just a couple of years, I have watched the management run this business straight into the ground. My latest and last visit was finally enough. Four wash bays and I had to leave with my car covered in soap because I could not get a single one to work. The lady ahead of me couldn't get her's to stop and it just kept running up her credit card. Of course, even though it was during business hours, no one was present to deal with the problems. Absolutely ridiculous!! If ever a business deserved to go broke, this is the one. Best of luck!

This wash is clean, well lit and seems very safe. That being said, I've used this wash numerous times to rinse mud from underneath or whatever. I always regret it. When you actually want to clean the car, no matter if it's the top tier auto wash or the self service, it's never clean. Always residual leftovers and hard water spots. Price has gone up and now the machines that used to dispense quarters now give car wash tokens. I don't want 10$ worth of tokens. 3$ to start but you will drain your bank to ever get it clean. I will go farther away or use the more reputable and modern facilities on brooks

HORRIBLE! Not only does this car wash have way too much pressure( for the very little amount it cleans your car) but the owner doesn’t take any responsibility once so ever. Broke a plastic piece off my trunk and also the glass off of my side mirror. When I called him he too no accountability for how much damaged the machine did when I simply just told him that fir any car that’s older to maybe post a sign that says do not use for any car older then this year. Horrible customer service and horrible way of going about business. Never again will anyone I know use this “car wash”
