They exceeded my expectations on how good they could make it look! It is ready to sell and I believe because of their work I am able to get more for my car than if I had not gone to Shine. They did an incredible job cleaning up the interior of the car which was filled with dog hair from the previous owner. Answered my call right away and squeezed me in the next morning! I accidentally broke a bottle of wine I forgot in my backseat while driving and the whole thing leaked out onto the floor. He was able to clean out the wine and got almost all the smell out. Fairly priced and efficient!

After being repeatedly turned away by body shops for work needed done on my glorious Corvette, Southside agreed to do the work right away. Steve and Mitch were really upfront and helpful. Would be a return customer! Update: Got about $3500 (cash) work done on my 50k mile '97 Corvette -the hood and driver side fender are not flush (it looks pretty bad), the paint didn't blend well with existing and to top it off, the parts I kept that were removed from the car were set in the back hatch area and left 2 huge grease stains on the carpeting. Had this been a random, higher mileage car, not a big deal, but this is my low mile, good condition Corvette. C'mon man. If I ever sold the car, any potential buyer would be highly concerned with these defects- not to mention that every time I drive it, I can see the hood sitting above the fender. I should've looked it over better upon receiving the car back, so that's on me. Will be contacting them with these issues upon returning to town.

I had one piece of equipment detailed here. The driver had a dog. I asked them if they would be able to get it to clean, It was only 6 months old. The equipment not the dog. I asked them to not use anything to make any services shiny inside of the vehicle. Just clean it. I went and picked it up and they charged me double with they quoted me on. And didn't even get it clean. There was still dog hair everywhere, all they did was spray some stuff to make the services shiny and wiped it with a rag. All in all I had to wait to post the review because of how irritated I was over it. I would rather spend my money with local businesses, but when they treat other locals like this it's not worth it.

I brought in a 2013 Avalanche that was covered in brush scratches. They did such a beautiful job getting the scratches out and cleaning the inside that it looks brand new!!! I couldn’t believe how beautiful it looked. I have had it detailed several times by the dealership and it was nothing in comparison to what Day’s Detailing did. In addition, the detailer sent me photos and video of his progress. I will continue to take my cars to Day’s!!!

I love this car wash. Always leaves my car sparkling even with the cheapest wash. If you have a lot of mud on your car, they will let you go through a second time without charge to make sure it is all removed. This is perfect for our Montana winter. The workers are always kind and make you feel welcomed. Especially the day I went when 2 young men were working.

I used Magic Touch for a couple years and after my wife started using Metro Express I decided to give them a try. So I took my Bronco through once and it did a TERRIBLE job. It was caked with mud, but it should still get clean, right? Nope. The bottom of the door sills was still dirty especially behind the rear wheels. The whole back looked like they didn’t even try. The spare tire sticks out, but even that didn’t get clean. Magic Touch takes longer but the reason is that a real true human being power washes the entire thing before you even drive though the actual car wash. Human beings also hand wipe it down at the other end. This place is all automated so you don’t get any of that, all you get is a person with a little paddle telling you to put it in neutral. Then it got worse. I had signed up for the $29.99 monthly special, and asked for my money back. Again, nope. A single car wash costs FREAKING 25 DOLLARS so all they would do was refund me the $4.99. Oh boy the guy heard about that (at that point I was not very pleasant) but refused to budge. So not only does your car not get clean but their customer service is equally bad. Do yourself a huge favor, stay away from this place.

2nd time I have been to this location and both times the tire shine didn’t work right resulting in my tires to be shiny in one area not the whole tire I even mentioned something to the employee about how I didn’t work right last time and he responded by saying yeah it hasn’t been working right for awhile now but it should be fine now…it wasn’t. (why not check why it’s not working right or turn the thing off) actually signed up for a membership which I will be immediately canceling! Vacuums literally SUCK and lack power and won’t even pick up hair off my interior carpet. Also wash does a terrible job with fender wells and misses spots on side of my truck! I will be returning to Happy Days Car Wash where they actually care what your car looks like!

I've been here since they opened and have loved it, but now I don't know how much longer I will be going there. The new power wash for cars is kinda who they choose to do it on 3 different times now I've been skipped with it and they just do the soap scrubber, but they do the car infront of me and behind me and it's kinda annoying because I have to highest membership. Also the vaccumes don't work anymore and there's never any towels. Might be going somewhere else soon.

Brett who works at the power wash is a very polite and helpful gentleman. He is very knowledgeable on ways of getting oil and other debris off your car. The place is kept really clean. They also have vacuums there. It's relatively priced for a car wash. It's easy to find. On the corner of Mount and Russell.

Me and my child went to wash our truck. Paid and began to wash everything was fine until the attendant started to harass us about a handful sticks that were in the bed of the truck. We were not planning on washing out the bed just getting the bugs and dirt off the paint etc. The attendant clearly didn’t have anything better to do besides trolling around my vehicle and my son. He placed his garbage can so close to my vehicle that I simply could not walk around without him harassing us further. We were not able to complete our wash which was unfortunate since we already paid. I ended the was and had to leave because of how uncomfortable the attendant was making us. I will never come back to this car wash and will be sure to keep my friends and family away. If I could give this place a zero star I would.

While I have used this car wash many times with no issue, last Sunday 3/9/2024 at around 11:10 am on Bay 2 (second from the East), the sprayer would produce no pressure. I would like a refund on my card please as I was not able to wash my car. I tried calling the phone number listed a few times and it just goes to a message saying the mailbox is full. I saw your response. It still says the mailbox is full when I call.

Decent selection of modes. I like a car wash that has a high-pressure wax so I can rinse with it and not have to do a rinse then low-pressure wax. Happy to see they added tap-to-pay since the card readers failed a lot. However, I tapped in bay 1, it charged me $10 and didn't work. I went to bay 2 and tapped and it worked, though it didn't allow me enough time to quite finish a basic wash and rinse of a small car. I hit the button to add time but it has a short limit. I have 1 pre-auth in my checking account for $12.25. Maybe the short wash was on $2.25 but I don't really know. Hopefully the tap-to-pay gets better. Man, I miss the Lolo car wash. How am I supposed to keep my cars from corroding from the ice melt liquid that Missoula puts on the roads? EDIT: Thanks for the reply from the owner.
