I will never go to anybody else as I was absolutely amazed with how it looks! My car both inside and outside looks brand new. I had the ceramic coating plus detail done both in and out, and I cannot believe the difference it made! My car wasnt bad to begin with but now- its showroom ready again! So worth it!!!! I had my 2018 F-150 side windows tinted by this company and they look amazing! They match my other Super Crew back windows perfectly. The staff was also very friendly and the job only took around 1 1/2 hours. I highly recommend these guys for your windows tinting needs.

$550 service “sellers package” is embarrassing. Many areas of the car were never touched or wiped down, the leather seats were conditioned but not cleaned so there is a greasy, grit all over every surface and the leather is still very dirty. The interior headliner fabric was never touched, not even wiped. Even the most common areas such as the door handles, door compartments, seatbelts, and rear view mirror were totally overlooked. I don’t believe the back was even cleaned (see photos) the 3rd row was simply opened and the seats were conditioned. These items would be standard cleaning in a regular car service and I expected as much in a high end “detailing” service. I contacted the owner before posting and Conrad has suggested the car got dirty within an hour of me leaving his business. I find this statement is extremely unprofessional. He made statements that this is “the worst car” he’s ever “detailed” which I disagree with wholeheartedly. Our car is used as a family vehicle and we do have kids and also dogs with a lot of fur - I would never expect every last hair to be out of that car. Most importantly, the dog hair left behind is not a complaint I have with the service- the untouched areas and dirt left behind is not acceptable. The owner sited that the fully removable carpets were difficult to clean and while I find them cleaned throughly they were left soaking wet, dripping in my car, covered in a grease/water mixture and I was not notified they may be wet still and should be removed to dry completely. I run my own small business and prioritize patronizing small businesses, but given the result of the detailing I purchased I would not recommend this business, especially for the cost and the result received. Very disappointed with this business. I had an appointment scheduled 3 weeks in advance to get my Audi Q5 detailed. When I showed up to drop my car off, I was told that they were "overbooked" and I'd have to reschedule. Now I understand that these things happen, but to not extend me a simple communication upon learning of this overbooking (it was quite obvious that the gentleman in the office wasn't even aware of my appointment, as I had to pull out my phone and show the text message confirmation I received). I rearranged my work schedule and made arrangements to be "carless" for a day due to this appointment, which is difficult for me to do given my work schedule and other personal commitments. Had I known even that very morning that I had to reschedule and not discovered this fact out upon arrival to drop off my car would have been a hassle for me, but acceptable. The fact I show up to a scheduled appointment to be turned away and told "sorry about your bad luck" is beyond unacceptable. I do not recommend using this business

THE best automatic car wash in Great Falls hands down. I'm always getting a sleek rinse and dry every time! My tires always looking shiny after the wash too :) I personally like this location because their vaccuumes are always operational and strong, so it's nice to get a quick interior clean right after. Staff are always polite here and the location is never trashy (no litter, area always looks clean and welcoming). Thanks for your business in the summer months 👍

The team at Mars was amazing! Repaired my dash on a project car that I thought was impossible! It was beyond awesome! And the project was exactly on time as he said!! Archie was a great help! (DON'T BOTHER WITH THEIR PREMIUM WASH, IT'S A WASTE OF MONEY, IT TRUTHFULLY MIGHT BE THE EXACT SAME WASH!) I have been going to this place for 30 years and normally I only get the basic wash after my car is very dirty and/or has lots of bugs all over the front. Usually, but not always they do a decent job for the $10 that you pay (Which is now $13) because for that amount I don't believe you should expect greatness. However today my car wasn't very dirty, just very dusty and spotty from the rain because it had been sitting for a couple weeks after I hand washed it really well. So today I thought I would have them do their BEST wash because it would be simple for them to rinse the car off and then apply a little wax/polish to help it shine a little more then when I simply hand washed it. For $20 I thought at the very least it would look as good as it did two weeks ago, but hopefully even a little better. When I got home and looked around my car, not only was I wrong on both accounts, it actually only looks slightly cleaner. How is that possible for a $20 BEST WASH?! (To be honest, the wash service I got looked exactly the same as all the $10 jobs I received in the past.) I am sure I could bring it back and argue with them about it, and then I would get the same crew screwing up the same easy job they had in the first place wasting my time twice in one day. If I had that kind of time I would have done it myself again. It's crazy how prices go up, but what you get for that price simply goes down. I don't do a lot of these reviews, but today I am so irritated I feel compelled to share my thoughts. In the past I would have given them mostly 3 to 4 stars for their basic wash because it's never been great, but the price was reasonable and they were quick. Today I would say one star is being generous!

These guys were amazing..I pulled in curious if my tall Transit van would fit and they were not sure so they got a tape measure and had me start vacuuming. Sadly it was a little too tall but they were like hey the guys said pull it up to the back and they would still wash it. They did an awesome job!! They even dried the windows so spots weren't left on it. I was impressed and so thankful for them. They did an amazing job and I will definitely recommend them.

I chose to go here because I heard rumors that the car wash by the hospital was known to scratch cars. Well, would t you know, I went to this car wash and my car got scratched! Up the front end and a larger scratch on my hood. $1800 in damages. The owner swears up and down that his car wash did not cause this. The scratches are indicative of the same swirling motion that the guy drying off my car used. The owner WILL NOT take responsibility and Pau my deductible. Poor business for sure! Also, the owner said that it "never happens" despite a review from last year stating otherwise annnd a coworker told me her husband had the same experience. That car wash cost me $270 and a $5 tip.

Long time customer to day I came in for car wash paid 16 plus 5 dollar tip to make sure my trunk matt wash good the was soap spilled in the trunk it was Laundry detergent. Not a hard thing to wash off. I go up. And I asked him was this washed. They said yes, but there was soap pouring down the side of it. So he took it back and washed it off. Agand I wasn't gonna ask him a third time when I got it back and there was soap all over it. Still. So I went down to a car.Wash and washed it by hand by itself.Took me all but 30 seconds to wash it off this.This has left a bad taste in my mouth.I am never coming back to this place.the pic that clean was wash off it was me doing it.

I've known Dennis a long time now and trust me when I say that he provides quality work at a reasonable price. This time around I had him hook me up with a chrome delete and nearly a complete Expel Paint Protection Film. This was a ton of work, two full days and I could not be happier with the outcome. Only took three weeks to get in with him, well worth the wait. Him and his sons are quality and take great pride in their work and care of your ride. Do yourself a favor and give this guy your business, you wont regret it.

I used a credit card to wash my vehicle and was overcharged. My final payment said 2.50 cents for the two or three minutes it was used and I was charged 10$. They stole 8.50 cents from me and so far I haven’t been able to reach anyone to find out why I was overcharged or if there is anyway to get a refund. If you use this car wash I recommend that you only use coins to pay so they cannot overcharge you for your car wash. They put a 10$ service fee for using a credit card but it goes away after a few days and you are not charged the money only what you are supposed to pay.

Beware, it may cost you 10 bucks for a few minutes ??? Thought I would do a quick high-pressure self wash before I leave Great Falls area got my quarters ready not knowing you can’t use quarters … but had to use a credit card …Had a bad experience before with credit cards at car washes so I thought well I hope it’ll be fine but you know going to try it Didn’t say what it’s going to charge me ?? I think it said something like $3.50. Maybe when I ended it ,, looked at my credit card charges on the bank app and saw they charged me 10 bucks that’s a rip off used it no more than 4 1/2 minutes if that They either need to fix their system or be upfront, and tell people what it’s gonna cost them For a couple bucks more I could’ve had a real car wash done… Still a little pissed off

Very impressive. I was greeted respectfully, and they were hands-on once they got going. I was amazed by their attentiveness to detail, very meticulous. The Drivers waiting area is clean and well kept with touches of fragrance in the bathroom. They have definitely gone above and beyond to make your experience a joyous one. Though my truck was in a bad state coming from out of the snow, they did step up to the occasion and did a fantastic job. Great going, guys !

Jamis and his team did a fantastic job on my renegade RV. Having travel 36 hours straight from Virginia. It was a mess when I got there. In a short amount of time they had it looking like it came off the show room floor, and all of the men were very friendly and courteous! Over $13,000 in damage! (7/16/2024 update. I received a letter from my insurance company stating they’re claiming they don’t have insurance. Every time I have tried to call I get voicemail, which will go unreturned, or just recently a guy saying he was new and would call me back. Considering this was caused by being pushed through too fast during rush hour while running on broken equipment someone in the corporate office should be taking accountability.) I went here Yesterday around 3:50 pm. I went in after a green truck and there was a long line behind me. There was no soap, no water, nothin just pushing my car through. It destroyed my car. The lady stated that the compressor hasn’t been working and has yet to be fixed and that they are too short staffed for the amount of vehicles they’ve been having. The supervisor showed up in his fancy ride, jaw hit the ground, but he disappeared telling the girl someone would call me on Monday. This car wash should not be in operation if it’s not working properly.

The Crash Champions team at this location was professional and helpful from the front desk to the team in the back doing the maintenance. Alyssa was extremely patient with me as I called multiple times with updates about my rental and drop off issues. Sherman was very knowledgeable and it wasn't until I'm picking up my vehicle do I hear about the issues they encountered. I was only hearing about them at that point, because the Crash Champions team handled everything on their end. I hope I don't need their services again, but in the case that I do, I will not hesitate. Their service was top notch. Kudos to the entire team.

Crash Champions Collision Repair Great Falls is high on my list of recommendations. This is my second vehicle I have brought to the shop. The first one was a Nissan Altima that looked as if it came off the show room floor. My second car a 2016 Camaro is in the shop at the time of posting this review. I don't expect anything less than my first experience. The shop is friendly and knowledgeable. I can't say enough good about them. Don't take my word for it and go see them for yourself when in need or want a quote.

Our car was in pretty rough shape as you can see in the photos. The whole experience with Schmidt's Auto Body was excellent!! Great communication, friendly and an ease to work with. If we needed an update on the work or photos for the insurance company Ernie got back to us that day. Original manufactured parts were used which was important to us for not only the quality but for warranty as well. We were stunned by how it looked like our car hadn't even been in an accident. The work was so well done, our car looks brand new as if we just drove it off the lot!!! We highly recommend Ernie Schmidt and his crew.
