Holy guacamole 10/10 would recommend. My car was so crusty and gross inside from taking it camping so much the past 2/3 years. They performed some kind of witchcraft and my car is brand spanking new. Not a spec of dirt or crud to be found. I really don’t know how they did it. I’m so impressed it was totally worth every penny. I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Bozeman Pro Detail! My vehicle, unfortunately, spends a lot of time outside and is exposed to the elements. I did some research into protective coatings, and ceramic coatings really seemed to be the best option for a protective coating. After doing more research, Bozeman Pro detail kept coming up as a great place to get that done. I got in contact with Ethan at Bozeman Pro Detail, and he took the time to explain their different ceramic coating packages, services, and prices. He also followed up with a great and informative email after my initial phone call. Once I decided on a package and emailed him back, he made it so easy to set up a time to have the ceramic coating done. Also, the week before I was supposed to get my car coated, someone door dinged my car and left a decent-sized scratch in it. I sent Ethan a picture not long after it happened in hopes that he could fix it when I brought it in for the ceramic coating, and he assured me that they could! The day of the appointment, it was so easy to drop my vehicle off, and everything went really smoothly. It looked AMAZING when I went to pick it up. The scratch is barely visible and the coating really shines! I can tell it is quality work! Ethan also detailed my car, and it looks so wonderful on the inside too! He was even able to get some pesky sticker residue off of the interior of my windshield (which I forgot to mention, so that just shows the attention to detail!). Overall, I am very impressed by the quality service, attention to detail, fair prices, and great communication offered by Bozeman Pro detail. I would definitely recommend them!

I HIGHLY recommend bringing your car to these folks to get your car detailed. Oh my, I’ve never seen my old Tacoma shine like this. I brought it to them to get a professional detail before selling my truck. When I brought it in, the paint job looked like it was “matte finished,” I don’t think I polished it more than once in the 11 years I owned it. The interior was also pretty ragged, like a mountain truck can look like. Dan and Ashley worked out a level of detail package that fit within my budget, and promptly worked on it. When I picked it up, I couldn’t believe it was my truck! I could see a shiny glow in my paint again! Unreal! And the interior looked and smelled like a new car! All in all, I’m so happy I was able to get an appointment In with this crew… I sold my truck for a good amount more than I ever would’ve imagined. UPDATE: Justin reached out to me and explained the lack of communication experienced. Offered a discount for the headache caused, and reassured me his cooperation in getting my deposit on the initial appointment. I was not scammed as I had originally feared. I appreciated his honesty and offer of discount on services given the unfortunate circumstance. I would consider making an appointment with The Detail Shop again, and offering them a second chance. ORIGINAL REVIEW: If 0 stars were an option, I'd choose that. Made my appointment far out because of my availability. 2 weeks prior to the appointment I wanted to cancel, left a few voicemails with no response from their team. Drove up to their location (as per Google Maps), they're not there! Even UPS left a "sorry we missed you" sticker on the door, for them specifically. So they left quickly and quietly. I could not reach Justin, or anyone else for that matter, to receive my deposit back and confirm cancellation. Scam!

This was my first visit to this car wash as it's not especially convenient. I paid for the top option. While inside there seemed to be a problem and the wash stopped temporarily and restarted no problem. However I noticed when I went to vacuum the rear was basically untouched. I spoke to an employee and they gave me a free rewash immediately. However even after two washes it's not even close to clean. (Photos after the second wash) I won't be coming back here. Too many better options.

We have been members since they first opened. It’s a nice facility, they did a great job with how nice it looks and overall the car wash does good, it just doesn’t get every little nook and cranny. Overall we were happy with it and it was worth the membership price. Recently the past couple months however the car wash has been completely missing the rear of my car. There were no stops or emergency shut offs when I have gone through it (as this does happen sometimes), so that is not the cause of this. It’s becoming frustrating that the entire rear of my car is consistently being missed. This was never a problem before, so I’m not sure what’s happened the past couple months where it’s no longer being washed.

Love the fact that it is a touch free wash! I came into town on a long road trip and had so many bugs on my front bumper. The young gentleman pressure washing took their time to get off 99.8% of the bugs. I appreciate their attention to detail. The hand dry at the end is amazing as well. $15 well worth what you get! While in Bozeman, this is the only place I will be washing my car.

This car wash was great! I was skeptical about this place after having had sub par experiences at other car washes, but this is the cleanest it’s ever been after a car wash. I can’t attest to the wheels, because I did those myself, but the body looks great! Staff was also friendly and helpful. There was a decent amount of gunk on my car after having gone to Big Sky and back twice, so I’m happy with this.

Husband has been going since they opened and initially it was good and he had a membership but in the last month the wash is not getting dirt off especially in the front and back. Today dirt still all over the grill and mud all along the sides. Even license plates still dirty. No spray bottles and vacuum in my bay was not working. They also were closed many days and not just when cold. We are canceling membership and I’ll go back to hand washes that are much better and cheaper.

Our vehicle broke down on a Saturday in Bozeman. After searching for mechanics in town, these guys were the only ones who seemed to be open and actually answered our call. They diagnosed the vehicle that day within hours and were very friendly and easygoing. We had to leave the vehicle in their yard for the week, and they had no problems helping us out!

!!NOT A SPAM OR FAKE REVIEW!! The only reason he would say that is because he didn’t make you sign any paperwork, so there is no evidence of you being there as a customer. He told me to drop my truck off for a QUOTE to get some simple rewiring done. I dropped it off Monday morning, didn’t hear anything back that night. Called him the next day, he says oh we are wrapping things up the wiring is really bad and had to build a new circuit. I asked for just a quote! He kept on ignoring my calls all week and would occasionally answer to tell me how busy he was and how my truck would be done the next day. He did this all week. Saturday comes along and I was so sick and tired of it, I called him and told him that I just wanted a quote and didn’t want anything done. He then said it’s only gonna be about 700 dollars! And said we will figure it out. If I knew it was gonna be 700 dollars ANDREW SANTIAGO I wouldn’t have gave you my truck. Despite all of this it was supposed to be done on Tuesday wich is the day I’m writing this. He stopped responding to my calls completely and it kept on saying call failed. I then drove to the shop to pick up my truck no matter the condition. I went to the shop nowhere to be found. I went in the junkyard to the right of the house and there it was. Running for probably hours on end. I looked around the truck and took off some ropes that have been tied around my leaf springs and in my hood for some reason. No wiring was done at all that I was told was done. Absolutely ridiculous! I had to steal my truck back from this guy that was gonna charge me bookoo bucks for! I called him to confront him after and he acted like he couldn’t hear me. I called him on my brothers phone and boom answered and could hear me just fine in my oddly fake deep voice I gave him lol. I told him everything that happened and that I took my truck back and he didn’t say anything and hung up on me ridiculous! Again not a fake post no matter what he comments under this!

Today I went to this car wash to wash my sprinter van airstream. That was very dirty. I’ve been traveling the north western United States for the past three weeks. There were so many bugs and dirt on my coach that I can barely see out my window. I pulled in this Car wash and I met one of the workers name Mikey. Mikey was very helpful and showed me how to use all the equipment. Everything was super clean. He even showed me how to get off the millions of bugs that were on my window. Mikey is an amazing man and really cares about all the people that are there. I watch my entire coach for $10 it would cost me $300 to Professionally. I believe I washed it even better than it could’ve been washed professionally which I’ve had done before many times. I would recommend this service of Eco car wash to anyone that’s in the Bozeman area. Yes the credit card machine wasn’t reading perfectly, but I believe they’re fixing that, and Mikey took care of me and made sure that I got my job done, this is an amazing place!
