Family run business that does the highest quality of work! I can’t recommend them enough. My car is dark blue, bordering on black and had terrible scratches from car wash brushes. I wish I had taken a before picture! My car looks better than new after having the scratches buffed out and a ceramcoat finish put on. I was in the process of getting a Very Large van [22ft long x 9ft tall], and without having my own home or garage to wash it, I needed "help". Imagine the time to wash, brush, scrub, rinse and dry this without a Really Good Wax. I heard of Ceramic coating, like a Permanent Wax, and after a bit of local research, I found Conner and Austin through social media. I had questions, doubts, and hesitant of the expense. But, I did see the Vehicle work and read reviews of both Conner and Austin's prior detailing companies, and after our in-person meet, I do Not regret moving forward with the 10yr Borophene coating coated on 02-13-2024. I've had a month and about 3,000 miles of winter road and grime driving. And Man!, she's Soooo easy to clean and now has a rich Deep Gloss look! I've only Soaped and Rinsed in carwash bays....NO Brush or hand scrubbing! Done in under 8 minutes!! The grime washes right off! Didn't want to spend the usual $200+, so called and asked if they could only do my windows and I'll pay $40. They offered for FREE people !!!!! I went and Hunter did all my windows perfect, then he got the Vacuum Cleaner, emptied my Trash in my car and Vacuumed for FREE !!!!! Then I asked him, can you clean my front panels plus buttons etc etc And I'll pay you total $100, and he said SURE !!!!! Then he got a STEAM CLEANER and finally after total 40 minutes since I first came in, my car was as good as my NEED required, so I didn't want to spend $220 is the point for a complete detail taking 180 minutes, but for only 40 minutes while having a very nice conversation plus all the work, I was very happy to offer $100 cash and he was happy to accept !!!!! This is the main point of life, good, kind people that have feelings for a guy who is homeless living out of my car for 3 years. It just gets me overwhelmed how dirty it keeps getting. But before you think I can't afford things and not have a wealthy story of my own, have a look at the attached photo of my car regarding this very overall wonderful beyond wonderful EXPERIENCE !!!! Hunter gave me his phone number to go shoot pool sometime and me being new to Billings from Dallas, how to get a rental Trailer so I can overcome Montana No Smoking Laws regarding cigarette smoking indoors, for all this including shooting pool and free domicile legal advice, the $100 I gave for 40 minutes of time is what it's all about !!!!! I brought in a vehicle we intended to sell for a full detail. Having kids, using this as a daily driver, two dogs, and being the middle of winter, this rig was pretty dirty. Getting the time to clean it up during the freezing months was not going to happen any time soon too. The job Mars did was worth EVERY. PENNY. Took my '23 Challenger in for Ceramic coating a few days ago. It looks AMAZING!!! Very professional and answered all my questions. Ceramic coating your vehicle is a big deal and I didn't want to take it to just any old detail outfit. He used a quality coating and the price was very reasonable. Kinda disappointed. The man was very nice over the phone. Price was reasonable but service was mediocre. I sent pictures before bringing my vehicle in to show what condition the car was in and asked specifically for the roof to be cleaned.. roof was not cleaned at all plus I felt when I shampooed my vehicle it came out wayyyyyy better..kinda sucks because I was looking forward to it, paid money, and now it looks like I'll have to work on the cleaning also.All the other reviews said they were good at getting stains up, but not in my case. I have had many cars detailed in the past , Paid for full interior and exterior treatment. Interior looked somewhat better, didn’t shampoo seats like promised, still had marks and they were even damp if they did. Questioned about exterior and was told you have to pay additional money to have buffed it was just waxed and washed. Looked horrible. Rims still had dirt on them. I do a better job when I was myself. Then to top it off I was in waiting room for over an hour waiting, they saw me there, had the nerve to call me to tell me the car was ready, rather then just come out to tell me. Horrible Job and customer service!!!!Stay away

Jim was very professional and help us out by reinstalling body trim on our 07 Mercedes that someone installed with what looked like super glue which fell off the car when we drove it one winter day , he got it in and out quickly Even though he had to get all the super glue off the car and the parts that fell off, luckily none of the parts got bent when they came off and we were able to reuse them. He charged a fair price and the car looked great again, the reason we chose him was he did a great job on another vehicle a friend had him do and it turned out great. I recently worked with Autotrim to put a new grill guard on the front of my truck. I worked with a guy named Brandon we discussed over the phone what grill guard I wanted, the quote, and when to bring my vehicle in. He wanted payment before I brought the truck down for the grill guard. So after payment was arranged and I brought the truck down I found out the grill guard wasn’t the one we agreed on over the phone, it was a different one with a wench attachment that I didn’t ask for. Now I come to find out from my Yellowstone bank app that I was charged $300 more than I was quoted over the phone. I called Autotrim and talked to Brandon and I explained my situation and how I believed I was over charged for a grill I didn’t ask for. I and now notified about a 3.5% interest for credit card uses I wasn’t made aware of before all of this. Overall this was truly an upsetting experience, I would not recommend this auto repair place to anyone. I believe I was cheated and I regret this whole ordeal because I didn’t take necessary steps to prevent this so I suffer the consequences. This place conned me and I won’t forget it.

Terrible experience here. Came here on a Wednesday. Took the morning off of work for tint. 4 hours later with bubbles everywhere and the banner not sticking I wasn’t very pleased. 3 days, 12 hours in total and still have terrible looking windows and no banner. Banner was cut unevenly, not sticking to the windows. I called them and I talked to Mike. Mike told me “just whenever you’re in town again, bring it by and we can fix it for you at no cost”. Except it did cost me. I took ANOTHER day off of work for MIKE TO NOT EVEN BE THERE. He’s there Mondays-Thursday. So I plan for ANOTHER DAY FOR TINT. I get there at 9 am. I tell them abt the windows and the banner. They say “we will get this taken care of” 5 1/2 hours later, passenger window has bubbles at the bottom, in the middle, and the driver side window wasn’t touched at all. 5 1/2 hours for them to fix the one passenger window. STILL NO SUNSTRIP. I did get a refund for the terrible attempt on the banner. Thank god. 3 trips 180 miles round trip each trip. Not helpful. They Disregard everything you say to them. Water streaks all over the doors. The owner(me) had to clean everything up afterwards. Highly suggest going somewhere else for tint. Took them over 30 minutes to wipe the door down just to have it as dirty as it was when it came back to me after tint.

We have had several memberships at this location since they opened. We used the other location for several years prior. My husband’s company has wash memberships as do many family members. After exiting the wash, my crash detection sensor was going off. After checking further, it was displaced during the wash. I immediately filled out an incident report and was told that was the only means to contact the responsible parties, until going back inquiring a second time and receiving an email address. After waiting 5 days and having my car in the shop to repair this sensor, the manager Kirsten returned my email. See photo To be clear, there was no damage before entering the wash as their email states. I called and spoke directly to the manager and asked that we review the video footage to see exactly what happened and she refused, due to the car being over 5 years old. So which is it, you did it and won’t fix it because it’s over 5 years old or you didn’t do it? I informed her we would be canceling all of our memberships and explained the repairs were less than $250 dollars and she then said I could bring in a receipt and she would look at it. I asked that the owner contact me as I did not like how this had been handled and she later emailed me back with their response. See photo Ultimately, especially after reading the other reviews, I want to warn others of this place. We would know what happened if we reviewed the cameras but they refuse to do so, speculating it couldn’t be possible they made a mistake! I should’ve listened when people said they wouldn’t make it right and have a bad reputation!! They just lost well over 10x the business we gave them for years! Buyer Beware

Eden, the owner, was extremely professional and helpful. He was very detailed in his work and took pride in every aspect of the job. Tony Z, Brian and crew did an amazing job on my dent repair. Looks like factory again with no aigns of the fender bender. I also had them remove a hand-painted pin stripe strip from the previous owner that I never liked. Then they did a full color correction for the rest of the car. The final result is perfect paint for my 20 year old Miata that is as good as new. They handled all the insurance work feom the accicent and made sure I got factory replacements on everything. Outstanding service and attention to detail.

THEY HAVE A DOG WASH NOW!! 🐶🦮🐩🐕‍🦺🐾🫧 The dog wash hut was added in summer of 2024. It’s a flat $20 per wash. Pretty standard as those go, although the wash table is a little small and could use a no-slip pad, and the water hose kinks up constantly. I’ve had pretty good experiences with the car wash portion. Usually clean and the owner is very responsive.

I love this place. I've used it for years, one time I had trouble, I called the guy he was great. Very good customer service. Doesn't scratch your car, nothing's touching your car at this car wash. Other car washes use brushes and things that put the gravel and dirt from someone else's car onto your car and scratch your paint

This has to be the worst car wash in town. They will continue to run you through but it doesn't get any cleaner. Asked Carson for a refund, then it was caused by equipment on my truck. Receipt says guarantee your vehicle is clean. Farse is what it is. If you want a clean wash the first time, go to the wave car wash behind discount tire off King Ave. I will never return to this car wash and suggest you don't either. Pictures show their guarantee.

I give two stars because I cannot say my experience was all bad, the staff were friendly and attentive and the amenities such as vacuum and air nozzles were great. The wash itself was really horrible, it looked more as though i went through a rain storm not a car wash and then all the tire shine did was fill and cover my wheels ( not tires) with an oily silicone while leaving my tires untouched. I did leave with a clean vehicle but it was no thanks the high dollar wash I purchased it was only because I did it by hand after the fact.
