Absolutely wonderful job 💯. I was up from Florida working in the area and ceramic pro referenced me to precision detailing since there an elite dealer for them. They 2 base coated 1 top coated and polished my color change ppf. Did wheels off ceramic coat for me and did my yearly maintenance on my 24 frontier. The “mad scientist” who did the job blew my mind he even got scratches off my rims and ppf from the current hurricane damage from Helene in Florida couple weeks back as we drove thru mass destruction during evacuation.

Use at your own risk. Zero quality control. Rear compartment wasn’t vacuumed, the trunk mat was removed and cleaned but underneath wasn’t done. Previous detail of the same vehicle had every inch of interior carpet shampooed. Windshield had to be redone inside and out. Product used on exterior that left spots was supposed to wipe right off. That is not the case. Yes it looks better than it did but not as good as previous shop owner had done. Lastly, black plastic trim he said product won’t work on was remedied using a trim restore product. Very poor work resulting in loss of time and money. As a follow up Denis called and apologized for my dissatisfaction with the service. He has committed to not cash my check which I consider a favorable resolution to my complaint. Case closed.

Love this car wash, I go here every once in a while as it is very close to my house, their prices are good, they give you a rag to clean inside your car and after the wash they have vacuums, mat cleaners, sprays and everything for you to use included in the cost of the wash. A month or so back I did sign up for a trial of their membership and decided i just didnt go enough to make it worth it. I did struggle a little at first to cancel but after emailing them the owner called me and helped me cancel my account as well as took care of the last month charge that i was trying to cancel prior to being charged for. He was so nice and helpful and explained some of the things they are working on to make it easier for members to manage their accounts themselves. I will 100% be going back here and the owner was extremely kind! I highly recommend them!

I stopped here on an impulse, but I think that I will make a habit of stopping here whenever I am in this area. Great car wash, great suction on the vaccuums, and they even hand out towels for you to use. Glad I stopped.

Love using this self-service car wash! Location is convenient for me as its right next to my home. The bays are well lit if you like to wash at night along with credit card readers if you do not have quarters. I am an experienced self-service washer and can get my Acura TL showroom clean for a amazing $3.00. The only complaint I have was the triple foam cannon polish gun wasn't working in the 1st bay. I am sure the owner will stop by and repair the gun.

Had my car detailed here and had great service. I was a little nervous as it didn't have a lot of reviews but they did a fantastic job. They are AMAZING! Range Rover sent my Rover to them because the shop, Gene’s Auto Nashville IL was to replace my windshield and did a less than acceptable job. Plaza sent Rover to them to recondition Rover and remove the glue/paint in the interior after Gene’s Auto in Nashville Il nearly ruined this new auto. I picked it up today and it looked and smelled like new!!!! Thank you SO SO much!!!! They made everything look like brand new after the former shop returning it to us looking like this. 🥺

Ryan and his crew did an excellent job on both vehicles that are owned. Inside and out, they both look great. Ryan even took the time to look over some of the scratches I had and advised that they are pretty deep and he may not be able to do much about removing them (they are right down to the metal). I appreciate the honesty - at least I know what I will have to do now and once complete, I'll be back to see Ryan to have a ceramic coat applied to protect it. Thanks again!

These guys are always great, Eric used to the one I always dealt with but he’s gone. Steve is a great, knowledgeable go to person for me now. I’ve had my 22 ZL1 completely ceramic coated, PPF and serviced yearly for last 3 years and they stand behind their work. Had my 19 GMC done there, including this last hail storm they not only fixed the hail damage with their partner company but also redid the ceramic coat from where the hail damage got fixed. Had my Harley done here and multiple other vehicles in my family. These are stand up guys here, I’ve used others In St. Louis in the past, this place will always have loyalty because of their quality work and service they provide.

I paid $40 for a car wash and when they were done my truck had streaks all over the paint. It was obvious to me their towels had tire shine on them and they rubbed it all over my paint. The manager Brendan or Brandon argued that it wasn't from their towels. They sent me through a second time to try to get the streaks off and that didn't work so I asked for my money back. The manager then told me I was out of luck, I got the services that I paid for. I asked to speak to his boss and he told me he doesn't have a boss, he's the manager. I didn't know I was paying to get tire shine all over my paint. Now I have to clean it myself to get tire shine off of my paint. If they mess up and you're not satisfied they will not give you your money back. The pictures are after they sent it through a second time.

There is clearly no checklist for them to work from. There was some sort of grit in the towels that left a good whirl scratch on my hood, and it was like pulling teeth to get them to clean the side mirrors, and the wheels, and the door jam, and the kid flat refused to clean the front trim. For nearly $50, go just about anywhere else, because you'll just have to do it again, and you'll have new scratches to contend with as well.

John is a magician who makes your shabby car disappear, and manifests a beautiful new one its place! Short story: My wife looked for months for a new car and recently found the one she loved. When she got ready to trade, I suggested that I take her car, and she traded in mine(as it was older). In any case, once we swapped, I took her car to John to clean it up and clear the “film” from the headlights. As usual, he was friendly, finished the work in no time, and charged less than I expected. I picked up my wife later that evening. If I could give this place -10 I would. (Incoming long story) I pulled my truck through and mid way through the wash, the wheel on the track actually lifted up my front end and pushed my truck sideways off the wash track. Causing my wheels to come in contact with the sprayers. Damaging my wheels. Employee had to physically bend the sprayers to get my truck free. Manager could care less and said they won’t cover damage. AND NOT EVEN A REFUND. When it was clearly the washes fault. She blamed me and said “well you could’ve bumped the wheel” Her name was Courtney. Made a damage claim and they won’t cover it. So off to small claims court we go, to fix my $6000 set of custom wheels they damaged and will not fix.

Very good job. I am highly satisfied with the service provided. I had an interior and exterior detailing done. Exterior looks awesome and I love the way my car looks with wax applied. Interior detail looks great. I previously drove on some dusty gravel roads and had no vacuumed my car for about a year. But now, it looks pretty close to brand new! They even got inside the air vents! I will be recommending Ziebart’s services to all of my friends and family!

I’ve never wanted a car wash membership because I never felt they did a good job. I was reminded again today why I joined at Scrubbles Mid Rivers. I was at my grandfathers funeral last week in Colorado. It was in the middle of a rare November snowstorm. My car was a mess when we finally got home. I took it this morning and was given extra TLC before going into the wash. Last week was a rough week for me, but this little extra act of kindness was amazing. I was wrongly charged 10.00. The machine read out that it only charged me 4.00. I was charged 6.00 too much. Even though I made sure I hit the stop button. I know for a fact I didn’t use that much. I filed a purchase dispute with my bank to get the difference back though. And you can too if it happens to you. If you visit this place. I advise you not to trust their credit card swipe things on there machines. So you don’t get wrongly charged more than you actually used like I did. I’d just use all cash if it’s possible.

I was a CC Ultimate member with 3 vehicles (family) for over 10 years. I cancelled my membership last month because of how I was treated by the staff at the full service window. I tried to email corporate twice with NO response. I switched to SCRUBBLES and love it. I'm so happy this happened, because I got to find out about Scrubbles. It's cheaper per month and does a much better job at cleaning than CC. I thought CC was the best, but wow was I wrong. Switch to Scrubbles, you're welcome !

I’ve been using Autobahn since they opened. I live nearby and have always bought the monthly “Unlimited Washes” membership, so I’ve been through that tunnel hundreds of times. The owner is definitely a guy who always wants his customers to be satisfied with the final result, and he’s almost always on site. Give them some business, because they really deserve it!

I accidentally left a window open on a night that it stormed and the rain went into my car. I was worried about mold and odor. My sister helped me find a Groupon but she did not read any reviews. I called the number and he squeezed me into his schedule. I thought they would do a thorough job if I was going to pay $250 in total. I was a bit sad with their work. I love my car a lot and take care of it. They removed my driver seat and when putting it back in scratch the inside paint and the sticker with the tire psi numbers. They sprayed too much of the wax and it was on the inside of the windshield. It’s sticky and I know that a little goes a long way. He quoted my sister’s car $150 for interior and exterior. I only had interior and I paid $250. I wished they took their time and were thorough with cleaning the interior of my car. If I paid more for the interior that what my sister was quoted then it should have been worth it and I wouldn’t have to do anything. For the past day I’ve been checking my car. So many details missed. Still had a lot of areas not clean and I’ve been doing it myself. With the amount I paid, he should have been more detail oriented. Also I did not know that he was bringing along two other men to clean my car. They stood around and did not do much. One smoked in their car and then came by to clean the trunk of my car. I think the boss could have came alone and did a better job by himself. I will be taking my car somewhere else to get it clean because I’m not satisfied with the service I have received.

2 of the 3 vacuums out of order, washing station was out of tri coat, the dryer was completely detached from the hose. Place was OK to wash a car but you'd think with all the competition around them they would invest a little money into their business especially charging a 2 dollar min for vacation and a 4 dollar min for wash.

Wow great auto wash  triple foam worked great. The blower was ehh waste of money as the tip was missing. Power was was very good. Big bay for my large van. Had a automatic wash for those too dainty to be bothered. Big lot to get around in. Had not only a very good vacuum  but spot remover and carpet shampoo in one

I scheduled an appointment online with Jeff / Legends for an interior detail. Jeff waited until a day before my appointment to call me (before accepting my appointment) trying to pitch his upsell products for car exteriors. The price listed online started at $85 and said subject to vehicle size, which I understand. On the phone Jeff said service for my small SUV would run $125-$150 depending on how bad my vehicle was, which I accepted. My appointment was scheduled for 9a-1p today. I dropped my vehicle off at 7am per Jeff’s request hoping to get my vehicle back early, as I had errands to run after. I was told to leave my keys under the floor mat of an unlocked, abandoned vehicle on the premises. Super safe. Jeff never texted me to update me on the progress of my vehicle or that it was even there when he arrived. I texted him at 1:15 asking on the status of my vehicle and didn’t receive a response until 2:20 that they were working on my vehicle. 4:30 rolls around and I’m able to pick it up. Another sales pitch for products I’ve expressed no interest in and then a quick peek in my vehicle in a dark garage space and Jeff says “I know I quoted you $200 on the phone, we’ll just call it $150.” I corrected him that $150 was the max we spoke about and he acknowledged that and said “so yeah, still $150.” When I pulled off and got out in the sunlight I began to notice that vehicle was in no better condition than if I had just vacuumed it and wiped it down with armorall wipes, which I certainly could have done in less than 8 hours and for less than $150. Please note I never have backseat passengers, I have plastic floor mats and leather seats, no major stains, so there should have been no distraction from getting little gunk around buttons, soda from around the cup holder, crumbs from door handles. I returned to the business to talk to Jeff and he came out from behind the building with his pants unzipped (it is Valentine’s Day and Jeff was up a free $150- no harm there I guess) and minimized my concerns. He said he would gladly grab a rag and “fix” the issues but I declined due to the fact I was already running late to start my day. Jeff did contact me via text and offer a free exterior detail to make me happy but after seeing the quality of his interior work, I’m sure I could replicate his exterior work with a garden hose and my thumb. Please see my photos taken moments after returning home. If your idea of detailing doesn’t include details, then Jeff is your guy.
