I had gotten yellow overspray on my bike, and asked if they could handle the task. They exceeded the task and went above and beyond. By far the best detail and cleaning service I've seen done on exterior of anything on a vehicle let alone a motorcycle. Excellent job.

Auto Appearance Specialist is a great shop. I’ve had them do a few vehicles for me. A 2024 Corvette being one of them. These guys pay attention to detail and go above and beyond to make the car look amazing. They have my 2024 Mercedes AMG in the shop now, and I’ll have Levi and his team do all of my future vehicles. I’ve had them do window tint including front windshield, headlights and taillight tint, paint correction, ceramic on the car and wheels, partial and full PPF, interior protection, carbon fiber installation. They did an excellent job fixing my aluminum wheel that I curbed. I’ve never had any issues with their quality or the products they use. Levi has always had the cars finished exactly when I was told. I can’t recommend Auto Appearance enough.

Exceeded my expectations by far on my own vehicle. Yes, I finally got around to detailing her! Exterior/Interior deep clean with a mirror to mirror reflection on the FULL exterior. Sign on back door but saw absolutely no activity. Just feel like if your not in business anymore or you're not looking to take on anymore, you should be professional enough to call someone back.

Place was horrible. They don't stock a single machine. Stole 6 bucks from me and wouldn't answer call or email. They sure do collect money from the machines daily. They just don't put stuff in them. Worst experience ever. You would thing a prime location like that would take care of it. Nope, they just rip people off with bad water pressure and steal money from busted machines.

It's a good place to wash your car at but they need to put signs up or block the stalls when out of service. I lost $5.50 today, deposited money n buttons did not work nor was there a coin return!! Owner/manager should routinely check daily keeping stalls in working conditions n put up out of order notifications!!

Vacuum prices are cheap but it is hit or miss. It either works amazing or eats your change & doesn't turn on. Its happened 3x now and it's one of the only washes you don't have to pay for a whole car wash just to get a vacuum.

I highly recommend Craig and his team at Wagner's detailing. They went above and beyond helping me with my car. I had sap all over the hood of my car. I also had a large dent in my bumper, and all the auto body shops said I would need a new bumper, which isn't cheap. Craig said he would try and help me out with the dent and do his best. Chris did an excellent job. My old Lexus had broken bumper tabs causing the bumper to sag on one side. Ken Smith auto body replaced the entire bumper and tabs (albeit at a cost of $1690) but within 3 months it started to come off on both sides . I was disappointed to say the least. I decided to take it back to Ken Smith Autobody where I met Chris. He was very understanding and explained the problem to me . Apparently 1 in 10 bumpers want to go back to their original shape and don’t stay in place. He ordered a new bumper and tabs and got the job done for no extra cost . He also had the front metal grille painted for a small amount as it had some ugly stains on it. My car looks brand new now. Thanks Chris and Smith auto body for the excellent work. I will be taking my wife’s car there shortly.

Sure the work is decent but it shouldn't take 11 hours when I'm told it'll take 3-4. Had to walk my toddler to preschool thanks to him. Also refused to give any discount. Scandalous and looming to take advantage of people 8f you ask me. Swear I saw him driving my car down the avenue while I was walking said toddler.

The only issue I have with this company was that when I tried calling to speak to someone about my appt.no one answered the phone calls ,other then that they did excellent work on our trucks tint...My husband and I really really love it!!!!
