Ryan and his crew did an excellent job on both vehicles that are owned. Inside and out, they both look great. Ryan even took the time to look over some of the scratches I had and advised that they are pretty deep and he may not be able to do much about removing them (they are right down to the metal). I appreciate the honesty - at least I know what I will have to do now and once complete, I'll be back to see Ryan to have a ceramic coat applied to protect it. Thanks again!

I’ve been using Autobahn since they opened. I live nearby and have always bought the monthly “Unlimited Washes” membership, so I’ve been through that tunnel hundreds of times. The owner is definitely a guy who always wants his customers to be satisfied with the final result, and he’s almost always on site. Give them some business, because they really deserve it!

John is a magician who makes your shabby car disappear, and manifests a beautiful new one its place! Short story: My wife looked for months for a new car and recently found the one she loved. When she got ready to trade, I suggested that I take her car, and she traded in mine(as it was older). In any case, once we swapped, I took her car to John to clean it up and clear the “film” from the headlights. As usual, he was friendly, finished the work in no time, and charged less than I expected. I picked up my wife later that evening. She got into MY (previously her) car and exclaimed “This car is beautiful! Why on Earth did I trade?” Thanks John…for making magic. You’re the best.

Absolutely wonderful job 💯. I was up from Florida working in the area and ceramic pro referenced me to precision detailing since there an elite dealer for them. They 2 base coated 1 top coated and polished my color change ppf. Did wheels off ceramic coat for me and did my yearly maintenance on my 24 frontier. The “mad scientist” who did the job blew my mind he even got scratches off my rims and ppf from the current hurricane damage from Helene in Florida couple weeks back as we drove thru mass destruction during evacuation.

I accidentally left a window open on a night that it stormed and the rain went into my car. I was worried about mold and odor. My sister helped me find a Groupon but she did not read any reviews. I called the number and he squeezed me into his schedule. I thought they would do a thorough job if I was going to pay $250 in total. I was a bit sad with their work. I love my car a lot and take care of it. They removed my driver seat and when putting it back in scratch the inside paint and the sticker with the tire psi numbers. They sprayed too much of the wax and it was on the inside of the windshield. It’s sticky and I know that a little goes a long way. He quoted my sister’s car $150 for interior and exterior. I only had interior and I paid $250. I wished they took their time and were thorough with cleaning the interior of my car. If I paid more for the interior that what my sister was quoted then it should have been worth it and I wouldn’t have to do anything. For the past day I’ve been checking my car. So many details missed. Still had a lot of areas not clean and I’ve been doing it myself. With the amount I paid, he should have been more detail oriented. Also I did not know that he was bringing along two other men to clean my car. They stood around and did not do much. One smoked in their car and then came by to clean the trunk of my car. I think the boss could have came alone and did a better job by himself. I will be taking my car somewhere else to get it clean because I’m not satisfied with the service I have received.

I love this RO! The staff is nice and friendly, and the customer service is top-notch! This location offers a full-service car wash, self-service fuel stations, along with a wide range of amenities inside and outside. The property is clean, safe, and secure! The parking lot is huge and accommodates handicapped accessible parking and entrance. There's electronic gaming machines inside, propane tanks outside, artic ice cooler outside, lotto inside, an ATM, clean restrooms, soda fountain, coffee bar, sunglasses, toys, greetings cards, car accessories, groceries, wine, tobacco products, ice cold beer, ice cold drinks, candy, chips, water, snacks, and more! Highly recommend.

Went through the car wash on 5/19/2023 @ 2:55. It was not busy at all, there were only 3 cars present. I was informed my car was ready and told to get my car from inside the building. Previously, you were informed when your car was completed and your vehicle was pulled outside. The service was incomplete and unsatisfactory. I had to point out the bugs that were still on the front of my car and the windshield. Later, when I walked around my car it was still dirty and I was very dissatisfied. I was offered a monthly package when I arrived and I'm very glad I didn't waste my time or money. To clarify, this is a new car and that's dirt not scratches...

These guys are always great, Eric used to the one I always dealt with but he’s gone. Steve is a great, knowledgeable go to person for me now. I’ve had my 22 ZL1 completely ceramic coated, PPF and serviced yearly for last 3 years and they stand behind their work. Had my 19 GMC done there, including this last hail storm they not only fixed the hail damage with their partner company but also redid the ceramic coat from where the hail damage got fixed. Had my Harley done here and multiple other vehicles in my family. These are stand up guys here, I’ve used others In St. Louis in the past, this place will always have loyalty because of their quality work and service they provide.

I scheduled an appointment online with Jeff / Legends for an interior detail. Jeff waited until a day before my appointment to call me (before accepting my appointment) trying to pitch his upsell products for car exteriors. The price listed online started at $85 and said subject to vehicle size, which I understand. On the phone Jeff said service for my small SUV would run $125-$150 depending on how bad my vehicle was, which I accepted. My appointment was scheduled for 9a-1p today. I dropped my vehicle off at 7am per Jeff’s request hoping to get my vehicle back early, as I had errands to run after. I was told to leave my keys under the floor mat of an unlocked, abandoned vehicle on the premises. Super safe. Jeff never texted me to update me on the progress of my vehicle or that it was even there when he arrived. I texted him at 1:15 asking on the status of my vehicle and didn’t receive a response until 2:20 that they were working on my vehicle. 4:30 rolls around and I’m able to pick it up. Another sales pitch for products I’ve expressed no interest in and then a quick peek in my vehicle in a dark garage space and Jeff says “I know I quoted you $200 on the phone, we’ll just call it $150.” I corrected him that $150 was the max we spoke about and he acknowledged that and said “so yeah, still $150.” When I pulled off and got out in the sunlight I began to notice that vehicle was in no better condition than if I had just vacuumed it and wiped it down with armorall wipes, which I certainly could have done in less than 8 hours and for less than $150. Please note I never have backseat passengers, I have plastic floor mats and leather seats, no major stains, so there should have been no distraction from getting little gunk around buttons, soda from around the cup holder, crumbs from door handles. I returned to the business to talk to Jeff and he came out from behind the building with his pants unzipped (it is Valentine’s Day and Jeff was up a free $150- no harm there I guess) and minimized my concerns. He said he would gladly grab a rag and “fix” the issues but I declined due to the fact I was already running late to start my day. Jeff did contact me via text and offer a free exterior detail to make me happy but after seeing the quality of his interior work, I’m sure I could replicate his exterior work with a garden hose and my thumb. Please see my photos taken moments after returning home. If your idea of detailing doesn’t include details, then Jeff is your guy.

I received a premium interior and exterior detail and added the headlight restoration. The cost was $403 before gratuity for 2013 GMC Terrain. The exterior looked great, nicely waxed. The headlights are still not perfect, but they are a lot better than they were. The interior is where they were lacking. My child lock button on my dash is now missing. They can't find it in the techs vacuum or know where it is. The leather on my steering wheel is torn at the seam now. They also left some dirt residue under the buttons on my dash, in my cup holder, and the outside of the center console is still all dirty and doesn't look touched. I tried to send pics and tell the manager this, to have them make it right, and they told me their texts have been doing this for 6+ years and have never had these kind of problems before. Basically, calling me a liar in a condescending text. My advice to you, if you use this service, is to take before and after pictures of all the pieces of your car, so it's not just your Word against theirs, and missing pieces or damage done during their service, can be proved. Otherwise, the techs won't be held accountable for it. Protect yourself, and your property! At the end of the day, I will replace the button myself and I will wipe the rest of the dirt off. I expect the owner or manager, to respond to this in a condescending, passive aggressive way as he did the text messages. & honestly, if he doesn't want to be a man about it, and correct the wronged areas, then it is what it is, I'm not going to argue with him, or anyone. You don't even have to believe my story, but if you use their service, take pictures, please! It will save you the headache as well as being gaslighted by some tight wad that can't hold his employees accountable for their less than great services.

The work that Mobile Auto Pros did on my car was AMAZING! It was so easy to set the appointment up, and everything went as planned. The detailed both the inside and outside. They were very thorough, and the car looks like brand new! I will definitely use them again.

Use at your own risk. Zero quality control. Rear compartment wasn’t vacuumed, the trunk mat was removed and cleaned but underneath wasn’t done. Previous detail of the same vehicle had every inch of interior carpet shampooed. Windshield had to be redone inside and out. Product used on exterior that left spots was supposed to wipe right off. That is not the case. Yes it looks better than it did but not as good as previous shop owner had done. Lastly, black plastic trim he said product won’t work on was remedied using a trim restore product. Very poor work resulting in loss of time and money. As a follow up Denis called and apologized for my dissatisfaction with the service. He has committed to not cash my check which I consider a favorable resolution to my complaint. Case closed.

Do NOT give this company your credit card number or your business if you drive a Highlander. The first time I went through it, was right after they opened, and the wash pulled the weatherstripping loose from the roof of my SUV. Called customer service to make a claim and cancel my membership. They said claims have to be in person. Went in person to file the claim, also asked them to cancel the membership. Claim was confirmed but 8 months later I find they never refunded the first month fee and never canceled the membership. Customer service could not look up past call records and said it would take a supervisor 48 hours to listen to the recorded call and confirm any refund. The company does not honor their Terms and Conditions.

They are AMAZING! Range Rover sent my Rover to them because the shop, Gene’s Auto Nashville IL was to replace my windshield and did a less than acceptable job. Plaza sent Rover to them to recondition Rover and remove the glue/paint in the interior after Gene’s Auto in Nashville Il nearly ruined this new auto. I picked it up today and it looked and smelled like new!!!! Thank you SO SO much!!!! They made everything look like brand new after the former shop returning it to us looking like this. 🥺

I recently took my car in for headlight restoration and PPF (Paint Protection Film) installation on the headlights, and I couldn't be more impressed with A&G Auto Spa. There car wash knocked off two of my side panels on my truck. My truck is in damn near perfect condition. But because of the year of my truck they refused to pay to fix it. I payed 50 bucks a month for about a year to them and this is how they repay you. They refusea to fix your vehicle if they brake it. I will be sitting outside the company with a sign to let everyone know about this almost every weekend and weekday at this specific location so no one else gets screwed by this crook of a company. STAY AWAY FROM THIS TERRIBLE PLACE AND TERRIBLE COMAPNAY AND TERRIBLE WORKERS! I also told them to cancel my membership 4 months ago. And they never did and charged me $40 each month. This place is the worst place to go to ever.
