I had a coolant hose leak and needed my engine bay cleaned. I called Jeff (the owner), and he was able to get me in the same day. I told him I was still working on my car, so I was running late for my appointment, but he still got me in. When I got there, he was talking to another customer, so I was going to wait until he was done, but he acknowledged me and said he'd be right with me. Jeff did an excellent job and went above and beyond when working on my vehicle. The customer service was excellent too, which is lacking sometimes these days. I had a really good experience at Pro Detailing Solutions. I try to do everything myself on my vehicle because of the bad experiences I've had when others have done anything to my vehicle, but I'm glad I took a chance. I was actually telling my family about Jeff as he was working. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. If you need your vehicle detailed, give Jeff a call... I forgot to mention what stood out to me the most. I was really worried about all the coolant and what it would look like after he was done. As soon as I thought it, he asked me if I wanted to see my engine bay before he closed the hood. Booked an appointment online and received email confirmation. I showed up on time for my appointment and my first warning sign was how filthy the parking lot of the business is. There appears to be no pride of ownership in this business. If they don't keep their property clean, how am I supposed to trust them to clean my vehicle. As I approached the business entrance, I noticed a sign saying that if the door is locked to call a number as they may be out back. I called the number and it went to voicemail. I left a message and waited for 10 minutes and no one arrived. I would avoid this business, they obviously do not care for their customers and their business.

Super impressed with this Business! I was willing and ready to pay them whatever it took to clean the dog P out of my upholstery in my car. However the owner was absolutely fantastic and told me exactly what I needed to do to get the smell and problem completely taken care of. Of course he offered his services in the future should the smell come back, but directed me to what products to use and how to take care of it and saved me a lot of money! It’s not often a business recommends that you don’t use them because they’re more concerned about you saving money than them making a buck. Was not charged a dime for him to give me a thorough explanation..

I couldn't be more pleased with the job White Glove did on my 2016 Mercedes SL550. I had been battling a haze on the windshield since purchasing and Harlyn completely resolved that issue. Additionally, the wheels can become quite dirty from the carbon fiber brakes, but when I picked it up every nook and cranny on the wheels, rims, and calipers were pristine. Scheduling and communication was prompt and easy and I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Super friendly staff! We've been through 4 times in the last month and the staff are always nice...kinda like their glad you came by today. The car wash is a typical conveyor style that takes about 2:15 to get through. There are 4 levels of washes ranging from $10 to $25. Plenty of vacuum/detail stalls available. I think the overall wash quality is average and I hoped for a better cleaning of my wheels. The only complaint I have is with the quality of the drying fans. With each wash (2 separate cars) there was more water drops to hand dry than with other car washes. Overall, satisfied and will use again.

I had a great experience at this quick and clean car wash in Lee's Summit! Despite a minor hiccup that caused some damage to my vehicle, the staff went above and beyond to make things right. They could’ve easily handled the situation poorly, but instead, they were incredibly attentive and made sure everything was taken care of. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They always great you with a smile. The self serve bays are always clean and working. The vacuums/ hoses could use some work. Some of the attachments fall off and the suction is not the best in most. The membership is the way to go. Affordable and convenient.

Couldn't use the card only system at all, won't be back. Got your response below, I did not get to get my car washed, the screen both at the auto wash and the manual would not allow anything to happen. I see on my statement a $9 charge, not sure what that was for - the auto wash was supposed to be $10 and it kept saying denied on the screen. I had to back out, a mustang behind me appeared to try to go also, when I drove to the manual wash, there it also did not take my card, nothing happened at all.

Touchless sucks, especially for the price. The dryer doesn't do a great job of drying. I liked the one they had before with the brushes, but it used to break down a lot. It seemed like a better wash and better value at the same price. I used the one that replaced the wash with the rollers. I've tried both. My review is based on my last visit. I'm a regular because it's so close.

At the very end of 2023, I contacted these guys about getting some tint and ceramic coating for my Dark Horse. We got an appointment set up and I was only without my car for a few days. I got update photos through the whole process, and when I finally got it back, they went above and beyond what I was even expecting. They even did high quality photos and a short video showcase of my car. By far the best place to get tint, ceramic coating, anything they offer, they're very knowledgeable and super chill guys.

I’m disappointed. This is my 2nd time paying $25 extra for the inside to be cleaned and it not be worth it! They did not vacuum good, one of my mats I don’t think was cleaned at all, there were spots on the passenger side windshield, water marks on both side mirrors and the passenger window, and my cup holder was not cleaned out. I should’ve went back, but there were a ton of cars when I left and I had already waited over 45 mins, even though I was told it would be a 25-30 min wait. The $25 I spent for the signature wash was worth it, but I’ll just keep cleaning the inside myself. Unfortunately I couldn’t get a good picture of the spots on the windshield. Also, I don’t understand why they leave your door open leaving the interior light on for quite some time before they even start on your car.

$50 for the wash and vacuum. You'd expect not to see dirt inside or outside, but you'd be disappointed. I had to pull out my own cleaning tools and finish the job. The work ethic of our culture is disappointing me almost daily. On a positive note, I have enjoyed the new leather scent.

Typical self service car wash. Best option in the area. Would recommend. The only reasons I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because it is slightly run down. Could use some improvements. I also feel that vacuums should be free if you are using the carwash. Coin machine was out of order so I could not vacuum my car.

Outstanding! We took our vehicle in for an estimate and were surprised to meet the owner and operator of this business! Great young man to speak to, and "he knows his business inside and out!" Mike was impressive to talk to and explained the issues and the processes to complete the job! Remarkable quote from other repair shops and detail shops I'd already spoken to for estimates! I hired Out & In Detailing to clean and detail my Lexus and I was absolutely amazed with the finished work outside and in. David and Vincent stayed in contact with me even before they arrived at my home as scheduled. David was so professional as to let me know that they were running according to schedule and would be arriving at my appointment on time, and so they did. They both received two recommendations. One from me now. The other from a passerby who commented that my Lexus looked like it just came from the showroom floor. I do have OCD, and my vehicle is one of my obsessions. They did a remarkable job outside and in. My car did in fact look even better than when I bought it off the showroom floor. They were very careful to discuss the industry-best products they would be using, the pricing and package I wanted before the appointment, and inspected the car with me to remedy any issues that I needed addressed after they were finished. Even with my clinical obsession, there was absolutely none. Not one issue “Out or In”. My car looked new, and it smelled new.
