Very nice and accommodating in most ways! We arrived for an estimate due to our vehicle damage from another business. We were never given the estimate, but the business that damaged our vehicle was. We didn't agree on the damage during the estimate so their services weren't rendered! We felt like we were fighting with the business to get a fair estimate when it was a "cut and dry" situation! We spoke to the front office spokesperson and never did meet or speak to the person whom actually did the estimate. Each time a question came up about a part or process, an inadequate answer was received! Although we didn't use their business they may be fine with detailing vehicles, as their description depicts! Nice office manager and decent facility to sit and be comfortable in!

My convertible was a mess! Super dirty & dusty interior after having the top down most of the summer. Exterior was dull & had some dings & scrapes. But the guys from ACH Mobile Detailing worked a miracle! The two guys who did the work were here early for our appointment. They were super friendly & very knowledgeable about products / processes to get the best results. The mobile van is self-contained -- didn't need electricity or water source. So all the cleaning was done out of the way in our cul de sac. Exterior hand wash + ceramic coating is so shiney! Little dings disappeared! Wheel rims polished/ tires look new. Interior is spotless - not a speck of dust! Leather seats back to being supple. Car looks fabulous! 👌 And from a business perspective ... great communication! Everything I told the owner -- from the package I thought I needed, to their scheduling system, to text reminders and even the convoluted directions to get into our neighborhood -- was passed along to the guys who came over. I contacted Jonathan at Ratcliffe Auto Spa about detailing the interior of my 2014 Dodge Durango. It had been YEARS since I had it professionally cleaned. Now, I’m not a messy person, but I have a 3 1/2 year old grandson who’s car seat was hiding some pretty serious surprises and stains! I also had acquired some random stains on my cloth seats and just needed some overall love! This was a retirement present to myself back in 2014 and I LOVE my SUV. But it has weathered over the years and lost its “new car luster”. It still has low miles for its age but it didn’t quite look it! When I spoke with Jonathan he explained all the services they provided in great detail! The website and online booking is SO user friendly, he was AMAZINGLY accommodating when at the last minute I needed a pickup/drop off, and when he brought my baby back to me she looked BRAND NEW again! The stains were gone, the shine was restored, and on the initial reveal, HE noticed some things that were overlooked and asked to keep it a little longer to make things PERFECT! I cannot recommend Ratcliffe Auto Spa Detailing and Ceramic Coating ENOUGH! I am a customer FOR LIFE! After a storm we found our Lincoln Navigator with a tree penetrating our front windshield. Once we replaced the shattered windshield we had to find a way to get rid of the massive amount of glass in the interior. Mirror imaging got it done in one day. Our Lincoln has never looked better. The owner was so personable and eased all our worries. We had them tint our windows as well and it’s like bringing home a new car. We are SO happy with the result. Highly highly recommend.

Such a great experience. We had a 2019 Traverse and a 2006 Duramax detailed yesterday by Joe. I've never had a vehicle detailed before. I will now get 1 at least once a year. Do you even care about your car? Taylor, his wife, jazzmyne and their team at Excalibur really put the detail in detailing. My car has been sitting a shed for a year and a half and during that time, spiders, dirt dobbers, birds, and even mice decided to make their home in it unfortunately. Two mice even decided they should make it their grave site and well let's just say the after smell was more than noticeable. Thankfully, Excalibur was able to renew life into my sazuki sx4. They really cleaned the inside well, it smells wonderful and I don't feel like my skin is going to jump out of my skin when I drive it. Of course they did a superb job with the outside of the car, it went from a sad grey car to a spectacular silver that makes me giddy and excited to drive the car when I get in and my sad old headlights that were yellow like the teeth of a chain smoker are renewed and like that of a pearl, really incredible. What's even more, is the engine even sounds smoother after they cleaned it out, I'd say my car even got faster after they cleaned it. But, what is most impressive even after all that has been said, is the attention to detail. They cleaned the joints in the car, the door frames, the gas cap, and even the area behind the steering wheel. Everyone deserves a clean car, it is worth every penny, and watch yourself smile with pearly whites just like the shine you'll see on you car. Promise you won't regret it. It's the perfect gift for yourself or anyone you love! Also fyi there are before and after photos!

Definitely a 5 star experience. One of the few contact forms on the internet I’ve filled out and had a company get back to me so quickly. Taylor’s communication was incredible. He discussed everything they were going to do to detail my car and even sent me update pics a long the way. He was honest about what my expectations should be, given my 31 year old car. Overall great experience with their mobile detailing, exterior, interior, paint correction ceramic coat interior, exterior and wheels on my 2023 BMW X5. I had put off doing everything for over a year after buying my X5 new. Primarily because most places required me to leave my car with them for a week. When I came across Rick's I was excited they could do everything at my house and in one day. They will come back in a couple weeks to do the secondary wash and check. Overall communication is top notch. Ethan laid out everything in advance and set expectations. Rick's was available and responded quickly. Ethan and Caleb arrived on time, and I could tell they knew what they were doing. It was a great day weather wise for the work they'd complete. It was unseasonably cool, overcast with light rain in the morning. Other than humidity, it was ideal for what they needed. They arrived promptly on time at 8am and explained everything they'd do with the car to get it where I wanted it. I added an interior coating at the time based on their suggestion. The two man team did most of the work inside my garage. They did the interior first, then washed the car, paint correction, coated the interior and exterior. Took the wheels off and completed their coating. They did run out of the interior package I added upon their recommendation, but they explained they'd complete when they do a wash in two weeks. All good and great communication. The car looks great and I'll refrain from driving it much over the next week. I'll also refrain from washing it to let it properly cure. Again an overall very positive experience and exceeds my expectations currently. Appreciate the work that Caleb and Ethan completed. Thank you!

These guys are great, honest, fast and affordable. Great used tires mounted fast with no appointment. Always my go to first stop. They have the best prices and only keep really good tires on hand. They usually have common sizes on hand but pretty often I will order weird tires on Amazon and they put them on no problem! Great guys.

I love this car wash. I’ve had a membership for (give or take) a year now. I look forward to going every weekend. I’ve always had a great experience, quick lines, friendly service, everything I would need for a detailed clean is provided and the location is perfect. Recently, I (accidentally) locked myself out of my car with my purse and phone inside. Two team members spend 30-40 minutes helping me get back into my car. I was so impressed at how willing they were to go the extra mile. They didn’t owe me any assistance but they did it anyways and it meant the absolute world to me. Highly recommend.

I can't possibly speak enough praise for Dex and KC Elite Car Care. I've brought him three of my personal vehicles over the past year, and i've been absolutely stunned at the quality of work that they've performed. There are plenty of detailers in the Kansas City metro, and i've used quite a few of them, but none of them can capture the quality of work, honesty and fair pricing that Dex offers. Don't waste your time elsewhere, you won't be disappointed. The pictures attached are of my 92 Lincoln Mark VII. The paint was covered in swirl marks and was dull and starting to oxidize. The after results as shown below speak for themselves.

Paul and the rest of the 913 team did top notch work on my car (daily driver Honda). The interior was immaculate and it was clear they go into every nook and cranny. I rarely leave reviews, but my goodness… what an incredible service. Called on Thursday. Dropped off Friday morning. Picked up 5 hours later. In the 7 years I’ve owned my Jeep, it’s been to Toronto, Seattle, San Diego and nearly everywhere in between. With two big dogs and never having had it professionally cleaned before, you can imagine how insanely dirty this thing had gotten (especially with dog hair and a dog throw up incident). They did such an incredible job and I feel like I’ve stepped into a brand new car. Awful service, completely unresponsive.I paid $250 to have my truck detailed here, inside and out with a multi step wax process.Received a call that it was ready earlier than expected and picked it up right at closing time instead of the next day. Looked okay at first glance, paid and left. Checked it out when I got home and sent a message within thirty minutes letting them know there must have been a misunderstanding because my truck had not even been washed. They simply wiped it off and put tire shine on all the rubber. The next day I sent an email. Never received any response at all. Photos show the leaves and pins needles still packed in windshield and door jambs, dirty mats left in bed "to dry", rubber I had to clean because it never dried from whatever they put on it, and dry dirt still in between panels and in bed.

We were very pleased with the detail. They even did the 3rd row without me asking, which was folded down since I have a cargo mat in the back. I appreciate the honesty in not recommending under the hood degreasing / power washing, so we did not have that done. Overall, very pleased with the detail. I do wish that I would have looked closer at the brake pedal as it seems like that was the only thing missed. But everything else made the car look brand new again. You can't beat their price and level of service.

I am a repeat customer of Ray’s because I am always very happy with the work he does & the service all around! I have gotten two interior details, the last one was after someone broke into my car and glass was everywhere. I was so worried I was not going to be able to get it out of my seats, and Ray said don’t worry about it and did a wonderful job!

Ray and his team are true miracle workers. I’ve taken two cars to be detailed and they have surpassed my expectations both times. This last time I brought in a red car with a bunch of white paint on it from where I scraped the side of my garage door (oops) and they managed to make it completely disappear! Plus the interior of the car looks brand new again. I will keep coming back!

Made appointment instead of asking for address when appointment was set. He ask for address day of, I sent him address he then tells me oh you didn't reply so I took another job! next available wouldn't be until Thursday. Sounds like he was already booked. My appointment was at 10am. y You never sent message day prior or at 10am saying if I don't receive message by 10am I'll have to take another job it's hard to get anything done from people today everyone does things backwards you get address upfront!!!!

Exceptional. Great communication and very professional. He confirmed week of, and day before. Was punctual and confirmed everything we wanted done before starting. Gave an accurate time estimate, and delivered an awesome product. Took our kidmobile and made it look showroom worthy. 10/10 will use again.

Ceramic Pro just completed our second car, the blue Audi after doing our white Stinger. Both cars now look better than when they were new on the showroom floor! We are immensely satisfied with the appearance, but just as important was the staff that performed the work. Jadyn was our technician, who took so much extra care to make sure everything was perfect! She was a joy to work with, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Obviously, we are raving fans!
