I have used Mid-Mo Dents for all of my previous vehicles, and just got all of my new vehicles windows tinted and a brow put on. They look excellent! Customer service was top notch and they were very easy and great to work with! I highly recommend them and would refer them to everyone as well!

I highly recommend these guys! Had them do the tint on my F250 and it looks great. They also did an amazing job on the interior detail in my 2010 expedition and it looks as good as new. Cleaner than I've ever seen it! Especially being in the country with four kids... The communication is excellent and they are pretty flexible if you need to change or adjust an appointment. Most expensive car wash I’ve ever had! Took my daughters car in for the immaculate detail package and unfortunately was very disappointed. To be fair, it was cleaner than when I dropped it off but after 5 days I expected a better “detail “ than what I received. The pictures below are the “after service “. No need for before pictures because obviously the seats are still dirty and some of the panels were overlooked. Although Mike is a pretty good guy, the service I received was less than ideal for a “immaculate detail “.

Got a platinum ceramic coating, interior detailing and coating, and hail damage dents removal done here. Loved the results (see pictures), and at a good price too. Mike was very responsive and great to work with! He clearly takes a lot of pride in getting things done the right way. I particularly loved the ceramic coating and how it makes my car gleam!

We are new to the Lake. We have had some amazing drive thru car washes around St. Louis. Kwik Kar hasn't got my car washed good yet. It gets the upper level of dirt off, but never gets my grill and windshield clean.

I am extremely frustrated with Tidal Wave Car Wash and their complete lack of accountability and customer service. I requested to cancel my subscription over 5 months ago, and when I visited the location, they took my window sticker and assured me the account was canceled. However, to my shock, I recently realized I’ve been charged every month since then. When I reached out to inquire about a refund or any form of compensation for the 5 months I haven’t used their service, I was met with nothing but indifference. They claimed they couldn’t assist me because I didn’t have a cancellation email, which is impossible to provide since they never followed through on the cancellation in the first place. How could I have an email confirming the cancellation if they took my window sticker and told me it was all taken care of? Their customer service response was completely dismissive, and they offered no solution or even a gesture of goodwill, such as a free wash or credit. This is an unacceptable way to treat paying customers. I will never use Tidal Wave again and strongly advise others to avoid them if you value your time, money, and the integrity of the businesses you support.

Paid for tire shine, service was not provided. Wash is ok, but nothing great. Update: Cleans okay, but the rinse needs to be improved. Still soapy after exiting. I was able to wipe off with provided window cleaning towels. I've used the graphene level wash twice now and noticed that it appears to have a good sheen with the ceramic coating, and it seems to stay cleaner and shine longer between washes. I did notice that tires on the last wash did develop a brownish coating that doesn't come off without a thorough cleaning. I can't say for sure that tire shine was a direct cause, but I will update after a few days once this wash has had time to fade.

I am a member and I haven't been able to wash my car in 2.5 month because they are always closed. I show up at 6 on week days when their hours are until 7 and they are not open and then on the weekends they are not opening when their posted hours say they are. I feel like I wasted money on a membership at this point. It is a nice location just seem to be closed all the time

Suds up is absolutely the best in Missouri hands down. I’ve been going to Mike since before he even started Suds up because he always amazes me at the quality and passion he puts into his work. Mother's day gift to my mom. 2016 Hyundai Sonata. Her reaction was priceless. OMG ITS DARK. Lol what she asked for. Very accommodating due to it would take 4 hours for whole car. They had a loaner car to go around town while tinting was being done. One car garage shared with a power wash company. Google sent us to lower level but they are on the top corner. This is first day so far 5 star. After a month I'll re-update status of tint.
