In Jan right after Christmas and a surgical procedure, my car was stolen, but found and returned in a few days. Although nothing was damaged other than a window- I felt very violated as some personal affects of the thief were still in my car when I got it back, and when I asked a friend who’s son works for a dealership, who he’d suggest I take my car to- Carlos was the only name he gave me. The place is hidden across from William Chrisman HS. But once you find it your auto detail search ends there. I had probably the worst interior of a mustang and it came out brand new with no smell. I was amazed. Price is fair and reasonable. Appointments are welcome because they are busy. Very satisfied

My truck looks like a new truck .I booked an emergency clean because my dog threw up on my seat and man did it smell bad. They not only took care of the smell but cleaned it to an impeccable level. I work construction so my seats where stained my center console was pretty gross looking from where I rest my arm after long days of work and it all smells amazing and looks great. For exceeded expectations. On top of everything they were able to fit me into their schedule on short notice. Would recommend and do plan on using again.

Great service in both 2024 and then my other todays this year! Polished and ceramic protected my boat and truck! Helped me add Custom vinyl and black tint too!!! They came out for an interior detail and the service provided was horrible. They left dust all over the dash, we called for them to fix their mistakes, they said they would send out a different crew. I hired Out & In Detailing to clean and detail my Lexus and I was absolutely amazed with the finished work outside and in. David and Vincent stayed in contact with me even before they arrived at my home as scheduled. David was so professional as to let me know that they were running according to schedule and would be arriving at my appointment on time, and so they did. They both received two recommendations. One from me now. The other from a passerby who commented that my Lexus looked like it just came from the showroom floor. I do have OCD, and my vehicle is one of my obsessions. They did a remarkable job outside and in. My car did in fact look even better than when I bought it off the showroom floor. They were very careful to discuss the industry-best products they would be using, the pricing and package I wanted before the appointment, and inspected the car with me to remedy any issues that I needed addressed after they were finished. Even with my clinical obsession, there was absolutely none. Not one issue “Out or In”. My car looked new, and it smelled new. Caleb was on time and professional. He worked very diligently and takes pride in what he does. He buffed out all the scuff marks in the clear coat before applying ceramic coat. I haven't been able to test out how well the ceramic coat works yet but I'm confident he did a great job.

Do you know how nice it is to have your vehicle cleaned without the hassle of leaving your home. I prefer to wash & detail self-serve car washes my “near me” search only caught car wash and McBees was an option clicking on it I received a $25 ultimately car wash and free iced coffee!!! The car wash was superb quality And the young eager service attendance were excellent!!! I feel like I stole something, especially since I could only give these kids a two dollar tip as I didn’t have any more cash on me😞. Couldn’t be more pleased with how my car looks, and my coffee is great, they made it just how I asked. I can’t wait to come back for the dog wash!

Awesome people, specifically who was helping us out around 3:50 pm march 11th he was awesome explaining all the packages you can get and just super up beat :) the vanilla hot coffee was also delicious! Also so many options at the vacuums including small detailing air blower, loved it!

The car wash here is great! One of the best in Independence but the vacuums are next level! Best suction and they extended wand help get into every crevasse and under the seats. Also staff is nice! Justice and Jason are awesome employees and deserve a massive raise!

Filed a claim for roadside through my insurance and this company picked it up. Had my 3 year old with me and Tony was super friendly helped me put my car seat in the truck. Had a 30 minute drive to drop off and he kept great conversation so it wasn’t just an awkward ride. Seemed very experienced in his work. I drive a 5 speed and he got in and loaded it up no problem. He also made sure we were all good at drop off before he left. Definitely recommending them to all of my independence friends!

I am editing my review. I was invited in for a few and and I went today, everything was amazing. I was asked to look over my car and the even corrected the one thing I saw. Thank you so much for the amazing service recovery. No one was helpful at the pay window, the employee started clicking things, total was $48. I was like uh I just want a basic wash and express interior. Get to the wash part and they can't do it because I have a hitch on my SUV. They refund my $10 wash, then have me pull in the bay. My car has been sitting in the bay for greater than 10 min waiting on the $28 interior express clean. There are 5 employees with 3 cars in the bay, 4 employees working on one car. The end product wasn't even worth the wait, there was still crumbs and dirt in obvious places.

This is my favorite place to get my car washed. They offer services to vacuum and clean inside your car too- including the trunk. It's nice to leave with the ENTIRE car clean. All the staff has been very helpful every time I have gone. Convenient. Can't really speak to price since nobody else offers the full service vacuum & cleaning but the car wash part is pretty average priced with other local car washes.

CARE DETAILING BLEW MY MIND! I went there for my daily driver, which they absolutely cleaned and detailed to perfection. I wish I had taken before photos of it. I have a kid and that car was soooo dirty inside. It's too much for me to clean. When I came back, it looked like the day I drove it home from the dealer. It was such a relief and worth every penny. While I was there, I saw them restoring some semi trucks too. That's what really impressed me. They got rid of rust, painted metal to look like new, and restored the cabin interiors to like-new conditions (I included a before and after image they let me take). They even told me they specialize in mobile detailing where they send a fully self-contained detailing shop in a van to your home or office to do the same services at your convenience. What? Seriously!? That immediately made me a fan for life, and I am now trying their mobile service to have my car detailed at home while I work. I couldn't say enough about the care, concern to detail, and great customer service Ben and his team gave me. It really felt like I was a family friend getting a sweet deal. I highly recommend you try them out today. Be prepared to be impressed.

My 2004 Toyota Tundra had been parked outside, under Black Walnut trees for many years. Of course this resulted in a great deal of build up and paint oxidation. When I dropped it off at Summit Detail, I could see a look of concern on Sean’s face indicating he was unsure whether or not they could revitalize the surfaces. I had a coolant hose leak and needed my engine bay cleaned. I called Jeff (the owner), and he was able to get me in the same day. I told him I was still working on my car, so I was running late for my appointment, but he still got me in. When I got there, he was talking to another customer, so I was going to wait until he was done, but he acknowledged me and said he'd be right with me. Jeff did an excellent job and went above and beyond when working on my vehicle. The customer service was excellent too, which is lacking sometimes these days. I had a really good experience at Pro Detailing Solutions. I try to do everything myself on my vehicle because of the bad experiences I've had when others have done anything to my vehicle, but I'm glad I took a chance. I was actually telling my family about Jeff as he was working. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. If you need your vehicle detailed, give Jeff a call... I forgot to mention what stood out to me the most. I was really worried about all the coolant and what it would look like after he was done. As soon as I thought it, he asked me if I wanted to see my engine bay before he closed the hood. I had an accident while going through club car wash, they had let and admitted this a huge truck that wheels did not fit, and he jumped the track and stopped in front of me. I laid on my horn so they would shut the car wash down, and I kept ramming into the truck in front of me. They shut down the car wash, got the guy unstuck and he took off. There was a person waiting for me when I got out and said they would turn in the claim to their office. Which they did, but they would only take care of the front damage, which was minimal looking. But my car as soon as I pulled off, started shaking and making a terrible noise. I drove it right home and called them. They said they would review. I got a call from their corporate office and said they would only take care of the damage on the front of the car not what happened underneath. Which they told me there’s no way their car wash would’ve caused this I told the lady but ramming into the guy three times with this huge truck would have. Never heard anymore back from them turned it into my insurance had to pay my $500 deductible and guess what there was a lot of damage Underneath. My bumper was completely cracked underneath and there were some other mechanical things that have been broken. I have only had this car a couple of months there was nothing wrong with my car. It is a 2020 Land Rover. My friend also uses club car and told me that she has been stopped on the tracks three times now no accident. So I’m canceling my monthly subscription to them and so did she. This seems to be a problem. I am so upset that I had to pay $500 of my insurance deductible just to get my car fixed. Stay away from club car wash!!!!!!!!
