Carlos is just a magician. My car sits outside, goes to sporting events, hasn't been deep cleaned in forever... Doesn't matter. Carlos overcame all of that and literally gave me back a new car. The car got cleaned well enough, but the driver-side rear mirror got unhinged (broken) from its mount. I told someone there who took my name & number for the manager and I was told I would be called in the morning. That hasn't happened yet at !:34 PM, and it really needs to be fixed(!).

My truck looks like a new truck .I booked an emergency clean because my dog threw up on my seat and man did it smell bad. They not only took care of the smell but cleaned it to an impeccable level. I work construction so my seats where stained my center console was pretty gross looking from where I rest my arm after long days of work and it all smells amazing and looks great. For exceeded expectations. On top of everything they were able to fit me into their schedule on short notice. Would recommend and do plan on using again.

Caleb was on time and professional. He worked very diligently and takes pride in what he does. He buffed out all the scuff marks in the clear coat before applying ceramic coat. I haven't been able to test out how well the ceramic coat works yet but I'm confident he did a great job.

Do you know how nice it is to have your vehicle cleaned without the hassle of leaving your home. The place is hidden across from William Chrisman HS. But once you find it your auto detail search ends there. I had probably the worst interior of a mustang and it came out brand new with no smell. I was amazed. Price is fair and reasonable. Appointments are welcome because they are busy. Very satisfied

CARE DETAILING BLEW MY MIND! I went there for my daily driver, which they absolutely cleaned and detailed to perfection. I wish I had taken before photos of it. I have a kid and that car was soooo dirty inside. It's too much for me to clean. When I came back, it looked like the day I drove it home from the dealer. It was such a relief and worth every penny. While I was there, I saw them restoring some semi trucks too. That's what really impressed me. They got rid of rust, painted metal to look like new, and restored the cabin interiors to like-new conditions (I included a before and after image they let me take). They even told me they specialize in mobile detailing where they send a fully self-contained detailing shop in a van to your home or office to do the same services at your convenience. What? Seriously!? That immediately made me a fan for life, and I am now trying their mobile service to have my car detailed at home while I work. I couldn't say enough about the care, concern to detail, and great customer service Ben and his team gave me. It really felt like I was a family friend getting a sweet deal. I highly recommend you try them out today. Be prepared to be impressed.

I hired Out & In Detailing to clean and detail my Lexus and I was absolutely amazed with the finished work outside and in. David and Vincent stayed in contact with me even before they arrived at my home as scheduled. David was so professional as to let me know that they were running according to schedule and would be arriving at my appointment on time, and so they did. They both received two recommendations. One from me now. The other from a passerby who commented that my Lexus looked like it just came from the showroom floor. I do have OCD, and my vehicle is one of my obsessions. They did a remarkable job outside and in. My car did in fact look even better than when I bought it off the showroom floor. They were very careful to discuss the industry-best products they would be using, the pricing and package I wanted before the appointment, and inspected the car with me to remedy any issues that I needed addressed after they were finished. Even with my clinical obsession, there was absolutely none. Not one issue “Out or In”. My car looked new, and it smelled new. Red Devil has done multiple vehicles for my family and I and every time they knock it out of the ball park with there service. 10/10 recommend if you are looking to get any paint correction done to your vehicle to protect your investment these guys are the way to go. This shop is absolutely amazing!! I took my 2021 Chevy Tahoe in to clay bar some overspray for paint and to have a small dent removed. These guys are exceptional! They explained everything they were going to do and prices were very reasonable. Flawless work! You can't even tell there was a dent to begin with. They got all the overspray off and buffed and polished my vehicle to look brand new again! I couldn't be happier! I'm going to recommend them to everyone I know! These guys are the best around!

I am editing my review. I was invited in for a few and and I went today, everything was amazing. I was asked to look over my car and the even corrected the one thing I saw. Thank you so much for the amazing service recovery. No one was helpful at the pay window, the employee started clicking things, total was $48. I was like uh I just want a basic wash and express interior. Get to the wash part and they can't do it because I have a hitch on my SUV. They refund my $10 wash, then have me pull in the bay. My car has been sitting in the bay for greater than 10 min waiting on the $28 interior express clean. There are 5 employees with 3 cars in the bay, 4 employees working on one car. The end product wasn't even worth the wait, there was still crumbs and dirt in obvious places.

Came through to get my jeep interior cleaned I was expecting way more for the price of 28 dollars. I know no one will ever clean it as good as myself but the floorboard still has dirt on it. The handles still have dust on them… really no attention to detail. This looked like the best place in the area as most are just drive through touchless places. I am a traveler but if I was local I’d never come back here..

They changed their sprayer that they use when you first enter into the car wash. It does not efficiently spray the car, instead it just soaks the car. My car was not as clean as it should have been this time. I do not care that they use square because it actually saves your payment information which is not cool. I believe they have changed something about what they use for products because it leaves a big film on my windshield which I am not fond of.

After a long weekend on the road. My windshield filled with dead bugs. And my energy on E. Mcbees is my first stop back in town for some amazing coffee and a clean car. I forgot my rack was on the back and the manager Tommy was more than helpful assisting me with me pulling it out. The membership is well worth it to keep your car clean. Best location by far.

Attendant was super friendly and informative. He offered me either a free cup of coffee or air freshener. They have three different scents for the air fresheners. It was easy to maneuver to the entrance of car wash. They do offer an express lane for customers that do monthly subscriptions. I was guided in and the tracks were nice. car wash did a good job - no different than any other typical car wash. But I notice, that I did not get sprayed down before entering the car wash, yet I am unsure if it was because I was just redeeming a free car wash, or if the automatic portion does that as you're going through. It did feel Like I received an undercarriage spray down during the automatic transition. They offer free vacuums with plenty of stalls, however, I did not use the vacuum today, so I'm not sure of how powerful they are. The automatic drying part of the wash is better than most typical car washes, I felt and the car wash overall Got my vehicle cleaner then what I usually notice.

God forbid you sit in your car for 5 minutes on a rainy day, I wash and vacuum my car Here and other locations multiple times a week. For whatever reason, an older gentleman approached very aggressively and said the owner is going to call the cops. Truly, less than five minutes.

This place is a dump I thought you were supposed to improve things if you bought out of business the time for your quarter is highway robbery can't even get a half my car wash for its beeping at me after I put almost $8 in the damn thing. On top of that no wax option the water pressure is good it's somewhat hot water but it's just a dump nowhere to rinse your towel or shammy off when you're wiping down your car which if you own a car wash should know that that is a top priority for a lot of people so if I could give this place zero Stars I would just like the one in Blue Springs hey yo owner guy why don't you fix these things and actually make it worth coming here add a wax option add somewhere where I can rinse and clean my my shammy down and clean it while I'm trying to wipe my car you took this over and turned it into a dump it's way worse Spot&Not was way better

The friendliest folks, this is probably the best car wash experience I’ve had and they have a whole parking lot full of vacuums and trash cans. It’s pretty inexpensive for all the stuff you get. I got a $15 car wash. They did my tires. Everything looks absolutely phenomenal and on top of all that they give you a detailing towel That you put in a bucket once you’re done at each of the vacuuming stations. It’s absolutely amazing you can get your car really clean here. I suggest if you’re far or close, this is the place to go.

I am a member with 2 separate car washes, and my girlfriend was denied access despite having a valid membership. Apparently, the system was incorrectly displaying her car as a Nissan Sentra instead of her actual vehicle. Since we conduct all transactions in person, this clearly indicates an error committed by an employee. Last year, an employee erroneously charged multiple car washes to my credit card. When I returned to the location to complain, the employee informed me that these incidents are frequent. Despite spending over an hour at the establishment, the manager failed to follow up on my request. I continued to express my dissatisfaction, but no action was taken. Eventually, I grew weary of pursuing the matter and no refund was issued. This behavior was highly unprofessional towards a loyal and long-standing customer. I strongly advise future customers to vigilantly monitor their bank accounts to prevent similar errors from occurring. Unfortunately, poorly trained employees may inadvertently link the wrong vehicle to your account.

I had a coolant hose leak and needed my engine bay cleaned. I called Jeff (the owner), and he was able to get me in the same day. I told him I was still working on my car, so I was running late for my appointment, but he still got me in. When I got there, he was talking to another customer, so I was going to wait until he was done, but he acknowledged me and said he'd be right with me. Jeff did an excellent job and went above and beyond when working on my vehicle. The customer service was excellent too, which is lacking sometimes these days. I had a really good experience at Pro Detailing Solutions. I try to do everything myself on my vehicle because of the bad experiences I've had when others have done anything to my vehicle, but I'm glad I took a chance. I was actually telling my family about Jeff as he was working. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. If you need your vehicle detailed, give Jeff a call... I forgot to mention what stood out to me the most. I was really worried about all the coolant and what it would look like after he was done. As soon as I thought it, he asked me if I wanted to see my engine bay before he closed the hood. Thank you...!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for the customer service and the job that he did.

Took my husbands truck to Kyle to get it detailed. What a great birthday gift for him! The truck had seen 3 years of camping, kayaking, tailgating and hunting. Kyle did an excellent job. The outside had the shine of a brand new truck. The attention to the body, grill work and wheels was outstanding.
