No attention to detail or care for proper work. I paid for a detail and vacuum. I specifically asked if they would clean the windshield inside and out because I had some crud on it. They left streaks behind and the crud was STILL THERE. They left soap on my passenger window, somehow got in on my passenger seat as well, and they also left crumbs in easy to reach/view places. I could’ve done better than this! I paid to have someone do a better job than I would. The guy who gave me my keys back was also very rude. He didn’t greet me and stood as if waiting for a tip. I usually tip for services, but I’m not tipping for this half done work.

Wish I could give them 1/2 a star. The absolute WORST!!! I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK! Paid $51 for a car wash inside and out. Those young men didn't clean nothing. I still have dusty places inside my car. I drove off so fast I didn't inspect it. I can't believe they did such a horrible job and it took them forever. I just knew it was going to be spotless and they didn't even put air freshener in. DNT waste your money, wash it yourself. Trash 🗑️

Maybe TOO good at their jobs! Our car had some dried chocolate syrup in the seat, several fries in the pit of despair (space between the chair and the console), and two seasons' worth of daily use. We also drive to/from Oklahoma several times a year, and we all know what a road trip does to a car. Paid $250 to have it cleaned inside and outside with some shampooing. Our car rolled out looking brand new! It looked SO good that it (Hyundai Sonata) actually got stolen that night. ^.^" Honestly, I take that as further testimony that their service is legit.

However, I would like to caution regarding the Tire Shine service. At my location, it often leaves an unpleasant residue on my custom rims. If I choose to use it, I typically have to run my car through the wash a second time and request that they disable that feature. If this issue were resolved, I would likely remain a loyal customer. Until then, I’m keeping my options open, though it would take significant reason for me to consider switching.

Started off great but in past few months they have declined greatly. Never have window cleaner. Wax is now sporty after being applied. Today no towels either. What a waste of money. Got the top wash and couldn't tell it was washed. Plus they scratched my car. Couldn't get anyone to look at , and told me to come back tomorrow. Like I just have free time everyday. Won't ever go back.

I recently took my car in for headlight restoration and PPF (Paint Protection Film) installation on the headlights, and I couldn't be more impressed with A&G Auto Spa. These guys are always great, Eric used to the one I always dealt with but he’s gone. Steve is a great, knowledgeable go to person for me now. I’ve had my 22 ZL1 completely ceramic coated, PPF and serviced yearly for last 3 years and they stand behind their work. Had my 19 GMC done there, including this last hail storm they not only fixed the hail damage with their partner company but also redid the ceramic coat from where the hail damage got fixed. Had my Harley done here and multiple other vehicles in my family. These are stand up guys here, I’ve used others In St. Louis in the past, this place will always have loyalty because of their quality work and service they provide.

I received a premium interior and exterior detail and added the headlight restoration. The cost was $403 before gratuity for 2013 GMC Terrain. The exterior looked great, nicely waxed. The headlights are still not perfect, but they are a lot better than they were. The interior is where they were lacking. My child lock button on my dash is now missing. They can't find it in the techs vacuum or know where it is. The leather on my steering wheel is torn at the seam now. They also left some dirt residue under the buttons on my dash, in my cup holder, and the outside of the center console is still all dirty and doesn't look touched. I tried to send pics and tell the manager this, to have them make it right, and they told me their texts have been doing this for 6+ years and have never had these kind of problems before. Basically, calling me a liar in a condescending text. My advice to you, if you use this service, is to take before and after pictures of all the pieces of your car, so it's not just your Word against theirs, and missing pieces or damage done during their service, can be proved. Otherwise, the techs won't be held accountable for it. Protect yourself, and your property! At the end of the day, I will replace the button myself and I will wipe the rest of the dirt off. I expect the owner or manager, to respond to this in a condescending, passive aggressive way as he did the text messages. & honestly, if he doesn't want to be a man about it, and correct the wronged areas, then it is what it is, I'm not going to argue with him, or anyone. You don't even have to believe my story, but if you use their service, take pictures, please! It will save you the headache as well as being gaslighted by some tight wad that can't hold his employees accountable for their less than great services.

I want to support local businesses, especially during these very trying times of COVID-19, but today was the last straw for me. I took my car to Jack Schmitt today 06/12/2020 around 11:30 am and this was the end result of a Supreme $30 car wash with cash tip. I work in customer service so I understand the importance of tipping generously. This this is the 3rd time within the past year I have experienced poor quality service and am so disappointed. I kept hoping the next time I'd come back I'd get a different experience, I've been coming to this business since I was a little girl (over 30 years!), but it has consistently failed me and it's time to move onto something new.

Ryan and his crew did an excellent job on both vehicles that are owned. Inside and out, they both look great. Ryan even took the time to look over some of the scratches I had and advised that they are pretty deep and he may not be able to do much about removing them (they are right down to the metal). I appreciate the honesty - at least I know what I will have to do now and once complete, I'll be back to see Ryan to have a ceramic coat applied to protect it. Thanks again!

I scheduled an appointment online with Jeff / Legends for an interior detail. Jeff waited until a day before my appointment to call me (before accepting my appointment) trying to pitch his upsell products for car exteriors. The price listed online started at $85 and said subject to vehicle size, which I understand. On the phone Jeff said service for my small SUV would run $125-$150 depending on how bad my vehicle was, which I accepted. My appointment was scheduled for 9a-1p today. I dropped my vehicle off at 7am per Jeff’s request hoping to get my vehicle back early, as I had errands to run after. I was told to leave my keys under the floor mat of an unlocked, abandoned vehicle on the premises. Super safe. Jeff never texted me to update me on the progress of my vehicle or that it was even there when he arrived. I texted him at 1:15 asking on the status of my vehicle and didn’t receive a response until 2:20 that they were working on my vehicle. 4:30 rolls around and I’m able to pick it up. Another sales pitch for products I’ve expressed no interest in and then a quick peek in my vehicle in a dark garage space and Jeff says “I know I quoted you $200 on the phone, we’ll just call it $150.” I corrected him that $150 was the max we spoke about and he acknowledged that and said “so yeah, still $150.” When I pulled off and got out in the sunlight I began to notice that vehicle was in no better condition than if I had just vacuumed it and wiped it down with armorall wipes, which I certainly could have done in less than 8 hours and for less than $150. Please note I never have backseat passengers, I have plastic floor mats and leather seats, no major stains, so there should have been no distraction from getting little gunk around buttons, soda from around the cup holder, crumbs from door handles. I returned to the business to talk to Jeff and he came out from behind the building with his pants unzipped (it is Valentine’s Day and Jeff was up a free $150- no harm there I guess) and minimized my concerns. He said he would gladly grab a rag and “fix” the issues but I declined due to the fact I was already running late to start my day. Jeff did contact me via text and offer a free exterior detail to make me happy but after seeing the quality of his interior work, I’m sure I could replicate his exterior work with a garden hose and my thumb. Please see my photos taken moments after returning home. If your idea of detailing doesn’t include details, then Jeff is your guy.

I recently took my two-year-old car to Detail to the Max, and I am beyond impressed! My car looks just as it did the day I drove it off the lot. They managed to clean my WeatherTech mats and remove stains I had tried to tackle without success. Even with an all-black interior, they were able to remove every single speck of dust! On top of that, they also handled a tricky situation. After driving around with a large Polish catering order, I had a tragic spill of sauerkraut juice in the backseat of my car. Detail to the Max not only took out the seats and cleaned the mess but completely neutralized the odor. Within 30 minutes of dropping off my car, Max provided a time estimate and a detailed quote. That kind of prompt and clear communication made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Thank you so much!

The work they do is amazing. I love my car but both the inside and out were a complete mess, with transferred paint, tar on the outside. Inside with kids was also a mess. I was to the point of thinking about the large expense of new wheels because they looked awful. One day with Max and his team and wow. Check out the before and after photos. Just awesome job.
