Update Feb. 26, 2016: traded in the car that Auto Embassy cleaned inside and out, and after I went home, the sales lady called and said they had already sold my trade in... less than 2 hrs after I left with my new car. We made an appointment for Tuesday. They were supposed to arrive in the afternoon. I removed everything out of the vehicle to make it easy and made alternative arrangements for transportation. They were communicating up until an hour before they were supposed to arrive and then they ghosted us. We've made several attempts to text and call to no avail. This place comes highly recommended so this is strange or maybe it's just not a big ceramic and so it's not worth their time.

This was the best detailing I've ever seen, and completely reasonable for the price. I couldn't believe how incredible our vehicle looked. In addition, the customer service I received was unparalleled. When my wife voiced a concern (due to some unforeseen issues that were not the owner's fault), the owner came directly to our house on a Sunday personally, and made sure we were completely satisfied with the work at no extra charge. I would definitely go back to Dr. Detail in the future.

My husband Kurt asked Gaines Detailing on Illinois Avenue if they could power wash the undercarriage of my car. Owner Rodney said they could- their next door neighbor is Classic Whips auto body shop and they had a lift he could use. We called Thursday and were told the lift hadn't been available so the car wasn't done. We drove over there late Thursday afternoon to get our garage door opener (which we'd left in the car accidentally). We were shocked and horrified to see a bunch of paint over the passenger side rear wheel well was missing. The owner said, "Kurt, we're both businessmen. Things go wrong. You burn pizzas so you make new ones. I'll make it right." He told us he would have the car done by Saturday. I called again Saturday afternoon and an employee told me Rodney had made an appointment the following Monday to have the fender repainted next door at Classic Whips. Kurt immediately went there to talk to Rodney. Rodney told Kurt one of his employees, using a very powerful 300-degree steam cleaner, got too close to my car while working on something else nearby. Rodney said those machines were so hot that he could have removed all the paint from the car in a few minutes. Kurt told him he wanted to talk to Classic Whips and get references before any work was done. We planned to get several estimates from body shops we trusted, and assumed Rodney would pay for the damage. The car is a 40 year-old Rolls Royce with original paint and we needed someone who could accurately match the Mason Black color. On his way home, Kurt stopped in at Perry Collision Center on the next block. He showed the photos he'd taken and Perry gave Kurt a rough estimate of $2,000 to fix it. We went back to get my car on Monday afternoon, February 26. It was parked out front and Kurt looked underneath. He rolled out from under it with big clods of dirt in his hand- it had not been cleaned. When we went into the office, the woman behind the counter gave us our keys, a bill for $245 and an envelope. Rodney charged $95 for the wash and wax, and $150 for power spraying the underside. In the envelope was a $400 check for "Paint Peel." We asked to talk to Rodney. Kurt is a reasonable, non-confrontational guy. Kurt said, "Look Rodney, this is just a nightmare for all involved but we want to do the right thing." He again told Rodney he wanted to get several estimates before we repainted the fender. Rodney blew up. He told Kurt Classic Whips would do it for the $400, would guarantee the work, and that's all he'd pay. He then said the paint was already bubbled on that fender when we brought the car in. When Kurt tried to talk, Rodney just yelled over him. Kurt was gobsmacked by Rodney's outburst and just stood there. Then Rodney told us to forget the bill for the wash and wax and power cleaning. He yelled that we should just take the check, leave, and not come back. And if we wanted to hire an attorney, he'd see us in court. This was a horrible and extremely disappointing event. The car has been my daily driver for 21 years and we know every square inch of it. The paint was not bubbled in that area. We understand that accidents happen but Rodney made several big errors as far as we're concerned. He should have let us know immediately when the car was damaged. We now believe Rodney was hoping to stall us until he could have his friend next door repaint it and hope we didn't notice. It was Rodney's bad luck that we turned up unexpectedly to get our garage door opener. He should have allowed us to choose where to have the damage repaired. He should not have lied about the condition of the paint, especially since he'd already admitted to Kurt that his steam cleaner did the damage. He should never have lost his temper and been so rude when Kurt was calm and actually quite forgiving when we first asked to talk to him. All Kurt wanted was someone to power wash the undercarriage and now we'll be dealing with hundreds of dollars of additional expense and inconvenience when we do decide where to have it repaired. We'll never take another car to Gaines.

The two young men who own this business and came to detail my car did an exemplary job, and at a reasonable rate. It’s honestly as though I have a brand new car in the garage afterwards! The 2017 SUV was grubby… now the leather seats are supple and spotless and the carpet looks as if it’s been shampooed. Every single surface is polished clean. The entire transaction, from booking through cleaning and payment, was handled with efficiency and professionalism. It was the kind of experience you frankly seldom get these days. I would enthusiastically recommend M&W for your car detailing needs!

Aron was fantastic to work with. He was able to get me in quickly. Picked my car up and brought it back which was fantastic. The less I have to worry about the better. The interior cleaning was great. I was most impressed with the engine. My engine was nasty and when I popped the hood to do some maintenance I was blown away. You can tell he put a lot of effort in. I would recommend Central MO Detailing to anyone looking to have their car detailed. The price was great too.

Aaron (and his assistant) did a fantastic job on my car! He was friendly, very accommodating, and he made sure it was ready by the time I needed it to be. He even followed up after the sale! My son had taken his to another detailing place several months prior, and they took a day and a half to finish it, even though he was told it would only take about 3 hours. Never again! Had an agreement that they could finish a 12 passenger van by 2pm if we dropped it off at 8am. When they finally got done at 3pm the van was still dirty on the outside, full of dust streaks and lines from water dripping. Left dirty muddy foot prints all over the step bars and was very pricey for the work that wasn’t done. Will not be going back and would not recommend.

This location is the best of the locations in Columbia. Always friendly and the car wash is always correct. Some of the other locations you don't get the right one even with the membership. I enjoy having a location so close. Being able to use the rags and getting air fresheners and the vacuums is great. The staff never looks annoyed at being outside regardless of the weather.

I have never had a car wash experience like this before, I was thoroughly surprised by all the courteous and polite staff members. I felt so genuinely welcomed, and the stations that were available to vacuum your car were spacious. The vacuum was super powerful, plenty of towels and free windex!! The state of the art mechanics and solutions used to clean your car was to me the best ever, made me feel like I was in an amusement park ride!! All that for $12!! Can’t wait for next Tuesday!!

Mike’s Attention to Detail is aptly named and Mike provides extraordinary service. My Atlas was fresh off a beach vacation and all of the sand and grime that entails, along with your typical kid-created mess, and now it looks new!! Mike came to my office at a time convenient to me. He took his time and cleaned every inch of my car. It’s sparkling inside and out—I’m impressed to say the least! I come here occasionally to wash my Jeep manually, vs going through a drive-through carwash. I enjoy it because it allows me to clean my car as thoroughly as I like. The costs aren't too high, expensive but not crazy and it works for me.

I took advantage of the promotion they had in february and purchased their most expensive wash ($40 per month) and got it for $20 a month for 3 months. After less than 10 washes over the course of a month I've noticed more scratches/scuffs than I can count on my vehicle. As well as a bent license plate after every wash. Great wash if you have a beater car, definitely gets the dust off and the vaccum is a big plus, but a nice vehicle? Don't waste your time.

I’m giving a five-star rating because everyone here is incredibly warm and friendly. That said, I’d suggest turning down the power on the blowers—my check engine light came on, and after checking it out, I found water had seeped into the air filter vent.

Absolutely waste of money. $32 down the drain had to leave after the car wash and go get a second car wash at a different location. Absolutely will never return to the Columbia Mall car Wash again. Will not recommend this location to anybody I know who ever needs a car wash. I didn't bother to take any pictures of the car because we literally got in the car and drove to another location. We did not take the car through the car wash ourselves The employees did because we paid an additional $15 for interior and they literally vacuumed for $15. I could have vacuumed for free

Absolutely love Club Car Wash! We live on gravel and I go through Club Car Wash as much as I’m able. It’s also fantastic to have the vacuums and towels available. I’ll never go anywhere else.

Wouldn’t really recommend this place unless you’re needing a job done asap. The priced changed from what was quoted over the phone compared to when arrived at the shop. We didn’t roll the windows down at all…for over a month. Bubbles went away after like 2 weeks since this was in November and it was cooler out…but tint is already peeling on the rear smaller windows as well as having gaps where the tint isn’t covering. Halfass job…

I love this car wash because it does not scrub my logos off my Spradling Home Inspections Suburban!! It is easy to use and I can pay way less than $40.00 a month! I usually go twice a month and can choose my wash cycle for that time!

I cannot say enough positive things about the owner of this company, Galen's Auto Body. We picked this company based upon other positive reviews after our college student wrecked their car, with little knowledge of area businesses as we live several hours away. He was responsive, addressed questions we didn't think to ask and went above and beyond trying to assist us. He provided a timely and thoroughly detailed estimate, provided extra pictures to insurance at their request to confirm the pre-accident condition of the vehicle, with helpful suggestions and support in communication with insurance about their valuation of our vehicle. As the vehicle was totaled we weren't able to use the repair services, but given our experience we're sure the work could only have been stellar. I'd give more than 5 stars if able. We are so appreciative of Galen's thoughtful assistance.

I have never been impressed by a car wash til I went here. The car wash itself is thorough and makes my cabin smell good for days. The attendants do a very good job cleaning the wheel wells. They have high powered vacuum bays with a hose on each side for convenience. I have never had a bad experience with any of Club Car Wash's locations but their Worley location by the mall is the best in town. If customer service is dead, as they say, Club Car Wash didn't get the memo. On the evening of 12/07/2024 I pulled into the line for the wash bay only to realize I left my wallet at home. I was so embarrassed but the attendant was so kind as she informed me about their other payment options. I was already so flustered it was immediately evident that I have never used tap to pay and I couldn't even find my digital wallet on my phone. I was ready to throw it in reverse and never show my face there again, but the attendant was so nice and understanding I decided to get a membership. The media gives Gen Z a bad rap in the workplace but the best customer service I've had in years was from a young person 🤷‍♀️ I will always make sure to have some cash for their tip jar, with extra during these cold months they spend outside getting wet.

I used the automatic car wash 2-23-24. The next day I noticed two big white spots on the rear end of my SUV, looks like calcium deposits. I can't get them off, I'm going to have to go to a detailer and hope they can do it. I would have put in a complaint to them before leaving a negative review but there isn't any contact information on the website. I would stay far, far away. This has turned out to be a VERY expensive car wash for me. edit: the owner has reached out and offered to pay for the damage, I just need to get myself to a detailer or auto body guy. Can't ask for much more than that from a business owner. Changing my review for the time being.

Well worth my $10! Super easy to get in and out. My dog is too fat for me get into the bathtub anymore. Warm water, gentle spray and a blow dry that wasn't' scary to my pup and fluffed her up (like she needed it). Soap is a bit thin, might bring my own next time, but still a great service. I don't know why I waited so long to try it out. I'll definitely be back.

My dogs did absolutely amazing!! We had trouble with one of the machines and the worker (I’m assuming owner?) went and put on another full $10 on the other one for the inconvenience so we didn’t waste our money! We had lots and lots of fun washing our dogs in there and they did a lot better here than at home! The dogs loved it just as much as my fiancé and I did! Also, the owner was the kindest person ever! Instantly greeted us, walked us through how to use the dog wash, and gave us towels! He told us goodbye as we left also! Overall just an amazing experience!

Not a good experience at all. I brought the wrong bumper and fender but instead of informing me, they put it on. Brought the right ones, they painted and put on but now 2 months later after the first car wash, the paint is peeling and bubbling!!! I have a huge black spot where the silver paint has peeled off!!! They were so fast because they didn't do a good job

My man Ever. The dude is the coolest guy you will ever meet. He works hard, and he charges good prices. This is the place you need to go if you need to get work done. Quick and easy wash. If you want something done conveniently, this is the place to do it. Unfortunately, this time I went through the wash I came out with multiple paint chips on my hood, roof, and down the sides of the car. The staff was very prompt and helpful in putting my mind at ease and getting a claims process started to have these paint chips corrected. I am now waiting to hear from the claims department on a phone call, and I believe they are going to make this right. I know Club Car Wash prides themselves on putting effort into their work, and they're honest from my experience. I took these photos within 20 minutes of the wash. Aside from this single experience, my car is always fresh and clean after I go through this wash, and I hope to use their service again in the future after having this corrected.

We needed new brakes on the back. We were quoted right at four hundred. When picking up the car today the bill was over eight hundred. After discussing the difference between the quote and the bill we ended up having to pay over seven hundred. We have our own business and we don’t run our business this way. Won’t be back! Waltz is not the only Audi service center! On a better note, the car drive great! That’s the only reason this rating has a two.
