The guys at Legends Auto Spa made my 2025 BMW X5 shine even better than it did when I drove it off the showroom floor 3 months ago! Have an older car that was dirty inside and out. I left the car in the morning and was given a ride home (I live within Columbia). They picked me up after the car was done later that day. My car looked great. I would definitely recommend it. I have another car I plan on getting detailed. People were very friendly and did a great job!

This was the best detailing I've ever seen, and completely reasonable for the price. I couldn't believe how incredible our vehicle looked. In addition, the customer service I received was unparalleled. When my wife voiced a concern (due to some unforeseen issues that were not the owner's fault), the owner came directly to our house on a Sunday personally, and made sure we were completely satisfied with the work at no extra charge. I would definitely go back to Dr. Detail in the future.

We made an appointment for Tuesday. They were supposed to arrive in the afternoon. I removed everything out of the vehicle to make it easy and made alternative arrangements for transportation. They were communicating up until an hour before they were supposed to arrive and then they ghosted us. We've made several attempts to text and call to no avail. This place comes highly recommended so this is strange or maybe it's just not a big ceramic and so it's not worth their time.

Had an agreement that they could finish a 12 passenger van by 2pm if we dropped it off at 8am. When they finally got done at 3pm the van was still dirty on the outside, full of dust streaks and lines from water dripping. Left dirty muddy foot prints all over the step bars and was very pricey for the work that wasn’t done. Will not be going back and would not recommend.

Aron was fantastic to work with. He was able to get me in quickly. Picked my car up and brought it back which was fantastic. The less I have to worry about the better. The interior cleaning was great. I was most impressed with the engine. My engine was nasty and when I popped the hood to do some maintenance I was blown away. You can tell he put a lot of effort in. I would recommend Central MO Detailing to anyone looking to have their car detailed. The price was great too.

Aaron (and his assistant) did a fantastic job on my car! He was friendly, very accommodating, and he made sure it was ready by the time I needed it to be. He even followed up after the sale! My son had taken his to another detailing place several months prior, and they took a day and a half to finish it, even though he was told it would only take about 3 hours. Never again! We will use Central MO Detailing for all of our detailing needs going forward.

I come here occasionally to wash my Jeep manually, vs going through a drive-through carwash. I enjoy it because it allows me to clean my car as thoroughly as I like. The costs aren't too high, expensive but not crazy and it works for me.

I received a special offer for discounted membership online, which I went to their website to sign up for. I chose a location as my main location to receive my stickers from, however when I arrived they were unable to provide my stickers, told me to call customer service. Called customer service and was told they can't send me the stickers, only the location can give those. Visited location again, still can't get stickers. Called customer service to cancel, was told that the cancelation might not go through and I might get charged anyway. So in the end I had to cancel my card to avoid being charged even more money for services I never received. Avoid this company.

This location is the best of the locations in Columbia. Always friendly and the car wash is always correct. Some of the other locations you don't get the right one even with the membership. I enjoy having a location so close. Being able to use the rags and getting air fresheners and the vacuums is great. The staff never looks annoyed at being outside regardless of the weather.

I have never had a car wash experience like this before, I was thoroughly surprised by all the courteous and polite staff members. I felt so genuinely welcomed, and the stations that were available to vacuum your car were spacious. The vacuum was super powerful, plenty of towels and free windex!! The state of the art mechanics and solutions used to clean your car was to me the best ever, made me feel like I was in an amusement park ride!! All that for $12!! Can’t wait for next Tuesday!!

Absolutely love Club Car Wash! We live on gravel and I go through Club Car Wash as much as I’m able. It’s also fantastic to have the vacuums and towels available. I’ll never go anywhere else.

Absolutely waste of money. $32 down the drain had to leave after the car wash and go get a second car wash at a different location. Absolutely will never return to the Columbia Mall car Wash again. Will not recommend this location to anybody I know who ever needs a car wash. I didn't bother to take any pictures of the car because we literally got in the car and drove to another location. We did not take the car through the car wash ourselves The employees did because we paid an additional $15 for interior and they literally vacuumed for $15. I could have vacuumed for free

Touchless car wash would not take my card no matter what I tried. Was able to find bills to pay but damn it was a while just trying to pay for the wash.

Add card readers to your vacuums. Clearly a dump that the owner stopped caring about… when coin op vacuums were a thing.

Mike’s Attention to Detail is aptly named and Mike provides extraordinary service. My Atlas was fresh off a beach vacation and all of the sand and grime that entails, along with your typical kid-created mess, and now it looks new!! Mike came to my office at a time convenient to me. He took his time and cleaned every inch of my car. It’s sparkling inside and out—I’m impressed to say the least! I brought my four dogs there, and we absolutely loved the place. They offer a fantastic setup with regular shampoo/conditioner as well as flea shampoo conveniently built into the hose—what a time saver! 🐾 To top it off, they have a high/low blow dryer that I wasn't expecting but was so grateful for; it really cut down on drying time. Highly recommend this place to any fellow dog owners out there! You and your furry friends won't be disappointed! 🐶❤️

My dogs did absolutely amazing!! We had trouble with one of the machines and the worker (I’m assuming owner?) went and put on another full $10 on the other one for the inconvenience so we didn’t waste our money! We had lots and lots of fun washing our dogs in there and they did a lot better here than at home! The dogs loved it just as much as my fiancé and I did! Also, the owner was the kindest person ever! Instantly greeted us, walked us through how to use the dog wash, and gave us towels! He told us goodbye as we left also! Overall just an amazing experience!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. LEFT A HORRIBLE SCRATCH ON MY BRAND NEW CAR. They reported that the scratch couldn’t have came from their car wash, but I promise you it did. They tried blaming it on the dealership and a whole handful of things. The claims department refused to let me talk to higher management and was not nice about it.

I highly recommend these guys! Had them do the tint on my F250 and it looks great. They also did an amazing job on the interior detail in my 2010 expedition and it looks as good as new. Cleaner than I've ever seen it! Especially being in the country with four kids... The communication is excellent and they are pretty flexible if you need to change or adjust an appointment. I used the automatic car wash 2-23-24. The next day I noticed two big white spots on the rear end of my SUV, looks like calcium deposits. I can't get them off, I'm going to have to go to a detailer and hope they can do it. I would have put in a complaint to them before leaving a negative review but there isn't any contact information on the website. I would stay far, far away. This has turned out to be a VERY expensive car wash for me. edit: the owner has reached out and offered to pay for the damage, I just need to get myself to a detailer or auto body guy. Can't ask for much more than that from a business owner. Changing my review for the time being.

I bought my daughter a new car and I worry about someone following her . I spent years working with people who hurt kids so I am probably more paranoid than most. So I decided to get her windows tinted so people wouldn’t see a young girl alone. Anyway they got me right in, they were fast, and professional. Her car looks amazing! We love Club Car Wash. Even at their busiest times it only takes a few minutes to get through the wash. Our car is super clean, staff is friendly and the auto payment monthly makes it even better. Although all the washes are good, we like the one at Lake of the Woods and the one at Grindstone the best. And, they have locations in other cities so you can keep your car clean even when you’re traveling!

He worked with me and helped me find a price I could afford! He also showed he really cares for his work and painted my hood so it does not rust! Look no further if you need collision repair work done on your vehicle. Our daughter is a student at Mizzou (we are in GA) and she needed work done on her vehicle. Allie was extremely helpful and provided us with a very timely quote and kept us informed about the work being done on the vehicle. Galen's is amazing to work with and worked well with the insurance company. Additionally, they went beyond the call of duty and made extra accommodations to make sure that my daughter could pick her vehicle up after hours. Additionally, Galen himself stayed late in below freezing temperatures to assist my daughter when the lock froze. The work done on the car looks phenomenal. Her 2010 Honda Accord looks brand new. The customer service and professionalism is beyond compare!
