These guys are always great, Eric used to the one I always dealt with but he’s gone. Steve is a great, knowledgeable go to person for me now. I’ve had my 22 ZL1 completely ceramic coated, PPF and serviced yearly for last 3 years and they stand behind their work. Had my 19 GMC done there, including this last hail storm they not only fixed the hail damage with their partner company but also redid the ceramic coat from where the hail damage got fixed. Had my Harley done here and multiple other vehicles in my family. These are stand up guys here, I’ve used others In St. Louis in the past, this place will always have loyalty because of their quality work and service they provide.

They stand by their work! I had my annual checkup for my ppf, ceramic coat, and window tints. They addressed all my concerns and did a fantastic job restoring my car’s finish. I got hit with yellow road paint overspray on my 2023 Camaro (spotted photo) and it was all over the place. They got it off, re-polished and put another top coat of ceramic on it. I’m extremely happy!!! They took very good care of my vehicle. I also included a photo of the roof since it’s the flattest surface it’s like a mirror!

I received a premium interior and exterior detail and added the headlight restoration. The cost was $403 before gratuity for 2013 GMC Terrain. The exterior looked great, nicely waxed. The headlights are still not perfect, but they are a lot better than they were. The interior is where they were lacking. My child lock button on my dash is now missing. They can't find it in the techs vacuum or know where it is. The leather on my steering wheel is torn at the seam now. They also left some dirt residue under the buttons on my dash, in my cup holder, and the outside of the center console is still all dirty and doesn't look touched. I tried to send pics and tell the manager this, to have them make it right, and they told me their texts have been doing this for 6+ years and have never had these kind of problems before. Basically, calling me a liar in a condescending text. My advice to you, if you use this service, is to take before and after pictures of all the pieces of your car, so it's not just your Word against theirs, and missing pieces or damage done during their service, can be proved. Otherwise, the techs won't be held accountable for it. Protect yourself, and your property! At the end of the day, I will replace the button myself and I will wipe the rest of the dirt off. I expect the owner or manager, to respond to this in a condescending, passive aggressive way as he did the text messages. & honestly, if he doesn't want to be a man about it, and correct the wronged areas, then it is what it is, I'm not going to argue with him, or anyone. You don't even have to believe my story, but if you use their service, take pictures, please! It will save you the headache as well as being gaslighted by some tight wad that can't hold his employees accountable for their less than great services.

If you're "OCD" about your car, then you got to go see these guys and have them work on your car: whether it's a Ceramic coating (that's what I had done) or wrapping your car with their film, you won't believe how good it makes your car look! I've had the ceramic coating on my car for 4 months now and water still beads up on my hood and roof--and I get my car washed every other day! Believe me, it's worth the money; it's an investment that will pay off every time you take your car out in public.

Ryan and his crew did an excellent job on both vehicles that are owned. Inside and out, they both look great. Ryan even took the time to look over some of the scratches I had and advised that they are pretty deep and he may not be able to do much about removing them (they are right down to the metal). I’ve called multiple times about them not having plastic guards when rising off cars at our dealership. The exposed metal tipes have caused thousands of dollars of damages to cars on our lot over the last year and no one listens. Was paying a monthly 55 dollars. Have to upgrade another 20 just to have wheels and tires done OR go back through and have do just outside. Was never a great interior clean. Always stuff under seats. Not worth it. Again pay money and hope for them to do a good job. Work too hard for my money. Going somewhere else. BTW may want to make sure the kid directing people onto the belt track actually pays attention to what he's doing. Pay less attention to his hair

I have used the inside out service charging $45 twice at this location. I availed this service today as well. On both occasions they didn’t do a satisfactory job. The dashboard, seats and the side panels were never cleaned properly. I’ve availed the same service at other waterway locations and those locations did a far better job. I’m definitely not coming back here for any future service.

John is a magician who makes your shabby car disappear, and manifests a beautiful new one its place! Short story: My wife looked for months for a new car and recently found the one she loved. When she got ready to trade, I suggested that I take her car, and she traded in mine(as it was older). In any case, once we swapped, I took her car to John to clean it up and clear the “film” from the headlights. As usual, he was friendly, finished the work in no time, and charged less than I expected. I picked up my wife later that evening. She got into MY (previously her) car and exclaimed “This car is beautiful! Why on Earth did I trade?” Thanks John…for making magic. You’re the best.

Writing this reviewed for my mother as she used the services of this business recently. She is in her upper sixties, and now has bad arthritis in both of her hands. She is very neat, but can no longer clean her own car. She took it here for a deep clean inside & out. She was quoted the price of $350, which is already expensive in my opinion. She went along with it anyway, because she wanted to spoil herself. After dropping the car off, she immediately got a call from jack saying she needed to add another $75 to fully clean the interior and $150 for the exterior. Mind you, this car is already very tidy. Now she is being told she has to add an additional $225 to the already expensive $350. This brings the total of $575 for a full car detail. Nearly $600. This amount is flat out egregious. She came in and picked the car up and paid the $250 for the work that had already been done. It is extremely upsetting to here about a business trying to aggressively up sale your mother on an already ridiculous price. Would not recommend this business.

Very good job. I am highly satisfied with the service provided. I had an interior and exterior detailing done. Exterior looks awesome and I love the way my car looks with wax applied. Interior detail looks great. I previously drove on some dusty gravel roads and had no vacuumed my car for about a year. But now, it looks pretty close to brand new! They even got inside the air vents! I will be recommending Ziebart’s services to all of my friends and family!

Do Not Wash Here!!! Avoid Brite WorX Car Washery at all costs! Their extremely strong washing machine damaged my car, and they refused to take any responsibility for it. My recent visit was a disaster: not only did my vehicle sustain damage, but it was still dirty after two washes. During my first wash, the lower trim of my car, an integral part of the original BMW bumper, was knocked off. This part is designed to withstand normal usage and should not be dislodged by their "soft touch cloths." The manager claimed their cloths weren't strong enough to cause such damage and tried to blame it on a previous incident. However, I've taken my car to numerous car washes before without any issues, so it’s clear that this damage occurred exclusively at this location. Adding insult to injury, their assistant cut my finger badly while trying to put the trim back on after the first wash. Despite his efforts, the trim was knocked off again in the second wash. I even found their washing cloth stuck to the other trim side, which, luckily, remained intact. When I contacted management, they failed to offer any solution, citing a "loose trim part" as noted in their "Before You Wash, Please Note" disclaimer. This is unacceptable. My car was not only damaged but also still dirty after using their services. I do not recommend this car wash to anyone. Be cautious if you value your vehicle's integrity.

Washed my SUV here a few times. Never comes out clean, always needs secondary cleaning. The Tidal Wave on Long Rd. Does a much better job and pre-sprays for bugs on the grill and tailgate. For the price, an attendant spraying the front and rear would be great. Would improve the service.

These guys do killer work. I brought them my 2008 Dodge Caliber SRT4 that has seen countless car washes and spent a lot of time outside and they brought it back to life. This service was done right before selling the car and I believe it helped bring attention to the car and got me a quick sale. Absolutely wonderful job 💯. I was up from Florida working in the area and ceramic pro referenced me to precision detailing since there an elite dealer for them. They 2 base coated 1 top coated and polished my color change ppf. Did wheels off ceramic coat for me and did my yearly maintenance on my 24 frontier. The “mad scientist” who did the job blew my mind he even got scratches off my rims and ppf from the current hurricane damage from Helene in Florida couple weeks back as we drove thru mass destruction during evacuation.

I recently took my two-year-old car to Detail to the Max, and I am beyond impressed! My car looks just as it did the day I drove it off the lot. They managed to clean my WeatherTech mats and remove stains I had tried to tackle without success. Even with an all-black interior, they were able to remove every single speck of dust! On top of that, they also handled a tricky situation. After driving around with a large Polish catering order, I had a tragic spill of sauerkraut juice in the backseat of my car. Detail to the Max not only took out the seats and cleaned the mess but completely neutralized the odor. Within 30 minutes of dropping off my car, Max provided a time estimate and a detailed quote. That kind of prompt and clear communication made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Thank you so much!

The work they do is amazing. I love my car but both the inside and out were a complete mess, with transferred paint, tar on the outside. Inside with kids was also a mess. I was to the point of thinking about the large expense of new wheels because they looked awful. One day with Max and his team and wow. Check out the before and after photos. Just awesome job. I had some mud/dirt on my car (that could easily be wiped off with your finger) so I decided to go through the car wash. It didn’t get it remotely clean the first time. The attendant let me get a rewash, which was really nice. After the second time, it’s still not clean. These pictures are AFTER the second wash. Once again, the mud easily wipes off with your finger so I’m not sure why this car wash wouldn’t get it clean. I tried reaching out to customer service online, and all they would offer me is another wash. If it didn’t get it clean the first two times, why would it get it clean a third time? I ended up just having to hand wash it myself and it came right off.

My vehicle stays pretty clean overall. I couldn't imagine getting very good results with this type of wash if you have an average dirty vehicle. Every one of these Country Club tunnels pushes the vehicle too quickly resulting in poor cleaning, poor rinsing, and poor drying. If you keep a clean vehicle and wash it once or twice a week this does an ok job but eventually you're going to have to hand wash to get all the leftover soap residue and stuff off.

I recently took my car here and it was a terrible experience. They cracked my windshield, causing two big cracks down the center of the glass. When I pointed it out, they claimed it wasn't their fault, but I know my windshield was perfectly fine before I went there. Now, I'm stuck paying out of pocket for a new windshield. On top of that, the service was rushed and sloppy. They have young kids doing the vacuuming, and they clearly aren't trained well. They were done in about five minutes, and the inside of my car was still dirty. There were bugs still stuck on the front grille, and the overall cleaning was poor. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Save your time and money and go somewhere else

My second visit there in my Maserati Granturismo, and it was a very disappointing experience. They messed up both driver side wheels, looks like whoever pulled it in hit the Rail walls on the track of the carwash. I spoke to the GM there, and she said she would review cameras and tried to wax the damage away. She said she doesn’t think what happened was from the rail because it’s plastic and doesn’t reach that high. I told her the damage is in both wheels in the exact same spots all around the wheels on driver side meaning it did happen at the wash, and it makes sense because if it wasn’t plastic it would have ate through the metal but because it’s plastic it ate through the clear coat only. She still won’t admit, and I told her to pull the car in to see herself that the rail does go high up on the wheels because they’re performance wheels and tires, she wouldn’t do it. She filled out a form and wanted to discuss with upper management even though she said she was the general manager there. She told me they will follow up in a couple of days, these wheels are $3000 and they messed up two. These can’t be powder coated the same color as to factory, needs to be ordered from manufacturer. I’m very disappointed with how they handled the situation and will be canceling my membership. Will update review after the case is done.
