True Auto detailed my husband’s car today. They did an amazing job! His seats and carpets were very heavily stained… after their interior detail, his car looks brand new on the inside! I have a 09 Tahoe hybrid. I wish I took pictures before him but it was filthy inside and out. There was a grease everywhere all over most of the interior and there was a lot of dirt and grease on the engine. The engine looks brand new the interior looks just spectacular. I can’t be more happy. The only thing is that I had to re-clean the front windshield and back windshield which is on average no matter where I take my vehicle to get detailed at anyways, among some other compartments that I had to reclaim and there was residue on the touchscreen radio, but it’s fine I’m happy with the result he even polished the lights on the fenders I was gonna take them all anyways but now they look good as new I would definitely refer people

John McLemore without a question in my mind runs far and away the best auto detailing shop I've ever encountered anywhere. After making an appointment I brought in my Forest Green 2002 Ford F150/7700 {49K miles} in a truly shameful condition. Within the stipulated time frame of a single day John literally caused this sixteen-year-old pickup to look BRAND NEW again! I'm a stickler for great work because I try to do high-level stuff myself. I looked it over carefully, in all nooks and almost every cranny both inside and out. It is not an exaggeration to say that I couldn't find anything anywhere that wasn't new looking! Ah, let's raise the hood then, we'll get 'im there. Another shock; every component in the engine-compartment also looked, yup, brand new. Staff were very helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to ensure the best experience. Vacuums were great and they have a mat cleaner. It didn’t work so well on my oddly-shaped mats so the staff cleaned them for me in the tunnel. Car was very clean, plenty of space to park to allow for hand drying. A very slick finish with no damage to my vehicle’s paint or finish. Hard to accomplish!

For nearly 18 years I have been a loyal customer to finish line beginning with the Paducah "Southside" location but Sadly slowly but surely the services & perks they offered disappeared til they no longer offered the minimum details services, and more recently the car washes have become poorly maintained with staff who are unfamiliar with how to properly operate the equipment nearly every time I bring one of my cars through e en after prepiping them before driving into the wash it they are far from acceptably clean and Now Today I come to the Cape Girardeau location at 5:15 pm they are closed its currently 35 degrees according to my truck and zero precipitation outside I could accept this if the Club car wash the next block over wasn't open and fully operational the staff pre washed & prepped my truck for me and it looks amazing better than it has from finish line in a couple of years !!! I left a review a couple of months ago tey to get the attention of high level management and it has only gotten worse Unfortunately I think I'm going to be taking my membership to the competition until Finish line can get their staff and facilities back up to the levels I have come to expect

I purchased a new car and that afternoon I stopped by this car wash and I specifically asked the attendant if the machine would touch my wheels I cause I did not want to do Long story short I bought the $8 wash because I didn't want to apply the wheel shine and it gouged both of my wheels on the right side of my new car. I had noticed It last night coming out of Walmart. I returned to the car wash this morning to speak to the manager and he tells me that maybe the place where I bought my car painted over my wheels would not accept even any responsibility or acknowledge the fact that it happened at his car wash Casino I have pictures to prove my wheels were perfect before it entered this car wash. I would not use this car wash if you have high dollar after market wheels and generally I wouldn't use this car wash because of the s***** customer service. I called corporate but all avenues of contact lead to a full voicemail box it will not accept the message and hangs up so that's my dilemma guys I'll keep you updated on the court case cause I'm about to file a civil suit against this car wash for my wheels it's sad situation. Curious how many other people out there like me have they done this too I'm sure I'm not the first to have damage. Thx Re: the owner replied to my review sad to say Noone has contacted me or tried to resolve the problem so I still stand by my review. I still don't recommend the car wash there are others avail that Don't gouge your wheels and aren't so apprehensive or quick to deny the damage brought by use of car wash .

I love the ease of getting in and out of their locations and getting a good wash job on my vehicles. They also give me a discount for multiple vehicles in my household that I have signed up with them. I do like the air house at their Cape location. That is nice to blow out vents and cracks and stuff that won't come out with a cloth. They are reasonably priced and great to work with. Come check them out. You'll be glad that you did.

Gerald did a wonderful job getting me an appointment set up for the next day and he was patient with the questions I had. The service was done very fast next morning, which is awesome. Hats off to the tech that worked on my truck. His attention to details and steps he went through to ensure that job was not only done right, but looked the best it possibly could, is unmatched. Nice vinyl placed on my Tesla. Requested that they copy an image off the internet and they did! Wished they had more color options however. Got a full detail with ceramic coat, plus they repaired any decal portions that was starting to peel for no charge. Very nice work, thank you!

I have used this Elite car was at 900 South Main, Sikeston Missouri for years!!! I have had three issues on new vehicles this year alone Once a new 2023 Camry had a big black grease mark down the whole side. The staff was nice and we both worked together with chemical they already had ready to get it all off. It took around 30 minutes but corrected. Another time this year I took my new 2023 Tundra thru and a 5 gallon chemical bucket somehow got in the back of my truck and the pressure danced it around during the whole wash. No idea how this happened but was not in my truck at the start. I checked truck on exit and all appeared fine. I assume the bed liner protected the beatings and I did not report. Now current issue. I bought a new 2023 Camry Hybrid white on 6/14/23 Car was new and in perfect shape I used Elite at wash at 900 South Main on Saturday 7/29/23 at 239pm in the afternoon. A very bright sun shining day. The car wash did lots of damage to the car showed in the pictures. Scratch is to the metal and circular pattern. I’ve only had this new car 6 weeks. I went back to the wash Sunday July 30 and talked to two nice staff. The young lady told me they had a big malfunction the day before and had reported and sent pictures to her boss. She also showed me her cell pictures with the damage. Part of the rubber rolling hose had fallen out leaving hard plastic. It sounded to me like maybe she had not heard back from her boss on the weekend and the wash kept sending cars thru ??? I went Tuesday 8/1/23 at their other car wash on north main and talked to the two supervisors Matt and Will. Told them the whole story and Matt acknowledged he was aware. He looked at car damage and seemed 100 percent in agreement. He mentioned his home office would review in be in contact with me. He asked me to get a bid for repair. I got a bid for. 374.13 and sent in. I would also need a car rental for two days. Car rental would be around 150.00 I had a bid to sell the car to Car Max that was only good for 7 days. On 8/3/23 I got an email response stating they was refusing to pay and sent one video from the wrong direction. The emailer will not give a name. The staff tells me it is a Tabitha responding to me on the email?? I told the emailer they either had TERRIBLE cameras, doctored the video, or they had picked a wrong date!! I go thru the car wash a lot and they have a record of each date. We all also know a video can be doctored easily. The emailer emailed back they had three other angles they was sending me. I’ve asked three times and they refuse to send the other better angles. Also their video did not have a date or time stamp!!! I west back Friday 8/4/23 around 245pm and met Matt at the car wash on North Main working. I asked to see the video. He asked me to give home 30 minutes and meet me at the wash at 900 South main. We both agreed to meet at 330pm I arrived at 325pm and waited till 440 pm. I waited over an hour and no response. Also no call. I called and emailed and no response. It is unreal they would treat a customer who has used them for years this way???? I have never asked for a dollar. This is real and I would not make this up just to be taking up my time and theirs. My time is worth more than the 500.00 damage!!! I plan to keep addressing this issue on my new car. I have attached many pictures. Makes me wonder if Tabitha is doing this to others???? Not good business Especially when a NEW FANCY CAR WASH IS BEING BUILT now one block away near Walmart and Taco Bell. I know all mechanical things tear up but to deny payment to a long standing customer is simply wrong!!!!! Someone over Will, Matt, and I think Tabitha needs to step up and do the right thing!!! The car is paid in full and I showed them the clear clear title. No prior damage. And no lein holder. The dollars is owed to myself Randy only. I hope the owner sees this and makes this small wrong item correct!!! What is a small 500.00 for a very busy car wash???? The damage was done at your car wash and I know you are aware!!! The car wash was great the first couple months it was open. Now I there is always something broke inside that keeps you from getting a good wash, the attendants are always sagging and showing their underwear, the unlimited membership is operated poorly and rarely works, and the vacuums are not free at the Sikeston location like they are at all others.

My car has seen 3 kids and numerous cross country trips and 5 moves. I waited to get my car detailed for over a decade while I've done my best to keep it clean but let's be real, unless you really prioritize deep cleans, cars just get dirty quick. For Christmas I gifted myself a interior detail and steaming with SIG, and I am so grateful I did. It feels fantastic getting into such a clean car again! They focused on stains in the upholstery and the hard surfaces which always gave me trouble - the SIG team did amazing work and everyone was very friendly and polite. This was a great experience all around.
