Was told they shampoo seats and carpets, paid for full package detail $160… just for them to use a rag and a spray can as “shampooing” … Trunk didn’t get vacuumed.

I love this car wash! For $ 10 you can get your car washed. Then vacuum your car with all the tools you need and they have fresh clean towels for you to use and you don't even need special sprays because the towels are not completely dry, they are like magic wipes. Anyway, love it!

My car was wrecked.... to the point where my frame had to be pulled and straightened back out....I couldn’t drop the top or anything.... but when I tell you my car runs like new and my paint job is immaculate....PLEASE BELIEVE ME! They go over and beyond to make sure their customers are happy..... good Christian people....if needed they offer rental pickup.... the owner took me to pick up my rental and sent someone to pick me up upon return..... Ohhhh lets not forget my headlights.... they were so dull.....when I picked my car up they had cleaned them! My car looks like it has brand new headlights! The little hidden gem is the place to go to get your car done right! I learned about this place through word of mouth and was not disappointed by any means. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! I wish I could give a zero stars. I called them to come detail my car and while they showed up quickly they did a terrible job. I asked for them to vacuum, shampoo, and condition my carpet and seats. When I went out to check the car after the guy was done my car looked like it hadn’t been shampooed at all. I touched the seats and they didn’t feel damp at all. I asked the guy and he said the sun dried it super quick. I know for fact from having my car detailed previous times car seats don’t dry that quickly. I checked the trunk after he left and he complexly missed the trunk. He also missed a ton of stuff around the car. I tried to call and see if I could get my money back and they refused to give it back. The lady I was trying to work with to let her know what happed hung up on me and wouldn’t answer to calls to try and get the resolved

I travel all over the United States for work. My Chevy 4500HD was really in need of some attention. Drove around to 5 other places and was turned away for whatever reason. Pulled in on these guys and within a few minutes we agreed on a fair price and they were on it. These guys did an excellent job, better than what I was expecting. They are very professional and just a great group of people all the way around. I highly recommend them. Next time I'm rolling through Memphis I will definitely be heading back to them. I'm from Alabama and i was looking for a good hand wash place to clean my car in and out so I thought i give this place a try. The owner was polite, smiling and friendly he hires people with speaking difficulties and that's kind and beautiful. No waiting room with A/C. They have chairs and fans outside to keep u cool. The atmosphere is great friendly staff. But the guy who cleaned my car he didn't clean the inside or vacuum the seats I paid $25 for cleaning outside and vacuum the inside. Seats are dirty. Cup holders are dirty.

Yes, my experience with this place was amazing. All of the employees were very nice to me especially this young man named mason! He was very helpful at the pay station and even gave me some good spots for me to eat because I’m new to this area.

I only gave it 3 stars today because of the staff and the free towels. Vacuums were OK, but the whole reason for going was to get my car washed. Waste of money better off at home. Update: I brought in a different vehicle (4runner), and I had the same problem. I spent $30 this time and spent 45 mins trying to clean up what was missed. I didn't see any employees who were not busy (didn't want to bother them). I won't be going again. Still NOT WORTH THE MONEY. Again, though, the employees were great.

I really needed to have my car detailed and this place was close by, but I'm really glad I found them because they were amazing! Fair prices and my car looked much better! A few of my coworkers offered to buy my old Mercedes and I don't think anyone has even noticed it before lol, so detailing makes a huge difference, and it will be much easier to keep the inside clean after such a thorough deep cleaning. Probably the only one it's ever had since it was new. The mechanic there was very nice also.

Big shout out to Josh at Wet Whips Detailing. This man showed up on his off day to detail my center console and drivers seat after a BIG coffee spill last week. I called him up to see if he would be able to help and without hesitation he said he'd get it taken care of for me since I was passing through that day. My whole center console was sticky and my seat in the brand new Explorer ST was stained and crusty and he got it cleaned up fast. Can't thank him enough because that shit sucked. Above and beyond is an understatement. Don't listen to the negative comments. Dude does fantastic work and his prices are well worth it.
