I like to support black owned businesses, but, why do we treat each other the way we do? There was no sense of urgency and he acted as if I was intruding in his space. And he did not appear enthusiastic about providing services. However, when another vehicle pulled up, which I assumed was someone he knew because he called him by name. However, there was a different side to him which appeared to be friendly, cordial, and engaging person. Go figure. I will never visit this location again.....

The service wasn’t terrible but personal opinion it wasn’t worth the 115 I paid for just one room to be steamed. The prices were a bit higher than other carpet cleaning services nearby and results were very underwhelming. I literally called for one stain. The owner did come on very short notice and was polite, but did not get the stain. He was not here very long and did not seem to go over the carpet as extensive as I thought for the price. He also did not remove the stain which was the main reason I called. Once he left, my partner and I were able to get the stain up ourselves with little to no effort and walmart bought cleaning supplies lol.. which makes me believe he didn’t attempt to clean good enough for the price I paid. He also was on the phone and yelling very loud in my home which I thought was unprofessional. I support black owned companies but the experience just wasn’t up to par for 115 for one room.

They are awesome! The customer service was polite, quick to respond and organized. We had hard to remove large stains in the carpet and this company did the job. He was quick and professional. I went for a wash today at Mister Car wash in Richland, MS. and received a free wash and the attendant was nice and courteous! He had a smile on his face and that just made my day so much better! Just went by here and got the $8 wash. Car wash was fine, though other car washes around here hand out FREE window rags. Other car washes around this area also have FAR more powerful vacuums. I would say the vacuums suck here, but they DIDN’T. 😅 2/10 I do not recommend this place. Much better car washes are in this area.

Awful people to deal with. Had car a week to detail inside/outside and shampoo seats/carpet. Go to get car about 4 days later and it wasn’t even clean. Dust flew out seats when you patted them with your hand and inside door panel was filthy, etc. they ask me to pay more money and give them a week to take seats out, dry them and detail it correctly. This is now two weeks they have had car. Today got a call to pick it up, got there and it wasn’t ready!! Said about an hour longer, they needed to wipe it down. Go back to get car, seats are wet as to where they make a water spit on your backside from sitting on them. Airbag light is on. Broken push start and freshie melted into vents on dash. For 150$? Called the owner of the business and he shows up to argue with us and make rude comments about a 5$ piece and they didn’t mess with anything for air bag to be on nor was seats wet. His employee had already confirmed seats were wet when we picked it up. Needless to say, do not waste your time, energy, effort or money on an establishment like this. We also asked for proof of insurance since he did work for us and he refused to provide us with that. Our fault for not asking for insurance beforehand but he was recommended to us, so we thought we wouldn’t have any issues!! $150 then an additional $50 for this

I usually never give anybody 5 stars, because no one is perfect and everyone can gain improvement, but this team took care of of me in every way and so promptly, I had to solidify the standing. Thanks to Jackson potholes, I popped two brand new tires and had to repurchase two more brand new tires. I bought my tires here at a great competitive price, got them installed, mounted, and balanced as well. The owner himself assured me of top service in impeccable time. As soon as my car got towed, they were on it and done. I will definitely be back. As a business consultant, I can honestly say service like this is more rare than seeing a real live Kakapo. Even after my services were done, the owner called and checked on me and asked if there was anything else he and his crew could service me with. This is definitely a gem. Solid customer service and satisfaction. My car is now looking back pristine. P.S. They also detail vehicles and I will definitely be back when my schedule allows.

If you have the time for a thorough hand wash, they'll get your clean. The service was good and slow... He covered my entire truck! It sparkles outside and inside now. There's a small waiting area inside and a couple benches outside. Dropping off and returning later is a good idea if you have the capability. The manager and staff was professional and took great care of my vehicle.

I can't say i would recommend this shop or not but always check your vehicle after work is done to it, there was several times i did this & discovered some things, got oil change & all the oil leaked out of the oil pan & after checking the issue the drain plug was not tight enough & the bolt would not tighten at all which means someone stripped the threads which resulted in me having to buy a new oil pan, another time i had some parts installed & after i left the shop i had some issues when driving & discovered that some of the electrical connectors was not reconnected which resulted in some sensors & components not having power to them, another time i had some parts installed & while driving all of the oil leaked out & when i checked the issue the oil filter was loose & barely hanging on causing the oil to come out because the filter was not tight, the person that removed the filter did not tighten it when placing it back, this would have cost me an entire engine replacement.

Really more like 3.5 stars...eh....Have had better cleans through a water jet only wash in my old town. The driers are pretty fantastic though. Problem is in the speed, you can't really get a decent clean because it goes so fast nothing will properly soak for removal. This is also why the soft touch is mostly frivolous. Fine for a quick dust off, but won't remove bugs or road gunk well, if at all.
