I honestly did not feel that my Grand Sport could look much better as it only has 20K miles. Let me tell you, Mike made my car look like it was repainted and brand new. It has never shined like this, even when new. It has a deep, glass type appearance that truly brought out the real beauty of admiral blue. I would honestly put no stars but Roosevelt scratched my Lexus LS460 but didn't tell me about it so when I picked my car up and looked at it he claimed oh it's perfect work he has done so as I started to circle the car to check it out he stopped me by talking about they've already walked around it multiple times so I left got home and checked my work from him and behold a massive scrape under my passenger door. So I took my car back up there he ignored me knocking so my fiance called he picked up and came outside and I asked him about it he beat me being mad about it and started yelling Ian do that and I'm like it wasn't there when I dropped it off I didn't ask for a refund just what happened to my car and this man demanded refunding me still in all being mad while I'm still asking what happened it's not about the money it's about my car but all that to say he does damage to cars and try to hide it he will NEVER GET MY SERVICE AGAIN AND IM SPREADING THE WORD TO INFORM MY PEOPLE OF HIM

He always gets you to check over your whole car when they’re done to make sure you are 110% satisfied with the end result. I have a monthly plan with Rain Forest and the car wash side staff run it very well. So one day I decided to get everything done at once and get an oil change then a wash. My old oil filter had a leak in it and it needed to be replaced ASAP. The leak had gotten so bad that it begin to spray oil all under the hood. When I pulled up to the bay every employee there came to my truck and told me they couldn't do it because I had an a head gasket leak. Even after I told them I didn't they still insist it was a head gasket leak and refused to do the oil change sending me on my way which could have actually damaged the motor. Anyways I thought about canceling my plan but I like the car wash side of things. Oh I ended up going to Walmart across the street, buy a new oil filter and oil, and just doing it myself. Turns out I do know what I'm talking about and it was the oil filter.

Last two times i came to this place they’ve been rigging me. I drive a Nissan Sentra SV 2019, i chose the 64.95 full synthetic service. The guy tells me my car needs some kind of PREMIUM OIL..it takes 5 quarts of Castrol Edge Ep 0w20 , but ok……TELL ME WHY I PAID RIGHT AT $100 BOTH TIMES. I could’ve went to the nearest auto zone got a 5q bottle of oil , a 5 dollar filter and changed it myself. Definitely the worst place to get your oil changed unless you’re willing to get ROBBED. ☝️☝️☝️

Amazing experience from the start. The website is a little weird but it made my reservation. After a speedy check in the owner immediately got to work on my car and within 2 hours my vehicle was done with superb quality tint. I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends. First time using them for oil change. Techs were friendly and knowledgeable. It was a good experience. You receive a free carwash with oil change. It is the top of the line, best wash they offer. Truck looked great after. The coating/wax used really makes it shine and actuallygot the tire shine on all 4 tires. My only small complaint is that it did not get the little dirt spots off of the hood. Might would have said something, had I paid the $25 for the wash.

The monthly subscription is a fair price. I appreciate that they provide a bug scrub station before washing your car. Their vacuums are great, and they also provide car cleaning wipes, glass cleaner, paper towels, and a rug cleaning machine. My car always feels great inside and out after going here.

Our greeter/pre-serviceman was very swift and offered clarity on direction per entering wash tunnel. He seemed very knowledgeable and serious about his job. This was the best "wash" I have gotten in a while. I didn't even realize how good my car looked until I was home! I will be back!

They did a pretty good job on my car. My tires and rims are shiny plus the price wasn't bad. The guy that helps guide you in really tried his best to remove some stuff stuck on my windshield and gave the car a good scrubbing.

Very slow day, a crew of 4 young men, 2 Cauasians and 2 AA. The original crew was very good. Its 10am today, they just sprayed me down, my car needed some scrubbing for new years. I usually tip them pretty good, now I have double down on a different car wash. You guys are young and strong, dont be so lazy.

A few years back, I went here and they stripped my oil drain plug. Work at a local company and found that they just did the same to our new company vehicle. They first admitted they were at fault and then took it back. Would not recommend this bucket of nimrods.

I'm visiting from out of state, and my oil light came on while driving down. Unfortunately due to the type of car I have, I couldn't just go anywhere to get an oil change. Luckily my sister-in-law recommended here and I was able to get it changed along with my tires filled before my 14 hour drive back home the next day. I am so grateful for their expertise, kindness and patience with a girl who knows nothing about cars. Location is great too, which I was also very grateful for! Absolutely recommend

I needed an oil change as well as transmission service, but on a Saturday morning, I couldn’t even get anyone to look at my transmission issue. Most shops were closed and other quick lube shops turned me down by phone call, except for Kruz’n Quick Lube. Turned out that I did need my transmission lines repaired, but the leak was minor so they topped my fluid levels off and advised me of seeking repair from a transmission shop. They were very professional and knowledgeable of my issue. I’m so grateful because I’m back on the road without the prior issues until I can get the repairs needed on Monday. This is definitely a place where the technicians are efficient and care about what they do!

Friendly staff.. They gave my truck a good wash for a fair price. They scrub the front beforehand to loosen up the bugs and dirt. Check the tailgate when you are done. The tip of my stock truck antenna did get bent. I found this odd as its never happened before. I didn't report the damage since the truck body was not harmed in any way.

Horrible attitude from the front staff with a beard, dont know his name. I 100% will be telling people to avoid this place and its incredibly rude staff! Completely on a power trip. Getting out of a vehicle in the driveway to take something off my truck isn't an issue. Never had a problem with any other car wash. I'm going to spread the word on your horrible service and staff. Would rather go to a more upscale,cleaner carwash next time anyway. Awesome to know this is how you treat veterans!

I had an appointment at 8am and he didn’t start on my car until 12pm. Horrible customer service. Explained to him that I need my car back at 3pm and did not get it back until 4pm. I honestly would not recommend at all, and then paid full price for him being an inconvenience and starting on the car 4 hours later and not having my car done correctly.
