They do pick up the phone however if you need to talk to someone. They came and picked up the vehicle, dropped it back off same day, the gentleman was very pleasant. The detailing on the inside included getting rid of a lot of dog hair and the interior seriously looks brand new now. So happy and will use them again for sure.

I honestly did not feel that my Grand Sport could look much better as it only has 20K miles. Let me tell you, Mike made my car look like it was repainted and brand new. It has never shined like this, even when new. It has a deep, glass type appearance that truly brought out the real beauty of admiral blue. We didn’t drive up for a detail (however, one is much needed!), but we had a flat coming off Hwy 49, and it was the first place we had to stop. Within minutes Chris had our flat fixed. The Lord goes before us and places people in our paths. HE is always near us and with us at all times. Thankful there are still good people in this world. I would honestly put no stars but Roosevelt scratched my Lexus LS460 but didn't tell me about it so when I picked my car up and looked at it he claimed oh it's perfect work he has done so as I started to circle the car to check it out he stopped me by talking about they've already walked around it multiple times so I left got home and checked my work from him and behold a massive scrape under my passenger door. So I took my car back up there he ignored me knocking so my fiance called he picked up and came outside and I asked him about it he beat me being mad about it and started yelling Ian do that and I'm like it wasn't there when I dropped it off I didn't ask for a refund just what happened to my car and this man demanded refunding me still in all being mad while I'm still asking what happened it's not about the money it's about my car but all that to say he does damage to cars and try to hide it he will NEVER GET MY SERVICE AGAIN AND IM SPREADING THE WORD TO INFORM MY PEOPLE OF HIM

Would not recommend this carwash. I have a brand new 2025 kia carnival and I had signed up for a membership as this is a bigger car that I've ever had and washing by hand was a task so I gave it a shot. When I signed up and went through to get my car wash when I came out of the wash I noticed that my windshield was cracked. I immediately notified the staff (Jordan) and they filed an incident report and told me that someone would notify me very soon. Two days past and I received no notification so I called to follow up. When I called the GM Alex answered and told me that they made a decision and that the crack was already there before I came through the wash but he would call me back when he got more information. And that was the end of the conversation, I called back again asking if I could review the video and he got a little snippy and said he would call me back when he got more information. I was a little confused because I didn't understand why he got irritated about me asking to view the information. He called me back shortly and did apologize and told me he was wrong that he thought I was another customer (who also got their windshield cracked but had an older model car). I felt a little better because of the apology, but was still weary because that means it was someone else the same day that had the same issue (a cracked windshield). The next day Jordan calls me and tell me that my claim was denied because their was already a "rockchip" in my windshield. I asked could I come review what they saw and he said yes simply. So my husband and I went to confirm today and once we got there we canceled our membership with no problem as our claim was denied because "due to the rock chip being there it was pre existing damage that just spread from the pressure of the wash". I feel that if they have the technology to see a chip they should turn people away before going in the wash because a chip can be fixed but now my entire windshield has to be replaced. No partial reimbursement or anything just declined. So again I would not recommend because even if you have membership and brand new car if their carwash damages your car they will be in no help in fixing the damages. I've read this on online boards but this is my first experience. So Just a little disappointed.

The guys are always super nice. The only issue I have had is with my monthly pass - I had one of the higher packages but I removed the wheel shine because I hate it ... when they got the new system it messed it up and the wheel shine still comes out even though it's still listed on my account to not do ... called and they have been actively working on it to get the issue fixed ... I just lowered my package until it gets fixed.

I have a monthly plan with Rain Forest and the car wash side staff run it very well. So one day I decided to get everything done at once and get an oil change then a wash. My old oil filter had a leak in it and it needed to be replaced ASAP. The leak had gotten so bad that it begin to spray oil all under the hood. When I pulled up to the bay every employee there came to my truck and told me they couldn't do it because I had an a head gasket leak. Even after I told them I didn't they still insist it was a head gasket leak and refused to do the oil change sending me on my way which could have actually damaged the motor. Anyways I thought about canceling my plan but I like the car wash side of things. Oh I ended up going to Walmart across the street, buy a new oil filter and oil, and just doing it myself. Turns out I do know what I'm talking about and it was the oil filter.

It's absolutely convenient are clean and employess work hard. The worst negative for me is that there is no ability to cancel or remove your card and cancel in the app. It is not available. Point of contact requests failed 3 months in a row. I've gotten 3 overdrafts. I'm hoping it gets resolved and refunded. The concept is perfect.

A few years back, I went here and they stripped my oil drain plug. Work at a local company and found that they just did the same to our new company vehicle. They first admitted they were at fault and then took it back. Would not recommend this bucket of nimrods.

Very slow day, a crew of 4 young men, 2 Cauasians and 2 AA. The original crew was very good. Its 10am today, they just sprayed me down, my car needed some scrubbing for new years. I usually tip them pretty good, now I have double down on a different car wash. You guys are young and strong, dont be so lazy.

I'm visiting from out of state, and my oil light came on while driving down. Unfortunately due to the type of car I have, I couldn't just go anywhere to get an oil change. I needed an oil change as well as transmission service, but on a Saturday morning, I couldn’t even get anyone to look at my transmission issue. Most shops were closed and other quick lube shops turned me down by phone call, except for Kruz’n Quick Lube. Turned out that I did need my transmission lines repaired, but the leak was minor so they topped my fluid levels off and advised me of seeking repair from a transmission shop. They were very professional and knowledgeable of my issue. I’m so grateful because I’m back on the road without the prior issues until I can get the repairs needed on Monday. This is definitely a place where the technicians are efficient and care about what they do!

Friendly staff.. They gave my truck a good wash for a fair price. They scrub the front beforehand to loosen up the bugs and dirt. Check the tailgate when you are done. The tip of my stock truck antenna did get bent. I found this odd as its never happened before. I didn't report the damage since the truck body was not harmed in any way.

This guys is horrible. I would not recommend him at all. The most unprofessional person I've ever met in life. I paid in full, and he didn't follow through. My car was suppose to be completed by the end of the week, but I didn't get it until the next week. He left my reverse camera unplugged, and never attempted to fix it after multiple calls and texts. He left loose screws all around the body of the car, the wrap started peeling 3 days after I picked it up. I could never get in contact with him, and he was never at his shop. This is a brand new C8 corvette that he totally screwed up. Stay away from him at all cost!!!!

Tried to give the little guy my business instead of the bigger fish in town, unfortunately nobody does good work anymore or stands by their work. Tons of dust even a beard hair in my tint , guy blew me off for a month on fixing it , now i wouldn't even let him touch anything i own. I also was using this as a test experience to start sending him business from my paint correction shop, which he will not be getting now. Looks like the reviews here reflect the same story. Save yourself the trouble and go to premier tint.
