I recently had Carbon Auto Spa come to my place for mobile detailing, and it was an amazing experience! Andrew was super professional and brought all the equipment he needed. My car was a mess & in need of serious cleaning. Howard did an excellent job of the washing, buffing, & waxing. The floors & mats were okay. The back seats were not even touched. The front seats were soaked & obviously water was not extracted. I waited 3 hours & I have to purchase an upholstery cleaning machine to save my seats.

Please beware! I took my car in today dropped it off to have it serviced, I picked my car up and I should’ve known that it was something wrong because the guy who washed my car or should I say one of the guys Who washed my car was watching me, but I had no idea why. He proceeded to watch me walk in get my keys. Watch me walk to my car and even was peeping around the bus that he was washing. As I was getting in my car I noticed my mirror was hanging so I thought maybe they cleaned it and it was just left in that position but to my surprise, my mirror was broke. The owner was notified, he came, and was very nonchalant. Shrugging his shoulders like they just didn’t break my mirror, on a 2022. GB Mercedes-Benz, sir this mirror didn’t come to, y’all broke. The owner said that they got cameras and he will review them and Let me know what the camera reveals. Today is January 30 at 5:37 PM and the incident happened approximately 3:20 PM today. I will be waiting for your call!

When I pulled in, he asked if there were any specific areas that I wanted him to get (as he assured me he was going to go it all) but meeting my needs is what he was trying to do and that is what he did. David with Suds Detailing here on the coast did an absolutely incredible job!! I needed my F150 super crew, detailed ASAP. I was lucky enough to get on David schedule three days after contacting him. David communicated incredibly well with me, texting his status for arriving, etc. He is very respectful, answers all your questions and is well well worth the money. I have owned my F150 since I rolled it off the showroom floor with 6 miles in 2013. It looks like it just came off the showroom floor. I found David on Google had never met him before. I took my 2016 Toyota Tundra to Suds for paint correction, ceramic coating, detailing, and to replace the tint on the drivers side door. I didn’t have high expectations on the paint correction since my truck is almost 10 years and had some hard water spot issues and oxidation. When I picked up the truck I was blown away and could not have been more surprised and pleased with the results. The only way my truck could have looked better was a complete repaint. Believe me when I say the photos don’t do it justice. Except for the minor dings it looked like a brand new paint job. I also asked Danny to remove the factory logos from the truck bed because they were faded and I wasn’t a fan on replacing them. Due to the logo material, Danny put in way more effort temoving than originally expected. He spoke to other local detailers and they said they couldn’t be removed, just grind them down and put new decals over top. Danny took on the challenge and was able to remove the decals as I had requested. He even made a video of the process that he can now share with other detailers. If you are on the fence about spending the money on paint correction and ceramic coating, do it. It’s more than worth it for the look of your vehicle and to also preserve the paint. I spent $2250 for the services I mentioned, and honestly, I can’t out into words on how satisfied I am and how good my truck looks. The final results along with the outstanding customer service from Danny guarantees I’ll be back in the future. I’ve already requested a quote for my wife’s 2023 Kia Sportage that I’ll be bringing in next month.

Do not get your car detailed at this place! They waxed my car with a polishing machine with old polish on it left swirl marks all over the car had to have my vechile repainted. Insurance man visited their place and saw how they worked and said it was unacceptable. They wouldn’t admit that they did it blamed me said I knew that polishing my car would make it worse. I’m sure they have a lot of lawsuits against them for damaging cars!

I DO NOT recommend anyone to go to them. I asked for my floors to be shampooed do to mildew. He didn’t even do that I still smell it in the car. He didn’t wipe down my inside window nor the review mirror. If I could give this experience a rating I would give it a 0. It was terrible

I went in 3 days back to back to address my issues. I asked for 15% up front and 5% around anywhere else (yes ive called multiple locations) means 15% front windshield and 5% cab windows. I got 15% on front doors and “5%” with factory stained windows around the rear… so i paid another $400! To have the windshield done and “match” the front doors to the rear.. i now have the front doors double layered in 15% as recommended by the front desk to look 5% but the rear is now lighter than the front doors… I am a veteran who has chronic migraines, so the tint is pretty critical to the days i drive with one. Trying to support this veteran business i have done nothing but run into brick wall after brick wall. ALL-IN-ALL I am $920 in the hole on the top shelf tint this store offers and have a color pallet of light coming through my truck. I typically dont complain online however- I carry over the white glove standard and having ghost lines, dirt, hair and 2 distinctly different shades of “5%” in my tint is just not worth the $900+ ive spent here. I have tried to reach the owner twice last week and was told to return today to speak with him as i am doing my best to respectful and now i am told to come back another day.

UPDATED REVIEW 12/11/24 I initially left a positive review for this shop because of their friendly service, but my experience took a drastic turn for the worse after the work was completed. The tint job they performed started flaking within days, and despite its lifetime warranty, they blamed me and my kids for the issue and would not resolve it. They installed tvs on the exterior of the headrests instead of inside, as agreed, leaving visible wires, holes in my leather seats, and flimsy, non-functional switches. The radio and speaker system were another disaster: I requested a discreet setup under the seat, but they installed oversized subwoofers that rendered my rear seats unusable, with visible carpet damage, weather tech mats, and wires. Additionally, the backup camera they installed was off-center and unusable in rain or at night with less visibility area than the original. After returning from vacation, I tried for months to get the issues resolved, but the shop failed to do it after multiple promises to fix everything. My van’s electronics were so poorly wired that Nissan had to disconnect everything to stop it from damaging the vehicle, costing me over $3,000 to repair my AC, ceiling, and glovebox. On top of that, the shop kept the subs I paid for, didn’t refund me, and left me with a radio that shorts out and a failing battery. Communication eventually ceased entirely, with the manager and owner ignoring my calls and messages for months. After nearly a year of unresolved issues and extensive damage to my vehicle, I’m left with a $2,000 price increase that was paid after the initial payment (prior to seeing this) and a van in worse condition than before. I updated this review to warn others against trusting this shop. One thing I did not mention, was this was a Christmas present for my children in 2023 that was paid for prior to Christmas and they did not schedule me in until spring break of 2024. They asked me to write a good review if they paid for 2 days of my rental because they didn’t have the stuff to complete the job as they thought, costing me more in rental fees. There is so much more I could add to this review but not enough characters to support it. I am thoroughly satisfied with both the window tinting and customer service I received. From the initial inquiry to the completion of the tinting process, the staff demonstrated professionalism and expertise. They listened attentively to my preferences and provided helpful guidance in choosing the right tint for my vehicle. The installation was carried out meticulously, resulting in flawless results that exceeded my expectations. Additionally, their follow-up after the service to ensure my satisfaction showcased their commitment to customer care. Overall, I am highly impressed and would confidently recommend their services to others seeking window tinting for their vehicles.

They are currently having a "Grand Re-Opening" and the place is absolute TRASH. The equipment is garbage. There's no improvement from what it was before. I went to vacuum my car out and the first stall I went it didn't work at all. The second stall I tried, the hose detached from the pipe up top while I was using it. The third stall I pulled into, the vacuum nozzle stayed on the tube when I pulled it out so I have to fish it out with my fingers. I would have moved again but I had exhausted all of the open stalls. The mat cleaner was broken. There were no clean towels to use. The trash cans were full. ZERO stars!!!

This place is great! Very friendly people at the pay lanes when I first pulled in offered me some unlimited car washing deal that I may look into. The wash itself is new and all foam no cloth I love that cause that’s what I used to not like about this place. But man even after the wash I had a guy walk up to me and make sure it went okay and make sure that I was cleaned all the way! In the lot they had these nice fluffy towels and spray bottles (I saw 2 get stolen while in the lot so hopefully that isn’t a bad problem :/) they also had a lot of other cool things in the lot overall this place is wayyy better than it used to be and I can’t wait to go back!

This place is in a good location. Some of the equipment is broken. The prices for self serve car wash are actually high and it’s one dollar a minute to start with a minimum of five minutes.

I went here for a quick car wash and this was such a pleasant and extra mile experience! The attendant, Fawn, came out and greeted us. She was very polite, friendly, and professional. I had asked about what I needed to order to get some caked on spots off the top of my roof. She said it would be best to go to the bug wash station first and try to scrub it off with the included solution. I explained how I physically couldn’t do that and we could just forget it, but she offered to do it for me and did! She went the above the extra mile and helped me out on a task I could never complete or pay anyone to complete right now. It did not get it completely off and I will have to get it pressure washed off at some point, but it looks loads better! I am so thankful she offered and did this for me. She is a star employee and she needs to be recognized and highlighted in a world where the professionalism and positivity has left the work force! Thank you so much Fawn!

Oh my goodness! My last visit was the best experience at a car wash that I have ever had! I was greeted at the kiosk and the young man was so polite and kind. The gentleman with the pull up paddle was making exaggerated motions with the paddles. My toddlers loved it. Then, as I was pulling my car into the car wash, two young men drew smiley faces in the suds on the car windows and waved at my toddlers. After my car was washed, I went to vacuum out my vehicle and one of the hoses were not working. One of those gentlemen noticed that I was having issues with the hose and immediately came over and fixed it. Everyone was so nice and polite.

I had to stop what I was doing today to write this review because rarely does a car wash get a review from me. But this place was probably the best experience I’ve had in the last 15 years. I paid for the full interior / exterior, and the attendant told me she recommended the leather conditioning, which I also chose. When I went inside to keep warm and looked out the window, it was no less than 3-4 people working on my car. They paid attention to every detail and were meticulous with their cleaning. For the price, it was well worth it and I wish they had this business where I lived in Alabama.
