My car was a mess & in need of serious cleaning. Howard did an excellent job of the washing, buffing, & waxing. The floors & mats were okay. The back seats were not even touched. The front seats were soaked & obviously water was not extracted. I waited 3 hours & I have to purchase an upholstery cleaning machine to save my seats.

Please beware! I took my car in today dropped it off to have it serviced, I picked my car up and I should’ve known that it was something wrong because the guy who washed my car or should I say one of the guys Who washed my car was watching me, but I had no idea why. He proceeded to watch me walk in get my keys. Watch me walk to my car and even was peeping around the bus that he was washing. As I was getting in my car I noticed my mirror was hanging so I thought maybe they cleaned it and it was just left in that position but to my surprise, my mirror was broke. The owner was notified, he came, and was very nonchalant. Shrugging his shoulders like they just didn’t break my mirror, on a 2022. GB Mercedes-Benz, sir this mirror didn’t come to, y’all broke. The owner said that they got cameras and he will review them and Let me know what the camera reveals. Today is January 30 at 5:37 PM and the incident happened approximately 3:20 PM today. I will be waiting for your call!

I’m guessing they had an off day today I got there at 2:15 it was 6:30 before I got my truck back. The inside of the truck looks great the outside is horrible it seems like they waited until dark so I would not notice how crappy the wax looked. They usually do great but not this time.

Absolutely thrilled with how my 2021 RAV4 looks now! I used to dread going to the typical car wash, only to find my car covered in dust or left with streaks and residue. Do not get your car detailed at this place! They waxed my car with a polishing machine with old polish on it left swirl marks all over the car had to have my vechile repainted. Insurance man visited their place and saw how they worked and said it was unacceptable. They wouldn’t admit that they did it blamed me said I knew that polishing my car would make it worse. I’m sure they have a lot of lawsuits against them for damaging cars!

I DO NOT recommend anyone to go to them. I asked for my floors to be shampooed do to mildew. He didn’t even do that I still smell it in the car. He didn’t wipe down my inside window nor the review mirror. If I could give this experience a rating I would give it a 0. It was terrible

This place used to be pretty good. If you own a truck, don't waste your money. The staff clearly doesn't know how to work the brush for the tail gate and back window. I still ended up wiping the road grime off the sides of the bed and I'd only driven through normal road grime, no off-roading. Paid for the full wash, tire shine and all. Got maybe a half a tire shined if you put all four together. The two brushes for the top of the vehicle don't move at all, just drug across the hood and roof. They used to have an oscillation to them. The only reason it got two stars is the vacuums worked well and had the correct end on them to get down into the seat crevices. I won't be back.

I went here on 4th of july just wanting to vacuum the sand out of my car. It was only 2$ for vacuuming and I guess they can't take a card for only 2$. I didn't have any cash. The manager came out and said I could vacuum for free and then he said "You know what just run her through the wash for free." So I got a free car wash and free vacuuming and the attendant lady brought me out some smell good spray for the car as well. Very nice people and made my 4th of July even more festive! #merica

I took my 2016 Toyota Tundra to Suds for paint correction, ceramic coating, detailing, and to replace the tint on the drivers side door. I didn’t have high expectations on the paint correction since my truck is almost 10 years and had some hard water spot issues and oxidation. When I picked up the truck I was blown away and could not have been more surprised and pleased with the results. The only way my truck could have looked better was a complete repaint. Believe me when I say the photos don’t do it justice. Except for the minor dings it looked like a brand new paint job. I also asked Danny to remove the factory logos from the truck bed because they were faded and I wasn’t a fan on replacing them. Due to the logo material, Danny put in way more effort temoving than originally expected. He spoke to other local detailers and they said they couldn’t be removed, just grind them down and put new decals over top. Danny took on the challenge and was able to remove the decals as I had requested. He even made a video of the process that he can now share with other detailers. If you are on the fence about spending the money on paint correction and ceramic coating, do it. It’s more than worth it for the look of your vehicle and to also preserve the paint. I spent $2250 for the services I mentioned, and honestly, I can’t out into words on how satisfied I am and how good my truck looks. The final results along with the outstanding customer service from Danny guarantees I’ll be back in the future. I’ve already requested a quote for my wife’s 2023 Kia Sportage that I’ll be bringing in next month.

A year back, I purchased a 5 year ceramic coat for my wife's Sequoia at a different shop, and they did better than I thought possible. It has held up amazingly. Needless to say, I had high expectations for Suds as a result. I wasn't disappointed. The paint correction was great, coating looks well applied, and I never thought they could make my brand new wheels look any better... but they did. The coating used on the matte bronze and matte black after-market parts makes them both look exponentially more attractive. You can tell that they take pride in what they do. The best part is that Suds had the lowest price among the high-end shops. The other 'cheap' shops may promise quicker service and/or cheaper prices, but they lack the equipment and skills of Suds. If you're serious about getting a ceramic coating for your vehicle, do it right, take it to Suds.

UPDATED REVIEW 12/11/24 I initially left a positive review for this shop because of their friendly service, but my experience took a drastic turn for the worse after the work was completed. The tint job they performed started flaking within days, and despite its lifetime warranty, they blamed me and my kids for the issue and would not resolve it. They installed tvs on the exterior of the headrests instead of inside, as agreed, leaving visible wires, holes in my leather seats, and flimsy, non-functional switches. The radio and speaker system were another disaster: I requested a discreet setup under the seat, but they installed oversized subwoofers that rendered my rear seats unusable, with visible carpet damage, weather tech mats, and wires. Additionally, the backup camera they installed was off-center and unusable in rain or at night with less visibility area than the original. After returning from vacation, I tried for months to get the issues resolved, but the shop failed to do it after multiple promises to fix everything. My van’s electronics were so poorly wired that Nissan had to disconnect everything to stop it from damaging the vehicle, costing me over $3,000 to repair my AC, ceiling, and glovebox. On top of that, the shop kept the subs I paid for, didn’t refund me, and left me with a radio that shorts out and a failing battery. Communication eventually ceased entirely, with the manager and owner ignoring my calls and messages for months. After nearly a year of unresolved issues and extensive damage to my vehicle, I’m left with a $2,000 price increase that was paid after the initial payment (prior to seeing this) and a van in worse condition than before. I updated this review to warn others against trusting this shop. One thing I did not mention, was this was a Christmas present for my children in 2023 that was paid for prior to Christmas and they did not schedule me in until spring break of 2024. They asked me to write a good review if they paid for 2 days of my rental because they didn’t have the stuff to complete the job as they thought, costing me more in rental fees. There is so much more I could add to this review but not enough characters to support it. I am thoroughly satisfied with both the window tinting and customer service I received. From the initial inquiry to the completion of the tinting process, the staff demonstrated professionalism and expertise. They listened attentively to my preferences and provided helpful guidance in choosing the right tint for my vehicle. The installation was carried out meticulously, resulting in flawless results that exceeded my expectations. Additionally, their follow-up after the service to ensure my satisfaction showcased their commitment to customer care. Overall, I am highly impressed and would confidently recommend their services to others seeking window tinting for their vehicles.

Disappointing experience. I called Tint World for a quote to wrap the chrome trim on my car, but the response was less than ideal. The person I spoke with was dismissive and kept me on hold for 20 minutes, making me feel like my time wasn’t valued. When he finally provided a quote the next day, he said it would be $800 for just the window trim, not even covering the other chrome areas. I researched, and the material costs around $245, so I can’t see how labor justifies an extra $600. When I questioned the price, he hung up on me. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere to a shop that respects my time, money, and needs.

Pitstop Carwash offers great value for the price! The machine wash did a solid job on my car, and the free vacuums are definitely a bonus. While some of the vacuums were not working perfectly, some were damaged and the carpet tool could be stronger, it’s still a convenient and affordable option. They do a great job prepping the car before entering the car wash but the debugger allows me to easily give my truck that "little extra." The towel service has made things even better.

I'm leaving 2 stars because the manager was very patient and explained what I was getting out the door in my detail services.$40 was the upfront price I was given for a wash and vacum.i thought that was a little steep for my small car so was able to talk a more reasonable price.the time frame for the wash was exceptional but.......when my vehicle was brought around it still had bug residue in the grill and headlights that I had to point out one by one to the worker. I made it very clear that I wanted no water left(wipedown) so that I didn't have water Marks. I had to ask the worker 2x to do this. I'm just asking that for the price make it worth it. Please consider selling air fresheners at your location for the total car wash experience.
