I'm leaving 2 stars because the manager was very patient and explained what I was getting out the door in my detail services.$40 was the upfront price I was given for a wash and vacum.i thought that was a little steep for my small car so was able to talk a more reasonable price.the time frame for the wash was exceptional but.......when my vehicle was brought around it still had bug residue in the grill and headlights that I had to point out one by one to the worker. I made it very clear that I wanted no water left(wipedown) so that I didn't have water Marks. I had to ask the worker 2x to do this. I'm just asking that for the price make it worth it. Please consider selling air fresheners at your location for the total car wash experience.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews, especially for a small business that is just getting started up but it’s just not fair to the general public to not leave this review. I will preface this by saying he is a very nice guy, but if you bring your car here, then you are paying for someone to experiment on your vehicle. I scheduled an appointment over the phone before leaving for a trip. We both agreed on tinting everything minus the rear glass because he didn’t have the correct size of film in stock for the rear glass (Tesla). I would bring it back after my trip for the rear glass, which sounded perfectly reasonable and accommodating. I get a call back that he finished but ran out of the tint he was using and had to put a different percentage of tint on one window (passenger front) which I was understanding of and accepting of since I will be bringing it back anyways. I take delivery of the vehicle and am immediately unhappy with the windshield. There were scratches everywhere, wrinkles directly in my line of sight, and a grainy look across the entire windshield in the right lighting. It was awful to look through at night and is what I imagine people with an astigmatism see when driving at night. I messaged him and told him verbatim “my initial reaction is that I just want the windshield tint ripped off,” but he assured me he would handle it when I got back. I also informed him that the driver side window had some imperfections that look like wrinkles in it. Again he assured me it would be handled. I get back from my trip and drop it off with him to have the rear glass tint applied, windshield replaced, the driver side front door replaced, and the passenger side front door replaced. It takes me three days to get my car back. Three days later I finally get my car back. The rear glass tint looks great, but surprise surprise, there are still issues. The passenger side front window still had the same tint which was temporary, the front driver side window still had wrinkles, and now the front windshield had water trapped under the tint which once it did dry left large air pockets under the tint around the edges. I messaged him again about this episode of issues and he assured me it was a quick fix. I told him “I would like this to be our last interaction so please take your time to do what you need to do.” Third visit: I drop the car off with him and go grab some lunch. I return from lunch to pick the car up and he informed me that he replaced the passenger side front door with the correct tint and fixed the windshield by pushing it down flat. He shows me the little bubbles that are trapped and assures me they will go away. (Those bubbles did not go away) I will not return a fourth time. I will accept my $1,000+ partial loss and move on in life. I wish this guy the best, but you won’t get the best from him despite the name of the company.

Sean and Caleb did an amazing job on my 2024 Tesla Model 3 and the ceramic tint looked phenomenal. They were even able to tint the full back glass in one sheet. I recommend them to anyone wanting ceramic coating or tint. My tesla looks bada$$ thanks to these guys!

I had to stop what I was doing today to write this review because rarely does a car wash get a review from me. But this place was probably the best experience I’ve had in the last 15 years. I paid for the full interior / exterior, and the attendant told me she recommended the leather conditioning, which I also chose. When I went inside to keep warm and looked out the window, it was no less than 3-4 people working on my car. They paid attention to every detail and were meticulous with their cleaning. For the price, it was well worth it and I wish they had this business where I lived in Alabama.

10/10 experience - VERY attentive staff from the moment we drove in. They had no plans to settle with anything but perfection. Didn't get the service I paid for because I refused to let the guy up sell me well over $150 worth of "Special detailing" that he said "REALLY" needed to be done to "save" my car. No thanks, I just needed a good wash, vacuum, and wipe down of the interior. I guess the guy vacuuming my car was more interested in torturing the spider he found than actually cleaning my car. The dash and console areas had not been cleaned at all, it looks like they took an oily rag and swiped at them.

Well ... First off never been there before but my Dad had with the same car I went there with. First off my keys got locked in the car and had to call someone to come unlock it. And I totally understood I didn't make a scene about it. Well then I get home and they clean my windows but they fail to put the window down and get the upper part. Yeah 59.00 later. I really am not happy. Especially being as I had to wait for my car to be unlocked.

My experience was very pleasant. Employees were very helpful and super courteous. The wash was excellent. The vacuums were giving vacuum. They even provide towels and cleaners by the office. I was able to thoroughly clean my vehicle inside and out. Would definitely recommend this location. Even the curb appeal was pleasant.

I prefer Rainforest since it’s close to my house. Reasonable prices and I would get a membership but I’m waiting to see if they got on a better schedule in regards to swapping out their foam brushes. A few times I went (about a year ago) the brushes smelled like mildew and didn’t clean my truck very well. I stopped going for a while and just recently started coming back and it seems like they’ve fixed the issue. If they keep their brushes clean then I will update to 5 stars.

Yesterday I took my vehicle to the new car wash on Pass Road in Biloxi. I was very pleased with the wash, the vacuum station, the staff and the overall experience. Today I brought my other vehicle to Rich’s Car Wash on Popp’s Ferry Road in Biloxi for a comparable and what a disappointment. My car went through the was and I drove it to the vacuum station and noticed my car still so wet from the wash. However, after trying to dry it off I noticed it was still dirty. I called the attendant (Josh)over and I asked him if the equipment was operating correctly. His response was yes but they have had problems with the blowers blowing the cars dry. His response to car still being dirty was he don’t know?? The vacuum station aren’t even comparable to the new facility. My recommendation is to go to the new facility to get what pay for. That’s where I’m going to now to correct this deficiency.

This guy is AWESOME! With a family of 5 and a lot of traveling my mini van looked a lot older on the inside than what it is. I called Daniel and he came to the rescue. My car was a mess & in need of serious cleaning. Howard did an excellent job of the washing, buffing, & waxing. The floors & mats were okay. The back seats were not even touched. The front seats were soaked & obviously water was not extracted. I waited 3 hours & I have to purchase an upholstery cleaning machine to save my seats.

Please beware! I took my car in today dropped it off to have it serviced, I picked my car up and I should’ve known that it was something wrong because the guy who washed my car or should I say one of the guys Who washed my car was watching me, but I had no idea why. He proceeded to watch me walk in get my keys. Watch me walk to my car and even was peeping around the bus that he was washing. As I was getting in my car I noticed my mirror was hanging so I thought maybe they cleaned it and it was just left in that position but to my surprise, my mirror was broke. The owner was notified, he came, and was very nonchalant. Shrugging his shoulders like they just didn’t break my mirror, on a 2022. GB Mercedes-Benz, sir this mirror didn’t come to, y’all broke. The owner said that they got cameras and he will review them and Let me know what the camera reveals. Today is January 30 at 5:37 PM and the incident happened approximately 3:20 PM today. I will be waiting for your call!

Would give zero if I could. Went through the wash, the girl who lashers soap on it hit my car with the hard side of the brush. Then it left water marks all over it because the dryers didn’t fully dry. Went to the vacuum and used their rags and got it off my car myself. $12 for an equivalence of rain. No cleaning. Their “glass and surface cleaner” left awful residue on my windows. In the photos included it’s not a foggy day- just the residue.

I went here on 4th of july just wanting to vacuum the sand out of my car. It was only 2$ for vacuuming and I guess they can't take a card for only 2$. I didn't have any cash. The manager came out and said I could vacuum for free and then he said "You know what just run her through the wash for free." So I got a free car wash and free vacuuming and the attendant lady brought me out some smell good spray for the car as well. Very nice people and made my 4th of July even more festive! #merica

I took my 2016 Toyota Tundra to Suds for paint correction, ceramic coating, detailing, and to replace the tint on the drivers side door. I didn’t have high expectations on the paint correction since my truck is almost 10 years and had some hard water spot issues and oxidation. When I picked up the truck I was blown away and could not have been more surprised and pleased with the results. The only way my truck could have looked better was a complete repaint. Believe me when I say the photos don’t do it justice. Except for the minor dings it looked like a brand new paint job. I also asked Danny to remove the factory logos from the truck bed because they were faded and I wasn’t a fan on replacing them. Due to the logo material, Danny put in way more effort temoving than originally expected. He spoke to other local detailers and they said they couldn’t be removed, just grind them down and put new decals over top. Danny took on the challenge and was able to remove the decals as I had requested. He even made a video of the process that he can now share with other detailers. If you are on the fence about spending the money on paint correction and ceramic coating, do it. It’s more than worth it for the look of your vehicle and to also preserve the paint. I spent $2250 for the services I mentioned, and honestly, I can’t out into words on how satisfied I am and how good my truck looks. The final results along with the outstanding customer service from Danny guarantees I’ll be back in the future. I’ve already requested a quote for my wife’s 2023 Kia Sportage that I’ll be bringing in next month.

A year back, I purchased a 5 year ceramic coat for my wife's Sequoia at a different shop, and they did better than I thought possible. It has held up amazingly. Needless to say, I had high expectations for Suds as a result. I wasn't disappointed. The paint correction was great, coating looks well applied, and I never thought they could make my brand new wheels look any better... but they did. The coating used on the matte bronze and matte black after-market parts makes them both look exponentially more attractive. You can tell that they take pride in what they do. The best part is that Suds had the lowest price among the high-end shops. The other 'cheap' shops may promise quicker service and/or cheaper prices, but they lack the equipment and skills of Suds. If you're serious about getting a ceramic coating for your vehicle, do it right, take it to Suds.
