My fiancé and I are extremely pleased with our entire encounter from start to finish with Pristine Auto Spa. We were in the process of purchasing a new vehicle and wanted some extra protection (PPF) up front. Our last new vehicle is practically totaled due to rock chips from Maryland highways; very dreadful but you live and you learn. With that, we were interested in full frontal PPF and front window tinting to match the rears. I came across Pristine Auto Spa on google and was surprised to see hundreds of well written, 5 star reviews. So, I submitted an inquiry on their website and within hours I was chatting with Lloyd. He was able to work up a few quotes for different options with our interests in mind. The professionalism from him was top notch. Not once did I feel pressured or rushed, he answered all my questions with detail, even invited me in for a tour when I asked how he wraps his corners. I made it very clear I was detailed oriented and wanted nothing but the best quality. Lloyd worked with us on scheduling as the dealership kept playing games on our delivery day. Dropped the car off Sunday night and picked up Tuesday evening, awesome turn around time! Lloyd walked us through all the warranties that come with the tint and PPF. Even mentioned a courtesy/follow up inspection and cleaning they perform a few weeks after installation to make sure the film is doing well and adhering as it should. After getting the car home and fully inspecting the quality of work I must say, we chose the right place; details were on point and everything was to my liking. Edges were smooth and cuts were clean. We are ready for all the highway rocks and pebbles! Professionalism and quality go a long way for me and Pristine Auto Spa hits every check mark in my book! We will definitely be returning for monthly spa days!

StarWay did a fabulous job detailing my 10 year old CRV. It's in good shape, but had many years in the nooks and crannies. They come to you and bring everything they need. Daniil was on time and provided excellent service. In true karmic fashion it rained the next day, but my car still looks beautiful! I would definitely use StarWay again.

Just don't. I should have turned around immediately on seeing the haphazard and dangerous way they had client cars parked (shoved) together all over the lot AND lined up down the road in the most unsafe way imaginable - WITH a construction zone right there making things even more dangerous. As for the service, I was absolutely ASTOUNDED at how incredibly bad it was - especially for a SUPER PREMIUM price. 1. Broke one of my windshield wiper mechanisms - dealer who fixed it said someone just yanked it way too hard lifting it to clean under it (which even that they didn't do well). I KNOW they broke it because I was literally using it when I pulled into their shop and it was perfectly fine. Five minutes after leaving, when I turned it on for a light drizzle, it was broken. (When I turned around and drove back - arriving ten minutes after I left to speak to them about this they were GONE - 30 minutes before the shop was supposed to actually close. Even though they'd complained to me when I dropped it off how SLAMMED and BUSY they were and did I REALLY need my car back TODAY. Yeah.) 2. Didn't even actually clean the trunk at all - like literally, didn't even open it. 3. The seats were DRENCHED and SLIMY and stank so badly they made me feel sick driving home with the windows all open. Even with a plastic bag over the seat I ended up SOAKED. TWO DAYS LATER STILL WET & SLIMY. Like I have NEVER had that with any interior detailing EVER. And the CHEMICAL STENCH OMG. It's a week later and we've been literally leaving the windows open even at night and it is SO BAD. 4. The exterior wax was smeared over the windows and balled up in lumps at the bottom of the doors. 5. There were dark smudges and fingerprints in so many places, as well as a NEW stain on the passenger front seat and some kind of dark black drips on the other side of the same seat. (covered by a plastic bag when I picked it up) 6. There was NASTY DAMAGE to the back left door where it looked like someone tried to scrub the interior of the door with steel wool or something and only succeeded in scraping off the fabric! 7. For the amount of money I spent on both EXTERIOR and interior detailing, I expect the wheel wells at the LEAST to be cleaned, and usually this cost includes cleaning the undercarriage as well. NOPE. 8. Sloppy sloppy sloppy. Just everything about the entire cleaning job was sloppy. I didn't even want to take it back to them to clean the trunk after I complained. And I didn't trust them to fix my wiper either since the owner? manager? who answered the phone when I called about these issues pretty much said 'we aren't mechanics so...' Don't do it. Don't go here.

Great work. I am surprised with the results. Jose and his team did an excellent job. They took out a soda stain that exploded in the cover of my car’s sunroof and gave an excellent shine to my wheels as well as inside and out but the images say it all. I will keep coming back for more brightness, my car hadn’t been so clean as today. Give them the time and they will make your car shine.

We had a great experience with Black Tie Detailing. The owner was polite on the phone and had an appointment available quickly. Prices were very fair. Jeremy showed up right on time and worked hard without a break for eight hours detailing 2 cars. He took extra care with my husband’s car to remove excess paint that was left on the bumper from when someone backed into his car. Mike is absolutely excellent! Brough my car following all the snow for application of a ceramic coat. My car is now absolutely impeccable (from the inside piano trim all the way down to the wheels) and the ceramic looks absolutely amazing. I’m very picky with my car and I was blown away. Originally came in due to some swirling on my 23 Sportage after using some bad products. Will was very clear and upfront with what he recommended for fixes, and even worked with me on the situation as the a 3rd party company was covering some of the repairs. Great work! Kevin helped installing the Ambient lighting kit for my 2024 Model Y with limited instruction. He was able to figure out and did the job in short amount of time and for a very reasonable price considering there is literally no other shop in the DMV area offers this. I had my car detailed inside and out by Luxe this past weekend. I was extremely satisfied with the service I received. I have never seen the inside of my car as clean as when I picked it up! We booked them on short notice and they arrived within the assigned time window (and even communicated it would be towards the end of that window due to a prior vehicle taking longer than expected). With the recent snow and ice (as well as two kids), the car needed a thorough deep clean as it had not had one since we bought it. This was my first time trying a mobile mechanic service and it was perfect, Bryan (Owner) accompanied Carlos (lead mechanic) and introduced himself and told me the service that I scheduled to confirm it was exactly what I wanted. After confirming, I went back into my home to get some work done and 35-40 minutes later my oil & filter was changed, tire pressure checked and they even let me choose a Scent Little Tree. Great Duo, highly recommend to folks that still work from home and have a common car 70$ for my particular service and that seemed very affordable in my opinion. Bryan (Owner) told me they specifically know all about Acura, Honda, Toyota, Ford, Chevy, and some others.

I brought in my 230k-mile Corolla for the exterior package, and the entire experience—from communication and scheduling to the shop’s cleanliness and the comfortable customer lounge— and Mike overseeing the business was excellent. However, what truly impressed me was the attention to detail. Even though I only opted for the exterior package, their website mentioned they vacuum and wipe down the interior. I cannot begin to explain how transformative taking my car to be serviced by Scott and his team at Mobile One Services. I bought this car knowing it had cosmetic faults. An 11 year old car that spent time in the Northeast and was not cared for. When I bought it, it had the cheapest, ugliest carbon fiber wrap on the mirrors, roof wing and even on the dashboard inside. It had plastidip on one (yes only one) of the door handles that was already peeling off, and on the rear logo bezel. Mobile One removed them all along with residual pieces of wrap from previous owners. The paint was in very bad shape and the plastic exterior parts were a light shade of grey instead of pitch black, now they are pitch black. In addition Scott arranged for a hood stripe and a real carbon fiber roof wing extender I provided to be installed for me while doing the detailing work. Hands down best service I have ever experienced. If you love your car, take it to Mobile One Services. The previous owner saw the car after and could not believe that it was the same car. I tried to upload before and after photos, but unfortunately Google isn't being cooperative today.

His team took me as a walk-in, and car was immediately serviced. I was out the door in less than 45 minutes for two front window tinting.
