I called and scheduled it very easily and Hung kept me updated throughout the entire process. They installed a factory emblem for me on the rear tailgate prior to the ceramic coating and it came out very well. I will be recommending more people here especially if they have a black truck like mine.

Jonathan did an amazing job detailing the interior and exterior of my car. I spilled 6oz of latte onto the central control board and the leather chairs three days ago. There was leftover in the small gaps of the plastic boards and buttons were sticky. Thanks very much to Jonathan, I was able to get an appointment quickly and my car was finished in and out for only three hours. Now my car is totally clean and looks brand new. The smell and the leftover of latte is now all gone! If I ever need to go a detail again in the future, I will definitely come back to this place, even if it takes almost an hour for me to drive here. Big recommend!

Just don't. I should have turned around immediately on seeing the haphazard and dangerous way they had client cars parked (shoved) together all over the lot AND lined up down the road in the most unsafe way imaginable - WITH a construction zone right there making things even more dangerous. As for the service, I was absolutely ASTOUNDED at how incredibly bad it was - especially for a SUPER PREMIUM price. 1. Broke one of my windshield wiper mechanisms - dealer who fixed it said someone just yanked it way too hard lifting it to clean under it (which even that they didn't do well). I KNOW they broke it because I was literally using it when I pulled into their shop and it was perfectly fine. Five minutes after leaving, when I turned it on for a light drizzle, it was broken. (When I turned around and drove back - arriving ten minutes after I left to speak to them about this they were GONE - 30 minutes before the shop was supposed to actually close. Even though they'd complained to me when I dropped it off how SLAMMED and BUSY they were and did I REALLY need my car back TODAY. Yeah.) 2. Didn't even actually clean the trunk at all - like literally, didn't even open it. 3. The seats were DRENCHED and SLIMY and stank so badly they made me feel sick driving home with the windows all open. Even with a plastic bag over the seat I ended up SOAKED. TWO DAYS LATER STILL WET & SLIMY. Like I have NEVER had that with any interior detailing EVER. And the CHEMICAL STENCH OMG. It's a week later and we've been literally leaving the windows open even at night and it is SO BAD. 4. The exterior wax was smeared over the windows and balled up in lumps at the bottom of the doors. 5. There were dark smudges and fingerprints in so many places, as well as a NEW stain on the passenger front seat and some kind of dark black drips on the other side of the same seat. (covered by a plastic bag when I picked it up) 6. There was NASTY DAMAGE to the back left door where it looked like someone tried to scrub the interior of the door with steel wool or something and only succeeded in scraping off the fabric! 7. For the amount of money I spent on both EXTERIOR and interior detailing, I expect the wheel wells at the LEAST to be cleaned, and usually this cost includes cleaning the undercarriage as well. NOPE. 8. Sloppy sloppy sloppy. Just everything about the entire cleaning job was sloppy. I didn't even want to take it back to them to clean the trunk after I complained. And I didn't trust them to fix my wiper either since the owner? manager? who answered the phone when I called about these issues pretty much said 'we aren't mechanics so...' Don't do it. Don't go here.

Great work. I am surprised with the results. Jose and his team did an excellent job. They took out a soda stain that exploded in the cover of my car’s sunroof and gave an excellent shine to my wheels as well as inside and out but the images say it all. I will keep coming back for more brightness, my car hadn’t been so clean as today. Give them the time and they will make your car shine.

Fantastic job detailing inside and out! All for a fair price. I lucked out as a walk-in, leaving car there overnight. They were just finishing up when I came to get it the next morning so only had to wait 10-15min in the lobby. Car felt clean, without an overwhelming chemical smell or any excess residue. Great attention to detail (ha!). Since I had carpets washed, there was an expected slight humidity which cleared up after leaving windows cracked overnight (do recommend if safe for you to do so). I would definitely go back! A very nice family owned place :)

Mrs Parker assured me that all of the concerns about what I was looking to accomplish would be met. She also looked over my car and made recommendations. Hands down - the best car wash and detailing. My car shines like I just got it from the dealership! Every nook is clean, door jambs spotless, dashboard shines, seats shampooed and fresh. The photos show their attention to detail. My car is very busy with kids and a dog - so it was no easy task to get it looking this way. Also, to add to it, I had driven through some tar that splashed on the front and both sides of my car, including the grill and wheels. StarWay was able to get it all off. It is like it never happened! I am no longer embarrassed to drive my car. Thank you to the StarWay team. All this and they come to you. (Also, thanks for the Fiji water. Nice touch!) Originally came in due to some swirling on my 23 Sportage after using some bad products. Will was very clear and upfront with what he recommended for fixes, and even worked with me on the situation as the a 3rd party company was covering some of the repairs. I ended up getting a full paint correction with an additional 2 year ceramic coating and the car has looked great ever since. I attached a couple before and after photos for reference to Will's amazing work. I will definitely be a returning customer for any future work.

We had a great experience with Black Tie Detailing. The owner was polite on the phone and had an appointment available quickly. Prices were very fair. Jeremy showed up right on time and worked hard without a break for eight hours detailing 2 cars. He took extra care with my husband’s car to remove excess paint that was left on the bumper from when someone backed into his car. Both cars looked as good or better than when we drove them off the showroom floor! We’ll be return customers.

Great work! Kevin helped installing the Ambient lighting kit for my 2024 Model Y with limited instruction. He was able to figure out and did the job in short amount of time and for a very reasonable price considering there is literally no other shop in the DMV area offers this. He was able to install the kit without damaging the interior and overall I am very happy with the quality. Highly recommend this shop to anyone wants to mod their Tesla!

It’s new place I stumbled across while looking for a hand-wash car service place. My car was scratched many times at those automatic machine wash locations. I have to admit, this place was a gem. My mother had her car stolen and didn’t feel comfortable driving her car after she got it back. I work from home and she works in the office so it was convenient to have a mobile service. I had Terrance as my detailer, and he did a good job. Full transparency, he did miss a few spots here and there but considering the sun set on him, and it was 35° out, I think he did a good job. Ideally you’d want to bring your car to the shop, but for convenience I think this was a great deal. The touch of the car felt clean, especially the carpets.

I am so thankful I took my Tesla to Total Recon in Rockville, Md. I was very nervous about the entire process but they reassured me and explained the process very well. They sent needed paperwork to the insurance company and made this entire experience less stressful. Didn’t take long thankfully and even cleaned my Tesla once it was ready for pick up. If but I hope I never need them again but if I do I won’t hesitate to take my Tesla to them.

They took excellent care of my model X. These people are really top notch. The service from first interaction to last interaction was beyond expectations. Teslas do take a long time to repair because of electronics. They offer you a Tesla loaner as well. I took my Alfa Spider for a full detail. Shawn and his guys did a fantastic job. Interior was all shampoo washed, the seats looked new, they removed all the imperfections and compounded the car. We had a great experience overall with Sharp Detail! We had an interior clean done on our Mazda and they arrived on time for the service. We had some concerns with our first detail not being as thorough as we hoped for but the owner was very understanding and sent someone else out to redo the job. Our second detailer Jeremy did a wonderful job and was very friendly and took pride in his work. We are happy with the outcome. Customer service is top tier from these guys and we will hire them again.

Good car wash, but I miss the old days when it was hands-free, and there was a whole team of people vacuuming and wiping cars down. Now I have to wipe it myself, and it's not much different than washing it myself 🥲. Revenue wise, they've moved to more of a subscription model and appear to be less focused on individual washes. Prices are still reasonable, though. But I wish more for my 💸. 😃🙏😃

The quality of service is sub par to say the least. For $39 I would expect my car to be properly vacuumed and wiped down. When my car was “finished” I notice dirt on the back seat and the center console hadn’t even been touched. I asked the ladies to re wipe and they basically flopped their dirty rags around spreading even more dirt and dust. I left frustrated but returned shortly after to speak to a manager. They “re cleaned” my car which was nice but still didn’t touch the center console. I won’t be wasting my time or money here again!

This particular location is definitely different from all the other Flagship locations. They take every opportunity to take away included services. Of course everyone is at the car wash to rid their vehicles off the messy salt and mud due to the recent snow blast. So they conveniently state that due to weather, they are unable to clean the floor mats. Mind you, every other flagship continues to provide the complete full service that you pay for, including car mats and 3rd row. What is with management at this location. I had to complete dry my vehicle because the they complained it's too cold and the towels were wet....as if they couldn't get dry towels as i did. Why are they the only unlimited car wash in the area....is there another I may not be aware of? Updated 1/14/2025 at 13:30pm EST: Thats for that response, but who exactly am I reaching out to that will work towards a resolution for All customers who patronize this location? I would like to think that your request is genuine. The issues that I raised in this post have been brought to the attention of two different on-site supervisors dressed in all black. And there has been no change to date, so please let me know who is the actual person I should speak with, because the on-site team has not corrected any of the issues raised. Thank you for your getting me to the decision makers.;

I went here because I had a coupon for the full package for like $18. Though it was not bad for $18 I would never spend the almost $45 for the same wash. The outside looks good for the most part but could have been better. The inside I was very disappointed with, didn’t wipe down seats at all, missed an entire part of the carpet in the back and did not vacuum or wipe out the driver side at all. I feel that at other car washes you get in your car and it smells so good, here it doesn’t seem they use any fragrance spray as it did not have that clean car smell when I recieved my car. Appreciate the coupon but it did not make me want to come back there and have the full service done. Better off just using the exterior cleaning and vacuuming and cleaning the inside on your own.

I have been coming here for a few years for a full detail and I am impressed every time with the work they do! I’m extremely pleased with the service at Mike’s shop. I brought in my 230k-mile Corolla for the exterior package, and the entire experience—from communication and scheduling to the shop’s cleanliness and the comfortable customer lounge— and Mike overseeing the business was excellent. However, what truly impressed me was the attention to detail. Even though I only opted for the exterior package, their website mentioned they vacuum and wipe down the interior. To my surprise, the interior looked so spotless that it felt like a brand-new car! Every little corner was meticulously cleaned. Initially, I was hesitant about whether it would be worth it for my car, but after seeing the results, I can confidently say it absolutely was!

I sent an inquiry via Yelp for ceramic coating to all exterior surfaces for my model Y. Mike promptly replied (within a day) with a detailed listing of the various products that they use and the corresponding cost. All my subsequent questions/concerns were answered in a timely manner. After looking over all the responses from the various shops, I decided to move forward with Xtreme Auto Details and I’m glad that I did. Their shop is clean and inviting. It is located in an area that is easy to get in and out of. And, last but not least, Mike was friendly and professional. I went with their Kenzo 2 ceramic coating (5 yr warranty). The results are amazing!! Highly recommended shop!!
