Hands down - the best car wash and detailing. My car shines like I just got it from the dealership! Every nook is clean, door jambs spotless, dashboard shines, seats shampooed and fresh. The photos show their attention to detail. My car is very busy with kids and a dog - so it was no easy task to get it looking this way. Also, to add to it, I had driven through some tar that splashed on the front and both sides of my car, including the grill and wheels. StarWay was able to get it all off. It is like it never happened! I am no longer embarrassed to drive my car. Thank you to the StarWay team. All this and they come to you. (Also, thanks for the Fiji water. Nice touch!) From the very beginning when I started inquiring for estimates this company stood out. They replied quickly & gave me thorough information. Came in for a free estimate, didn’t feel pressured to accept anything. The guys at the front are very friendly. Now as far as the work done, we brought in my son’s 2003 Subaru because his car was hit in a parking lot, they gave us a very fair estimate. We brought the vehicle in the next day, they gave us a 2-3 day estimate time of the vehicle being ready. Car was ready when they said, the work done was way more than we could have hoped for, they left it brand new they even buffed out and fixed some spots on the bumper that weren’t part of the accident! Great quality work, with honest service, what more can you ask for! Bring your vehicle in, you won’t regret it. I will be recommending to all my friends & family!

I was recently rear ended. After researching companies to fix my car, I gave up and called geico. They gave me a few options and I went with Nyla. I was able to drop off my car and received update on when I could expect to pick up my car. The experience was quick and simple. Staff are very polite and patient. The guy called the rental car company and was on hold for a really long time (30 minutes or more) but didn't give up. My car is barely a year old so I was so sad but you can't tell anything happened. At pickup we did a walk through in which explained what was repaired. I would highly recommend nyla for body work and other services. Truly happy my baby is restored! Update: water starter leaking from the trunk. I called and was seen the same day. They were able to fix the issue and this leaked occurred months later. Great customer service and truly passionate about their work.

How can you charge 50 bucks and not even wipe any dirt or dust in the interior of the car and expect to get paid. What's the point of paying 50 bucks? I was issued a refund but wow....im shocked. 20 workers ....are they blind or is this place trying to pull a fast one....smh....i don't recommend this place at all.

Originally came in due to some swirling on my 23 Sportage after using some bad products. Will was very clear and upfront with what he recommended for fixes, and even worked with me on the situation as the a 3rd party company was covering some of the repairs. I ended up getting a full paint correction with an additional 2 year ceramic coating and the car has looked great ever since. I attached a couple before and after photos for reference to Will's amazing work. I will definitely be a returning customer for any future work.

Fantastic job detailing inside and out! All for a fair price. I lucked out as a walk-in, leaving car there overnight. They were just finishing up when I came to get it the next morning so only had to wait 10-15min in the lobby. Car felt clean, without an overwhelming chemical smell or any excess residue. Great attention to detail (ha!). Since I had carpets washed, there was an expected slight humidity which cleared up after leaving windows cracked overnight (do recommend if safe for you to do so). I would definitely go back! A very nice family owned place :)

Malik did an excellent job detailing our CR-V! He arrived on time, having confirmed twice ahead of time by email as well as a text to let us know that he was on his way. He paid attention to every little crack and crevice in the car and it honestly hasn't looked this clean since the day it came off the dealerships lot. He didn't rush through the job either, he took his time and the quality showed. The rims look factory new again, you wouldn't be able to tell that the carpet ever had my kids grubby shoes on it, and there isn't a speck of dust on the dash. I was very happy with the value he provided, as he even went slightly longer than the 4 hours we estimated, which tells me he's all about getting it done right over getting it done fast. I will definitely hire him again and recommend him to friends.

I was looking at paint correction and tint for my new to me Denali HD Duramax Sierra and I found Pristine. I called and scheduled it very easily and Hung kept me updated throughout the entire process. They installed a factory emblem for me on the rear tailgate prior to the ceramic coating and it came out very well. I will be recommending more people here especially if they have a black truck like mine.

Great work! Kevin helped installing the Ambient lighting kit for my 2024 Model Y with limited instruction. He was able to figure out and did the job in short amount of time and for a very reasonable price considering there is literally no other shop in the DMV area offers this. It’s new place I stumbled across while looking for a hand-wash car service place. My car was scratched many times at those automatic machine wash locations. I have to admit, this place was a gem. The space is clean. Kevin was great, he took the time to carefully rinse and washed my car. Nice quick wash, would recommend this place.

Just don't. I should have turned around immediately on seeing the haphazard and dangerous way they had client cars parked (shoved) together all over the lot AND lined up down the road in the most unsafe way imaginable - WITH a construction zone right there making things even more dangerous. As for the service, I was absolutely ASTOUNDED at how incredibly bad it was - especially for a SUPER PREMIUM price. 1. Broke one of my windshield wiper mechanisms - dealer who fixed it said someone just yanked it way too hard lifting it to clean under it (which even that they didn't do well). I KNOW they broke it because I was literally using it when I pulled into their shop and it was perfectly fine. Five minutes after leaving, when I turned it on for a light drizzle, it was broken. (When I turned around and drove back - arriving ten minutes after I left to speak to them about this they were GONE - 30 minutes before the shop was supposed to actually close. Even though they'd complained to me when I dropped it off how SLAMMED and BUSY they were and did I REALLY need my car back TODAY. Yeah.) 2. Didn't even actually clean the trunk at all - like literally, didn't even open it. 3. The seats were DRENCHED and SLIMY and stank so badly they made me feel sick driving home with the windows all open. Even with a plastic bag over the seat I ended up SOAKED. TWO DAYS LATER STILL WET & SLIMY. Like I have NEVER had that with any interior detailing EVER. And the CHEMICAL STENCH OMG. It's a week later and we've been literally leaving the windows open even at night and it is SO BAD. 4. The exterior wax was smeared over the windows and balled up in lumps at the bottom of the doors. 5. There were dark smudges and fingerprints in so many places, as well as a NEW stain on the passenger front seat and some kind of dark black drips on the other side of the same seat. (covered by a plastic bag when I picked it up) 6. There was NASTY DAMAGE to the back left door where it looked like someone tried to scrub the interior of the door with steel wool or something and only succeeded in scraping off the fabric! 7. For the amount of money I spent on both EXTERIOR and interior detailing, I expect the wheel wells at the LEAST to be cleaned, and usually this cost includes cleaning the undercarriage as well. NOPE. 8. Sloppy sloppy sloppy. Just everything about the entire cleaning job was sloppy. I didn't even want to take it back to them to clean the trunk after I complained. And I didn't trust them to fix my wiper either since the owner? manager? who answered the phone when I called about these issues pretty much said 'we aren't mechanics so...' Don't do it. Don't go here.

Great work. I am surprised with the results. Jose and his team did an excellent job. They took out a soda stain that exploded in the cover of my car’s sunroof and gave an excellent shine to my wheels as well as inside and out but the images say it all. I will keep coming back for more brightness, my car hadn’t been so clean as today. Give them the time and they will make your car shine.

Let me start by saying I have been coming to this car wash for years the recent change is horrible it is so expensive for no reason an interior wash is $20 alone and they do a horrible job when it comes to the interior as far as the exterior goes you sit in the car and it goes through that basic gas station car wash that you could pay for half of the price at a gas station also today I got screamed at by the employee about my car being in neutral and my foot being off the break when it was the entire time I didn’t have my foot on the break the track wasn’t tracking my tire and he was screaming and yelling at me with my infant in the car and pounding on my window it was completely unprofessional and to be honest extremely terrifying I will never be back here again and it’s so sad because I was a loyal customer for years it’s sad to see an establishment that has been there for such a long time go down the hole UPDATE : came back today and yet again I paid $44 and gave tip at $20 making my total $64 !!!! And my trunk was left open for the interior team to clean and it wasn’t even touched!!! I called and spoke to the manager she offered me to come back at any time for a free interior and exterior wash but honestly it’s to the point where why? This has now been multiple times of horrible service The lady in front of me had a huge Tahoe they cleaned her car perfectly using the air duster everything then I get in my van and it’s not even cleaned crumbs still trunk mat not vacuumed or cleaned I’m furious Another UPDATE ‼️ went in today because the manger called me and said she will note a free interior and exterior wash to me to come in whenever I came in the man handling the pay station didn’t believe me but finally I was told ok that’s fine he gave me an “in and out” wash Got the interior wash got myself and my toddler out got back in the car my mini van seats were down they didn’t put them up and they didn’t clean at all my cup holders or my consul!!!! Why why even after coming back for my free wash after having a horrible experience why is it still bad?

Spectacular Results always. This is my wife's 2017 Honda CRV TOURING. It's 7 yrs old!! It looks brand new BECAUSE OF THE SPECIAL TREATMENT it gets AT TOUCHLESS CAR WASH. Car Wash prices went up after Covid. Everyplace jumped up to $20-30 for JUST A WASH!! PLUS you have to vacuum it yourself. About 2 years I noticed an offer for an $85 ($95 4 an SUV) Quick Wax with interior vacuum and cleaning. I thought, "Hey, that's only $65 more, I don't have to vacuum and dust inside and it gets waxed!!! They said it would only take an hour, so I decided to try it. I've been having this done every 4 months since then. The last time in, 6/21/24, after they finished, I thought it was someone else's car. It WAS SPECTACULAR AND SPOTLESS. Even with a cash tip (everybody loves a CASH tip) it was still the best value I've found in years. We had a great experience overall with Sharp Detail! We had an interior clean done on our Mazda and they arrived on time for the service. We had some concerns with our first detail not being as thorough as we hoped for but the owner was very understanding and sent someone else out to redo the job. Our second detailer Jeremy did a wonderful job and was very friendly and took pride in his work. We are happy with the outcome. My mother had her car stolen and didn’t feel comfortable driving her car after she got it back. I work from home and she works in the office so it was convenient to have a mobile service. I had Terrance as my detailer, and he did a good job. Full transparency, he did miss a few spots here and there but considering the sun set on him, and it was 35° out, I think he did a good job. Ideally you’d want to bring your car to the shop, but for convenience I think this was a great deal. The touch of the car felt clean, especially the carpets.

Was really excited for this place to open, unfortunately they ruined this place. Really disappointed that they got rid of all the self service bays, it’s just 1 automatic car wash and then vacuums, even though the website still says 10 bays. I got the deluxe wash for $25 and the rear of my car was barely washed. The vacuums come with the wash but they are honestly really bad, that I had to go to another location just to finish vacuuming. It’s more expensive than hand washing, and much more dangerous, not sure why they decided to go through all the work just to cheap this place out.

I wanted to do a quick car wash and go through the automated one. The ultimate wash was only $12 which was a great deal. Ultimate wash...more like ultimate disappointment. The pictures attached to the review are AFTER my car went through the car wash. Literally didn't do anything for it. I spent an extra $6 and did it myself and turned out to be much better. Do NOT use the automatic car wash just do it yourself if you come here. Also the vacuum's are only tokens which I find odd. It would be more convenient for the customers to be able to scan your card. Like any other place I've been before. Save your money and please just do it yourself if you have the means.

Jonathan did an amazing job detailing the interior and exterior of my car. I spilled 6oz of latte onto the central control board and the leather chairs three days ago. There was leftover in the small gaps of the plastic boards and buttons were sticky. Thanks very much to Jonathan, I was able to get an appointment quickly and my car was finished in and out for only three hours. Now my car is totally clean and looks brand new. The smell and the leftover of latte is now all gone! If I ever need to go a detail again in the future, I will definitely come back to this place, even if it takes almost an hour for me to drive here. Big recommend!
