Starting from the quote, he made sure we knew the benefits of the Paint Protection Film, the interior protection and the ceramic coat for the exterior. Once he saw our car and sent us a quote, he was able to schedule us right away and had the car finished when promised. It was even more beautiful finished than we thought it could look. When we picked it up, he went over the after care of the car, the best way to keep it looking its best and proper cleaning. He gave us detailed instructions in a folder complete with a thank you card. It is obvious that Sheldon goes to great lengths to make sure every car leaves nicer than it was dropped it off. As you’ll see in my photos, I own a dog training company and transport dogs in my vehicle regularly. After Thanksgiving, we drove from Texas to Maryland with all five of our dogs and a bunch of other stuff. You can imagine how much fur and food would be left in the inside. They managed to get my 2018 Nissan Titan looking like a brand new truck again. Kudos to Brandon and his crew at The Detail Shop. My car is so clean!!!!! I dropped it off in the morning, and I asked for the "Full Detail" option. It was ready same day! It was sparkling clean, smelled really nice, and the mirrors and windows were so crystal clear! It was a lovely experience. The customer service here is wonderful, they really take great care of the vehicles and even asked if I wanted to keep my son's stickers that he stuck on the inside of the rear door. :) (We did want to keep them, so I was very glad they asked!) They gave super personalized and pleasant service. I would definitely recommend Moore Than Detailing, and will bring my other vehicle in very soon to be detailed as well.

Steven and Meghan were fantastic! Unfortunately I drove down a road that had no signs saying that there was a company tar coating the road. After an extensive search trying figure out which company it was; I called Moore Than Detailing up and explained my situation. This vehicle sat out exposed to the elements for 7 years in a pretty rural area. Not only was it filthy.. but sun faded and crawling with spiders and bees nests. Now, it's like new!! I'm forever thankful for the work they put into this vehicle - and this detail went beyond a cleaning - it's pretty much a full restoration with the interior and exterior finish. I had Becca and Dylan work on the interior of my 13 year old SUV. I don't own any pets. But even the regular use over the last decade plus certainly left its imprint in the car interior in many places. They came to pickup the car and then dropped it off with an interior cleaning job that looked as if Mr. Wolf (any Pulp Fiction fans??) had worked on my vehicle! Interipr looks spotless. Their customer service is also great. Becca was able to answer any questions I had all the time. I highly recommend Epic Detailing to folks who want a great cleaning/detailing work done on their vehicle. Their price is also reasonable, considering the free pickup/drop-off service they have. I have had 2 things done here so far. I have had my bumper fixed and repainted with a 3 stage paint a couple of months ago and then just recently had some aesthetic parts put on that i brought in. They did amazing, they're all very kind, respectful, hard working men. Their prices are very affordable+reasonable and they are very responsive and quick when contacting through phone. I know I didn't get anything crazy done, but they have definitely taken good care of my car and made sure everything is up to a T before giving it back. I will be returning. Plus they have great music taste, never have i gone there and not felt good vibes.

I went to Twelve West Detailing on Monday morning and dropped off my Dodge Ram 1500. My truck is 17 years old, and I had never had it detailed before. I highly recommend taking your car to 12 W. I have a Black Escalade that had swirls in the paint from the dealership. The owner was very friendly and informative, and I can’t thank him enough for getting the swirls out. This is my second time here (the reviews were great so thought the first was a fluke!) and there is left over soap residue all over my car again. Side mirrors both have spots all over them and looking out the back window there are so many spots. All over headlights, front hood, back of car. They were very backed up today so we waited a while and that is completely fine with me but the car not being clean for the top wash is frustrating. I’ve spent $50+ there for satisfactory washes.

I typically go to the car wash in Germantown, but I had the opportunity to try the one in Frederick, and I was quite impressed. The experience exceeded my expectations! The staff put in a lot of effort, and I would rank this car wash as one of the top three in the area. I also found their membership options to be more advantageous compared to those at Flagship or Mr. Wash. I'm looking forward to seeing the upgrades planned for the Germantown location. The owners of Midnight auto are some of the best I’ve ever met/dealt with. When I met them, I had no idea what I was doing when it came to car care and I was using low quality products. Thanks to them, I now I have some of the best products I can use for both of my vehicles + the methods needed for the best care. I brought my 2021 TRD Tacoma in for a detail and wax after it sat in a shop for almost two months, after that, I finally fell in love with the vehicle again! After I brought my 2022 GR Supra in for paint correction and ppf, my car looked better than it ever has. The car came out perfect and also came with a perfect mirror finish. Since then, my car was so much easier to clean and the owners made sure to provide me with the knowledge on how to take care of a car with ppf and ceramic coatings. The maintenance wash provided a week later was a must have in order for me to wash my car weekly. Also wanted to note that they have provided me with some of the best products in the world. My car or what's left of it. All thanks to The Auto Spa in Frederick RT-40. We have been going to The Auto Spa Express for years to both the Hagerstown and Frederick Maryland locations. This past Saturday Matt and I decided to drive out to Frederick because they reopened the full service detail Auto Spa on RT-40 after being closed for 6 months. We pulled up waited for someone to come out and walk us through getting on the conveyor belt, put the car in neutral, make sure foot is off the brake, and hands off the steering wheel. The same as we have done almost every day for years. Once our car was on the track immediately we noticed it was moving quickly and only soap was being sprayed on the car. Then the car jolted and next thing we knew were pinned up against the wall and smashed between 2 big brushes that normally clean the car. We couldn't move and 2 minutes later several employees came running up to our car. The first employee told us we were in drive and needed to put the car in neutral, however, we were already in neutral as we had been the whole time. After 10 minutes of the staff attempting to help us get out of the tunnel by having us go from reverse to drive we got out of the tunnel. That's when we were able to see the damage. That the machine caused. To make matters worse, the female manager had the audacity to come up and say that it was our fault and that they would investigate and tried to blow us off. So I called the police. We have tried reaching out to corporate and have gotten no response. All I wanted was a clean car and now I have to deal with insurance, getting a rental car and lawyers. I will never go use a car wash again designed with the conveyor belt. Unfortunately, I always thought that we were safe because of the emergency stop button. I've seen them push the button if cars got too close or were off track. Apparently Frederick doesn't have an emergency stop button and my car is now paying the price.

I took my vehicle for "basic" $11 wash On 3/17/2025. This location has recently been remodeled so I decided to visit as I had taken my car there prior no issues. I immediately noticed the machine was scrubbing VERY aggressively more than usual. As I approach the end of the conveyor belt I hear a loud noise. I look towards the passenger side and rear of my vehicle. My passenger sideview mirror had been completely turned the other way and my spoiler/wing on the same side of the vehicle had been BROKEN. When I get out of the tunnel I asked to speak to a manager. The manager who before even introducing himself leads with " we don't cover after market parts". As any upset client i asked to speak to someone else as the location manager at the time was useless. I got in contact with district manager Megan. I spoke with megan about what had transpired. She said she would need 48 hours for an investigation. After waiting i receive a call back from megan that they will not be covering any damages. The car part is not "after market" as it is sold from the manufacture which is Subaru. Now this "basic" $11 wash will cost me few hundred. Unless you want you vehicle broken and poor customer service DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION !!!!!!

I’ve always loved the Auto Spa Express locations for their convenience and ease of membership. However, the Monocacy Blvd location has noticeably declined in quality. The wash itself stops multiple times while inside, the dryer at the end is ineffective, and the spinning dryers haven’t worked during my last 3–4 visits. The staff here are mediocre at best. That said, the ability to visit any Auto Spa site is a huge plus. If you’re considering trying Auto Spa, I highly recommend it—but you might want to skip the Monocacy location and visit another site instead.

The Auto Spa Express is a fantastic car wash. I started using their service about 5 months ago and use their monthly membership. It's very easy to drive through the monthly pass entrance, sit back while the car wash does it's thing, and then use their vacuum center. Their phone customer service and in person customer service are both exemplary as well. They are very helpful when ever I have a question or concern.

Kory more than exceeded our expectations!! He applied a specialized ceramic coating on my outside windows. His suggested resolution greatly improved my rear view visibility. He also applied a clay spray to protect the paint and now my car will look new for years. I highly recommend Kory for your car care needs!!

I had my car ceramic coated with protective headlight film installed about 2 years ago. Recently noticed the headlight film had failed and gotten dirt underneath the film. After contacting the shop, I was told I need to reference my receipt before they can do anything. So much for warranty work and the shop keeping its own record to honor their product and service warranties. I guess the 3 year ceramic coat warranty is also no longer valid since they don't keep their own warranty paperwork. Buyers beware.

I stopped by to make an appointment later in the week, and they offered to do it while I waited! Not only this but did a great job cleaning my ride inside and out. Ok I been going to this car wash for about a year because I love to support my Latino people. But come on guys! Every time I go I never satisfy by their work, always paid the $20+&10+$5 total of $35 and always left a $5 dollars tip in the little box near the door. I don’t like to complain but this time I will. they never vacuum my car good. I notice one of the guys was calling one of the ladies because she missed clean something in my car and she completely ignored him, they don’t take their time to do a good job. I think is time to look for another car wash.

Only 2 self wash bays open. Don't use the coin slot on the far left self wash bay. I was almost done. I only had 2 dollar bills left. I put in coins.The machine took them & jammed. Got frustrated. No one around to help. Disappointed. This was always a good place to get a quick rinse when in a hurry.

Since canceling my AutoSpa membership, I just use the vaccums there, detail the interior then come to Dolphin to handwash...It's nice coming here during the week in the evening when it's not so busy, the weekends get a bit hectic here, hate having to rush when people start lining up behind you or waiting on very very slow people. Otherwise I love this self serve spot! The vaccumes here suck, the time limit goes too fast but other than that, I like the self service bays! Good place to come of you like hand washing your vehicle!

Phenomenal job by Dustin and Aaron of Stotties Detailing. Recently bought a used Tactical Green Metallic Frontier that was not quite stellar from the dealer and searched for ceramic coat detailers in the area. Found Stotties Mobile Detailing and selected for price/package/convenience and was not disappointed! These guys are factory trained and coupled with Dustin's more than 15 years experience, the Nissan green now has a deep, deep, smooth color. Looked so good I decided to get my wife's Mazda-3 (Platinum Quartz Metallic) coated as well. That car we bought new (now 18 months old) and, without any hyperbole, I can say it looks better than when we bought it: brilliant and positively poppin'! Highly recommend!
