What an amazing experience! Saying my car was a disaster before bringing it in would be an understatement. So I opted to go with the Ultimate Detail Plus package in hopes to get it looking halfway decent again. I brought it in at 9am expecting it to probably take all day. At 4:30pm Troy called me and explained he was still having trouble working on a massive stain that was on the front passenger seat. I knew it would be a problem because the stain was deep and over 5 years old. He politely asked if he could keep it overnight to let it soak and to work on it again in the morning. Of course I said yes. Let me tell you, when I saw my car the next day it was a whole new vehicle. The stain was practically gone, only being able to be seen if you really looked hard. I was shocked at how much he was able to get out. Of course the rest of the car looked incredible too. He was even nice enough to walk out to it with me and go over a few things, even getting me a piece of plastic to drive home on my seat since it was still a little damp too. I will definitely recommend Touch Up to friends and bring my other cars here when they need it!

Oh my gosh, THEY DID AMAZING! My brother's 2014 Silverado looks brand new! We got the seats shampooed and an interior detailing for $200. It smells SO GOOD INSIDE! It took about 9 hours so we dropped it off before work. We will be bringing our vehicles here from now on! (The photos don't do it justice, it's sparkling)

I'm sure they have excellent washes that they do but they have self service bays. The bays never have soap or chemicals and tonight not even blocked off but no water and you don't know that til after you swipe your card. Worst one in the area so far. Piss poor management of the bays. After trying many different days etc I'm done with this place.

Me and my husband have been going here for a couple of months and we have canceled our membership. For the price you pay you would think you can have you car washed and return to you without a crack on your wind shield. The company refuses to compensate us and take accountability. Our vehicle did NOT have a crack on the windshield until it was in the carwash possession. Take your Vehicle elsewhere!

Let me start by saying I'm not really one of those people who has to wash their car every week/month. I tried Flagship out for the 1st this this past weekend and was pleasantly surprised. They have 3 lanes for you to pick your wash along with very polite attendant (at least the young lady who was there Sunday morning 6/2/2024 was). After your wash if you didn't get the interior package they have ample FREE vacuums for you to use to clean out your car AND they provide towels for you to dry your car off with as well. I highly recommend this location for all your car wash needs

I’ve been coming here since at least 2011-2012. Sadly, the quality of service has been in steady decline. I brought my car on Saturday for a ‘Q-tip’ DETAILED cleaning. I drove over half an hour to get here because of my loyalty to this place. Upon arrival to pick up my car, I was disappointed to see that the clerk had to go outside to my parked car & retrieve my keys (security risk?). Then on my inspection, I found the seat backs had not been cleaned, meaning there were stains and dust left there. Also, the trunk had been vacuumed but the backs of the headrests were not cleaned (drool from my dog was still evident) nor was the back lift gate cleaned inside. Needless to say, I was disappointed. ☹️. As the owner expressed when booking my service, the prices are pretty much on trend for inflation. However, the service used to be impeccable! Guess I’ll have to find another vendor.

Got front 2 windows done. They fit me in in 2 days and it turned out great. A co worker of mine found this business and I highly recommend. They are prompt and great communicating about how long it would take and when it was finished. The film is cut on a plotter and cut specific to your year and make of your vehicle. So no bad cut job. I found that to be very high end but the price they charge is very reasonable. And the best thing about the business is the friendliness of the workers/owners. Handshakes and allowing me to check out the setup plus they care about you and the vehicle. I appreciate great customer service and I got that.

When I first bought my car a month ago I told myself the first thing it’s getting is a ceramic coating. I inquired various companies but it seemed like most companies were just interested in making a quick buck. When I reached out to Enhance Auto Care, Wilbert the owner was super friendly and super Informative from the beginning. He never tried to sell me on one product or the other. He told me what he recommended. Not only did Wilbert do an amazing job but he kept me updated every step of the way and that to me is priceless. That’s what customer service is all about. We did a 3-10 year ceramic coating using Modesta and let me tell you my cars paint is smooth as butter and looks like it came out the paint shop. He also informed me on how to maintain the coating for the upcoming years and what products to use. If you’re looking for professional detailing, PPF, ceramic coating then look no further. My mother had her car stolen and didn’t feel comfortable driving her car after she got it back. I work from home and she works in the office so it was convenient to have a mobile service. I had Terrance as my detailer, and he did a good job. Full transparency, he did miss a few spots here and there but considering the sun set on him, and it was 35° out, I think he did a good job. Ideally you’d want to bring your car to the shop, but for convenience I think this was a great deal. The touch of the car felt clean, especially the carpets.

I brought my car here July of 2023. They informed me of a time the car would be ready. They later called me to tell me the car would be ready an hour later, I waited at the office for another hour on top of the delay and finally asked what the hold up was because my husband had another appointment. A technician brought my car out, the interior was still wet and so was the outside. The job was rushed even after being on site all day and taking longer than expected. Fast forward a few weeks, my paint on the roof of my car started chipping and progressively got worst. Now a really big portion of my paint is gone. My car is only a few years Old and its the first and ONLY time I’ve ever gotten a detailing service. I selected this place due to the great reviews. I wasn’t going to say anything but I was advised to write a review because of how bad the paint chipping has gotten. I will be reaching out to a lawyer and I hope to save someone’s care from this ): Attached is what the chipping looks like a year later.

Neek was great! I got a wax/buff service and everything looks super clean. I originally had it scheduled Tuesday but she rescheduled to Thursday because of rain which I appreciate because I don’t think it would’ve looked nearly as good working in the rain. She arrived half an hour early and got straight to work. Neek was very nice and made sure I was happy with everything. She listened to me and avoided a paint chip I patched on the rear of the car and even worked under a tree with falling leaves which I thought would be impossible. I initially was recommended to Travis/Double T by a close friend that had her stupidly expensive Mercedes and Tesla worked on by Travis. If she trusted them to work on her car I knew he had to be good. Originally I had him tint all of the windows and ceramic coat the inside. I was so impressed by his work and how quickly he turned the car around that I then had them PPF and Ceramic coat the car because it's brand new and I'm so happy i did (tesla makes shit paint). He answered all my questions about what my options were and what the differences were with each service option. I got the car back sooner than I expected and the work is flawless (pics below). I can't recommend Double T/Travis enough and will definitely be using him to wash and detail my car in the future.

Frank and the Quality Car Detail team did an AMAZING job on my new truck! He was super informative, patient and accommodating. I got the ICON ROCKLEAR coating and I’m so glad I did. This place is so frustrating! We have monthly packages for 2 of our vehicles and we are looking for a new car wash because it never feels good to support a company that doesn’t show respect or appreciation for their customers. Today, we brought a vehicle without a monthly package and we only wanted an exterior wash. The lady at the window instantly got an attitude when we declined the monthly package and, after we paid and was about to drive off, she told us that they wouldn’t towel dry it because it’s cold outside. We were just there this morning with our one of our vehicles that has a monthly package and they dried it with no question or discussion. Additionally, as we drove out of the wash, we observed other cars that were being dried so we went through the bay to get clarification. They manager came over with his usual rude self and said they weren’t drying any cars today, which was clearly false and then he started rambling about the exterior package is about to be changed and will not offer a towel dry and that the price of the exterior wash would be increasing. We didn’t care about any of that, only that the sign shows that towel dry is included and that we were initially told the reason was due to it being cold. He ultimately, with a nasty attitude dried it but they need some serious customer service training. The wash machine is is good but the management is poor. Simple training will make a world of difference here.
