My son‘s car was compromised after leaving the sunroof open during a rain storm then sitting for 3 weeks at the dealership. Mike and Mike’s was recommended to us. Mike Sr. picked up on the first ring. He made it work so that they could come out the next day to our house to give the car the TLC and remediation it needed. It looks better than when we bought it. The best part was the great communication between the father and the son with us the entire time. We highly recommend Mike and Mike’s. !!! I wish I could give TEN STARS !!! Jameel did an AMAZING job on my car. I had a mold problem that developed over months of my car sitting in the driveway and some how my engine drain got clogged and poured rain water through the cabin of my vehicle. Jameel was able to perform the remediation at my home and made it look like it was never even there to begin with! He went above and beyond coming back to check that the car was good and no moisture was allowed to grow further spores. I highly recommend him for all of your car detailing needs, no matter how little or severe, because he can do it all! He was also very kind, understanding, and with an incredibly positive attitude. I'll spare you details, other than to say that someone in my household got sick, and the car was unspeakable. First of all, they graciously squeezed me in on a weekend without an appointment. Second, Platinum Auto Spa performed a straight up MIRACLE on my car. It looks even nicer than when I brought it home from the dealership. Joanie and her son did a fantastic job! She was honest right off the bat with what to expect. My Subaru has been through many camping weekends and endured a muddy mutt countless times so the seats were in bad shape. My 15-year-old car is sparkling inside and out! I have three kids, and have used this car for everything for the past 15 years. Somehow, they made it look new. I was blown away when I pulled up and saw my finished car. I was so impressed, I showed it to my family and kids when I got home. lol And they were all like WOWWW MOM! I was like I know!!! I dropped by car off at 10am, and they told me to come back at 5pm. Then, they called me to ask that I come in at 6pm instead, which was fine. When I picked it up, they let me know that there was a stain underneath the driver's seat that they couldn't get out, that was the only thing. Well, that's totally fine, I don't even see that area. lol I can't say enough good things about them.

This place is amazing! I called in the morning and was able to bring in my car when I wanted to. My car was at their detail center for about 2 and half hours. I needed to get interior cleaning done because my friend had an accident in the back seat which unfortunately also got on the outside of my door. When I came back to pick up my car, it looked like it was brand new from the dealership! Mohamed did such an amazing job and it was an overall pleasant experience. The price was very affordable as well for what needed to be done! I recommend this place to anyone that needs detailing. I will come back again if I need to. So this is the first time I've ever been here. I pulled up and was greeted immediately. I asked the gentlemen outside how long did they think it would be to get in for an oil change because the bays looked full. They told me they could do it right away and they did. Pulled my car up on ramps and changed the oil without making me wait on a bay to open. They were polite and quick. The guy that quoted me made sure to confirm I needed a full synthetic oil change before doing it and the prices were reasonable. I'd definitely recommend this shop for an oil change in a snap. Only time will tell on other service, but I'd definitely give them a shot on other repairs if the dealer keeps telling me it's 2-3 weeks for the earliest appointment to change my oil. Thanks again guys!

Have been here twice and haven't been disappointed. The staff did a good job with cleaning my vehicle and making sure i was taken care of. I do advise to be patient because it does get busy at times, it's usually a 35+ minute wait for your vehicle to be cleaned. Highly recommend to come in the morning time.

If you want your car detailed, Curt is who to go to. He was amazing! So patient while I cleaned out my gross car (I forgot he was coming)! There was so much dog hair, garbage, and stains. The interior roof had exploded energy drink from years ago and stains on all the seats. The gear shift had sticky stuff caked in, and the cup holder was full of soda. Don’t judge me! I cannot BELIEVE how clean my car is. It hasn’t been this nice since the day I took it home! He was so patience, kind, and did an amazing job. Seriously, you need him. Absolutely wonderful experience with Justin! He just moved in behind me and I saw him detailing our other neighbors car and mine has been a wreck since I bought it a year ago. Great guy and very honest and upfront. Definitely trustworthy. Blown away! My car looks brand new again!!! Inside and out look amazing. I had so much sand from the summer and mess from the dogs, it needed so much help. He worked on it for almost 6 hours and the price was very reasonable! Hands down best detailing I’ve ever got, my car looks brand new. He removed a deep stain in my seats from a puppy, which as you can imagine was a pain to get out!
