The experience of having APC do the ceramic coating on my Genesis G90 and Lexus SC430 was absolutely wonderful. Exceptional Business! Worth every penny! My car was outdoors at a second residence and hadn't been washed in 5 months. It was absolutely filthy with dirt, pollen, you name it. For this reason, it cost a bit extra. Worth it! First and foremost, these are GREAT PEOPLE! They're nice, professional, and very helpful. They take the time needed to give your car the attention it needs. When I saw the car, it looked like new! Then, of course, the battery died. No problem. They had charger/jump equipment! Alas, my battery gave up the ghost, but the effort was greatly appreciated. I promise not to let my car get that dirty again, but will most definitely visit TLC Wash N Shine 2 again! Note: It's located on the second floor of the Blue garage at Annapolis Mall.

I took my newly imported Toyota Altezza to Bay Detail + Ceramic for a full level 1 paint correction and ceramic coat. Frank and the team did amazing work, bringing my 26 year old paint job back to life and keeping me in the loop throughout the whole process. I purchased new wheels for the car which didn't arrive until after the car was ceramic coated and Frank let me bring them in after the fact to get ceramic coated as well. The communication of this business is top notch, unmatched customer service. Frank will recommend what he believes is best for your vehicle and won't try to get you to buy the biggest package possible. I couldn't recommend Bay Detail + Ceramic enough. 10/10!

I've had a monthly membership with Chesapeake Car Wash for a few months now and decided to use them to do ceramic coating on my vehicle. Well, the results are incredible, and I couldn't be happier. Their attention to detail, customer service and quality will keep me coming back. The staff is extremely friendly and seems to take pride in their work. I gave this location a try since my normal spot was closed on a Sunday afternoon. Paid $50 to get a gold wash which included, vacuum, wipe, tires shine, and getting my all weather mats cleaned. They did not vacuum my third row and cargo. There were several spots dirty in the second row and front passenger side of the car. The cars dashboard was dusty and the screens not cleaned. Windows had finger prints left behind. Tire on my car were not wiped down and shiner placed. This place is overly priced and the quality of work is poor. The supervisor requested to have me return to have them clean again. My schedule did not permit and I do not plan to go back and try this location again. No apology, no discount and no value for someone's time. This place quality of work is not worth your time and money.

Don’t waste your money I spent $40 for them to run my car through the car wash and barely vacuum it . I will never go here again my car looked horrible. Total waste of money . I had to clean my car myself afterwards. And the manager made it seem like it was normal . Go elsewhere

I'm honestly blown away by the phenomenal workmanship and outstanding customer service that Matt and his team bring to the table. I called around 4-5 different places to get pricing on getting XPEL paint protection film put on my brand new tesla model 3, and Frontguard's pricing was by far the most competitive. Matt was extremely accommodating, offering for me to drop off my car off the night before so that his team could complete the job within a day, which is unheard of for such a large job. When I picked up the car, it looked so much better than when I purchased it brand new, they detailed it extremely well before applying the film and I was blown away! I would definitely recommend taking your car here to get PPF put on, the quality of the film installation is absolutely perfect. You really tell Matt cares about customer service, and getting all the little details of the installation perfectly. I'll definitely be taking all of my cars here from now on!

Let me just start this review off by saying I am very particular about my vehicles and have high expectations when I entrust them to anyone, whether for maintenance or getting a service such as installation of paint protection film. This being said, every time I get a new car, which is very frequently, the first thing I do is take it to Matt & Jake at Frontguard. They have installed film on over 10 vehicles for my family and I over the past few years, ranging from smaller cars like my GTI or Mini to even full size HD pickup trucks. The quality of work is never less than perfect each time and the price is very reasonable considering the quality of film and attention to detail during the installation process. I've always recommended Frontgard to anyone who not only wants to protect the finish of their cars, but have quality film installed by a company that times pride in their work.

This is my go-to car wash in Annapolis. They are very pleasant and professional, and they have a wide range of levels of service. I have not jponed as a member, which is one option for frequent customers. As a retiree on a fixed income, I can pop over there for the basic $8.00 wash. They have a line of extra powerful vacuums outside (the best setup I have seen). There is a vacuum hose for each side of your car. I do the vacuuming myself, but there is plenty of room to work, even when there are cars in the adjacent spaces.

Wonderful people. I have 5 vehicles on their monthly program all for under 100 bucks a month! On my most recent visit, they were doing maintenance on the automatic wash, as a monthly club member the hand washing is not included. However, there a young man working there named Elliott that I spoke to, he contacted the main office and took care of my costs for the day in hand wash area! This is the best car wash I have ever been to in my life. I didn't recognize my car because it was cleaner than on the day I bought it. My car was cared for while I was able to relax and talk to other patrons in a nice sitting area. I will never have my car washed at another place. Terrible experience will not being going back! I had a coupon to use for an exterior free car wash, but the lady told me that I had to pay in full if I wanted the interior cleaned. Should’ve known something was up when I only had to wait 10 minutes for my car to be “done”. Such a half-assed job, I could have done a better job cleaning it at home.

My experience was horrible. After being directed into the wash my SUV got 90% thru the wash when my left front tire went off the wheel guide into the pit. This company refuses to fix my vehicle and refuses to contact me back. Called corporate office they say they can't do anything and regional manager won't return my calls. I have gone over there 2 times and still no response! They have the video where I was directed into the wash with the wheel not straight! No fault on my part. But still refuse to due diligence. How do companies get away with this? This happened at the Annapolis Mister car wash

Preston did an excellent job paint correcting my Subaru BRZ removing scratches and swirls. As well as coating it in a Nasiol ZR53 Nano Ceramic Coating that has held up amazing ever since being coated. I would 10/10 recommend using Preston for all of your automotive detailing needs!!

I come here often, but the last time I went, there was only the residual soap that was stuck on the brushes from previous washes. Soap usually covers it. I texted twice about it and was ignored. Edit: I was kindly compensated with a free wash.

The brushes put scratches all over my car, and even with before and after pictures clearly indicating the scratches came from the wash. They’re continuously denying accountability. Trying to say the marks were already there, when they’re footage shows otherwise. Not worth your money, I suggest going elsewhere to wash your car. Marks were not there before and your low quality before pics proved that. But you made me delete them from my review. Again don’t come to this car wash, spend a couple dollars more and get better service elsewhere. They also offered to send someone out if I deleted this review. Not an honest company at all. Also unlike your claims those marks do match the rotation of the brush. And that isn’t paint flaking… my paint was in extremely good condition when I got it a few months ago. Those are clearly scratches. Again this is an extremely dishonest company.

This is my first time using a mobile detailing service. George came out on time and was nothing but pleasant! He even remembered to text instead of knocking on the door bc of our nervous dog. I was having trouble coming up with an idea for my wife’s Birthday. Then it came to me, her car, which she loves. It is about a year old and with a teenager riding often in the backseat it was getting a little messy. UPDATE: The crew at MADSOAP did it again. After making my wife’s car like new again they asked about my Boat Cover. I had actually been thinking about looking into replacing it as it is about 8 years old but they approached me about a new cleaner that they were using. WOW, is all I could say. The stains that I had thought were permanent were gone or as close to it as possible. The degree of Craftsmanship they put into each job is impressive, the attention to detail in both their work with boat and auto is remarkable. I have two monthly accounts. Since sold to the current owners, manpower has been cut. I was there this AM 12/30. Seven cars in front of me. Only 3 detail stalls open Took about 50 minutes. Employees are very nice but corporate management stinks. Seriously thinking of cancelling my memberships. I echo thoughts by numerous friends, who also have memberships.

Great experience! The entire process was easy and done quite quickly, yet the cleaning job was very well done. I took a friend's car to Impressive Detailing as he needed it, take a look at the photos of the before as his Golden Retriever has left her smell and dog hair all over his car. I contacted Marcus and brought the car over and he took a good look all over and said "No problem, I can definitely clean this up"...I asked Marcus to take another look as we tried to vacuum the car earlier (without any success may I say), and once again, Marcus said "No problem." I left the car with him early in the day and by the end of business, he contacted me to come by and as you can see by the after photos, what a job!!! I will continue to use Impressive Detailing as the Customer Care, Attention to Detail and the quality products that he uses just shows on the finished product. Love your car, boat, motorcycle? Is it looking a bit "dull"? Bring it to Marcus, he is a magician as you can see by my after photos.

I had an AWESOME experience with Impressive Detailing. I had to ship my Honda Odyssey at the Baltimore VPC, so it needed to be spotless on the interior and exterior. Needless to say, it passed the inspection with flying colors - even after driving through snow! I've never had my vehicle detailed before and I was blown away with the work that Mr. Marcus did. My vehicle looked better than when I first bought it. He got out some really tough stains in my seat, as well as some paint on my exterior that has been caked on my vehicle for a couple of years! The prices, customer service, and communication were all great and I will definitely come back again for my wife's vehicle. Please excuse my poor photo taking, but nothing compares to seeing his work for yourself in person!

Got my 2025 model Y tinted today under the recommendation of a friend, and I'm glad i did! The front desk was helpful in me editing my order, and getting me an early morning appointment to accommodate my schedule. I got the XR+ ceramic, and it turned out great! It is still has a few days of curing to do, so i'll update the review once it has settled. I forgot to catch the name of the man who actually did the work, but he was a pleasure to interact with and his work looks very professional. I'll be taking all my vehicles here from now on!
