I took my 2016 Acura MDX to Portland Detailing for it's very FIRST detailing, ever. I was hopeful for a good vacuuming and maybe a thorough wipe down of the interior, but my car had seen many Maine seasons (and with two little kids), so I certainly didn't expect miracles. I picked up this car and it was unrecognizable!!! I could not believe the work that had been done to my car. ABOVE and BEYOND!!!! I don't even think it was the clean the day I bought it!! I highly recommend this company and will most definitely be taking all of our family cars back there in the future.

Prestige Tint charged me $525 and 3 days of my time for a tint job that cost me over $1k worth of damage to my new Tesla. I wanted to like this place. They offer a lifetime warranty for their ceramic tint, their reviews on google were promising, and they were prompt in returning my initial inquiry. After receiving my newly tinted car, I noticed that the back window tint was slightly crooked and also incomplete. Only 1/3 of the rear window was done, leaving a strip of space between their tint and the Tesla factory roof tint, though I was told that 1/2 of the back window would be tinted. I contacted the owner, Jeremy, to schedule a date to remedy the problem. After I confirmed a time that worked best for him, he scheduled me for the following week. After arriving at my scheduled appointment and waiting over 30 minutes, Jeremy said they wouldn't be able to get to me until 3pm. I understand things happen so I agreed to come back at 3pm. At 2:55pm, Jeremy calls to tell me that they won't be able to make my appointment and reschedules me for a week later. At my third appointment yesterday, I dropped the car off at 8:30am and Ubered to my job. At 4:30pm, one hour before they close, Jeremy calls to ask what my specific concerns about the tint were. I explain for a third time the obvious issue with the tint. He acknowledges that it is crooked but tells me that the tint is "printed that way" and he's "not sure it will come out better if we redo it." I get there just after 5pm to see them finishing up on the replaced tint. In daylight the next morning, I notice that half of my rear defroster lines are stripped and the tint is worse than the initial job. I did some research online and called other tint shops in the area to find that if old tint is not carefully and slowly removed, it could cause irreparable damage to the defroster. Knowing that the replacement was done in under 30 minutes, I realized that there was absolutely no care in the service I was given. I like to give business owners the opportunity to do the right thing. Unfortunately, I was not even offered an apology. Jeremy told me that there is always a risk with tint ruining defroster lines. I asked why, then, did he not write or voice that at any point during my service. He said that it is "common knowledge" and "explaining that to every customer would take too long." He had the audacity to tell me that, though he caused the damage without so much as a warning, he "doesn't feel he should be responsible for replacing the damage."

Prestige Tint & Detail did an incredible job on my 2024 Corvette Z51 in Rip Tide Blue. The put on the Icon Rocklear protections package that is amazing. The car came out beautiful and it’s like it repels dust and dirt. They made the stock paint pop out and look like glass. They also did a great job tinting my windows. I’m beyond satisfied with the extremely professional work they do. Great local company that meets and exceeds your expectations. Great to see customer service at its best. Keep up the great work.

I hate to do this but this experience was just so so bad. I couldn’t be more disappointed with this service. Don’t waste your time or money here. Came in for an engine clean, interior and exterior detailing. I come to collect my car and see sap on the hood, windows filthy, spider webs on the side mirrors, mud and dirt on the trim. While the tires were dressed, the trim had not been detailed, the engine was still clearly dusty and oily, and no inner panel of any door/hatch/hood had been touched. After pointing this out to the employee and asking whether or not the outside had been finished yet or not, he assured me that it had been washed, waxed and detailed. I then opened the hood to see my “clean” engine. An absolute joke. After again bringing all of this up to the employee, he said he could try to “touch up on a couple things” but that it “likely wouldn’t change much and probably wouldn’t be up to my standards”. The indifference was infuriating. Because I was so unhappy he decided to “only” charge me for the interior cleaning, which was still $175!!!!!! 100% avoid Pristine Detailing if you want your car to be actual detailed

I left my car nearby for auto body work, so the deal was they’d do interior and exterior while the autobody place had it for bumper work. Long story short about communicating with them: I told them on the phone several times “interior and exterior.” They initially charged me for interior and exterior. They didn’t touch the exterior. They took off the exterior charge, but they should have done the exterior. The interior was ok, except for these two things they missed and a few other spots. I gave the 2 stars for what they did do; it looks ok, but we’ll see if it stands up. I do not recommend them.

Jay was able to get my black 2014 F150 looking even better than it was new. Lots of love was needed (the truck is being used as a truck). Some how Jay was able to remove most of the staining on the my old school chrome wheels. The ceramic coating and interior detailing went well beyond my expectations. Well worth every penny. These pictures were taken 5 days and 300 miles after the truck rolled out of Jay's shop.

Reviews were good so I thought I was going to get good results. The gentlemen were nice. But the detail job was terrible. The mats were cleaned nicely. Other than that, I was disappointed in the service. I had to come home and vacuum and wipe down the inside of my car. I have contacted them via their website and will see what feedback I get. I know it was cold. But I came back when it was warmer/sun was out. I feel swindled by the service.

After going to get cash $12 credit card charge for a machine to wash your car and neglect your rims $9 cash to spend cleaning just your tires. This place is pathetic Credit card on machines are down. Two other guys couldn't use their card either i different bays. No ATM. I went through the drive through, leaving with soap on my tires. It was supposed to be a quick trip. But instead I have to leave to get cash to finish cleaning my car. Drive through can't even rinse my rims.

Unless you just want to remove dust or pollen, don't go here. I paid for the premium soft touch wash and the results are terrible. Same thing with the touch free. I thought maybe it was just bad luck but after the 5th lousy premium wash over the past 6 months, I am done with this place.

Do not go here unless you want your rims absolutely destroyed. When I inspected my car after the wash I noticed complete chunks out of my rims. Same looking marks on all four rims, that a curb could not have done. When we came back to ask the older guy about it, he had an extremely rude and condescending tone right from the start, at one point even swearing at us. The customer service was awful, will not be returning.

Went to scrub-A-dub the other day “Malcolm” and his helper, whom I can’t remember his name did a very nice job on my truck. They put extra effort in to scrub and detergent to make sure I was happy and they let me know if I any reason, I wasn’t happy to come right back and they would run me through the car wash again. What an amazing way to protect your investment. The crew at Rust check was efficient, friendly, and easy to work with. Our vehicle was in and out in no time. I doubt they missed one spot as there’s plenty of coating underneath to prove that point. As someone who also uses fluid film on our families pickup, I can tell you this application is every bit as important and effective as fluid film. For us, it’s a matter of preference at this point. I started with fluid film on my truck so it will stay that way. Our other two vehicles will continue to visit Rust check annually. if you haven’t protected the underside of your vehicle… You need to get to rust check and protect your investment asap. All of our vehicles are at least five years old, and two of them are approaching 20, none of them have rust

These guys were awesome! The convienence factor of having a car detailing service come to your house can't be understated. Compared to similar detailing packages offered at local car washes, these guys had the best rates. They did a very thorough job getting the Subaru all spiffed up (believe me, the amount of white dog hair alone was a removal process in itself) in preparation for a trade-in at my car dealer. David Auto Spa detailed the interior, exterior and engine room for my Durango 392 SRT to showroom condition. All personal effects were bagged and all surfaces left with a high gloss within a 4 hour period at my work place. I drove to work with the winter sand and grime and left with a ride ready for Spring! Very affordable and excellent quality. Setting an appointment was easy via text message and I was invoiced shortly after his departure. Fully self contained box trailer, David did not even ask for a water hose or electrical outlet. His service reminds me of the “old days” when service providers did what they said, did it with high quality and asked for nothing in return but a days wages for a days work. 5 star will repeat. Updated with current pictures with proof of the 5 year ceramic warranty sticker near the inspection ( I still have my paperwork from my visit). * Do NOT waste your money!!!! My car was beautiful before this, and yes, i have pics to prove that as well. I did this to protect my paint because black shows everything. This ceramic job cost me $1100 almost 2 years ago (garage kept during the winter), and within 2 months of getting the ceramic coating job done, all my old scratches and blemishes resurfaced. I have barely any paint left on my car. Compound in all the jams and crevasses as well as buffer marks on my sunroof and chrome. I have 15 years of experience reconditioning luxury and exotic autos and thought I could trust these guys to do a great job. I would recommend customers to them as my shop did not have that service. I am very, very disappointed, and when I addressed my concerns, an attorney contacted me, so i resubmitted this review once some time passed..... If you love your vehicle, don't bring it here. If i could fix it myself, I would.

I had them complete an exterior wax along side an interior detail on my 2018 Hyundai Elantra. The exterior detail was brilliant. I was really impressed they were able to get off the over spray from a previous body work job. As for the interior detail they missed spots. I found stuff underneath my seat which shows they didn't get all the unseen areas but they did a good job on the rest of the interior. Overall I was happy but I'd take my next car somewhere else for the interior cleaning. Exterior detailing they are spot on and would recommend.

Pd 6,200 for a vehicle that was posted and said to be perfect condition with a brand new sticker. Less then a mile from the shop check engine light clicked on with a timing chain code and cat O2 sensors. Took it to my mechanic and found it failed for a sticker for many reasons rockers, tires, headlights, battery not mounted, wipers, windshield, exhaust, evap sensor, and much more.. took it back to him and called inspection police. He did fix a few items and told me that he would hold my money for 3 weeks and buy the vehicle back if I could get the title back which he’s now denying. Told investigators he would make things right with me but refused to answer any of my messages. When I finally reached him by phone he said he couldn’t help me because I involved the police and that he would be shutting down his business “guilty conscience maybe” then threatened that if I take him to court I would be paying his court fees because he would win! I would never recommend anyone go here especially not to buy anything from him with everything he tried to hide.
