My husband had this company detail his vehicle. By time the car was done it was dark outside and he thought everything looked good at the time. Upon inspecting it in daylight, I noticed that the cup holders, the side of the doors, and the storage compartment had not been cleaned out. I reached out to the company and sent them two text messages with pictures showing what had not been done. After a week, I finally got a call back. The person I spoke to was very unprofessional, disrespectful, and started cursing, so I hung up the phone. I try to support local businesses, but I would never recommend this place; NOT EVER!!!! Please beware of this company!

I dont mind paying for a service, I don't even mind what it costs if I want the service I get it. This is my second and last time to use this place. For 100$ your telling me they can't clean the inside of a vehicle any better? You should have a manager look at these vehicles before you turn them back over to customers and if you do have one, you should fire him. RIDICULOUS! Update: Response to the Establishment Owner. - Sir I have a Ford F350 dually, your people were asked the cost to hand wash and clean and wipe down the driver & passenger side and told not to worry about the rear seat area. I was given a price of $100.00. So more than 3 times your most expensive service, again I didn't mind since I wanted it done. The guy was told my expectations. The service took an hour, I should not have to come out and inspect YOUR work no matter if you have a sign or not, I'm not offering a service, im paying for a service. You or a supervisor should inspect your employees work, period. If you can look at the pictures provided and tell me it's a good job you may need glasses.

These guys got me out of a jam when the birds recently did a job on my car! I had to head out of town, but they quickly and expertly got my ride looking sharp again. You get a lot for the money, especially considering the vacuuming, window cleaning and drying are all done by the staff there. I hadn't been in a while before today, but will definitely be back soon!

We were referred to Frank by another detailer when we were looking for a place to take care of our boat. Frank is the ultimate professional and will treat your stuff like it's his own. The work he and his team did on our boat (2014 Yamaha 212x), that had been out in the LA elements for almost 2 years, was nothing short of a miracle. What we brought in was not the same boat we took home. With the 2 years of sun beating down on the boat the decals were peeling away and the paint was quite faded. His team were able to remove the decals (which had been on the boat for almost 10 years) and were able to make it so you couldn't even tell they were there. The entire job made it look like a brand new boat. Beyond the exterior of the boat they made the interior spotless too. On top of the service, I really appreciated walking into the business and hearing the message playing in the background. I would recommend Frank and the team to anyone looking to have someone to detail their "babies". I wish more service businesses took care of folks the way Frank and the team took care of us.

I was referred to this business by Ford dealership and another business, they call him Franky. So immediately I knew this guy had to be good. He was very personable and hospitable when I first met him, offering me a coffee and then transportation back home (which I assume he normally doesn't do - very gentlemanly of him). Very courteous and professional during the transportation offering friendly conversation. I get a call a few hours later informing me of my vehicle being ready and when I arrived, he showed me my car. I was in awe, he took the stain out of my seat, he detailed the inside of my car and went above and beyond his description of our service agreement and waxed my car! This man is far beyond description of words, but I hope this review reaches many and I hope it brings him much more business and many blessings.

I stumbled across Mr. Ace many years ago when I needed my vehicle detailed before family members came in town. I was so impressed with what he did in the parking lot of my job! Now, he is my go to guy when I need a vehicle detailed. He’s a quiet fellow and extremely focused and attentive to the job. What he can do with our vehicles and our open top Jeep is amazing!!

Chris made my car look like new and the inside smells great. I also had my car waxed and it shines like a new penny. In addition, to save time I asked Chris to inspect my car and I obtained my inspection sticker from Stormy’s Car Care. Chris is very hardworking and greets all his customers with a smile.

The owner is rude and unprofessional. He tried to make me pay for the service before the detailer even started on my car . I asked if he took card and he said no but he had Zelle . He turned around and came back to me and said he only takes cash on Saturdays. The detailer did a great job but he did take 4 hours to finish.

Wanted one seat shampooed and a car wash. Nothing special. He told me they could not do one seat and the entire car had to be shampooed. Then he said he couldn't just wash my SUV it had to be detailed. I finally agreed although it was much more than I wanted. When we picked it up, we were told their machine was down and we would have to go get cash. (Maybe the IRS would be interested in their cash business?) Then they didn't even clean everything. Found trash in the back floorboard, hatchback wasn't cleaned and the visor still has chocolate smears on it from our grandchild. I do not recommend going here. I will be spreading the word.

I just got into Shreveport from a highway road trip with my car looking dusty and the front of my grill covered in bugs. Looking for a hand car wash place, Google led me to Superior. It may not look like much from the road, but I was thoroughly impressed, and with my high standards, that's saying a lot. Though the gentleman didn't greet me with a smile, what he lacked in friendliness, he more than made up for in his attention to detail. Not a dust particle or bug wing was left on my car after he washed it. My windows were wiped clean until they sparkled. But can I mention my wheels??!! This man sat on a bucket and individually washed and wiped between every spoke. My blue calipers were blueing!! I'm always complaining about the half asz job detailers do on my wheels - this man left no crumbs. Very affordable for such an impeccable job. My only complaint is that I don't live here to make Superior Hand Washing my permanent detailer.

Man oh man where do 8 start. 1st of all the guys here go above and beyond to try and help you out very sweet intelligent guys that will put you in something that will work for you I've always buy my car's from here mr. Keith and mr. White are the best I've never bought something from this dealership that wasn't right for me.. all the cars from here have lasted three to four plus years I highly recommend them if you want a decent used vehicle

I frequent this car wash and oil service often. I have always had a great experience! Today was absolutely amazing! From the minute I got out of my car in the oil change bay, 3 very nice gentleman with smiles on their faces, greeted me kindly. As I approached the door to go inside the building, 2 nice gentleman greeted me and opened the door for me. Inside, the lovely lady running the register greeted me and apologized for their construction and showed me the way for seating. When my oil change was complete, the nice gentleman took my receipt for a car wash ahead of time so that the gate would be open when I pulled around. Every single employee that I came in contact with were very pleasant! It definitely makes your day a little brighter when you see people happy to be at work without an attitude! I will definitely be back!

Octi’s really makes sure my car is clean everytime I use their services. I get the full package and it’s worth the cost which is not too pricey. These guys are great! The photos probably does their work no justice. The 1st photo is of scratches where some dogs jumped up on my 1 month old truck while traveling to see my in-laws! I was sick. I found these guys and took it in and he immediately took me in and as you can see in the 2nd photo you can’t see not one scratch. I was super impressed with their work. Even though I live in SC, I would go back to these guys! Great work and now I have a brand new truck again! Awesome work!!

Staff always nice and helpful! Unfortunately, the bays you use to vacuum your vehicle are always littered with some form of dirt and debri....I don't want to drive through dirt immediately after washing. I give Xpress (as a whole)4 stars because they don't scrub your vehicle with an abrasive brush, there's new locations popping up everywhere so I can always go to whatever location is cleaner, staff is always nice regardless of location, and managing your was plan is super easy.

3 star because it did not clean my wheels good at all. I paid for the $12 package that includes the wheel clean but it didn’t do much. My car came out decently clean but there were a few dirt spots around the car. I would give them a 5 star for having nice staff tho!

All the employees I have interacted with here I have been super friendly, but that’s no consolation for the damage this place has done to my car. I took my one month old vehicle through this place August 2022. The gentleman directing us onto the conveyor belt signaled for us to go on directly behind the truck in front of us at a distance I considered to be too close— we waited some time to create space between the two vehicles. When we got to the end of the line, the truck in front of us failed to advance off of the conveyor belt. When we realized the belt wasn’t going to stop, we laid on the horn, but the truck did not respond until after the belt pushed my vehicle into the truck in front of us. We were able to get video footage and the license plate number, however, as the truck was uninsured and denied any incident took place (despite video footage), I was out of pocket on my $500 deductible for $1k damage. In my opinion, the business is responsible for not having an automatic stop mechanism, but I decided not to pursue any legal action. I canceled my membership and have been washing and caring for my vehicle by hand, so I’m pretty familiar with any imperfections that are going on. I went back today for a quick wash to address water spots on the windshield and to vacuum since what they have picks up more than my shop vac at home. As I’m vacuuming, I noticed swirled scratches on my vehicle, which I know we’re not there beforehand because over the weekend I washed my vehicle and took pictures to send to the repair shop to address 2 small dents (I’m pretty sure these were also incurred from using this service). I let management know. Again, they were super pleasant and said the manager would reach out about filing a claim… given my own personal experience and looking at other reviews, I’m not holding my breath that Anything will actually be done to repair the damage this place has done to my vehicle. Also, I'm pretty sure some bot responds to the negative reviews asking for more info... I very much doubt that anyone actually monitors that or makes any effort to make things right, but we will see... I have every intention of updating this review if some resolution actually comes from this.

I’m really enjoying it! It’s effective in keeping my car clean. It’s convenient for me to have the monthly package. The car wash is affordable and runs efficient. I have no complaints. If I’m honest there are questionable marks after the wash but it is standard for drive through washes I think. If it’s bothersome I will definitely be vocal about it. Otherwise, I will say that I belonged to another wash club in another city and I did preference that they had dry towels available for use at no cost but every business is different.

service is fine, but the value in the car wash is just okay. the remaining grime in the wheel rims and the front, back, and lower front sides of my car left more to be desired. Definitely not as through as a handwash, but it's pretty cold outside.

I hate leaving bad reviews but I just left car wash and it did not do a good job. I went through twice and still have dirt all over back of expedition. Very large spots missed! We pay monthly and usually don’t have a problem. Not sure if something is wrong but needs attention!

This will be my last time using this establishment. The cashier stands outside till customer comes in and very rude, no courtesy at all. The detail guy started on my vehicle, stopped to pulled another vehicle behind mine trying to work two vehicles at once. I paid for The Works and still had to do the work. Bugs still on front of my vehicle, spots till in the window shield, missed spots on my vehicle and no shine to the tires at all. Extremely disappointed. Total waste of my time and money there, still had to do it myself.

This business had gone down hill terribly in the last few years. Will no longer go there after today. Pulled up at 11:30 for an oil change/car wash and there was a group of men standing at the back of the building smoking and talking. They all looked over at me then looked away. I waited a minute to see if anybody was coming over and they didn't. Then the group of men went further around the building so I couldn't see them. After waiting a minute longer, I just drove away. No wonder they weren't busy when I got there if that's how they do customers. I went to Roadrunner which had alot more business and was in and out promptly.

I have three separate vehicles that i bring in once to twice a month each. On my last visit my mirror was ripped off and when I contacted the manager about it she was very rude and refused to do anything about it. She sent me pictures of my truck indicating preexisting damage from before it went through. The part of the mirror that she circled was not even where the mirror broke at and when I took pics up close and sent them to her she still refused to do anything for me. I spend $75-$150 a month here, I replace the mirror myself for around $50. I will no longer be using their services. I now pay less at a competing car wash and get better service.

I came in to get an oil change with a complimentary car wash to which I upgraded to the ultra. As far as the interior cleaning goes, they didn't even vacuum the back and the seats were poorly cleaned. I paid just under 80.00 for this service and I'm not pleased at all. The outside looks good but the inside isn't so great. If anything the interior service needs to be done over.

Pat and everyone else were so kind and made it very quick and easy to get hail damage on my car fixed, including getting a quote beforehand for insurance.
