I made an appt for same day. They were running a little late and emailed me prior to let me know. They did an amazing job! We had dinner plans and I expected that they would be gone by the time we got back. However, they were still working hard, making sure to take care of every detail. My daughter has 3 babies, has moved twice in a short period of time and her car was a mess. It looks like brand new! Very exciting!!

These guys are great! The photos probably does their work no justice. The 1st photo is of scratches where some dogs jumped up on my 1 month old truck while traveling to see my in-laws! I was sick. I found these guys and took it in and he immediately took me in and as you can see in the 2nd photo you can’t see not one scratch. I was super impressed with their work. Even though I live in SC, I would go back to these guys! Great work and now I have a brand new truck again! Awesome work!!

I dont mind paying for a service, I don't even mind what it costs if I want the service I get it. This is my second and last time to use this place. For 100$ your telling me they can't clean the inside of a vehicle any better? You should have a manager look at these vehicles before you turn them back over to customers and if you do have one, you should fire him. RIDICULOUS! Update: Response to the Establishment Owner. - Sir I have a Ford F350 dually, your people were asked the cost to hand wash and clean and wipe down the driver & passenger side and told not to worry about the rear seat area. I was given a price of $100.00. So more than 3 times your most expensive service, again I didn't mind since I wanted it done. The guy was told my expectations. The service took an hour, I should not have to come out and inspect YOUR work no matter if you have a sign or not, I'm not offering a service, im paying for a service. You or a supervisor should inspect your employees work, period. If you can look at the pictures provided and tell me it's a good job you may need glasses.

Been getting my car washed here for a couple of years, however, I wont be back. I’m not a picky person but if I have to tell the detailer what needs to be done, I might as well keep my money. I also paid an extra $10 for armor all which was ridiculous. My car looks a mess!

We were referred to Frank by another detailer when we were looking for a place to take care of our boat. Frank is the ultimate professional and will treat your stuff like it's his own. The work he and his team did on our boat (2014 Yamaha 212x), that had been out in the LA elements for almost 2 years, was nothing short of a miracle. What we brought in was not the same boat we took home. With the 2 years of sun beating down on the boat the decals were peeling away and the paint was quite faded. His team were able to remove the decals (which had been on the boat for almost 10 years) and were able to make it so you couldn't even tell they were there. The entire job made it look like a brand new boat. Beyond the exterior of the boat they made the interior spotless too. On top of the service, I really appreciated walking into the business and hearing the message playing in the background. I would recommend Frank and the team to anyone looking to have someone to detail their "babies". I wish more service businesses took care of folks the way Frank and the team took care of us.

Wanted one seat shampooed and a car wash. Nothing special. He told me they could not do one seat and the entire car had to be shampooed. Then he said he couldn't just wash my SUV it had to be detailed. I finally agreed although it was much more than I wanted. When we picked it up, we were told their machine was down and we would have to go get cash. (Maybe the IRS would be interested in their cash business?) Then they didn't even clean everything. Found trash in the back floorboard, hatchback wasn't cleaned and the visor still has chocolate smears on it from our grandchild. I do not recommend going here. I will be spreading the word.

This place is A-1 ! I bought a vehicle recently, it was dirty dirty. Ive been passing by this place for years but never needed to go like I needed to now. They shampooed the carpets and seats, completely wiped everything down front to back. Did an amazing job, made this car look brand new off the lot. Amazing work, highly recommended! I just got into Shreveport from a highway road trip with my car looking dusty and the front of my grill covered in bugs. Looking for a hand car wash place, Google led me to Superior. It may not look like much from the road, but I was thoroughly impressed, and with my high standards, that's saying a lot. Though the gentleman didn't greet me with a smile, what he lacked in friendliness, he more than made up for in his attention to detail. Not a dust particle or bug wing was left on my car after he washed it. My windows were wiped clean until they sparkled. But can I mention my wheels??!! This man sat on a bucket and individually washed and wiped between every spoke. My blue calipers were blueing!! I'm always complaining about the half asz job detailers do on my wheels - this man left no crumbs. Very affordable for such an impeccable job. My only complaint is that I don't live here to make Superior Hand Washing my permanent detailer.

Keith and mr. Excellent job done on a very dirty vehicle. My car looked like I just bought it from the dealership with new car smell to boot. Varick even picked my vehicle up from my work and brought it back spic and span. My seats and carpet were shampooed and I was very impressed and satisfied with the results. I have used Another Level detailing service for years with my first experience, being bits of glass from a break in. Varick takes pride in what he does and it shows. I know when i i use another Level.detailing services, i will get the results i want. Highly, highly recommend.

I frequent this car wash and oil service often. I have always had a great experience! Today was absolutely amazing! From the minute I got out of my car in the oil change bay, 3 very nice gentleman with smiles on their faces, greeted me kindly. As I approached the door to go inside the building, 2 nice gentleman greeted me and opened the door for me. Inside, the lovely lady running the register greeted me and apologized for their construction and showed me the way for seating. When my oil change was complete, the nice gentleman took my receipt for a car wash ahead of time so that the gate would be open when I pulled around. Every single employee that I came in contact with were very pleasant! It definitely makes your day a little brighter when you see people happy to be at work without an attitude! I will definitely be back!

I have used this carwash for years. Today I went by to clean up my 89 year old mother’s car. It was really dirty and the tires and rims were horrible. So I stop before paying for my wash to spray tire and rim cleaner on the tires and was told I was making a mess instead of saying not to do it. I paid and moved around to enter the wash and the manager came up and wanted to know what was going on and got ugly. I said you have new wash competition coming. In other words treat your regular customers happy. I was told I needed to go to Rocket Fast. So I did they were really busy where this place I was the only car. I’ll not be back their customer service here isn’t good

I am completely disappointed with the work that dipNcoat318 did on my dipped rims. Instead of removing the rims from my tires, they painted the entire rims and tires. My tires are still peeling from the coating. It looks so unprofessional. I will NEVER use their services again.

Do not use them. I paid 1700 upfront for an AC & it turns out they never even ordered it, and I can’t get in touch with anyone to get my money back. He kept my car for a year with NO work done on it.

This will be my last time using this establishment. The cashier stands outside till customer comes in and very rude, no courtesy at all. The detail guy started on my vehicle, stopped to pulled another vehicle behind mine trying to work two vehicles at once. I paid for The Works and still had to do the work. Bugs still on front of my vehicle, spots till in the window shield, missed spots on my vehicle and no shine to the tires at all. Extremely disappointed. Total waste of my time and money there, still had to do it myself.

I had a WONDERFUL experience here!!! I have visited several different car washes in town and always leave those establishments feeling disappointed because my car still requires additional cleaning, which I handle on my own when I get home. That was not the case here! I got "works package" and it was worth every penny. Some of the areas I was really impressed with were the windows, seats, dashboard, cupholders, and door arm rests. These are all areas that normally get neglected by other car washes! The person wiping my car down at the end was extremely detail oriented and made sure that all of the bugs/smudges were removed from my front bumper and windshield, which again - is something I always have to follow up with when I use other car washes. I really enjoyed my experience here and plan to use them again! I have included some pictures of my bumper so you can see how well they cleaned it! Any spots you see are strictly from normal wear and tear (rock chips/missing paint).

I have been a returning customer for a year now and I will be returning for a long time. After the recent weather I have had a lot of hail damage and they fixed it perfectly. I'm annoyed I didn't take pictures of what the damage was because the difference is amazing. Raza was uper friendly, and I think the owner's name was Patrick, but they made the whole process so easy. I went to other PDR's before and they were not as good. Best PDR in the city, highly recommend.

I was excited to get my car washed after a neighborhood cat unfortunately thew up on top of it. Sadly, the throw up was still on my car after I went through the wash- which in a good car wash should not have happened as the incident happened this morning. I asked the attendant to go back through and get an extra rinse as I really don’t want to have to clean the throw up off myself at home after paying for a car wash. He told me no and that he would have to charge me again for a full wash. Don’t waste your money- they will not ensure your car was actually cleaned

Staff always nice and helpful! Unfortunately, the bays you use to vacuum your vehicle are always littered with some form of dirt and debri....I don't want to drive through dirt immediately after washing. I give Xpress (as a whole)4 stars because they don't scrub your vehicle with an abrasive brush, there's new locations popping up everywhere so I can always go to whatever location is cleaner, staff is always nice regardless of location, and managing your was plan is super easy.

Paid $23, which we were told that detail on the inside of the car was included. They didn't clean the console nor the radio screen. No armor all was on the tires, also. We will not be going back. We should've cleaned our own car if we wanted it to look like it did (after we were told that our car was ready) The business is in a great location. The need to increase the quality of the car detail. Friendly cashier.

Great customer service!! No other place I go when I need glass unfortunately for everything from my Land Rover, Infinity and Silverado truck. They do inspections also, including the often hard to find 2-year inspection stickers! Cannot go wrong with Tim and his crew at Novus Glass!! Indulge in a hand was and detail too!

I have three separate vehicles that i bring in once to twice a month each. On my last visit my mirror was ripped off and when I contacted the manager about it she was very rude and refused to do anything about it. She sent me pictures of my truck indicating preexisting damage from before it went through. The part of the mirror that she circled was not even where the mirror broke at and when I took pics up close and sent them to her she still refused to do anything for me. I spend $75-$150 a month here, I replace the mirror myself for around $50. I will no longer be using their services. I now pay less at a competing car wash and get better service.

Just had an amazing experience at Xpress Car Wash on Pines Road in Shreveport! The staff was super friendly, the wash left my car spotless and shining, and the vacuum stations were powerful and convenient. They even had towels and sprays for touch-ups! ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!! In January, the car in front of me hung up inside the car wash, it stopped moving on the track and my car continued moving causing my car to hit the car in front of me, which left a mark on their car. The car wash is claiming they are not liable and kept giving my husband the run around when he tried talking to them. I had to file a claim on my insurance company and since my car hit the car in front of me it will go against me. (there was nothing I could do to prevent hitting them). I had a perfect driving record before this. Now 3 weeks later, a car in front of me on the interstate, blew oil all over my car, so I had to take it to the car wash. (this is the first time I've used the car wash since the previous event). I made sure the car in front of me was a good distance away. Today MY CAR hung up in the same area that the other car hung up in and before I could get my car in drive, the pickup truck behind me hit me. This makes me wonder how many times this is happening, if it has happened to me twice in less than 1 month. I am cancelling my membership and will NOT go back through their wash again.

I usually wash my vehicle every weekend. So good quality car wash supplies for me is a must. I have tried all brands (Armor All, Mothers, etc.) and decided to give the local guys a chance. I got everything from Gator to cover me bumper to bumper. Their car soap leaves the car remarkably shiny. The tire/plastic shine is amazing on plastics and tires (no tire shine I’ve used so far made them shine better than their tire shine). The window cleaner is streak free. The leather conditioner made my seats pop back to a factory look. I did have issues with one product, but a quick visit to their shop resolved the issue. The main purpose of my post is to let everyone know that their products are great, but the customer support at Gator is even better. I highly advise throwing away those store bought supplies, and try Gator.

Went into the shop to check it out in person and had a great conversation with the owner that took the time to explain every product that they had how to use it and when. You dont get that often. I live out of state and made arrangements with Landers and Mirrored image Auto Spa to have it ceramic coated (MODESTA). Prior to my arrival. Both the ceramic coating and the service was flawless.
