My dropped a smoothie on the seats, carpet in the cracks I mean it went everywhere. They got it all out. My interior looked brand new. I think I got the premium interior package. Not cheap, but they do a very good job here.

The worst place I've ever been for washing my car. It tooks 2 hours and half for a cleaner to wash my car. The reason I went there was my back seat, i wanted them to shampoo the back seat, ""IT IS STILL DIRTY AND NOTHING CHANGED"" I paid them $125 to do nothing. Interior still the same.

I will was this review by saying the detail requested was done well. The trunk was wet from the shampoo, which is a minor complaint. This has left a wet smell in my car in conjunction with a clean smell from products used. And the price asked for services rendered was fair. My issue is customer service related. I called at approximately 12:15 to schedule an appointment between 13:30-13:15 for a 2.5 hour long detail. Tyrone stated that would be fine and to bring my car in. The lot was full of cars waiting to be detailed when I pulled up at 13:07 and was then told my car would be ready at 17:00 when they close. Not 2.5 hours after I turned over my car, I would've came in later if informed to do so. I walked back over at 16:58 to my car being worked on still, with no text informing me of the longer time past closing to finish the job. My keys were provided between 17:20-17:25. ***ISSUE*** My vehicle's trunk worked properly before the detail. Afterwards, at the detail lot, my trunk would pop open when closed repeatedly. Credit to the detail crew, we began troubleshooting. I disassembled my key to ensure it wasn't my key creating the issue. The trunk lever was checked. It's assumed that residue from detailing products are depressing the button on the trunk. Tyrone, who I assume own the establishment was not as accommodating as the detail crew. He attempted to blame the sensors, then my key, attempted to ask for help from a neighboring mechanic (as I ensured it was understood the trunk was a problem) that was gone by this point in time. The trunk was held down as beeping that is atypical of the car continued, which did lock the trunk, which Tyrone attempted to claim fixed the problem until I reopened the trunk and replicated the problem. He then attempted to accuse me of bringing the car with the defect already happening. At this point, the conversation took a different tone, and I bluntly stated that was not the case and would he be financially responsible should my car's trunk issue persist. We shook hands and had a gentleman's agreement that he would assist, as I was told they were packing in and leaving for the day. Detail occurred Dec 26th. The video attached is my trunk 23 hours post service.

More than satisfied customer! Much needed TLC! Easy appointment for the platinum package. Dropped off hoping for the best. Car looks 10 years younger. On the Spot got into every crevice, under the seats, shampooed all cloth areas, and made the area around the engine shine (not the mechanical parts that would ruin a vehicle). Best detailing I’ve seen! Look forward to returning.

These guys turned my 2022 Toyota Highlander XSE into a dream car for sure! I worked with Dan and Julian to get the All In package which included an awesome detail job, paint correction and ceramic coating for the interior (trim and plastic) and the exterior of the car including the rims! I also opted for a tint package all around that included a 40% windshield tint, 20% front windows, and 50% on the back and rear windows. All based on their customized recommendation and the upgrade vision I had for my car. I also got the paint protection film bumper kit which included a clear glossy coat of protection for the bumper, headlights and the review mirrors. Needless to say, they delivered! I highly recommend working with these guys if you want top quality and care for your vehicle.

Julian was a great help in explaining everything they would do and delivered on that. Our new vehicle had scratches on it apparently from transporting. He assured me all of that would be gone with the ceramic coating and work they did. Also had all the trim work done and windows tinted. Our new bronco looks awesome. would highly recommend them!

Many people recommended 3D auto detail. The first thing on my mind when I purchased my Camaro was making an appointment. I started with the full detail and was blown away at how immaculate my car was! I immediately made an appointment for the ceramic coating. David was so easy to work with and got me in last minute so that I could have the service completed while I was out of town. My car was used when I purchased so it has many small imperfections in the paint. After my ceramic coating my car looks brand new!!! He even cleaned the engine bay!! I have an oldie but a goodie, a 2001 Toyota 4Runner. 3D Auto Detailing did a fantastic job at a full detail scrubbing the inside and shining the outside to look like new. You can get mobile detail or take to their location in Chalmette. And with their multi person crew they had it done in 2 hours. Highly recommend them. Just look at that rainwater bead right off!

I just paid $60 to have my car “detailed”. I may be crazy, but I expected them to take care of the “details” that are hard to take care of without professional cleaning equipment. The photos were taken AFTER having my car was “detailed” by Soft Touch. There were some areas that were not even wiped down or vacuumed AT ALL. I am so disappointed that I paid $60 just to have to come home and clean my car myself. The only reason I gave two stars is because the employees were nice and they took me right away without having an appointment.

I'm not one to write negative reviews so I'll let this picture speak for itself. I just left the car wash and paid $28 plus tip and this is what my cup holders look like. When I went to the car to take off I thought it hadn't be cleaned yet but they assured me it was done. The outside looks decent but they barely touched the inside besides a light vacuuming.

I just had my car detailed by I'M DAT Mobile Detailing. A dog got sick in my car and while I tried my best, I didn't get it fully clean. They came to my place, cleaned it inside and out and I'm pretty sure it is cleaner than when I got it from the dealer. Excellent job and will definitely use them again.

Brandon took really good care of me and my c8. Made special arrangements so I could drop off and pick up my car at hours the shop was normally closed for. And he also was able to get my wife’s SUV tinted with extremely short notice. I definitely would drive another 1.5hrs for him to service my car.

I approached Brandon shortly before taking delivery of my 2017 F-150 Raptor in early March with a vision. After a lengthy conversation over the phone explaining my thoughts to him. I felt confident that I had found exactly the right person for the job. After several unexpected manufacturing delays. I was finally able to drop my truck off for Brandon and his team to get to work. To begin the arduous task of making the dream, that had been long awaited, a reality. In 21 short days, compared at least to the nearly 170 days that I had to wait for the truck to be built. Brandon and his crew, using experience and techniques honed and perfected over the course of decades. Completely transformed an already incredible machine into something absolutely spectacular. Something that the world has never seen before. In every single nuance around the truck. One can plainly see the attention to every single detail. The evidence of a craftsman who strives for perfection. Brandon brought new meaning to the phrase "Less is More". All while placing emphasis on keeping everything clean. In order to not take away from the factory aesthetics and lines of the truck. The one thing that really hit home for me, is how much Brandon cares about each his projects. This is not a "In and Out", "Quantity over Quality" shop. You hear all of the ads on t.v. about customers being "Friends" or "Family". This guy is the real deal and builds a personal relationship with all of his clients. For those O.C.D. types that worry their ride might not get all of Brandon's attention. Well here is some reprieve to ease your concern. Brandon has a strict "First come, First serve" policy. It doesn't matter who you are or what you drove to the shop. Professional ball player to plumber, Ferrari to Ford. Your ride will get the attention that you expect and it deserves. If you have a dream that you would like to see realized. I can not recommend Brandon and his team at EAS enough. I told Brandon what expectations that I had and the end result that I was looking for. After that, I placed complete trust in him, gave him 100% creative control and walked away. When I saw my truck for the first time after dropping it off. I can honestly say that any reservations that may have left with me were gone and all expectations were completely shattered. The difference was stark, dramatic and I could not be happier with the end result. I guarantee that you will be too!

Had my SUV tinted there and the young man who did it was professional, knowledgeable, and helped me understand the levels of tints and the best way to use them around the car, which is new to me, and an Audi q5 so I wanted to make sure it looked as good as this stylish SUV can. He was patient with questions and pointed out any issue that popped up as he worked (minor scratches from previous owners dogs that might affect the tint), the car looks great. He was super kind and focused on doing it well, and the entire shop that features detailing and other repairs had a great vibe and lots of biz in and out so they are doing something right. I don’t live in NOLA, so if you do, or just passing through and want to treat your car to a spa day or new shades, New Orleans’ Finest lives up its name. Mama needs to smile more 😁 but she keeps people moving in a biz that takes time, but also depends on volume and getting folks in and out. And tip your service provider, people!
