I dropped my Jeep wrangler off for this guy to detail it , he didn’t do anything but wash my my car. He didn’t wax it as promised nor did he clean my vents , headlight tail lights , carpets , seats ANYTHING . Completely WASTEd MY TIME for the two hours he CLAIMED to have detailed my car with a ceramic coating, nothin was done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING .0/10 I DONT RECCOmmed .

The absolute worst detail job, the pictures of the inside are only part of the issue. They missed spots all over the outside and when it was brought to their attention, the employee response was. I’ll let someone know. They should be ashamed of what they charge for a detail if that the best they can do.

Asks for my interior detailed and my seats shampooed, well the lady who does that wasn’t there. That’s fine I’ll just get the inside detailed then. Does this look clean? After $32 I get what looks like oil rubbed all over the surfaces and that’s it. Also if you’re a first time visitor and pull into the lane to begin the cleaning process they just bust up in you car before ever saying anything to you. And yes these photos are from after they “cleaned” my car.

Went to get my alternator replaced and now my A/C has not worked since when it was working perfectly fine before coming to this shop. Contacted Issac who was one of mechanics who worked on my car and he put freon (that I had to pay for) in it the next day. I asked if I had a leak or anything and he said that “one of his guys probably let it out and didn’t tell him”. Few days later, same problem with my A/C and I tried to contact him again with no response from call or text.

Poor job! Seats were not wiped down. Bugs still on front bumper. Back hatch not vacuumed (even though I paid the higher price so it would be) Paper, empty coke can left in car! Back hatch around license plate was not clean! Very poor job! I will not go back and would not recommend. Pictures upon request.

They were quick to get me fixed up. They offer a complimentary car wash with every oil change. Unfortunately they do not offer tire rotation but that's my only issue with the place. They do offer a 10% off for first responder and it's great that they help us that help the community.

Usually I have a good experience. However not so much this time. First it was blocked off. Then the employee gave me the go. He said they were doing a repair on a belt. After coming out my vehicle was not dry completely. The windshield was still kinda dirty.

So every one knows this is no longer free vacuuming!! You have to get a car wash, so even if you’ve had one recently there and just wanna drop by to vacuum during the week, free vacuuming is no longer available.. I was told in a polite manner, by a gentleman, to leave unless I went to car wash first. So I didn’t need a car wash, already got my weekly wash, just needed to vacuum front area of my car since I am in and out and had some grass. I explained, and unfortunately I was told unless I got my car washed I am not able to use the vacuum, I asked if I needed to leave, unfortunately he said yes! Unless I get another car wash. So I guess I left. All because one person ripped off their vacuum in one stall. I understand their frustration, but why did they offer free vacuuming if they’re going to tell people to leave, change your sign immediately do not have free vacuuming up on your sign, climb up there and tape that off! While you’re at it, change that live sign that gives info, to no longer free vacuuming! Let us who always used the vacuuming know not to come unless we are ready to use the car wash again. Having this sign is officially FALSE ADVERTISING.. insurance or not, I suggest you get some white duct tape and tape over every Free vacuuming part in your car wash!

Please don’t go to this car wash. I went this passed Wednesday and the big brushes torn off my front bumper. The employee himself, putting it back on, so I left. When I got down the road my front bumper flew off my truck and almost hit the car behind me. I called the car wash. They told me to come back so they can take pictures and that corporate would call me back, today is Sunday I still have not heard anything about getting my truck fixed. Please do not go to this car wash!

If you need any detailing done, look no further than Jordan and Rub a Dub. I’ve taken two of my cars to get ceramic coatings and detailing done. He does the absolute best work ever. I’ve had ceramic coating done elsewhere and took it to Jordan to be redone because his work is so much better!

In the past I've used several car washes in this area. West Monroe Rocket Fast is by far the best in town. The staff staff is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. The man with tattoos of music on his arm was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about making sure my large truck was washed properly and without incident. I've had problems with other car washes that damaged my truck just bc they didn't know what they were doing. Bc of the great car wash experience at Rocket Fast I am now a dedicated, life-long customer.

I cannot say enough of how well of a job Pro-Detail did. I have a 2001 black corvette that had some paint blemishes, swirls, and hardened food grease mist from using my griddle 15 ft from the car. The shop is professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable on detailing. They did a fantastic job, and the car looks absolutely amazing. Highly recommend! Don’t bother going anywhere else!

I’ve used a few detail places around town but pro detail is hands down the best in town. My car looked better than when it was new! I don’t think one speck of dirt or dust was missed. I went to get my Tahoe washed and let’s start how fast it pulled me through and the blower hit my mirror then I get out to see how clean it was and still had bird poop on my hood went through a second time the poop still in my hood !! Something is wrong with this car wash it’s pulls you through going like 5mph and nothing is getting cleaned I tried giving them a second chance and this is what happened again I will never drive my thoe threw that ever again !!! Thanks a lot Tommy’s and I see where you responded it was only one drop on my hood that’s the only reason I went their and why didn’t you mention the fact my mirror got hit by your blower are how fast it pulls you through!! You see that one spot of poop on my hood that’s the only reason I came to your car wash and it didn’t even get cleaned look at my back window and it wasn’t no excessive droppings it was just one dropping of poop as seen in the picture and your car wash couldn’t even get it off!! I wash my vehicle often!! I’m very high maintenance so!!! Your statement was very uncalled for!! (Owner)

Well.. I thought I would give this a try. I paid for an upgraded wash and came out with a rinse. I think workers might be skimming the register or something. I said something about it to the cashier and was told I could buy another wash. Rather than make a fuss about it, I just haven't been back and won't be going back. There are far better options in town with nicer workers where you get what you pay for and then some. Two thumbs down on this wash for me.
