The service and expertise is the best I've ever had! I have a 2019 Ford Raptor with Black reflective paint and it's difficult to get that new truck clean/shine. I've had issues with brown water marks for over a year and couldn't get them removed. I've been through many other detailers that tried and failed at getting those water marks off. That's until the Mobile Detail Guys came along. They cleaned my truck perfectly including those water marks and a good price. I fully recommend!

I contacted I shine u shine when I purchased my new fourwheeler this year. I wanted to protect my investment and keep it looking new for as long as possible. Mr. Williams was prompt in scheduling me and was very reasonable on his pricing. He was able to make the red “pop” and shine brighter than when it came off the showroom floor. On the first trip out it was dusty and upon getting home I hosed it off. Even though I’m on a well the water just beaded up and rolled off leaving no streaks or water spots behind. This was done earlier in the year and is still shining brightly. Even going through the woods it does not appear any of the shine has worn off. Would highly recommend anyone wanting to protect their investment to reach out to I shine u shine.

To my knowledge this is the only automatic car wash for dually pickups. Went there this evening around 6:15 to wash my dusty dually. Did an excellent job on driver’s side of truck. Yet I noticed not much soap and/ or water being put on passenger side. Had to wash off some old road base on lower passenger side door at home. If working properly this is a great car wash. Just needs a little maintenance.

With moving into the area on such short notice, we had to find a place to wash our dogs. Just so happens to have a dog wash attached to the car wash! What an awesome idea! Everything you need from shampoo to flea and tick. It also has attached leashes so you can safely restrain your dog! And if you have more than one dog they have kennels for the ones that get a little too excited. All they ask is to clean up after you finish up! Will be using this service again and again. 👍🏻

If there was a no star option, I’d choose it. Went in to allow him to look at what I wanted him to get done, we agreed on a price, and when he saw it was going to take some elbow grease to complete the job, he called and said it was going to take two days and 500 dollars. Very unprofessional, do NOT take your vehicle to this place. He tried charging me 50 bucks to take the bugs off my truck, I looked at my truck and said you did? There still on it. Basically got charged for him to put a paste wax on my tires, the only thing that didn’t need cleaning. Don’t waste your hard earned money or time.

They did a terrible job cleaning my car, when I claim why my car was not completely clean and they answer was that I told him to focus on the Dr Pepper stain ok the top roof of my car .... $200.00 for that was a steal ... and when I have to pay their machine was not working so end up downloading an app to send them the payment because all I want is leave that place and never come back. I was expecting detail cleaning on my car but not even regular cleaning was received.

Was given a gift certificate to do tinting on my car windows with life time warranty for 174$. Called them up in the afternoon asked to make an appointment, was given a few choices, picked one and dropped my car off. Two hours later I get a call back saying it was ready to be picked up. Easy transaction and the tint job looks great. Not too dark not too light. Would definitely recommend.

Today's attendant did a great job! The vacuums are powerful and angled so that you can reach cracks and crevasses in order to get those tough to reach crumbs in the back seat. I found that it has plenty working vacuums and is well maintained.

I had the oil changed in my work truck. I'm sitting in the truck, as the 3 or 4 guys were checking all the things they check on my truck. I began to notice how in sync they were with each other. Now I'm a little hard-of-hearing, but these guys are bouncing back and forth between 2 vehicles, barking out whatever it is they're telling each other. Loud enough to be heard over all the things going on and not once having to repeat what was just said. I was even able to clearly hear everything they were saying. Myself, having served 10 years in the U.S. Air Force, I appreciate loud, concise, and direct communication. As, they finished up, I told the main guy working on my truck, how much I enjoyed watching, and listening, to him and his crew go through their daily routine. As I'm pulling out of the bay, I could see him telling his coworkers that I had complimented all of them on their "Choreographed Chaos." He had told me they rarely get compliments from customers. So, his appreciation was obvious by the big smile on his face as he told his coworkers. That alone, made me glad that I had complimented them instead of just saying thanks, and driving off.

I have been getting my oil changes done at Don's for the past six years. My car is a company car so I was always on the move. So the convenience of Don's was a plus. Fast forward to my last oil change everything seemed normal but noticed oil on the ground after I came back from a two week trip away. Checked my oil and was below the minimum on the dip stick! Put my car on ramps and found the oil filter was very loose. Like no wrench or hand strength needed. They had my service for years but not anymore! So if you want to save yourself expensive repairs don't get your oil changed or any other services done here because it will eventually cost you!!!

I’ve had a subscription for months due to the convenience of the multiple locations in the area. I drive a Range Rover and there is a continuing issue with the reader not working. (Possibly due to the defroster in the windshield) Every time I show up here I have to wait 30 minutes to get a manager, give them my name, they check my credit card on file, etc. Plus, it holds up the line behind me. I asked to get a print out or something else I could use when I come through. I only have one vehicle, so it’s not like I would be sharing this barcode with anyone. The manager informed me that if the microchip doesn’t work, I am in eligible for a monthly plan and that I could cancel. Apparently, he’s new, and I guess dismissive and arrogant is the tone he’s going for. Absolutely piss poor customer service - I’m happy to take my business to Don’s or somewhere else.

1.Signs showing self-service bug cleaning area before going through car wash are not located where you drive to get car wash ticket! 2. No drying towels at self-service vacuum area! 3. Vacuum hoses are not pulling enough vacuum to clean carpet good All this for $15…. The worse value for your money I have ever seen!

Edit: I do appreciate your reply. But once again as I mentioned below, I am not worried about you cutting me a check for $1-2 dollars or whatever - I would probably burn that in gasoline driving over to your Ryan St location. You need to fix these issues at the Country Club location - every brush, hose, vacuum, etc. needs to be in proper working condition. Or at the very least you need to disconnect/disable these brushes, vacuums, hoses, etc. that are not working and put up "out of order" signs where needed. Once you have done this, respond to this review again or call me (you should have my number) and let me know, and I will take down this review and halt any complaints I might file with govt or private agencies. And I will once again use your car wash. If you cannot either fix everything that is broken or at least have "out of order" signage on everything that is broken, I'd suggest you shut the Country Club location down... "Your Self-Wash location on Country Club Rd has become a total ripoff. Calls to your Nelson Rd and Ryan St locations to complain about it have not generated any response from the owner or any members of management - I have left messages for you guys with your lower level employees who answer your phones and don't seem to know anything or care at all about the Country Club location. The Country Club location of course has no phone number and doesn't have anyone working there who knows or cares about anything. Multiple washing stations have brushes and/or hoses that don't work. They never fix them or even bother to put "out of order" signs on them. And vacuums are also not working now. I told the kid who was there working Saturday morning (March 1) and he did absolutely nothing. The only conclusion I can come to is that you guys don't care about this car wash and have no problem stealing our money. If you simply no longer care about any of their smaller self-operated car washes, you need to close them down rather than just continue to steal people's money. I would advise everyone to stop going to ALL Don's Car Washes. This is no way to do business. Wash your car at home, at someone else's home, or go anywhere else. I intend to call local government officials and the Better Business Bureau tomorrow to explore formal complaints - a business cannot just simply take people's money and not provide the service they are supposed to provide and expect to get away with it. I don't care about being refunded a dollar or two here and there. I expect Don's to fix all of these broken pieces of equipment, or at the very least to disconnect/disable them and maintain clearly visible "out of order" signs on them so that people no longer waste their time and money on equipment that is not working. If Don's cannot do this, they need to shut down the Country Club location so that people stop wasting their time and money."

Just wanted to take a second to thank the older black gentleman who did my interior cleaning today (2/6/25) around 9:30a. My 2006 Camry was GROSS inside because of my kids and I needed it in decent shape to sell. My budget didn’t allow for a full detailing, so I crossed my fingers that the $50 service from Don’s would give me a good head start. I have a back injury that prevents me from vacuuming my car, so when the worker told me he’d “do his best”, I assured him that I knew it was gross but really just needed help with a thorough vacuuming. Y’all, he went above and BEYOND with helping me out. He worked on my car for probably double the time he was supposed to, and I really appreciated it. I genuinely needed a helpful hand and I got it. I will be more proactive in keeping my next vehicle clean and I’ll use Don’s to achieve that goal.

I purchased a car but not from a dealership. I wanted to get it inspected by the dealership but before getting on the hwy I wanted to get an oil change. I got the oil change from Dons. I remember using them a couple times but the last car I brought came with a warranty and the dealership did the oil change so it’s been a while. The nearest Audi dealership is in Lafayette and I wanted to get it inspected by Audi. I noticed an oil spot in my garage the next morning so I parked the next night in the drive way. I had to get the car to Lafayette the next morning and was terrified something was wrong with the car. Turns out Dons didn’t put the seal back. This could have caused my whole engine to blow. The oil change was $300. I called for a refund. TBH I didn’t want a free oil change because I didn’t want them working under my hood again but and they said I should of brought my car back to them so basically they wouldn’t be willing to do anything to remedy the situation. I know plenty people have good experiences so if it helps the person I seen working on my truck was a fuller sized woman with a very short hair cut mostly blonde.

I spent $10 on self serve car wash and then $15 in the drive thru to only take my money. Drove in sprayed around once and told me it was done to drive out. Waste of time and money. Wouldn’t go there.

I’d give 5 stars if it wasn’t for the fact I got charged the max ($25) for just spraying off some rugs. Took maybe 3 minutes. Edit to respond to owner: 1. Was my first time and now only time to use your place. And had you had a website or number to call to address people would not have to leave reviews to get your attention 2. Assuming I did not read your signs is wrong, I hit the button. So politely piss off with that. 3. Was willing to edit the post to a favorable review had a semblance of professionalism occurred. You can keep the full charge it’s apparent you need it more than I do.
