Quentin and his team do a phenomenal job. Quentin promptly responds to you from when you initially reach out to him, getting your car scheduled, and answering any questions you may have. Not just to the service, but what you can do to maintain the look of your vehicle after the detailing is done. He even provided some progress updates and had the vehicle done quicker than what he anticipated to complete. I also had the ceramic coating applied in addition to the detail work. I have had previous vehicles done at different places in the past and when I picked up my vehicle all I can say is wow. He had exceeded my expectations. Flawless job, paint smooth like ice, scratches removed, and all plastic reconditioned. I guarantee you, my car didn't look this good when it came off the factory floor compared to after Quentin worked his magic. You can tell Quentin gave extreme detail and takes pride in his work. I couldn't find one inch of a missed spot or flaw. Wonderful work and would highly recommend him and his detailing services for their vehicle. I will definitely use Quentin or Precision Auto Detailing again.

My vehicle looked better than the day I bought it! Quinton and his team do amazing work! My work vehicle stays filthy with dust and flour in every crack. When I picked my vehicle up today it looked better than new. AND he also went a step above and beyond by removing glue residue from my windshield from when I pulled off my tint (after getting 2 tickets from the same cop 😅) Vehicle looks incredible. AJ's detailing did a great job detailing my Infiniti QX80. When they were done, it was like new. Great customer service. They make sure you are comfortable if you are waiting there for your vehicle to be completed. They also do a great job of keeping you posted on the process. I ended up receiving double the service with them. As his wife does t-shirts and other things. I needed shirts done for the weekend and she did an amazing job getting the done by the Friday and I ordered them the Tuesday. Please see attached pictures for bothering services. Thank you for amazing service. FYI I got the truck detailed the Tuesday, the pictures were taken the Sunday after driving the vehicle the Saturday.

I have had a membership and another car wash in Lafayette, Louisiana for years now. They recently changed ownership and their service and quality went down. I was online one day when someone mentioned xclusive. Yesterday I was in the area and my truck was pretty dirty. So I stopped in for a wash to check them out. When I drove up and was greeted by two of the employees. From that second on the experience was absolutely fantastic.. They were friendly and helpful and answered all the questions that I had. The wash was great. It had all the things and more that I used to love at the other place that the national place took out. I also think it’s awesome that this place is locally owned and supports our local community and charities. I highly recommend them. I’ve already gotten a few other friends of mine thinking about switching their memberships from the other place.

5 stars for treating dark paint with care even with the basic wash! The pre wash brushes are awesome, but the “water” in the tub seems a bit gross and not soapy. My only question: Why is there always a person at the payment booth?! I know how to use the machine and I can up-sell myself.

I brought my “new to me” Corvette to get paint correction, ceramic coat, and calipers painted. The amount of scratches that were able to be taken out of my paint was really impressive. The car looks so much better after they did their thing. Super professional, personable, and most importantly, TALENTED. I highly recommend going to them to get your cars done!!

These videos were taken after an initial visit as well as a follow up visit to take care of some areas I had noticed were untouched/unfinished. I cannot speak for others, however as for my experience, I’ve noticed mello provided more excuses than results on my truck. I later learned that he is not a certified installer for gtechniq. No huge deal, however they do not warranty their product unless the installer is certified. If you consider yourself moderately detail oriented, I would not waste your money here. No response was provided when I texted these videos.

Matt was very flexible and easy to work with. You can tell he cares a great deal about what he does from watching him work and talking to him. Tyler with Dupre’s Detail Shop did an amazing job on ceramic coating my 2022 Sierra 2500HD Denali!! It had never shined or had such a deep reflection like this before, even when it was new at the dealership. Tyler was very friendly and professional, he quickly responded to any questions I had. He even touched up a couple rock chips on the bumper and a scratch on the tailgate. His pricing is very reasonable, I would’ve expected to pay more for this type of professional service on such a large truck. He even delivered it to my house on a weekend! I had used a different shop to get my other car ceramic coated in the past but was more expensive and I wasn’t satisfied with the service at all. I would definitely recommend Dupre’s to anyone and will be bringing my other vehicle to him!!

Tyler Dupre @ Dupre’s Detail Shop did an amazing job polishing and ceramic coating my citation, the jet looks like it just rolled off the factory line.For someone who’s never ceramic coated a jet, to take the job and execute flawlessly is something to admire. I came here to buy some of his products because they are quite literally the best I’ve ever found , but Mr. Anthony not only explained to me about how to use the product and how to let the product do the work but he gave me genuine advice about not only car detailing but life and how important it is to be with family and if your gonna do something do it with your whole heart . Just went here 1st time if you want to go to a car wash that scratches your car go here. I noticed every single scratch on my car and point it out… go in this car wash and seen this?!?! 6 scratches. No way. Manager persisted it was a “dog scratch” about 10 times. Will not be going back. Luckily didn’t make a police report, i think i can buff it out but y’all wrong for not issuing a refund or owning up to it. 👍👍👍

The convenience is wonderful. They have a frequent customer program with an RFID pass that I have in my windshield that allows me to zip right in. AND with a discount! The wash quality is high. The area is always clean and well lit. Vacuums are complimentary.

I brought my Tahoe to Seth and he worked a miracle. My truck is black and my paint job was in horrible shape. I had been going through express car washes and I had really bad water spots that wouldn’t come out. Seth did a level 3 paint correction and it looks better than from the factory. He went above and beyond on my vehicle. It took a little longer than we initially talked about but it was well worth the wait. I would recommend his services without hesitation, hands down he’s the best around. The first picture is before and the following pictures are after.

I love Mr Bubbles. I have a soft top jeep wrangler and the wash is perfect for it. The employees are always kind and helpful. The monthly subscription is wonderful. Mr. Bubbles is, without a doubt, the best Auto Spa car wash I have ever used. In Louisiana we deal with a lot of bugs and they have a special pre wash tub that easily removes them. I highly recommend the monthly deal. It is well worth the cost.

Have been using this place for a few years. Usually quick and painless. Something seems to have changed for the worse, though. Less friendly and less organized than I remembered. The interior detailing was thorough, but when I arrived to pick up my car, it took them 10 whole minutes to find my keys. Staff blaming it on each other - messy thing to do in front of customers. Also, there was a bunch of political memorabilia at the register this time around, which I thought was really tacky. They did install my new rubber floor coverings for me, which had been languishing in my trunk for a while after I bought them. That was nice. They couldn’t find my old carpeted coverings though, which was not so nice. Not a huge deal to me (I was probably going to throw them away anyway), but might’ve been to someone else. Ultimately, all of this boiled down to minor inconveniences. Still, imagine showing up to pick up your car and watching staff go back and forth about who had them last.

Good Xpress car wash, not touchless, they do scrub your mirrors and grill manually with a brush get the bugs off which is nice. That plus the fact that they have air compressor blowers to clean out all of the hard to reach areas inside your car makes this car wash a notch above most of the others that I’ve visited. Prices range from seven to $15 depending on the option you get.

What a joke. This place sucks. Terrible job. Car is just as dirty as when I dropped it off. Easy to wipe interior doors and console were still filthy. Rude customer service representative who was cursing because of a new system and threatened to leave the job while helping me. Then, said “give me $40” when it was time to pay. Then when I arrived to retrieve my car I was told “it has been ready” when I was told they would call me when it was ready. No call was received. Won’t be back. CRAZY experience.

Chipped my car’s paint and couldn’t even give me a full refund. Came for a car wash. Picked the $30 full service which is interior and exterior washing. When they were done they told me they could do a detailing to get the black off the top of my car. When they were done I noticed my handles had been stripped of paint significantly. Not just one on handle but on all four. Not to mention the black spots were still there. When I told the manager what had happened all he offered me was the $20 back for the detailing even when I asked for the full $50 politely. I have an old car so I wasn’t upset about the messed up paint, I was upset I still had to pay for it.
