These guys turned my 2022 Toyota Highlander XSE into a dream car for sure! I worked with Dan and Julian to get the All In package which included an awesome detail job, paint correction and ceramic coating for the interior (trim and plastic) and the exterior of the car including the rims! I also opted for a tint package all around that included a 40% windshield tint, 20% front windows, and 50% on the back and rear windows. All based on their customized recommendation and the upgrade vision I had for my car. I also got the paint protection film bumper kit which included a clear glossy coat of protection for the bumper, headlights and the review mirrors. Needless to say, they delivered! I highly recommend working with these guys if you want top quality and care for your vehicle.

Julian was a great help in explaining everything they would do and delivered on that. Our new vehicle had scratches on it apparently from transporting. He assured me all of that would be gone with the ceramic coating and work they did. Also had all the trim work done and windows tinted. Our new bronco looks awesome. would highly recommend them!

I heard about Tony’s Auto Salon through word of mouth and they didn’t disappoint. I called around opening time and they told me to come right over and get taken care of today. When I arrived the guy was very friendly and professional. As this was my first time getting tint done I naturally had many questions and he was able to answer and inform me on everything I needed to know. He definitely knew his craft and takes pride in what he does. Nothing felt rushed or overlooked at all. About an hour later my tint was done and I was happy as can be. So I had been thinking about getting my windows tinted for a while. Tried getting a few estimates from other places , before learning that Dennis/ Surface Solutions offered this service. Reached out and had a response immediately. Clear cut information, answered all my questions and had my estimate with no bs involved. Dropped my truck off and within a few hours it was ready. Here is what made this experience amazing. Dennis not only perfected the tint to my liking, but he took it upon himself to go above and beyond. Washed and vacuumed the truck just to make it look presentable for me. And the best apart about it, he did if for free! For me this means everything. This is what the core of small business is. This is the difference in service that you will get between Small business and Big business. His passion for what he does was put on display and I couldn’t be more satisfied. I will was this review by saying the detail requested was done well. The trunk was wet from the shampoo, which is a minor complaint. This has left a wet smell in my car in conjunction with a clean smell from products used. And the price asked for services rendered was fair. My issue is customer service related. I called at approximately 12:15 to schedule an appointment between 13:30-13:15 for a 2.5 hour long detail. Tyrone stated that would be fine and to bring my car in. The lot was full of cars waiting to be detailed when I pulled up at 13:07 and was then told my car would be ready at 17:00 when they close. Not 2.5 hours after I turned over my car, I would've came in later if informed to do so. I walked back over at 16:58 to my car being worked on still, with no text informing me of the longer time past closing to finish the job. My keys were provided between 17:20-17:25. ***ISSUE*** My vehicle's trunk worked properly before the detail. Afterwards, at the detail lot, my trunk would pop open when closed repeatedly. Credit to the detail crew, we began troubleshooting. I disassembled my key to ensure it wasn't my key creating the issue. The trunk lever was checked. It's assumed that residue from detailing products are depressing the button on the trunk. Tyrone, who I assume own the establishment was not as accommodating as the detail crew. He attempted to blame the sensors, then my key, attempted to ask for help from a neighboring mechanic (as I ensured it was understood the trunk was a problem) that was gone by this point in time. The trunk was held down as beeping that is atypical of the car continued, which did lock the trunk, which Tyrone attempted to claim fixed the problem until I reopened the trunk and replicated the problem. He then attempted to accuse me of bringing the car with the defect already happening. At this point, the conversation took a different tone, and I bluntly stated that was not the case and would he be financially responsible should my car's trunk issue persist. We shook hands and had a gentleman's agreement that he would assist, as I was told they were packing in and leaving for the day. Detail occurred Dec 26th. The video attached is my trunk 23 hours post service.

More than satisfied customer! Much needed TLC! Easy appointment for the platinum package. Dropped off hoping for the best. Car looks 10 years younger. On the Spot got into every crevice, under the seats, shampooed all cloth areas, and made the area around the engine shine (not the mechanical parts that would ruin a vehicle). The vacuums have such powerful sections at first I was sucking up everything insight, even my clothes...lol. The attendant working there was very nice. It cost me $15 for a wash and wax. The wash was okay but I remember for my a $10 wash/wax about 2 years ago it seemed like I was got a cleaner car.

If you’re looking to get your car cleaned, I highly recommend going to literally any car wash in the area but here.The big issue is that they only give you a single thin napkin to dry your car and on top of that they don’t give you any window cleaner or anything like that to spray your car with(every other car wash does). But besides that it’s a pretty decent car wash.

The guy completely fixed my car after it was scratched through by a truck, and cleaned it brand new on the inside. He said “I used to be a detailer before I did this, no car leaves my garage in less than perfect shape” or something along those lines. Beautiful work. They specialize in Toyotas. The date of expected finish was 1 month and they finished the work in 2 weeks it was amazing. Highly, highly recommend to anyone in the NOLA / Kenner / Metairie area- if you have a Toyota, this guy will take care of your car like it is family

This is without a doubt the best body shop I've ever used. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I could tell they take immense pride in their work. The shop is impeccably clean and organized—it's the most well-kept facility of its kind that I've ever seen. When I dropped off my car, it had sustained a substantial amount of damage. But the team at this shop worked diligently to get it back to me in just one week's time. Not only that, they went above and beyond in their repairs, leaving my car looking even better than when I initially brought it in. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that one of the owners, Bryan, wasn't satisfied with the appearance after the initial repairs. He took it upon himself to do some extra work at no additional charge, just because he wanted to make sure it looked its absolute best. That level of care and attention to detail is truly remarkable. I usually don’t ever write reviews but I am not happy with the detailing job done with my car. I paid $200 for the entire car not to even be all the way cleaned. When I got in there was still dog hair everywhere. Still spots on my back seat that were there prior to the cleaning (that I had to re-wipe down and the spots came off). And then they didn’t even clean my glove compartment… it’s makes me wonder if they even really cleaned my car. I will be taking my car somewhere else next time bc $200 was a lot of money for such a poorly done job.

You are going to have to rewash your car after washing it here! You can't get enough soap to lather the car,you're going to rinse but you will not be able to use the spot free rinse (which in my opinion is pointless to wash a vehicle only to have it full of spots). The green tire cleaner soap doesn't work either and if anything does come out it's a trickle of clear water. Outdated for sure.

This place is a major overhaul. It's really outdated. The gun and brush attachments leak and drip down on you from where they swing above you. It only takes quarters. Half the options seems like they are the same. Don't expect much here. Pressure was good but cold.

This is place is the total rip off, first off the majority of the card slots are broken. Signs say $2 but they are charging your card $10 The sad thing is no one is reporting them, times are to stressful to loose your money on a scam. People look at your card check your balance say something. So many people use this car wash and even if it's $3 per car they are scamming they are making money from our hard work. I'm going to figure out a way of reporting these people I hope everyone who reads this and have gone there check your cards and do the same

The credit card slot wasnt working correctly but the staff pitched in immediately and helped out. Vaccum machine once works pulls out most of the beach dirt. They also have self bay for external washes along with vacuum.

Great car wash! Location is great. I do Uber and being able to keep a clean car for $17 a month is extremely worth it. The staff here is very friendly and always willing to help. The detailing equipment(towels, and sprays) are always available. The location is well maintained!

Not good neighbors. Every Monday a landscaping crew they hire illegally blow grass clippings, and leaves onto Transcontinental, & W. Esplanade dirtying your vehicle. Twice I was involved in minor collisions inside the car wash because cars are placed too close to another. Both accidents employees couldn’t operate their camera footage properly while viewing the coverage.

I’m never going back there again. Went to get wet vac services. The guy did good but the owner at my car door begging me to tip her employee after I just spent $140 is sloppy. Mind you she sitting in her Mercedes while her other reformed employee screaming tryna get my attention. Bad business sloppy business great products.

I had my wife's 2020 Tesla Model 3 ceramic coated for Christmas. The car had numerous scratches and a couple of flat spots that the Tesla shop attempted to remove but they were all still visible. Dave and his team made it look like glass and my wife was very happy with the results. As others have stated, Dave is very passionate about making your car's paint look great. We haven't had it washed since the coating was applied so I'll post a pic or two after our follow-up. Thanks again for the great job!

Brandon took really good care of me and my c8. Made special arrangements so I could drop off and pick up my car at hours the shop was normally closed for. And he also was able to get my wife’s SUV tinted with extremely short notice. I definitely would drive another 1.5hrs for him to service my car.

I approached Brandon shortly before taking delivery of my 2017 F-150 Raptor in early March with a vision. After a lengthy conversation over the phone explaining my thoughts to him. I felt confident that I had found exactly the right person for the job. After several unexpected manufacturing delays. I was finally able to drop my truck off for Brandon and his team to get to work. To begin the arduous task of making the dream, that had been long awaited, a reality. In 21 short days, compared at least to the nearly 170 days that I had to wait for the truck to be built. Brandon and his crew, using experience and techniques honed and perfected over the course of decades. Completely transformed an already incredible machine into something absolutely spectacular. Something that the world has never seen before. In every single nuance around the truck. One can plainly see the attention to every single detail. The evidence of a craftsman who strives for perfection. Brandon brought new meaning to the phrase "Less is More". All while placing emphasis on keeping everything clean. In order to not take away from the factory aesthetics and lines of the truck. The one thing that really hit home for me, is how much Brandon cares about each his projects. This is not a "In and Out", "Quantity over Quality" shop. You hear all of the ads on t.v. about customers being "Friends" or "Family". This guy is the real deal and builds a personal relationship with all of his clients. For those O.C.D. types that worry their ride might not get all of Brandon's attention. Well here is some reprieve to ease your concern. Brandon has a strict "First come, First serve" policy. It doesn't matter who you are or what you drove to the shop. Professional ball player to plumber, Ferrari to Ford. Your ride will get the attention that you expect and it deserves. If you have a dream that you would like to see realized. I can not recommend Brandon and his team at EAS enough. I told Brandon what expectations that I had and the end result that I was looking for. After that, I placed complete trust in him, gave him 100% creative control and walked away. When I saw my truck for the first time after dropping it off. I can honestly say that any reservations that may have left with me were gone and all expectations were completely shattered. The difference was stark, dramatic and I could not be happier with the end result. I guarantee that you will be too!
