These guys are great! The photos probably does their work no justice. The 1st photo is of scratches where some dogs jumped up on my 1 month old truck while traveling to see my in-laws! I was sick. I found these guys and took it in and he immediately took me in and as you can see in the 2nd photo you can’t see not one scratch. I was super impressed with their work. Even though I live in SC, I would go back to these guys! Great work and now I have a brand new truck again! Awesome work!!

Our 5th wheel was covered in alge on back and 1 side and dirty on the rest of it. They did a wonderful job on cleaning and power washing our unit. Took there time and cleaned all of it. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again.

I came in to get an oil change with a complimentary car wash to which I upgraded to the ultra. As far as the interior cleaning goes, they didn't even vacuum the back and the seats were poorly cleaned. I paid just under 80.00 for this service and I'm not pleased at all. The outside looks good but the inside isn't so great. If anything the interior service needs to be done over.

All the employees I have interacted with here I have been super friendly, but that’s no consolation for the damage this place has done to my car. I took my one month old vehicle through this place August 2022. The gentleman directing us onto the conveyor belt signaled for us to go on directly behind the truck in front of us at a distance I considered to be too close— we waited some time to create space between the two vehicles. When we got to the end of the line, the truck in front of us failed to advance off of the conveyor belt. When we realized the belt wasn’t going to stop, we laid on the horn, but the truck did not respond until after the belt pushed my vehicle into the truck in front of us. We were able to get video footage and the license plate number, however, as the truck was uninsured and denied any incident took place (despite video footage), I was out of pocket on my $500 deductible for $1k damage. In my opinion, the business is responsible for not having an automatic stop mechanism, but I decided not to pursue any legal action. I canceled my membership and have been washing and caring for my vehicle by hand, so I’m pretty familiar with any imperfections that are going on. I went back today for a quick wash to address water spots on the windshield and to vacuum since what they have picks up more than my shop vac at home. As I’m vacuuming, I noticed swirled scratches on my vehicle, which I know we’re not there beforehand because over the weekend I washed my vehicle and took pictures to send to the repair shop to address 2 small dents (I’m pretty sure these were also incurred from using this service). I let management know. Again, they were super pleasant and said the manager would reach out about filing a claim… given my own personal experience and looking at other reviews, I’m not holding my breath that Anything will actually be done to repair the damage this place has done to my vehicle. Also, I'm pretty sure some bot responds to the negative reviews asking for more info... I very much doubt that anyone actually monitors that or makes any effort to make things right, but we will see... I have every intention of updating this review if some resolution actually comes from this.

I’m really enjoying it! It’s effective in keeping my car clean. It’s convenient for me to have the monthly package. The car wash is affordable and runs efficient. I have no complaints. If I’m honest there are questionable marks after the wash but it is standard for drive through washes I think. If it’s bothersome I will definitely be vocal about it. Otherwise, I will say that I belonged to another wash club in another city and I did preference that they had dry towels available for use at no cost but every business is different.

They did a great job! My car was so clean and smelt so good! I wish I would have gotten a before and after pic! My ride fell through and I wasn’t going to be able to pick up my car for a while, but they kindly offered to bring it to me. Great customer service and even greater quality service! They did a great job on my ride. Made an appointment, dropped it off, and it was ready when they said. They do full detailing. They also offer ceramic wax coating and maintenance after the application. I highly recommend the team for your next detailed wash.

I've always used this car wash but a few days ago, the soap was not rinsed off and the dryer did not work well. When the rains started yesterday, the soap residue smeared the windshield, obstructing view for a while. Also, it is clear there was no wax applied. I'll have to go across the river to get a good car wash.

Three separate times I have gone in and paid for the everything so my tires would get cleaned better. Each time they have charged me and the machine never even turned on. Save your money if you want anything but a spray you can do yourself

Outstanding product and service. I ordered a Jeep Rubicon from the factory through Landers Dodge. I live out of state and made arrangements with Landers and Mirrored image Auto Spa to have it ceramic coated (MODESTA). Prior to my arrival. Both the ceramic coating and the service was flawless. I have been a customer of this car wash for almost 5 years. Unfortunately things have changed . I getting my usual wash with my new SUV vehicle and the help who pre washes ,got really close to my expensive Paint Protection Film on my bumper and my mirror and the high pressure cut my film and ruined my bumper and mirror film and the Co Owner said they would take care of it and also asked me to get 3 estimates , so I did and so far (4 weeks now) have not contacted me to take care of . I went back to ask when they were going to take care of it , and the Owner seemed like she didn’t care. I am really disappointed and it looks like they do not mind loosing a customer and also everyone who I would and have recommended their business to. I will continue to keep going back until it is corrected

My husband had this company detail his vehicle. By time the car was done it was dark outside and he thought everything looked good at the time. Upon inspecting it in daylight, I noticed that the cup holders, the side of the doors, and the storage compartment had not been cleaned out. I reached out to the company and sent them two text messages with pictures showing what had not been done. After a week, I finally got a call back. The person I spoke to was very unprofessional, disrespectful, and started cursing, so I hung up the phone. I try to support local businesses, but I would never recommend this place; NOT EVER!!!! Please beware of this company!

The owner is rude and unprofessional. He tried to make me pay for the service before the detailer even started on my car . I asked if he took card and he said no but he had Zelle . He turned around and came back to me and said he only takes cash on Saturdays. The detailer did a great job but he did take 4 hours to finish.

Wanted one seat shampooed and a car wash. Nothing special. He told me they could not do one seat and the entire car had to be shampooed. Then he said he couldn't just wash my SUV it had to be detailed. I finally agreed although it was much more than I wanted. When we picked it up, we were told their machine was down and we would have to go get cash. (Maybe the IRS would be interested in their cash business?) Then they didn't even clean everything. Found trash in the back floorboard, hatchback wasn't cleaned and the visor still has chocolate smears on it from our grandchild. I do not recommend going here. I will be spreading the word.

I dont mind paying for a service, I don't even mind what it costs if I want the service I get it. This is my second and last time to use this place. For 100$ your telling me they can't clean the inside of a vehicle any better? You should have a manager look at these vehicles before you turn them back over to customers and if you do have one, you should fire him. RIDICULOUS! Update: Response to the Establishment Owner. - Sir I have a Ford F350 dually, your people were asked the cost to hand wash and clean and wipe down the driver & passenger side and told not to worry about the rear seat area. I was given a price of $100.00. So more than 3 times your most expensive service, again I didn't mind since I wanted it done. The guy was told my expectations. The service took an hour, I should not have to come out and inspect YOUR work no matter if you have a sign or not, I'm not offering a service, im paying for a service. You or a supervisor should inspect your employees work, period. If you can look at the pictures provided and tell me it's a good job you may need glasses.

These guys got me out of a jam when the birds recently did a job on my car! I had to head out of town, but they quickly and expertly got my ride looking sharp again. You get a lot for the money, especially considering the vacuuming, window cleaning and drying are all done by the staff there. Octi’s really makes sure my car is clean everytime I use their services. I get the full package and it’s worth the cost which is not too pricey. I like that he can pull up to my home to wash my car and doesn’t take long to finish the job. I definitely recommend him to anyone in the Grambling/Ruston area !
