These guys are worth every penny you pay! I brought it in here after I paid another guy to buff my truck and he completely botched my paint. These guys took my truck in with zero hesitation and promised a perfect out come and they did not lie. On top of the awful swirls from the guy before them,They were able to take out years of deep water spots and scratches from plenty of heavy wear and tear I’ve put on my truck. They made my 8 year old truck look almost brand new. Tyler dealt with my tough schedule with ease, he made me feel as if I wasn’t inconveniencing them in the slightest bit. Today a hit a pole that scraped the side of my EV9 making it all black. It looked horrible and I thought for sure I was going to have to have it repainted (I should have taken a before pic). I thought I would take a chance to see if it could be buffed out and had heard great things about Mel’s. I dropped in without an appointment and asked and he literally buffed it out in 15 minutes. My newly bought 2015 GMC Sierra 1500 got a radiance cleaning. It’s a wonderful truck, but my truck needed a cleaning and polishing to enhance the look. It had pet hair and an odor. It needed a shine. Adam and his team were once again top-notch for us. We came in from a long drive and wanted our daughter’s vehicle to be washed/waxed/detailed for her when she returned to campus. VIP Surface Concepts did a wonderful job on my 28’ Chaparral. Detailed top to bottom and all seating etc. They applied a ceramic coating too. My boat was heavily oxidized and now looks like new. They stuck to their schedule and even finished earlier than expected. They came to my camp on the river and performed the work on my trailer. 👍🏻👍🏻

Earl's is amazing! They did a phenomenal job on my car for a great price. The detail was extremely thorough and my car looked better than when I drove it off the lot. I had a few stains on my seats I was worried about and they are completely gone. I have had my car detailed in the past and always felt I never really got my monies worth but Earl made me see how worth it it is. I am 9 months pregnant and they went out of their way to get me in on a Sunday and gave me a ride home while I waited. It was a huge relief to have a clean car to welcome my baby home. My black 2021 GMC Yukon was have some paint issues and Royal GMC made arrangements to have my car detailed by extreme detailing, they specialize in black cars. I was amazed at how good my car looked when I went to pick it up, admittedly it looks better now than the day I bought it. They crew there knocked it out of the park to get it all done in one day. Just got my son's car back from Dipnotiq. He was gone for 10 months in Africa with the National Guard and loaned his car to a "friend" for the duration. He came back to a car with badly stained seats and carpets filled with sand and smelling of beer and cigarette. The guys at Dipnotiq got it to brand new again. It smells great and looks wonderful. I had Johnathan do the gold package on both my wife’s 2018 Camry and my 2017 Tacoma. They both look better than they did when we first drove them off the lot. I’d like to start out by saying these are my least favorite types of reviews to leave. I’ve been traveling a lot this summer and really needed a fresh start to clean my car up. I looked for a local spot with reasonable prices and good reviews. I called here and explained I had a mold situation and that was really important to be addressed. The owner didn’t sound confident in his response but I felt like it was still worth giving them a try. I arrived 10 minutes early to a lone standing metal car cover in front of an abandoned building. Kind of sketch but I continued with the attitude of let’s give them a chance. My appointment time rolls around and a man walks up from out of nowhere, asking if I’m the appointment and if I “spoke to him” insinuating Alex the owner, I assume. I ask the guy if Alex is coming and he says he should be. I wait 10 more minute and get a call from Alex who said he’s right down the road. I was caught off guard because at no point was I informed there would be someone else detailing my car. Truth be told, I should have apologized for the inconvenience and took my business elsewhere when I pulled up to the abandoned building with the outdated materials and empty bottles of cleaning supplies all over the place. I’m not here to criticize how or where someone works. I am stating that I had a feeling and I ignored it. Now I’m really wishing I hadn’t. It took almost 3.5 hours complete my detail when I was told it would take about 2-2.5. I get back to my car and immediately notice sun spots on my front passenger door interior, the wheel wells are still dirty and honestly the leather interior does not look great. I saw a lot of missed spots. For $220 and 3.5 hours of time, I had different expectations. I will say I appreciate that Alex provided air fresheners and offered me a ride to and from because I was so close. He answered my questions and was overall a nice guy. Unfortunately, after leaving I noticed a spot on my dash that wasn’t there before. It looked like left over residue that could have been wiped up. Flash forward to today which is Sunday 8/13/2023 and that “spot” on my dash is now a set of cracks. I called Alex and explained what I saw, sent the video and he said he’d take a look. First words out of his mouth were how a detail reveals what kind of cleaning wasn’t done and how he always tells his customers that he’s not responsible for brittle plastic or any damage. He never mentioned this to me once, I didn’t see a warning label on the website, nothing. His solution has been to offer to clean the interior spots they missed. Why on earth would I want my car to be touched by you guys again when you damaged it to begin with? I explained the only solution I’m going to be satisfied with is a full refund. In my eyes, when you screw up, you clean up. Meaning if you damage someone’s car, you fix it. That didn’t happen and neither did a refund. 100% do not recommend this place for a detail. If you need a car wash on the outside and are okay with a mediocre job, this is the spot. Otherwise, take your hard earned dollars and valuable time elsewhere. This was a huge waste of time and a lot of money that I sincerely needed in my life right now which is why I’ve taken such great lengths to express my disappointments. Hope they get it together and take more pride in their work and themselves as a brand and doing the right thing. Update: My name is not Melissa. I expressed ON THE DAY OF that I was not satisfied with the service. Did you offer to do anything then? You did not. Additionally, interesting and convenient claim that the residue left behind was from something that was never there. I’ve never had anything placed in that spot. Mentioning the location is fully appropriate. I’m reviewing your place of business. This response to my review is evidence how the business skills are lacking. Instead of owning up to the fact that you did damage my vehicle, you’re offering solutions that will not fix the issue at hand. Website says customer 100% guaranteed. Refund will be greatly appreciated 👍

Alex & his team did a great job with my car. The interior shined just as much as the exterior & they were able to remove the oil stain from my seat which I’m still impressed! Not to mention the service was same day, quick (about 1-2 hrs which is quick to me), & affordable. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone looking for auto detailing & now I know who to go to for any stain removals 👌🏽

I am only giving 2 stars because the service was fast as for the wash job it could not have been worse I paid 77$ to have my truck washed and remove the bugs, when I saw my truck I pointed out all the dirt that was still on the vehicle, all he said was I get that off , my reply was you need to do the job right the first time . I Will never use that service again, they really suck.

Drove into the siegen Benny's location carwash with my car fully in tact and drove out of the carwash with my rear bumper off. For the record, I've never been in an accident with ANY of my vehicles, including this one, nor has this car needed ANY body work since it's been in my possession. Lance, I'm looking forward to speaking with you tomorrow in regards to the FREE repair/or total replacement I will receive for my bumper, considering you guys are at fault for this 100%. And another note, maybe try educating some of your staff members to handle this type of situation. Before leaving the premises, an employee asked "do you have your bumper?" No.....I dont have my bumper....where would you expect me to fit a whole bumper that got torn off my car?! In my backseat?? I don't think so. See yall tomorrow.

If I could give no stars I would! The attendant standing next to the payment machine kept trying to grab my card! Does management not understand that I don’t want anyone touching my card. Not to mention he was hovering over me and was very rude when I asked him to step back!!! The car wash was not good! There was still dirty spots all over my car and the vacuum stations were dirty! Not going to see me again. When you pay $15 for a car wash it should be at least satisfactory!
