My car is 20 years old and it's been used as a field vehicle. It was FILTHY! The entire inside was muddy. Mud was caked on the floors. They did an excellent job of making it look good again. I'm very happy with it. Plus, the personnel were very nice.

Trying to explore car detailing options in CENLA other than Chit, I brought my car there to have it detailed because I had one good experience once with simple cleaning. They knocked off the cable to rear windshield defroster during the cleaning process. I took the car back there, was told by the owner to get an estimate, which I did. Went back to him, after he saw the estimate to get it fixed, he was like "that's a lot, let me call someone I knew". And I have never heard from him again. He does not take care of his customers, I was going to buy packages for two of our business SUVs.

I was going to rate 4 because I asked for a full detail on my mom's very dirty camry and though it wasn't detailed perfectly I thought 4 stars is fair. Rims still had dirt. Maybe I can figure out how to post pics. Also some crevices not entirely clean and slight window streaking BUT my mom's $20 bill stash in her little pull out drawer was stolen. Take the full picture...I thought $225 for that very dirty car was worth it so I gave $280, a $55 tip almost 25% tip and was stolen from. Just 😞 I did add the 2 pics of the rims

I've been a member for nearly 2 years. I wish they would put brushes out front so we could clean our own grill before the wash. They never get the bugs. It's not a spot free wash. Yes, I get the works and the spots dry and are hard to buff out.

Chose the basic $8 wash, actually did a great job, car was very dirty. The wash towels were wet but plentiful. This car wash lacks the air hose, which helps clean interior cracks and does not have the complimentary fragrance that most others have. Also, it is located in a terrible neighborhood, so I would definitely watch your back while there.

Fast, no waiting, automatic entry if you are a repeat customer that has a account. Great place to get your car washed. Then you have a place to clean the inside of your vehicle. The vacuum is powerful it really does the job.

This place is awesome. I’ve been coming here for years. The New Ceramic Pro services is completely the best. I’ve been having problems with micro scratches and swirls in paint of my car. I’ve been trying everything I could think of to fix it. Talked with Jon the owner he got me in fairly quickly. Keep me informed of everything and any problem. I've been to this place twice and think for the money they do a really good job for the cost of the Ultimate Wash ($38). I would like to see them a better coupon discount. $1 off is hardly worth the paper it's written on...you guys should consider $3 to $5 off especially when a customer is spending on Premium Cleaning Pkgs. I had a greasy spill in the bed of my truck and really had forgotten about it when I went to this car wash. The attendant noticed it while spraying down my truck. He very politely explained that the substance could get on the cloth cleaners in the wash and get on other cars, and my truck could not go through today. He helped me back out and refunded my money. I want to apologize for not thinking about this problem myself and thank the employees for their professionalism and politeness.

I had reservations about using a mobile detailer but the gentleman who came to my office and worked on my car was absolutely fantastic. He took his time and didn’t miss a spot! The interior was perfect. He cleaned up some paint chips. Overall it’s worth the money. I will definitely recommend them.

Took my car here on a Saturday morning for a detailing service that took about 4 hours. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed, especially considering how much I was charged. The job felt rushed, with little attention to detail. My rims were left dirty, and I had to clean them myself with a paper towel, which is unacceptable. The crevices around the doors and trunk were also not thoroughly cleaned, and again, I was left to finish the job. I reached out to the business but have yet to receive a response. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend this place for a car detailing at all.

Once a week something is wrong with the car wash itself. Employees are nice to a point. Management is pretty good. This place needs major maintenance, at least once a week to prevent these issues. If not, then they need to compensate the people that do have memberships by prorating our monthly payments.

I have been to this car wash several times. When I go up to the machine to purchase a car wash I prefer to handle it myself. I tell the attendant I don't need any help. Instead of backing off they get all up in your space. One guy would keep pressing buttons for me even when I told him not too. One guy stepped over leaning on my car and mirror staring back and forth from me to the touch screen. The next guy was laying all up on the machine in my personal space chuckling at me when I told him I did not need help. He refused to leave and stayed all in my space. When I say I don't need help please back up away from my window. That means I don't need help and I don't want you all up in my space.

If you’re a cash paying customer, do NOT use these people. They had my vehicle for 5 months. I was told that insurance jobs take priority and mine just had to be “worked in” when they could. A cash paying customer is treated as a third class citizen. My trunk still doesn’t close right. It was bug infested when I picked it up. They had a welding arc that damaged the interior by the door that they left damaged. Also broke the back glass and charged me $2000 to fix their mistake. Don’t get me started on overspray issues. Go to Walker. They’re more honest.

I have a new ‘22 F150 lariat on my way to work one morning I hit a big doe. After making a police report and talking to progressive insurance advisor they recommended Ray Hyde paint and body. Dropped my truck off on 05-22-23 was called two days later and was given an estimated completion date of 06-09-23 on 06-01-23 I was called and told my truck is ready. Aside from the missing license plate bracket looks brand new. When I picked the truck up I did asked about the license plate bracket and was told that because it was not on the truck when he received it, it was overlooked. He was very friendly and professional ordered a new one and will contact me when it arrives. Very satisfied and I will recommend them to anyone.

Amazing, came in my company truck “INFENERGY SOLAR” had a large wooden ladder rack said it wouldn’t fit, (which I figured) but I asked to pay for the wash to get just vacs and he said “no sir I can let you right in” he didn’t have to do that, didn’t get his name but said he ran the place. I am so upset! I used to come here all the time!! I even recommend this place to family and friends and they have came here. I just left about 20 mins ago, I paid for the highest, $40 service AND tipped just for my car to not be what I expected. I already had to tell two of the employees that they missed two spots inside my car, the cup holder and the area where my usb and charger holder takes place. My radio is still dusty and my dash board is dusty, my windows are untouched as well as my carpet. This place used to be my favorite, I stay 40 mins from here and I didn’t have a problem commuting and paying, however, this is unacceptable. Time and date is stamped on receipt!

Quick work but missed a good amount. After going back minutes later, they vacuumed missed areas, cleaned windows they skipped, and wiped down the front interior that were originally missed. But, there was still dirt outside and inside that was fairly visible. Exterior is done better than interior but not perfect. For $40, they could have taken the extra time to do a better interior clean. Will try another car wash next time. Photos taken after returning for rework cleaning.

debit cards work here! the dude keeps it neat and clean. anything breaks, he's on it. ladies be careful, after dark there's a couple 'a' nuts that WILL PARK in a stall and "ack weird". in such cases...leave. hi, me again. the shampoo machine did absolutely nothing for $1, only takes quarters, and the change machine makes change for 1's and 5's only.

Washing machine took my money, wet my clothes, then said it was out of order. Doors was wide open no one was there for any kind of assistants. When a man finally showed up tried to tell him about the issue he ignored me and refused to refund me my money back. POOR SERVICE

First, the car wash works great. The issue that I encountered was untrained staff as well as no staff helping at the entrance. I signed up for a monthly plan, but when I went back for my next wash, I wasn’t entered in correctly as a monthly plan. Also, they didn’t add my current card when I gave it to them. The issue was finally resolved, but employees need better training and need to pay attention to issues occurring at the entrance.

This is an excellent carwash. For $12 you can get the super Rain-X wash. It even puts tire shine on your wheels. UPDATE: had to give up my membership. It tried to eat my 2021 Mustang. I go to the one on 165 by Sonic now. Nothing really wrong with Floyd's but... #NatTheBlackMustang commands her respect...

I brought my “new to me” Corvette to get paint correction, ceramic coat, and calipers painted. The amount of scratches that were able to be taken out of my paint was really impressive.
