Top notch quality & workmanship. Customer service was top notch as well. Highly recommend. I researched all local Detail shops within a 70 mile radius. I liked what I saw in the good reviews from Buff Guys, the few bad reviews I read seemed to be people complaining about price. You get what you pay for in my opinion. Cheap labor isn’t always skilled, skilled labor isn’t always the cheapest. I’d rather pay a few extra hundred bucks to leave my vehicle with someone trustworthy, & takes extreme pride in their work. This is that place! These guys went above and beyond. Even vacuumed and shampooed carpet and seats. He didn’t stop there either, even installed UV protectant on interior door panels dash and console, along with cleaning all interior windows! All of the interior services were even done free of charge!!! I’d trust these guys with any vehicle, high-end or just your daily driver that needs a little TLC. Multiple packages available to match any budget. Extremely happy customer here!!!

I spoke with Ashley many times today and was able to help me with an urgent issue where I had to get a truck engine detailed. She was very professional and was able to accommodate me with my unique situation. She did amazing work and I will defiantly be returning!! I wish I could rate higher than 5 starts! Ohhh and for the price, I literally couldn’t find a better deal with the quality of work Ashley provided!

I don’t normally like to slander a local business, but my last experience at Eagle Auto Wash was definitely one to forget. I had recently purchased a new truck, and with that came a free coupon to Eagle for 1 month worth of free washes. Eager to use it, I gave them the keys and through the wash it went. After my number was called, I walked into the garage and watched one of the employees dry my window with a cloth before returning the keys to me. As I pulled out of the garage into the sunlight, I noticed 3-4 large scratches on my windshield that were definitely not there prior to entering the wash. I immediately brought my truck back and the manager came out to assess the situation. He mentioned that they don’t have any equipment that could have scratched the windshield. I told him that I watched an employee cloth dry it with my own eyes. Obviously, there was something in the cloth rag he was using that caused scratching on the windshield. The manager and I then walked into his office, made an incident report, and he told me to get a damage estimate. I took it to an auto glass shop, and they said there was nothing they could do but replace it. They gave me an estimate to replace the windshield, and I returned it to Eagle like I was asked to do by the manager. A day later, the manager from Eagle called me and told me they weren’t willing to fix the situation due to, again, “not having equipment that could have caused that.” He also tried to tell me that the damage was caused by someone using an ice scraper on it. I explained to him, once again, that it was the employee that towel dried the windshield. I park in a garage and have never used a scraper on the truck. I am extremely disappointed in the way they handled the situation, along with their lack of accountability. I’ll never be returning and will would like to warn everyone who might be considering taking there vehicle there.

Overall good experience. I like the option for a full service car wash and their on-demand detail services. I had my work truck detailed there and overall it looked pretty good. The only thing they missed was cleaning out the cup holders, which would have made the job perfect. I will go back.

I had my boat cleaned and ceramic coated by Mason. It was an amazing job! There was gel coat that I would wax and within a month it would look like chalk again. It has been two years since Mason worked on it and it has maintained its shine. He does great work at a fair price. He also doesn’t skimp on any part of what does. If anything, you will get more than you pay for with Mason.

My boat was in the garage during a house fire that filled the garage with smoke. The boat was covered with a thick coating of smoke and everything including the carpet, life preservers, rods, tackle boxes, etc. had a strong smoke smell that was totally intolerable. When I picked up the boat the smell was gone and the boat, engine and trailer looked like it just came off a showroom floor. These guys are FANTASTIC, gentlemen and totally professional.

2 times getting a wash there and 2 times it came out almost as bad as it was before it went through. Not as good as they hype it up to be in their ads. I have gotten a cleaner car and better service from Eagle Auto Wash. Still had bug guts all over the front of the car and grill area and the water left streaks down the windows and car from the side mirrors. Eagle at least has people to hand dry at the end of a wash there, who also check to ensure the car is properly cleaned. I tried this place twice and both times was very dissatisfied with the end result. I'll be talking it back to Eagle from now on.

Car wash is nice and organized well. I just wish they spent more time getting the bugs off our windows. They seemed almost untouched. However, the air pressure and vacuums worked well for our interior!

Went to get a single car wash and was offered a monthly subscription. I politely declined, and then he made another pitch. I said “no” at least 5 times, but he kept aggressively and rudely ignoring me, almost as if a single car wash simply was not an option. One of the pitches was that you don’t have to wait in a long line, but he was taking more than 2 minutes (!) pitching a subscription over and over to every single car, which is why the line was long and not moving in the first place! If this is how Club is now training their employees, yikes. However, I have never had this experience at any other location.

Stopped by yesterday morning for the first time. Got the early bird discount and a GREAT wash. A much better wash than the place across town. The attendant was very helpful at the payment machine and did a great prewash before entering the wash bay. He was awesome! I’ll be back with both vehicles…

Only giving a 2 star review because the staff is actually really nice. I've been trying to get a hold of a manager for 2 weeks now to cancel my membership and never get a call back. I leave my name and number with an employee and they assure me a manager will call me that day and it never happens. I want to cancel because the vacuums never work and over the year that I've been using this wash, my vehicle has gotten all dinged up and paint chipped because of the manual washing before you go through the automatic wash, they literally beat the crap out of your vehicle. Now again no call back from a manager and I'm being charged for ANOTHER MONTH that I don't want. Really unprofessional.

DO NOT GO TO CLUB CAR WASH OR IT WILL DAMAGE YOUR CAR. I’m so glad I never got a subscription and I will take every opportunity to detour others from doing so. Club Car Wash ripped off my plastic wind guard and are not accepting responsibility for the damages. I will make sure everyone knows the risk associated with using club car wash. When I went into the office there there were mirrors that had been ripped off of other cars. Additionally their machine scratched the paint on my car.

Don’t understand why there is only wet towels available. Every single one of them is wet, how do you dry a wet car with wet towels and keep it from getting all streaky? Did have a 5 star but since I can’t dry my car dropped it way down. I understand them wet when you pull in to do your interior but like why none when you park at the vacuums. I asked even and they said nope.. just disappointed.

$12 Tuesdays was super great, I got a really nice wash for a good price. I did lose a car magnet in the wash but that was my fault for forgetting to take it off. Totally recommend. My car looks shiny and beautiful.

Love this place. If I had one in my town I definitely would get the membership allowing me unlimited washes! Plus free vacuum and they give you a damp clean towel to wipe your interior! Nothing but love for this place!

- we got sprayed inside the car & on our skin/face when pulling up to the wash (before I could get sunroof & windows closed, stop, choose wash, or pay). - Expensive bc car still had streaks of dirt after most expensive wash. - Dryer didn't dry car (hand dried the car, but couldn't wipe water/dirt spots off). - They said the expensive one came with a free wash, but don't tell you only 48 hours to use it. - Vaccums didn't work... it literally fell apart as I tried using. When I put the end back on, it still had no suction. - Spray was put away before I got through the wash, & rags picked up rt when I started drying my car. I basically ran my car through water, couldn't vacuum it at all (i tried others, but all the rest of vacuums were turned off or hoses gone/broken), & left with a dirty vehicle. *** I'm not happy, would NOT recommend! should've gone elsewhere, or washed it at home for free as I would've saved money AND been able to get it clean and vacuumed). DISAPPOINTING BUSINESSES DON'T MAINTAIN OR UPDATE THEIR EQUIPMENT WHEN THEY CLAIM TO PROVIDE A SERVICE

Took both of my vehicles through and it damaged both of them. Was hoping the first one was just an accident but having it happen twice in a day feels a little like neglect on their end. It’s crazy too because it’s on a track so I thought my car would be safe. Also just happened to a brand new car I’ve had for barely two months.

Got the $11 Touch-less wash to rinse off winter slush from car. Wasn’t expecting a great wash but come on, didn’t clean the back at all! Back fenders didn’t get clean well either. Right dryer didn’t work when exiting. $5.50 yes, $11 absolutely no!

Wash lasted less than 1 minute and it was technically just a rinse. $10 for a rinse with NO soap is ridiculous! I still obviously had dirt and such all over my car. Called and left message about getting a refund, but never heard back from company. Pictures are after car "wash". Extremely disappointed. Update: received a call from company. The motor had an error that was fixed later that day. I was refunded. Very satisfied with their customer service!

Good and reasonably priced. The only feedback (but doesn’t count in less stars) is setting up the mobile pay option. I did purchase a wash card, but didn’t realize it wasn’t digital until after buying. Looking forward to receiving it in the mail.

The alternator went out in my car on my way across Kansas. After being towed to the shop, my estimate for repairs was quick. When the part arrived, it was promptly installed at a reasonable price, and I was back on the road in no time! Excellent customer service and care for my vehicle.

These guys saved my bacon and fixed my wagon (Jeep Liberty) I was stuck and almost in full meltdown. AAA wouldn't tow me and I didn't know what I was going to do, 1300 miles from home. I was super lucky to have had Mike and Rob catch me off the side of the highway. Even tho it was after-hours, Paul towed me back to the shop and Josh made sure I got from the hotel to the shop the next day. Integrity like this is almost nowhere to be found, these days, but this shop is a shining example of what it means to be honorable. Never before have I dealt with such high standards of honesty in any business that I've worked with. They deserve some kind of award, as I know they treat all of their customers with the same high standards!

First, if I could, I would give this place zero stars. Washed my vehicle there and there was no soap. Yes, I had it on soap. It was just water. I had already put my money in, so there was no moving to a different bay. Reached out via email (per posted sign) and the reply I got back was “Thanks for letting them know”. No mention of taking care of the issue with me. I replied back to them again and their reply was still the same. The most piss poor customer service I have ever experienced. I asked them if they wanted more business at their location and they declined. So, I guess they have enough business and are not looking for more business at their location. I would not recommend this place to any one. There are other car wash locations in North Topeka that would take better care of you and want your business.

Self serve or drive-thru you've got your choice. No matter what your choice free vacuum is available, no time limit.! Well kept up mostly.... depends on how lazy and messy other patrons are. Partially locked trash cans to avoid dumping. Seems possibly available 24/7.

About a week ago i used auto wash and it quit about 3/4 of the way through before the dying and rinse. I called the number on the door, left my phone number and message and never heard back. I only went back because i could use the manual wash and it was close to home.

Sorry to say this carwash has gone downhill in last couple years- dryer is not nearly enough, even when buying the best wash available. Also did not rinse soap at drive thru had to pay for wand washing to get soap off & spot free rinse Owner is never there , won't answer phone even while posting a sign saying to call if issues!

Mad Viking Customs, LLC were absolutely amazing. I wanted a customized removable bed frame to put a mattress on for the back for my 15 passenger van, they exceeded by expectations. Their incredible care for the project was superb. I was thrilled to find out the frame for the bed was portable and I am able to use it for my daughters bed in her room when it is not needed in the van. Thank you Mad Viking Customs for making our family road trips comfortable 😀 and stylish. Also It was so much fun laying on the bed in the van making shadow puppets -great memories

Absolutely AMAZING wash at a surprising price. Brought the Fox Sports TV Broadcast truck here before the K-State/KU game. Five guys brushed this bad boy, paid extra attention to the spots under the stairs on the back that never really gets washed, put a coat of wax on it and had me on my way for around $100. WAY better than the national chain. Looks so stellar...one of the best washes thisntruck and trailer has had in a long time. Do I care if they are open on the weekend? Nope! Their work during the day was definitely worth the wait. Thanks guys! See you on the next trip through.
