I was gifted a Honda from my sons to help me better/safer drive in the KC winter than my Mercedes convertible was. While in town for a family emergency, my oldest son surprised me by having my headlights done to see better at night. Trying to attach the before and after pics to verify what a GREAT job they did. They were very professional, knowledgeable and the car was done within the given time-frame. This is THE place to go and I would not hesitate to recommend their company to anyone/everyone in the future. They are nice and HONEST people to work with. Owner even called a couple days later to confirm that we were still satisfied with the work, which was appreciated.

Very nice and accommodating in most ways! We arrived for an estimate due to our vehicle damage from another business. We were never given the estimate, but the business that damaged our vehicle was. We didn't agree on the damage during the estimate so their services weren't rendered! We felt like we were fighting with the business to get a fair estimate when it was a "cut and dry" situation! We spoke to the front office spokesperson and never did meet or speak to the person whom actually did the estimate. Each time a question came up about a part or process, an inadequate answer was received! Although we didn't use their business they may be fine with detailing vehicles, as their description depicts! Nice office manager and decent facility to sit and be comfortable in!

Overall great experience with their mobile detailing, exterior, interior, paint correction ceramic coat interior, exterior and wheels on my 2023 BMW X5. I also use them for quarterly interior and exterior maintenance. Hard to be at the service and quality of work Ethan provides I had put off doing everything for over a year after buying my X5 new. Primarily because most places required me to leave my car with them for a week. When I came across Rick's I was excited they could do everything at my house and in one day. They will come back in a couple weeks to do the secondary wash and check. Overall communication is top notch. Ethan laid out everything in advance and set expectations. Rick's was available and responded quickly. Ethan and Caleb arrived on time, and I could tell they knew what they were doing. It was a great day weather wise for the work they'd complete. It was unseasonably cool, overcast with light rain in the morning. Other than humidity, it was ideal for what they needed. They arrived promptly on time at 8am and explained everything they'd do with the car to get it where I wanted it. I added an interior coating at the time based on their suggestion. The two man team did most of the work inside my garage. They did the interior first, then washed the car, paint correction, coated the interior and exterior. Took the wheels off and completed their coating. They did run out of the interior package I added upon their recommendation, but they explained they'd complete when they do a wash in two weeks. All good and great communication. The car looks great and I'll refrain from driving it much over the next week. I'll also refrain from washing it to let it properly cure. Again an overall very positive experience and exceeds my expectations currently. Appreciate the work that Caleb and Ethan completed. Thank you!

Great job Tom! My car had sun damage on the hood and the top from being left out for so long since i was away from it. Tom promised to either try and resurrect the paint/fix it or he wouldn’t charge at all. My man got my car shinny again. It doesn’t look brand new which he explained but it way better than i expected. Do you even care about your car? Taylor, his wife, jazzmyne and their team at Excalibur really put the detail in detailing. My car has been sitting a shed for a year and a half and during that time, spiders, dirt dobbers, birds, and even mice decided to make their home in it unfortunately. Two mice even decided they should make it their grave site and well let's just say the after smell was more than noticeable. Thankfully, Excalibur was able to renew life into my sazuki sx4. They really cleaned the inside well, it smells wonderful and I don't feel like my skin is going to jump out of my skin when I drive it. Of course they did a superb job with the outside of the car, it went from a sad grey car to a spectacular silver that makes me giddy and excited to drive the car when I get in and my sad old headlights that were yellow like the teeth of a chain smoker are renewed and like that of a pearl, really incredible. What's even more, is the engine even sounds smoother after they cleaned it out, I'd say my car even got faster after they cleaned it. But, what is most impressive even after all that has been said, is the attention to detail. They cleaned the joints in the car, the door frames, the gas cap, and even the area behind the steering wheel. Everyone deserves a clean car, it is worth every penny, and watch yourself smile with pearly whites just like the shine you'll see on you car. Promise you won't regret it. My M5 has been on daily driver duty for several years and every year at bare minimum I get a detail if not a paint correction and ceramic coating touch up. My IGL coating was just renewed last year but after several outings in the blizzards we had this year the car was absolutely filthy inside and out. Adding to the stress and mess is my 5 year old who treats that back seat as their personal garbage receptacle. Alex and Team knocked it out though, and really made the car cleaner than when I had originally purchased it, as the interior was in dire need of a deep cleaning. I also greatly appreciated the fact I was able to leave my car with them for safe keeping while I was traveling for work. Definitely recommend their work for any detail and PPF needs. I'll certainly be back with my other car for some tiny replacement soon.

Alex was verry helpful and patient with me from the very start. They did a full complement of services with both PPF and ceramic coating for my 2020 Jaguar F-Type. Alex provided me with constant updates via text with pictures. He even arranged to bring in Kent from KB Solutions Paintless Dent Repair to remove a small dent in the fully aluminum body (which I hear is not easy). Kent did a perfect job with the dent and Alex and Chloe did a perfect job with everything else! The result was excellent and more beautiful than I expected. I highly recommend Detail Doctors!

Ted and his team did an outstanding job with the PPF, window tinting, and interior protection for my M3. I can't even tell that the car has a coating! Justin and the team at Renowned did an amazing job on my trucks exterior. I had recently bought the truck and the previous owner had the interior somewhat detailed, therefore the exterior was what I needed focus on. I asked Justin to do extra items in the truck bed and to clean the interior glass. His answer was swift to take on the extra duties. I anticipated that he would add to the original quoted price for the extra services. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the finished product and the invoice as quoted from the website with no additional charge. First time having my detailed by Renowned Detailing. I’ve used a few other well known details in the Southern Kansas City area but none of them came even remotely close to the quality and finish of Renowned. The prices are easily justifiable for the attention of detail and quality of products used. I would not recommend this place to family/friends. Derian was the one who did the interior detail on my car. He was nice and professional. I took my car at 4:45pm so I was the last car of the day. At 6:14 pm he calls that its ready for pickup. He opened the driver’s door and left rear door to look at what he did. I just peaked inside which was a mistake on my part. I made the error of not inspecting the car thoroughly. It was at a sketchy place where he was the only one there. He told he also did the trunk even though it wasn't included. The trunk was spotless and clean before I took it in. I didn't like that he did that when I didn't ask for him to do the trunk. I had my mom waiting for me in her car outside the gate. When I got home, I removed all the floor mats because the carpet was soaked underneath. I left the windows/doors open all through the night, because the seats were also soaked. There was a spot that I went over with my hand that left soap residue on my hand. He left my car seats with water stains. He didn't dry the seatbelt locks so that contributed to the water stains near the seatbelt locks. I feel that he over soaked the car seats. He didn't pay much attention to detail. Door Jambs & Windows In & Out weren’t cleaned. The car wasn't vacuumed well, I found trash when under the mats. The gear shift wasn't vacuumed either. He created a new marking on the passenger door fabric that wasn't there before. I should've inspected the car better at pickup and before paying but I'm a young girl doing this for the first time. I didn't like he asked for a tip because I'm already paying for the service. I did leave a tip because I'm dumb. I feel like my car is worse off now than before. Interior detailing price is $175 before taxes/tip. It's cheaper than other detailers in the area I saw on google, but it’s cheaper for a reason. My car was serviced on 9/28. I waited to send him an email until the car fully dried. I sent him an email about it, he replied with an apology and offered a free interior detail. I emailed him back accepting the offer for the interior detail, but he didn't reply to set it up. On 10/10 I sent him another email because I hasn't heard back for him about scheduling the interior detail but no response. At this point if he still wanted to make it right, it would be a refund so I can go somewhere else and get it fixed. Before and after pics included.

The price is pretty good, I have a newer black car and more often than not, there are quite a few water spots; which I am sure they would take care if I noticed them while I was still there. But, the reason for my rating is because of the amount of bird poop that remains on the car. Again, I think they would fix this problem also if I brought it to their attention.

Center X Auto Detailing did amazing work on our Lexus RX350h. John met with me to explain the process and walk me through the work he was going to perform. He patiently answered all my questions. We had PPF applied topped with ceramic coating, window tint, and ceramic protection applied to the inside of the car. The car looks amazing! I’m so glad I finally took my car to Mo! Heard about his work and have been planning to take my car in for almost a decade. He did an amazing job detailing my car, changing the oil, swapping out the air filter, and fixing the fob light. Mo’s attention to detail was incredible to be honest. He really went the extra mile to make sure everything was done right. On top of that, his customer service was outstanding and VIP without the VIP pricing. He also communicated throughout the entire process, keeping me in the loop and answering my endless questions. Which also made me feel that everything was upfront and nothing hidden like many mechanics do. I also found his pricing to be very reasonable for the level of care and service you get. And the best part? He offered me a vehicle to use while my car is being serviced, which saved me so much hassle to say the least. I can't recommend this experience enough 10/10

Just okay. A little overpriced in my opinion. They do have free towels and vacuums, but no place to hose off floor mats. When entering the car wash an attendant did hose down one side of the car but not the other side.

By far management here sucks. The young men who work here are awesome. But the lady inside... Who's jaw was going a mile a minute (meth or like substance) is highly unprofessional. They was completely closed the day before last. With no working number to call and see if they are open. When every other location was open. When I asked her why she said, I just haven't gotten around to putting them back up. When I expressed my feelings on it... She said well it's going to take longer now. My job requires my car to be clean and vacuumed... If a facility is closed or partially closed there should first be a working phone number, second a voice message letting customers know the inconvenience so they can go to another location.

In the 8 years that I’ve had my car, I have never gotten it detailed. I own 2 large golden retrievers who jump in and out of my car after mud, rain, and snow, so you can imagine how much it needed a deep clean. Austin was so quick to respond when I reached out and even quicker to schedule me in as soon as possible. Reached out on Sunday, he came out Tuesday. Best part, he comes to you! You don’t have to worry about dropping your car off anywhere and it’s so convenient. He took his time in making sure everything was taken care of, from the dog hair to all the compartments my car has. Not having had any of my cars detailed before, I wanted to gift my boyfriend the service for two cars since he had mentioned what a huge difference it makes! Great selection of professional products with variety. 5 out of 5 for that. I'm sure they are very knowledgeable of their products however I went in knowing that I wanted to polish my glass and thought I seen a particular kit. It wasn't what I wanted and the woman who helped me steered me to a other. I asked multiple times if the kit, which wasn't exactly a polish kit but a surface product kit that had a polish step had every polish sponge or applicator I would need and she said yes and even asked the gentleman and he said yes. However when I got back to families and opened it it didn't have what I needed. It only comes with product applicators. I will have to order the sponges when I get back to AZ. Just sucks because I wanted to do it while I was back in MO with the nicer weather. I leave Monday and won't have the chance.

I discovered KC Auto Car Care & Accessories last week. I wish I would have known about this place years ago! The people there are very friendly and took the time to explain all of their detailing products I was interested in. They have a very large amount of detailing products in their store, and all items are cheaper than you would pay at a big box store or online. I am going back tomorrow to buy more. I had an extremely disappointing experience with this detailing service due to a complete lack of professionalism, transparency, and communication. I was initially given a reasonable quote with the understanding that prices could vary based on certain conditions. However, after arriving at the shop, the price was suddenly more than doubled without any valid explanation. The only reasoning given was based on factors that were already disclosed upfront, nothing new was discovered upon inspection. Rather than discussing potential adjustments beforehand, they waited until I was there to change the price, offering no real justification beyond referring back to their website’s “prices may vary” disclaimer. At no point was I given a clear reason for the dramatic increase, just vague excuses. When I raised my concerns, I was met with a dismissive attitude and zero effort to find a fair resolution, just an abrupt statement that they don’t need my business. This was not just a misunderstanding but a clear case of misleading pricing and poor communication. If they truly believe in transparency, they should stand by their own estimates instead of using fine print as an excuse to bait customers in with one price and hit them with another. If you value honesty and professionalism, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

Marion and team are incredible. Everything was a breeze from initial contact, scheduling, calling the day-of to confirm arrival time to following up when the job was complete. There’s a small distance based travel fee for on-location jobs but was so worth it to have them come to us and not have to worry about logistics of dropping off a car. We will definitely be using Marion in the future!!

Ceramic Pro just completed our second car, the blue Audi after doing our white Stinger. Both cars now look better than when they were new on the showroom floor! We are immensely satisfied with the appearance, but just as important was the staff that performed the work. Jadyn was our technician, who took so much extra care to make sure everything was perfect! She was a joy to work with, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Obviously, we are raving fans!

They didn’t do extra things Paid for $30 Just going through machine that all just like regular wash for $8 at woodland, Lenexa. I can used $30 for 3 times wash some where else. Bottom part at front my car still dirty from bugs. And still wet white spot on windows Not going back there again for sure.

Thought I’d try this place for the first time, and won’t be returning. Not only is it overpriced, $18.59 for a basic wash!! Not even sure how they keep track who got what wash they paid for with the line of cars going in from 2 separate lanes, because no one is managing them. Me and another car both came out of the pay area at the same time and neither of us were sure who should go first. They also want to squeeze so many cars in all at once that they barely put any space between each cars!! I mean I literally had a finger length between the car in front of me and behind me, and pretty sure there was a wreck in front of me because they put us too close! Only plus was not having to pay to have my car vacuumed and having rags to use, but I’m sure they put that in with the over priced car wash! Still not worth it.

Ray did a wonderful job detailing my car. Both outside and in, the car looks better than it has since I bought it 10 years ago. I could tell he genuinely cared and was proud of the work he’d done (rightfully so). I couldn’t recommend this shop more!

I am a repeat customer of Ray’s because I am always very happy with the work he does & the service all around! I have gotten two interior details, the last one was after someone broke into my car and glass was everywhere. I was so worried I was not going to be able to get it out of my seats, and Ray said don’t worry about it and did a wonderful job!

A gradual decline of service. I have one of the pricier options and expect more. Here's the problem spots: 1) as you can see in the picture, their wheel brightener offering is horrible. This picture is from immediately coming out of the tunnel. The brushes they use to apply their wheel brightenerare all dirty so it makes your wheels look like you just drove through a bunch of dirty snow slush. In my most recent trip, it was evident that the brushes did not pull away from the vehicle because it put that same black dirty crud across the entire length of my car. I've mentioned this to workers there before but almost 6 months later it's still an issue and it's like that in multiple locations throughout the city. 2). I have no idea why the attendant in the tunnel only sprays and preps one part of the car. 3) the dryers just don't do a good job. Both front doors as well as the back of my car are consistently wet. Thank goodness for the free towels but still. If prices didn't go up as much as they have I might overlook a few things but it's all enough to make me write a review.

1:15pm today Paid for $20 car wash Received a $9.99 car wash instead. Immediately attempted go back the second time to correct and clean the body of car and wheels. manager did not let us go through the second time. They need to learn how to compete to correct and clean the car and wheels properly . Poor/good management will determine the success of a business
