Some of you may know from prior reviews that I bought a used blue Mustang from Moss Motors Iowa. Great engine and transmission but the paint was very beat up and stained from 10 years on the road. I can't possibly speak enough praise for Dex and KC Elite Car Care. I've brought him three of my personal vehicles over the past year, and i've been absolutely stunned at the quality of work that they've performed. There are plenty of detailers in the Kansas City metro, and i've used quite a few of them, but none of them can capture the quality of work, honesty and fair pricing that Dex offers. Don't waste your time elsewhere, you won't be disappointed. The pictures attached are of my 92 Lincoln Mark VII. The paint was covered in swirl marks and was dull and starting to oxidize. The after results as shown below speak for themselves.

I would not recommend this place to family/friends. Derian was the one who did the interior detail on my car. He was nice and professional. I took my car at 4:45pm so I was the last car of the day. At 6:14 pm he calls that its ready for pickup. He opened the driver’s door and left rear door to look at what he did. I just peaked inside which was a mistake on my part. I made the error of not inspecting the car thoroughly. It was at a sketchy place where he was the only one there. He told he also did the trunk even though it wasn't included. The trunk was spotless and clean before I took it in. I didn't like that he did that when I didn't ask for him to do the trunk. I had my mom waiting for me in her car outside the gate. When I got home, I removed all the floor mats because the carpet was soaked underneath. I left the windows/doors open all through the night, because the seats were also soaked. There was a spot that I went over with my hand that left soap residue on my hand. He left my car seats with water stains. He didn't dry the seatbelt locks so that contributed to the water stains near the seatbelt locks. I feel that he over soaked the car seats. He didn't pay much attention to detail. Door Jambs & Windows In & Out weren’t cleaned. The car wasn't vacuumed well, I found trash when under the mats. The gear shift wasn't vacuumed either. He created a new marking on the passenger door fabric that wasn't there before. I should've inspected the car better at pickup and before paying but I'm a young girl doing this for the first time. I didn't like he asked for a tip because I'm already paying for the service. I did leave a tip because I'm dumb. I feel like my car is worse off now than before. Interior detailing price is $175 before taxes/tip. It's cheaper than other detailers in the area I saw on google, but it’s cheaper for a reason. My car was serviced on 9/28. I waited to send him an email until the car fully dried. I sent him an email about it, he replied with an apology and offered a free interior detail. I emailed him back accepting the offer for the interior detail, but he didn't reply to set it up. On 10/10 I sent him another email because I hasn't heard back for him about scheduling the interior detail but no response. At this point if he still wanted to make it right, it would be a refund so I can go somewhere else and get it fixed. Before and after pics included.

My convertible was a mess! Super dirty & dusty interior after having the top down most of the summer. Exterior was dull & had some dings & scrapes. But the guys from ACH Mobile Detailing worked a miracle! The two guys who did the work were here early for our appointment. They were super friendly & very knowledgeable about products / processes to get the best results. The mobile van is self-contained -- didn't need electricity or water source. So all the cleaning was done out of the way in our cul de sac. Exterior hand wash + ceramic coating is so shiney! Little dings disappeared! Wheel rims polished/ tires look new. Interior is spotless - not a speck of dust! Leather seats back to being supple. Car looks fabulous! 👌 And from a business perspective ... great communication! Everything I told the owner -- from the package I thought I needed, to their scheduling system, to text reminders and even the convoluted directions to get into our neighborhood -- was passed along to the guys who came over. Very nice and accommodating in most ways! We arrived for an estimate due to our vehicle damage from another business. We were never given the estimate, but the business that damaged our vehicle was. We didn't agree on the damage during the estimate so their services weren't rendered! We felt like we were fighting with the business to get a fair estimate when it was a "cut and dry" situation! We spoke to the front office spokesperson and never did meet or speak to the person whom actually did the estimate. Each time a question came up about a part or process, an inadequate answer was received! Although we didn't use their business they may be fine with detailing vehicles, as their description depicts! Nice office manager and decent facility to sit and be comfortable in!

I LOVE this place! I called last minute right before Christmas and Christina got me in the next day. Not only did she get me in, but was so accommodating with my situation and worked my car in so that I could make to to an appointment before dropping my car off and still make it to another appointment after the detailing. Do you even care about your car? Taylor, his wife, jazzmyne and their team at Excalibur really put the detail in detailing. My car has been sitting a shed for a year and a half and during that time, spiders, dirt dobbers, birds, and even mice decided to make their home in it unfortunately. Two mice even decided they should make it their grave site and well let's just say the after smell was more than noticeable. Thankfully, Excalibur was able to renew life into my sazuki sx4. They really cleaned the inside well, it smells wonderful and I don't feel like my skin is going to jump out of my skin when I drive it. Of course they did a superb job with the outside of the car, it went from a sad grey car to a spectacular silver that makes me giddy and excited to drive the car when I get in and my sad old headlights that were yellow like the teeth of a chain smoker are renewed and like that of a pearl, really incredible. What's even more, is the engine even sounds smoother after they cleaned it out, I'd say my car even got faster after they cleaned it. But, what is most impressive even after all that has been said, is the attention to detail. They cleaned the joints in the car, the door frames, the gas cap, and even the area behind the steering wheel. Everyone deserves a clean car, it is worth every penny, and watch yourself smile with pearly whites just like the shine you'll see on you car. Promise you won't regret it. I recently had my Audi RS3 here for a ceramic coating application and I couldnt be happier with the experience. I had agreed to let my car be a demo car for a master class they were holding where other detailers come in and learn how to use their top tier products, so originally I had no idea what ceramic product I was getting (not the typical experience). They documented every step of the process and sent over video clips of the car and where they were at in the process/class. After it was done I found out that I received Dok Do 10 year coating and when I went to pick it up (on a day the shop was closed) Luke explained everything in detail on what happened and how to clean it and sent me home with a sample bag. The service also came with a complimentary wash! Couldn't be happier with how much time it takes to wash my car now and how I should of saved the paint on my car and time to have it ceramic coated earlier!

Amazing job on our new to us dealer loaner jet black bmw 230i that had multiple clear coat issues and a few deeper defects. BMW jet black will be damaged if you look at it wrong... Many of the issues were polished out and the car now looks incredible! A layer of ceramic protection was applied and should make maintenance a lot easier.

Overall great experience with their mobile detailing, exterior, interior, paint correction ceramic coat interior, exterior and wheels on my 2023 BMW X5. I had put off doing everything for over a year after buying my X5 new. Primarily because most places required me to leave my car with them for a week. When I came across Rick's I was excited they could do everything at my house and in one day. They will come back in a couple weeks to do the secondary wash and check. Overall communication is top notch. Ethan laid out everything in advance and set expectations. Rick's was available and responded quickly. Ethan and Caleb arrived on time, and I could tell they knew what they were doing. It was a great day weather wise for the work they'd complete. It was unseasonably cool, overcast with light rain in the morning. Other than humidity, it was ideal for what they needed. They arrived promptly on time at 8am and explained everything they'd do with the car to get it where I wanted it. I added an interior coating at the time based on their suggestion. The two man team did most of the work inside my garage. They did the interior first, then washed the car, paint correction, coated the interior and exterior. Took the wheels off and completed their coating. They did run out of the interior package I added upon their recommendation, but they explained they'd complete when they do a wash in two weeks. All good and great communication. The car looks great and I'll refrain from driving it much over the next week. I'll also refrain from washing it to let it properly cure. Again an overall very positive experience and exceeds my expectations currently. Appreciate the work that Caleb and Ethan completed. Thank you!

Jakob recently did a paint correction and decontamination, installed an Icon Rocklear coating on the painted surfaces, and a 6 year ceramic coating on the headlights, tail lights, black plastic areas, wheels, and gloss black B pillars. He did a phenomenal job of getting rid of any imperfections and applying the coatings. I definitely recommend Titan Auto Coatings not just because of the amazing job Jakob does but because of how talented he is and his great communication with me throughout the whole process. He also went above and beyond working with my schedule to get the vehicle dropped off and picked up. I called and got quotes from many detailing shops throughout the KC metro area, and Titan Auto Coatings was the only Icon Rocklear authorized installer, plus Jakob was the only person who actually seemed like he truly cared about my happiness with my vehicle, would take great care of it, and wasn't just interested in taking my money. He took the time to explain the process, answer all my questions and concerns, and put my mind at ease about such a big decision as this is the first time I've had a vehicle I've owned coated. I got an ultimate wash with an interior cleaning in the afternoon of December 9, 2024 at the Olathe location. I wish I had gotten the names of the team members who cleaned the interior to recognize them by name for the phenomenal job they did with my SUV. This team gave the best service I have ever received at this location! They were friendly, professional and very thorough. One team member used a mini flashlight to check areas that usually get overlooked and then did some touch ups in a couple of places. The windows are crystal clear, the inside of my vehicle is sparkling clean and looks professionally detailed. I left a $30 tip for this team and it was worth every cent. I will definitely return to this location!

DO NOT GO HERE. They chipped the paint on the hood of our car. We noticed it immediately as soon as we got home. We took it back and filed a claim. They tried to act like they didn’t even see the damage. The Gm better make this right. I am not the one to mess with. UPDATE: Gm tried to mansplain me how car washes work. He reports that he watched footage that shows there equipment and products didn’t cause damage but then he states they cannot see if my car supposedly had the damage before arriving to their establishment? How does make sense? One little Google search will tell you that power spraying can chip paint and that’s the first thing they did to our car as we went through. If they had the pressure wrong it causes damage. I’m sure those teenagers never make that mistake. I’m escalating to corporate. UPDATE: Corp blamed the paint on my car and stated there is a sign stating they are not responsible. What a shoddy business. BUYER BEWARE. THEY WILL CHIP YOUR CAR AND COST YOU THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS FOR $15 CAR WASH. Despicable.

Wonderful Guy, Professional, Friendly. Loved the idea of Auto Detailing delivered to home. No need to drive to a autowash place. With the Groupon deal it is totally affordable to students too. He did wash the car, clay bar (could have better used it to remove more bugstains i guess), waxed, cleaned the interiors, dressed the tires,finished with Air Freshner for just a 70$ Package.I got the Base Detail Package for cars for a discount on Groupon. Amazing work by Will. Am planning to buy one more voucher. My car was recently on a long distance road trip (lots of bugs). He did get most of it. Left out some to avoid scratches probably because this is his budding business. But overtime i believe he'll get much better with experience.

After a storm we found our Lincoln Navigator with a tree penetrating our front windshield. Once we replaced the shattered windshield we had to find a way to get rid of the massive amount of glass in the interior. Mirror imaging got it done in one day. Our Lincoln has never looked better. I've been going here off and on for years but there are constant issues and the staff managing the facility aren't able to provide any customer service. Today I paid for their most expensive wash and halfway through it completely reset. I talked to one of the gentlemen at the counter and he said he used one of the three washes this morning (not the one with an issue) and that it had worked. He said I was screwed unless I pay for another wash. A warning that about 30% of the time you'll run into issues and they'll take your money anyway. This is the most expensive touchless in-town, but I haven't figured out why.

Save your self a bad time and don’t go to wash your car if you appreciate have a neat well looking car. I went today as every week since I paid for the premium subscription. I recently noticed that the service wasn’t good specially on the tires and the back of the car but I let it go. Today while I was drying my car I saw big scratches on the hood of my car that definitely weren’t there before. When I asked for the manager to one of the guy he told me he was which it was pretty obvious he wasn’t. He didn’t want to give me a phone number or email or a name for who I could talk. He was rude and simply wash his hands saying that because nobody else complained of scratches today he wouldn’t process a damage claim. That their machines were fine and I was lying. So I told him that I wasn’t agree and that definitely the scratches were from their machine or brushes and he just walked away. I contacted corporate no help at all.

Went through the car wash, thought the car wash was ok at first. We then went to the vacuum station, the vacuums were HORRIBLE , no suction at all. Then I got to the store around the corner and noticed the back of my vehicle was not clean! Highly disappointed!

Today on my lunch break I ran through Tommy’s to wash my car after the “dust rain” we had last weekend. When I got to the cashier, I met Ashley. She told me about the promotion they were running for a month of unlimited washes for the price of one car wash. I said sure and signed up for the program. She told me to pull up near the building after the car wash so she could give me a complimentary detailing pack. When I pulled up, she not only gave me goodies but also helped me download the Tommy’s app. She was so kind and helpful, and complimented my car several times during my visit. I felt like she went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied, and I left feeling really good about my choice to join the membership club.

I love using small businesses. The owners came out on their own time on a weekend to clean a truck for us. I purchased a package for a birthday present, and could not be happier.
