Levi is a miracle worker! Had a long scuff/scrape on driver’s side of my 2016 Sonata and it had only been washed twice in the past 5 years as you can see in first two pictures. The last are after Levi worked his magic. It’s a car I’m proud of again. Took advantage of a chilly but sunny day to take the ol' car for a bath. Ben and his industrious colleagues rolled out the red carpet and made this a great experience. Last week I had the best car wash ever. Our family had just returned from a National Parks road trip to South Dakota and needless to say, our Highlander was very much in need of cleaning, inside and out. Turns out, in talking with Ben, he's from there too, and he gave us great customer service and even said I could drive through as many times as I needed until I was satisfied with getting all the road trip "stuff" off our car. We did go through multiple times to get off the last of the baked on bugs, and wow does our car shine! Then we vacuumed out the whole interior and it looks great. Ben even walked over after we were finishing up the vacuuming to check in and make sure we were satisfied. What customer service! We will be back!

I was able to finally find a carwash in Lawrence that let's you manually wash your car. The soap suds pretty good and I feel like the amount of time you get for your money is definitely worth it. I like that the water on final rinse didn't leave alot of spots. The bays were clean and there was even a dryer you could use to dry your car off if needed.

I’ve been to several self car wash’s around Lawrence and this is by far the best. Pre soak actually sprays consistently and the pressures always good. Several others around Lawrence have inconsistent pressure and pre soak comes out in spurts. You actually feel like you get your moneys worth out of a wash here. Highly recommend.

My first manual car wash. Got there during a Saturday afternoon. All the bays were empty, and clean. I have a new-car with ceramic coating, and hence used my own ph-neutral high-suds foam spray by Chemical guys. Went there for just the DI-water, which worked well. They accept credit-cards at each of the bays. Once you start, the clock keeps running until you are done, and the credit-card is charged accordingly. I haven’t been to another manual car-wash, and so can’t comment about comparisons. One less star, as it doesn’t allow use of personal buckets.

Club car wash is the best carwash I've been to, and they are also located in different states which means I can buy a membership in one state and get my car washed in another state and they honor my membership. I know this for a fact because I did it. No questions asked. Boom done !

Prices are outrageous for what they have. $3 for 3 min! If you use a card they'll lockdown $10, and takes over a week to for the charge to go thru. Spent 7.50 just to wash and rinse my truck that wasn't even really dirty. Never again till prices come down

The soap and water pressure is more than adequate. I use the self wash 90% of the time. There's always an open bay even on the weekends. They keep the bays clean of all the mud that others leave behind. I live close to this carwash and would probably come to it even if I lived across town. The funny thing I've noticed is that when I'm done washing and just as I press the stop button the displayed price jumps up 25 cents. Not sure if it's rounding up or I'm catching it 1 second too slow.

I purchased a new car and signed up for Club Car Wash. After a wash during my first month, I noticed a line of paint had been scraped off the edge of the rear bumper with an area of multiple scrapes/scratches below the bumper on my SUV. I notified the attendant and he came and took multiple pictures of the damage and submitted my complaint to the company. I requested to cancel my membership that day, but he said that was not necessary as this does happen, but they can just back the brushes off when I enter the wash to prevent further damage. He said the company would be in touch about my damage claim soon. I received a call about my complaint a week later. After discussion with the representative, she denied my claim as she stated that their brushes were foam and could not cause my damage. I explained this was a new car, and I was certain the damage happened in their car wash. I asked to speak to her supervisor, and was transferred to that person’s voicemail. I left a message, but received no call back. I called repeatedly for a few days, and finally connected with the manager. I explained this SUV has a slightly pointed shape in the rear, and I felt that is what led to the damage. I asked what evidence she had to deny my claim and she stated that my claim was denied since their brushes would not damage just the bumper but would damage all sides of the car. I asked to speak to her supervisor, but she said this was my last option for dispute resolution of this matter with Club Car Wash. I requested to view the videos from my visits to the wash and she said the videos are not released outside the company. I requested a refund of my money and immediate cancellation of my subscription. Customer Service said there would be no refund and their policy was to not cancel for 7 days after verbal notice, so I would also be billed for a 2nd month. I advised I would be filing a complaint with the Attorney General’s office for consumer protection in Kansas. I also submitted a review on the Better Business Bureau web site, and I encourage anyone who has had problems with damage at Club Car Wash to read those reviews. I will not be returning to Club Car Wash.

We took my daughters first car to Erik for an interior detail after realizing it was too gross to even attempt to clean it ourselves. The seats and floors were stained and some of the upholstery was literally black from grease and grime. Everything was extremely dirty and stinky from the previous owner. I’ve never had a car detailed before and did quite a bit of research during which I came across RedTail Detail in Eudora. Erik was super responsive and gave us a great deal. While his pricing may seem a bit higher than some of the bigger franchises available in Lawrence, I was looking for someone who specialized in detailing and was local and turns out, with all of the extra services he threw in (headlight restoration, outside wash), I think we actually got quite a steal. Bottom line, Erik did an INCREDIBLE job and was able to remove stains and odors that I didn’t think could be touched. On top of it all, he is super friendly, accommodating, punctual, and his work area is spotless. Sounds like Erik’s specialty is detailing airplanes but he does an amazing job with cars. If you live in Lawrence or surrounding area and want assurance that you will get what you pay for, I would not hesitate to contact RedTail.
