Very nice and accommodating in most ways! We arrived for an estimate due to our vehicle damage from another business. We were never given the estimate, but the business that damaged our vehicle was. We didn't agree on the damage during the estimate so their services weren't rendered! We felt like we were fighting with the business to get a fair estimate when it was a "cut and dry" situation! We spoke to the front office spokesperson and never did meet or speak to the person whom actually did the estimate. Each time a question came up about a part or process, an inadequate answer was received! Although we didn't use their business they may be fine with detailing vehicles, as their description depicts! Nice office manager and decent facility to sit and be comfortable in!

I LOVE this place! I called last minute right before Christmas and Christina got me in the next day. Not only did she get me in, but was so accommodating with my situation and worked my car in so that I could make to to an appointment before dropping my car off and still make it to another appointment after the detailing. They did a phenomenal inside and outside detailing job on my car. They were very thorough. After a storm we found our Lincoln Navigator with a tree penetrating our front windshield. Once we replaced the shattered windshield we had to find a way to get rid of the massive amount of glass in the interior. Mirror imaging got it done in one day. Our Lincoln has never looked better. The owner was so personable and eased all our worries. We had them tint our windows as well and it’s like bringing home a new car. We are SO happy with the result. Highly highly recommend.

My convertible was a mess! Super dirty & dusty interior after having the top down most of the summer. Exterior was dull & had some dings & scrapes. But the guys from ACH Mobile Detailing worked a miracle! The two guys who did the work were here early for our appointment. They were super friendly & very knowledgeable about products / processes to get the best results. The mobile van is self-contained -- didn't need electricity or water source. So all the cleaning was done out of the way in our cul de sac. Exterior hand wash + ceramic coating is so shiney! Little dings disappeared! Wheel rims polished/ tires look new. Interior is spotless - not a speck of dust! Leather seats back to being supple. Car looks fabulous! 👌 And from a business perspective ... great communication! Everything I told the owner -- from the package I thought I needed, to their scheduling system, to text reminders and even the convoluted directions to get into our neighborhood -- was passed along to the guys who came over. I've brought him three of my personal vehicles over the past year, and i've been absolutely stunned at the quality of work that they've performed. There are plenty of detailers in the Kansas City metro, and i've used quite a few of them, but none of them can capture the quality of work, honesty and fair pricing that Dex offers. Don't waste your time elsewhere, you won't be disappointed. The pictures attached are of my 92 Lincoln Mark VII. The paint was covered in swirl marks and was dull and starting to oxidize. The after results as shown below speak for themselves.

Overall great experience with their mobile detailing, exterior, interior, paint correction ceramic coat interior, exterior and wheels on my 2023 BMW X5. I had put off doing everything for over a year after buying my X5 new. Primarily because most places required me to leave my car with them for a week. When I came across Rick's I was excited they could do everything at my house and in one day. They will come back in a couple weeks to do the secondary wash and check. Overall communication is top notch. Ethan laid out everything in advance and set expectations. Rick's was available and responded quickly. Ethan and Caleb arrived on time, and I could tell they knew what they were doing. It was a great day weather wise for the work they'd complete. It was unseasonably cool, overcast with light rain in the morning. Other than humidity, it was ideal for what they needed. They arrived promptly on time at 8am and explained everything they'd do with the car to get it where I wanted it. I added an interior coating at the time based on their suggestion. The two man team did most of the work inside my garage. They did the interior first, then washed the car, paint correction, coated the interior and exterior. Took the wheels off and completed their coating. They did run out of the interior package I added upon their recommendation, but they explained they'd complete when they do a wash in two weeks. All good and great communication. The car looks great and I'll refrain from driving it much over the next week. I'll also refrain from washing it to let it properly cure. Again an overall very positive experience and exceeds my expectations currently. Appreciate the work that Caleb and Ethan completed. Thank you!

Do you even care about your car? Taylor, his wife, jazzmyne and their team at Excalibur really put the detail in detailing. My car has been sitting a shed for a year and a half and during that time, spiders, dirt dobbers, birds, and even mice decided to make their home in it unfortunately. Two mice even decided they should make it their grave site and well let's just say the after smell was more than noticeable. Thankfully, Excalibur was able to renew life into my sazuki sx4. They really cleaned the inside well, it smells wonderful and I don't feel like my skin is going to jump out of my skin when I drive it. Of course they did a superb job with the outside of the car, it went from a sad grey car to a spectacular silver that makes me giddy and excited to drive the car when I get in and my sad old headlights that were yellow like the teeth of a chain smoker are renewed and like that of a pearl, really incredible. What's even more, is the engine even sounds smoother after they cleaned it out, I'd say my car even got faster after they cleaned it. But, what is most impressive even after all that has been said, is the attention to detail. They cleaned the joints in the car, the door frames, the gas cap, and even the area behind the steering wheel. Everyone deserves a clean car, it is worth every penny, and watch yourself smile with pearly whites just like the shine you'll see on you car. Promise you won't regret it. Awful service, completely unresponsive.I paid $250 to have my truck detailed here, inside and out with a multi step wax process.Received a call that it was ready earlier than expected and picked it up right at closing time instead of the next day. Looked okay at first glance, paid and left. Checked it out when I got home and sent a message within thirty minutes letting them know there must have been a misunderstanding because my truck had not even been washed. They simply wiped it off and put tire shine on all the rubber. The next day I sent an email. Never received any response at all. Photos show the leaves and pins needles still packed in windshield and door jambs, dirty mats left in bed "to dry", rubber I had to clean because it never dried from whatever they put on it, and dry dirt still in between panels and in bed.

We were very pleased with the detail. They even did the 3rd row without me asking, which was folded down since I have a cargo mat in the back. I appreciate the honesty in not recommending under the hood degreasing / power washing, so we did not have that done. Overall, very pleased with the detail. I do wish that I would have looked closer at the brake pedal as it seems like that was the only thing missed. But everything else made the car look brand new again. You can't beat their price and level of service.

I rarely leave reviews, but my goodness… what an incredible service. Called on Thursday. Dropped off Friday morning. Picked up 5 hours later. In the 7 years I’ve owned my Jeep, it’s been to Toronto, Seattle, San Diego and nearly everywhere in between. With two big dogs and never having had it professionally cleaned before, you can imagine how insanely dirty this thing had gotten (especially with dog hair and a dog throw up incident). I paid $200 to have my husbands car interior and exterior detailed. Inside looked great. Outside had dead mosquitoes still ALL OVER the bumper. The main reason I brought it in was to clean dog hair inside and clean dead bugs outside. When I told him the front bumper didn’t look great, he said to bring it back tomorrow and he would CHARGE ME EXTRA for wax to get them off. I have had the outside of my car cleaner going through go car wash lol. Lazy detailer. I left no tip and will not return.

I cannot recommend them enough! I had a couple noticeable scratches on gloss black paint, a quick call later they said stop by anytime. I get there, and Todd introduces himself and everyone in the office was kind. He comes out to take a look and got right to work in the parking lot. Revived the paint above my expectations in a few minutes all the while taking my silly questions about bodywork, giving me some tips and tricks, and having some nice small talk. In and out after about 20 minutes. Having a daily driven truck with gloss black paint, I will surely be back with more work for them. He mentioned they are moving to KCK soon, and I will go out of my way to use them at that location as well. EXCELLENT customer service! They offered to pick up and drop the car off at my house - very convenient with a busy schedule. I told them I only cared about the inside being clean, not the outside, but they did it anyway. Liberty let me know I could call him if I wasn't satisfied with the cleaning. I wasn't satisfied and sent pictures of the spots missed: they promptly detailed the car again the very next day! Even though they have very busy lives themselves, they did their best to help me in my circumstances. Note: About $130 (plus tax) = $147. Worth it!

We just had two vehicles washed and detailed at Elite Auto Details in Lansing, KS and we’re very happy with the wonderful job they did! Dominic was a pleasure to deal with, very professional and personable. Our 2011 Chevy Malibu looks like a new car, inside and out. The seats and carpeting were cleaned and look new again. Our 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan had something that looked like a grey stain on the hood, but not anymore! It is nice and bright white again from the top down to the hubcaps. The inside is cleaner than it’s been since we got it! Their prices are very reasonable and their work is excellent. Not impressed. One guy just kept drying one spot with his towel. Asked if they cleaned the back interior and they ensured me they did till I opened it. Then it was pretty funny as they both pointed at each other why it wasn’t cleaned. I purchased the Superior Diamond and paid an oversize charge for a mid size suv. Exterior was nice only reason I gave 1 star.

Absolutely disappointed, purchased the Superior diamond wash this past Saturday the floor mats weren’t clean, looks like they barely vacuumed and barely anything was wiped down on the doors and center console. And now my dashboard has a halo around an area they cleaned and won’t come off.

I would not recommend this place to family/friends. Derian was the one who did the interior detail on my car. He was nice and professional. I took my car at 4:45pm so I was the last car of the day. At 6:14 pm he calls that its ready for pickup. He opened the driver’s door and left rear door to look at what he did. I just peaked inside which was a mistake on my part. I made the error of not inspecting the car thoroughly. It was at a sketchy place where he was the only one there. He told he also did the trunk even though it wasn't included. The trunk was spotless and clean before I took it in. I didn't like that he did that when I didn't ask for him to do the trunk. I had my mom waiting for me in her car outside the gate. When I got home, I removed all the floor mats because the carpet was soaked underneath. I left the windows/doors open all through the night, because the seats were also soaked. There was a spot that I went over with my hand that left soap residue on my hand. He left my car seats with water stains. He didn't dry the seatbelt locks so that contributed to the water stains near the seatbelt locks. I feel that he over soaked the car seats. He didn't pay much attention to detail. Door Jambs & Windows In & Out weren’t cleaned. The car wasn't vacuumed well, I found trash when under the mats. The gear shift wasn't vacuumed either. He created a new marking on the passenger door fabric that wasn't there before. I should've inspected the car better at pickup and before paying but I'm a young girl doing this for the first time. I didn't like he asked for a tip because I'm already paying for the service. I did leave a tip because I'm dumb. I feel like my car is worse off now than before. Interior detailing price is $175 before taxes/tip. It's cheaper than other detailers in the area I saw on google, but it’s cheaper for a reason. My car was serviced on 9/28. I waited to send him an email until the car fully dried. I sent him an email about it, he replied with an apology and offered a free interior detail. I emailed him back accepting the offer for the interior detail, but he didn't reply to set it up. On 10/10 I sent him another email because I hasn't heard back for him about scheduling the interior detail but no response. At this point if he still wanted to make it right, it would be a refund so I can go somewhere else and get it fixed. Before and after pics included.

I recently had my van detailed, and I couldn’t be more impressed! They took care of every detail—even the seatbelt cover and cup holders were spotless. The location was easy to find, and I felt completely safe leaving my vehicle there, even overnight. My detailer did such an outstanding job that I happily tipped without feeling any pressure. I highly recommend this company—10/10! I’ll definitely be using them again for mobile detailing and even buying gift cards for family and friends this Christmas!

The absolute best! This is the only place I will ever bring my cars to be detailed. I owned my own small dealership for years and I’ve had many experiences with many detailers. None comes close to American Eagle. They are outstanding in every way. $200 to make my 100K mile Tesla look and smell its best was a bargain.

Really didn’t want to leave this review and tried not to but the way I was treated here is unacceptable. About a year ago my girlfriend dropped my car off for a surprise detail for my birthday. Upon her picking up my car my stereo was no longer working. I’m not sure what was done but I know for a fact my stereo was working when she dropped my car off. Not sure if my they got my Amp wet or head unit and I still haven’t gotten clear answers. They swore up and down they had nothing to do with it and even lied. I dropped my car off and they took it to the dealership for a diagnosis. The dealer informed them it could either be the amplifier or head unit and both cost $1200 plus. Upon hearing this I’m guessing the got scared and didn’t want to cover the cost so they told me the dealership said there’s nothing they could have done to break my system. I thought this sounded suspicious so I called the dealership and they informed me they never said that. Upon informing Eagle that they lied and the dealership never said that they stopped responding. As I said I didn’t want to do this but here I am nearly a year later with a broken stereo system and stuck with a potential $2400 bill after getting a $200 detail. I will never come back and could never recommend anyone else coming. I was patient and gave them more than enough chances to right their wrongs and I essentially got told tough luck. Make an informed decision because I don’t feel like my car was handled with care at all
