Overall, AMT was kind, respectful, on time and had availability. However, they did leave much to be desired. I sent these photos over expressing my concerns. They responded right away saying they could come out this weekend to correct but never showed. Overall it was the most expensive detail we’ve had with the least desirable results.

I was very impressed with Carlos and AMT Mobile Detailing. Carlos responded to my text inquiry quickly, and provided additional information to set up the detailing appointment at my home. Carlos also confirmed the appointment the day before, and let me know when he was heading my way on the appointment day. Carlos spent about 3 hours detailing two car interiors, and they were immaculate when he was finished! Carols was able to clean a few stains in one car without a trace, the inside windshields were bright and clean, and the dashboards, doors, and floors were beautiful. I would definitely recommend Carlos and AMT Mobile Detailing to everyone, he is very professional with a high attention to detail.

Very disappointed had some paint in the wheel wheels. Yellow paint they couldn't get it off or I should say they wouldn't get it off. They said they don't take paint off of anything. If they couldn't see it, they didn't clean it or if they thought any one else couldn't see it. They didn't clean. I got a $100 detail. And it cost me 250 bucks.Very disappointed won't be back

I highly recommended Hanson Auto Spa! I had months old dried tree sap all over my car. The other shops I called before did not provide tree sap removal as a service, and another turned me away and told me it was too late, most likely permanent damage has been done and I should look into getting my car repainted. Hanson Auto Spa was able to get the tree sap off and make my car look brand new! I only paid for an exterior + tree sap removal but when I picked up my car, Todd told me that he cleaned out the interior a little bit too. My car was vacuumed, dashboard was dusted, I got a surprise air freshener put in, it looked and smelled wonderful inside. He said he also saw the engine was looking dusty so he took care of that for me too. I am truly so grateful as they went above and beyond. They were also very accommodating and offered to drive me to work after I drop my car off (even if it was before operating hours) and then come to pick me up from work to get me back to shop after. I declined as I had a ride but for those who might not or cannot afford it, that is such a kind thing to offer your customers!

Incredible work! Hanson Auto Spa simply is amazing. The level of detail and service was beyond what I thought was possible. We recently bought a used car that had swirls so bad in the paint. Their blower malfunctioned and shot something at my car causing significant damage. Be careful bringing you car through there. They won't take responsibility in their faulty equipment even thought they have cameras within the wash. You won't be able to get a hold of them either no phone number or email and there customer support is a joke.

I am posting this review immediately as I am very disappointed with this car wash. Also this might be useful for other. I have took executive car wash worth 16$ and the car wash is wasted. The car wash did not even clean the car as the general wash . It said super dry but it was not. May be the car wash is okay for vehicles with lesser dust.

Doctor Detail did an absolutely stellar detail of my 10-year-old Prius. I am not exaggerating when I say they made my gross disgusting interior look nearly as good as when I drove it off the lot 10 years ago. I was blown away. Also, the engine now looks immaculate, and the exterior looks incredible. On top of that, their service was super friendly, and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely take my cars there in the future. 10/10

I'll start by saying I've never had a vehicle detailed before and wasn't sure where to set my expectations. We took our filthy 2014 Mazda CX-5 here for an interior only detail. There was stains on the fabric ceiling of the car from last winter when a can of pop exploded. No trace of the ceiling stains or anything else in the car when we picked it up. Highly impressed and satisfied with the end result, it's like driving a new vehicle. What expectations I did have were completely blown out of the water. Perks did a phenomenal job on my work truck. It was trashed and I honesty had every intention of getting rid of it once I got it cleaned up. But, when I picked up my truck it looked amazingly clean and made me want to keep it a while longer! The transformation was unbelievable. They are very friendly and easy to work with. Best detailing in DSM. I got my car detailed here and they did an amazing job. We got the car buffed, and now it looks new. The interior is cream but had gotten grungy from time. They restored my leather seats. Beyond how good they did on the car, their customer service was incredible. They asked me to inform them if they missed anything. You can tell they take a lot of pride in their work. The car looks new again, they did such a good job!

You have to give these guys a shot!!! I was in from out of town and wanted some damage done on my car (from a carwash) fixed right away! Nobody else could get me in for weeks. I called and Best Drift got me in right away! The owner was very sweet and they were able to completely restore the damage that was done to the plastic on my vehicle- shines like new! They were very affordable and I would HIGHLY recommend. I'll be honest, it's not a great part of town and it doesn't look like much from the building but this is a little family-run business and I would take them over a big, expensive chain ANYDAY! It's a safe place, don't judge from the location. These are good people just making it from their little family-owned business. I gave the owner a hug I was so pleased with their work. I thought my Range Rover was ruined! I actually paid them more than they charged me.

The wash is fine and the membership is worth it to me, but you still have to wash the back by hand when you get home. I don’t know how these fancy washes aren’t able to do this yet. Annoying, but overall it’s still worth it.

My brother and I went to the Halloween haunted car wash, and our Apple Pay didn't work. The owner was at the register and was very kind. She gave us a discount and let us pay with the cash that we had. Plus, we had brought our dog along and she gave him a free treat! We got a good scare, and the car was cleaned well. Great service!

Purchased a wash membership as I had heard good things. First wash with this membership, product was only sprayed on half my car and left the passenger side dirty. Very unimpressed, even if it turns out to be a one-time fluke.

I hired this company to detail my 2015 Ford Fusion and everything looked good until everything dried. There was still some trash left in my vehicle and some spots missed. Very subpar work considering I paid them $125 to detail my car. I called the store back and they are giving me a 35% partial refund. Well now, I am noticing damage to my car, I am guessing from equipment being dragged across my car. Because my car was pristine before they detailed it. I have attached photos to see what I am referencing. I would not recommend this place to detail your car and I will not be doing business again. I honestly feel robbed of all my money at this point and I’m pretty upset about the damage done to my car. Would give one star, but being considerate since they did agree to give me a 35% refund, which honestly means less considering my car has damage but it is what it is. PS: Damage was done near the passenger side of the trunk lid and passenger side mirror.

Unfortunately was not impressed with this detailing company and I didn’t even get to experience their work yet. I made an appointment with a certain rate, then was messaged the morning of the appointment that they messed up and will actually be charging a mileage rate. I ok’d it. Once they got to our house, they said there would be an additional $75 fee for deep cleaning. I asked them to explain the difference between a complete package detail and the need for a deeper cleaning that’s included and they couldn’t. We had a detailing company previously, so I had my husband call them to see what the issue was, and essentially they did not have the proper chemicals to remove dirt build up or something is what he got out of the phone call. The truck was used as a work truck and this was the purpose of the detail. Looks like my husband will be doing it himself to get the job done! Here’s pictures of where it appears they tried to use steel wool or something to remove dirt off of leather?? Here’s the overall car. It needs cleaned up for sure, but I don’t really understand the $75 extra charge. Aside from that, I never said no to paying $75 more, I just asked for a reason why it fell under the extra fee category. It has dirt but shampooing removes quickly and doesn’t take much excessive time, based on experience. I was honestly very disappointed that we counted on reserving an appointment with this company and we were let down.

This was the 2nd time I utilized Master Mobile Detailing’s services and to say they are fantastic is understatement! They do an amazing job. I had them detail my 4 door sedan to include an engine cleaning. I really like the fact they come to you and they are completely self sufficient, including them being their own water! Stopped at this car wash on Sunday, June 9th and wish we found a different car wash. It barely cleaned the back of my car. The sprayer wasn’t spraying correctly (see pictures) as it left streaks. Paid for the platinum (highest level). $15 down the drain

This used to be the best self serve car wash in WDM. Now you get lucky if even one car wash bay works properly. If it will even read your card, that is. Then when it does read your card, half of the wash settings don't work. Just tried it again today to see if it had improved and yet another disappointment. This place is in serious need of a technology/equipment update.

Vacuums are always broken. Power wash never works and automatic wash leaves a ton of dust/dirt behind. You Can’t use cash anymore and the card reader is broken more times than not. Last time I was here an employee was in the office with 4 people standing by the door waiting for help. He walked passed multiple times before I walked into the office and verbally asked for help. He said he’s just an electrician which was clearly a lie, he just didn’t want to help.

We have a monthly pass as we travel all over so we have visited multiple Tidal Wave locations - first off - this is our favorite car wash especially with the vacuums, towels, and cleaning spray provided too. But THIS location has been a favorite! Their customer service was incredible with friendly greetings and extra detail with spraying our front and windshield for bugs. Jesse, the manager, made sure we had everything we needed and was satisfied with the wash service and amenities. Top notch!

Avoid this one!! This was the first and last time I will use this car wash. Car wash equipment was in poor condition. Water pressure in the self service bay was horrendously poor. My garden hose at home with just City water pressure has better pressure than the high pressure wand in the self service bay. Not a single one of the vacuums were working.

I paid over $40 for my month membership thinking that it would be a good idea but the car wash itself was very quick and it left my mirrors muggy and on my drive home which is literally down the road, It froze over so I had to clean them myself. I specifically asked for the car wash to be touchless as my car is new from the dealership and I wanted an under body wash because I didn’t want the salt and snow to sit to then cause rust. and it didn’t even dry my car completely so all the wet spots on my car froze as I was driving home. Truly disappointed with my experience.

For $20, I expected the back of my car to come out cleaner, especially since it wasn't even very dirty to start with. The vacuum hose in the stall I chose didn't have enough suction to pull anything off my carpet, and they didn't have a crevice tool or air sprayer as advertised. I also didn't appreciate the hard sales tactics at the point of purchase. Ihad to say no four times to purchasing a membership. Annoying. That said, I appreciate the dash wipe provided before pulling into the car wash. I won't be back.

I had the platinum detail package for my truck done. The outside looks fantastic as well as most of the interior, however there are some minor details that were missed that shouldn't have in a 400 dollar detail package. I had wax residue on the windows and trim, and dust was left on some portions of the interior that was missed entirely. The seats and the carpet did turn out nice though. I would probably stick to exterior detailing packages if I were to go back again.

Awful experience, purchased platinum combo detail for my brand new Armada. They burnt the paint off my roof racks, then repainted the part, then broke the part on reinstallation and told me it was all done. I'm glad I inspected prior to departure because I discovered the broken part and that they'd left buffing compound on all the black plastic and rubber. Randy said the detail shop doesn't do much retail and primarily does their used car work. To his credit Randy sent my vehicle for a redo at another detail shop where they fixed the Wilis job, replaced the broken part, and gave me a 3 year maintenance package for my trouble. He had originally offered a paint protection film and then reneged and offered to pay half of the film. My car looks good now and they fixed what they broke but I walked away thinking Wilis autospa is an amateur hour operation that I'd never take anything nice to.

The guys at Form Auto Styling are PHENOMENAL to say the least! I had some partial vinyl wrapping done on my Jaguar F-Pace, which included the hood, the roof, and the rear brake light area, as well as the gas cap door. I couldn't be happier. Great job, guys! Had Alen add paint protection film ( ppf ) ( clear coat ) on my 2023 Porsche Macan S and let me just say the quality is amazing it looks like the factory did it that is how good it is. The pricing was great and the communication was great. Pick up and drop off was great. The time it took to do the work was great. Overall great work and he is my go to for anything paint protection film ( ppf ) ( clear coat ). He also does wraps and tint and more perfect one stop shop for anything I want to do to my vehicle.

For the exterior cleaning it’s good, staff has always been kind, but the last time I got the interior of my car cleaned was a joke. Hardly vacuumed, there was sand all over, dirt in my cubby and I paid the extra $5 for the special clean and the outside of my car had dirt and wet dust all over. Got a hold of corporate and they emailed the manager but haven’t heard anything back. I’ve had some issues before and management has never helped or seemed to care. Don’t expect to get any help if you ever have issues.

Our van was very dirty however the basic ten dollar and 70 cent wash didn't do a very good job at all I wasn't impressed. Several other car wash places spend more time and do a better job at cleaning for a couple dollars less than this particular wash we paid for. The free vacs are okay sucks some but not as strong as my shop vac If you have a gravel roads to travel on and your vehicle is muddy or dusty might as well wash it yourself someplace because these washers aren't very thorough. Pros: Best customer service at a car wash, free air for tires, free vacuums, free compressed air for cleaning your car, free windshield wiper fluid, free to use car mat cleaner, free towels and sprays to dry off your car and clean out the inside. Cons: not a touch free car wash, which I don’t mind but I know some people do, the mat cleaner left some streaks on my car mats but they said a mat (someone put in the wrong kind of mat) got stuck earlier in the day and it was being funky since then- I’m hopeful it will be better the next time I use it. Shelby & Consuela were there when we tried it for the first time and they are both absolutely amazing! Shelby saw me pulling out our floor matts and offered to take them in and power wash them so we didn’t have to wait for the mat machine. It was absolutely the best customer service I’ve had in awhile. All the extra bonus free stuff makes it worth it. I was expecting it to be on par with Mister Carwash. I was very pleasantly surprised to find that they are even better! I’ve been telling my coworkers and family about it just because it was so impressive and quite a few have talked about moving from Mister carwash. We have 4 kids so our Odessy stays pretty dirty and I’m really excited. The clear coat has already helped with visibility in the rain quite a bit.

I bring 5 cars here!! Not anymore! Old timer with red face sees me washing my truck, had some mud come off during winter wash. Clown tells me “ you’re going to clean that off aren’t you” Hey Clyde, you have 3 car washing companies coming on Hickman, you think talking to customers in this manner is going to keep your sleepy car washing palace in business? Try some velvet and honey next time dealing with your customers . How about sir, would you PLEASE wash down drive before leaving!! Just matter of time red faced, old timer business will be history! Order the plywood for the windows, bankruptcy? Response to owner Save your quarters, no need to refund! Like I said, I have 5 vehicles (kids) (wife) ect that used this car wash per my recommendation! They most likely use cash. I’m sharing my experience with them so they know if they go to this car wash, God forbid you have dirt, grime, road debris on vehicles. You will get called out! It’s nice to know when I asked older man if he was owner, he responded “yes” then tells me that if I leave this mess like this “ he doesn’t want me back” oh did I tell you I was just 50% through washing my truck. Someone who owned stores (18) in 5 states I know what customer service is. So no need to give me the old school lecture! Seriously no a big deal, you run your quarter biz how you see fit! I just know from a successful chain of stores, this is not a recipe of success! Owner was creepily stalking us and waited until we were halfway done washing our car to come out and yell at us for using buckets at 10:30 at night. Had I been imposing on his business with other customers I could understand, but not really comfortable with people getting up in my face late at night. Very unprofessional for a grown man to act like that, much better place down west a ways.

Got the $20 platinum wash - way overpriced. Didn't get my wheel wells, the back of my trunk, or the bottom of my side panels cleans. Windshield still had smudged spots. Mirrors and windows had tons of water spots. Free vacuums are nice. Car wash was fast. The parts that did get clean look great. If everything was clean it'd be worth a membership.

This car wash wasn't very good at all. I don't think the water was hot enough. I didn't take a pic of my car afterwards, but there were all kinds of streaks. I used the brush, too, and I never have swirls of dirt left after I do. I have that self serve bays are becoming a thing of the past. Editing to add that this place is still ahit. Vacuums don't work and there's broken brushes and, no hot water and the bill changers are empty. Absolutely ridiculous

Used the 2nd from left bay to try and wash my car, but the high pressure wash had no detergente and did not sud up and the pressure was week trying to rinse off. Expensive compaired to other self wash places. Ended up using the hiland park wash which was great.
