Jay and his crew took meticulous care of our Mercedes. We got it fully detailed, paint correction, cremation coated the body, removed the wheels and ceramic coated the rims and calipers. Oh my goodness. I took a 2011 Honda Ody in there today as it was a mess... like 4 months of vacationing with 3 kids mess. Now I did take everything we owned out of the van but his crew did an incredible job. I felt like I needed to take my shoes off prior to getting back in. I would 1000% use Rick's again when I need a deep clean and would have no problem recommending his service. Moe and his staff did an amazing job to my new C8 Z06 Corvette. His eye to detail was perfect. Moe was awesome to deal with, explaining the different service options without gimmicks or high-pressure sales tactics. The work done was flawless, my paint looks even more amazing than it did brand new, and the products applied have performed well against the elements. This was the first time I had used Ratchford Detailing for my 37 Chevy and I am extremely happy with the results. My Chevy’s paint seems to just flow like velvet and the additional touchup with paint on chip‘s were unexpected. Overall this is one of the finest detail jobs I’ve had on my car. I should have gone to Tidal car wash payed full price for everything and only got a basic wash lol and they tryed to get me to do a monthly setup with with could not even do a dam tire shine 30$ for what some a scrub and some water lol u all get 0 stars lucky the app makes u do 1 star you all are a joke everyone go to Tidal wave in cedar falls Iowa stay away from junk Tommy’s

I tried Tommy's Express Car Wash for the first time and was very pleased with the service. I got the super wash for $16 and my car looks so nice! It was fun just sitting back and moving through the car wash. The cashier was friendly and helpful and the guy doing the prewash was helpful, too. Will definitely be back! Great service!!

I went to This place for the first time' just Because my go to car wash closed down. And I hate that they closed. My truck came outta the wash when it came to wiping it down *OMG it was 3of the laziest workers doing it' then the person who actually got into the truck to clean' he left a horrible smell' it was so Ridiculous. Management i guess do not believe in there employees having a Proper hygiene. 🤦🏾🤦🏾🤦🏾 I will Never ever GO BACK!!!!

DO NOT DO THE MEMBERSHIP!!! Canceled my membership today an they charged my card $50. Refused to refund my money. Haven't even used this car wash in 5 months because of this car wash scratching up our new vehicle, the wash didn't even clean the vehicle dirt was still everywhere. The kids working don't know how to space the cars out. It's an accident waiting to happen. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK! UPDATE 7/16/23 took my new car an now I have gashes in car an now full of scratches! My husband talk to an employee about getting the manager and the manager told us they were busy an we would have to wait because the car wash was malfunctioning! We waited an no one came out. Canceled my membership over the phone by calling corporate (the only way to cancel which is ridiculous imo) they asked for numbers on sticker for my vehicle (Ram 1500) which I gave them and somehow it was also linked to a Ford Focus. Had issues arguing back and forth about how it could be linked to two vehicles. Very rude to work with calling customer service. I was told they canceled my membership - so I thought. Checking through bank statements, they’ve still been charging me these last 6 months. Called corporate again. They never canceled membership. They were going to listen back through our recorded phone call to refund money. They called tonight - couldn’t find call. “Nothing they can do”. Car wash cleans vehicles well most the time. Corporate and customer service is horrible.

Came out for a facebook free coupon to try out the new building, and was treated like a king the entire time . Guy came out and greeted me, helped with my coupon, pre handwashed the car, and upon exiting I got out to put my mirrors back out and just admired the job it did. Been through alot of car wash places and this is hands down the nicest. Will be returning for sure.

I brought in my 2018 Ford F-150 that was very scratched and swirl marks. I came in for an interior detail, and a full paint correction with the two year ceramic coating And let me tell you my truck looks better than any vehicle that has come off a show room floor!! The workers at WAD are super respectful and easy to talk to and not only do they just do what you asked for and are done, they check up on you after you take your vehicle home and ask how the ceramic is doing!! I’ll definitely be back!!

Went there after 5 pm today. Attendant was very nice and explained everything well. The automatic wash doesn't do a great job but it does do about as good as you would expect a automatic wash to do. It's probably better during normal hours when more help is there. It leaves road grime on the front and back of the truck and trailer including bug guts. The sides it does a decent job on. Alot of water floods everything so be sure everything is closed tight. Blowers don't dry anything at all. 5 stars because it's adequate but don't expect it to be clean everywhere. It's a nice clean automatic truck wash so your expectations need to be aligned with that.

Freedom Truck and Trailer Wash is OPEN! The weekend guys did a fantastic job, and the wash is of impeccable quality. Black is a VERY hard color to get clean and spot free. This wash did both! I was briefly in town for a work event and needed to clean some dirty water off from the rain puddles. I typically wash and detail all my own vehicles but I’m out of town for work so wanted to atleast do a quick wash to get the nasty water off. This is by far the worst touchless wash I’ve ever experienced. For starters, the machine didn’t register half the quarters I put in so I overpaid from the get go. The undercarriage wash was a complete joke and may as well not even be mentioned. The dryer didn’t last long enough for me to even get the entire truck through while it was still on. If you want to utilize the “dryer” you have to immediately drive out of the bay as fast as you can to hit the whole car. It shut off by the time it hit the front doors. Pull out and check everything, still has several dirty spots. I don’t expect perfect from touchless, but these spots came off with a light wipe of a towel. The “high pressure” wash should’ve gotten it no problem. Unfortunately paid cash and not from the area, so I’m just completely out what I paid. Either wash the car yourself if you want it to be decent, or use someone else’s touchless wash.

3rd time in a week I’ve tried to use CF Hudson or Waterloo location and the wash doesn’t accept the app. Calling gets a 3 day credit which isn’t enough to pay for the single car wash.

Very frustrating. I give 5 stars for there being no wait, but 1 star for the quality of work. I paid $60 for a truck wash for it to look the same as I came in. Dirt and spots everywhere. Check your truck good before you leave if you can.

Reefer driver and my experience: you will wash your tractor by yourself (maybe a guy will help you to wash a half of the trailer). They'll wash your trailer with mechanical brash (guess, you know the result). The price is 147.66 (tax included) for the tractor and trailer. So I had no choice because an egg farm asked me to wash the truck, but if you've got time, I recommend you avoid the place. They need to rethink how they run the business if they wanna get more than 1-3 stars.
