I called on Thursday they got me in by Thursday of the same week . My car was absolutely a mess when I dropped it off . We have 3 dogs so my car was full of dog hair and it’s the family car so we have lots of messes . When I picked my car up it absolutely blow me away ! I’m so obsessed with how clean it is ! Wonderful business! I recently dropped my engagement ring beneath the seat of my car. Somehow, it ended up in a small hole that we couldn’t have gotten to. We called a different shop that told me it would be $150 dollars and hour and they were closing so they couldn’t help me today. I was visibly upset and crying and they didn’t seem to care. I called Craft Body Detail and he was so understanding of my distress and told me to come it. They had to tear the car apart to find it, but it’s safe and sound on my finger again. Craft Auto Body did an excellent job on my 2021 Chevrolet Silverado Trail Boss. Brought in with some vandalism damage on the R/S/F fender. They returned the the truck looking as good as it came from the factory. You can’t tell there was ever a dent or that the fender was painted and matched to the door or hood. Not only did they return the truck with the fender looking amazing but they washed and detailed the car insides and out making the interior looking just as good and the exterior. Will definitely be recommending them in the future and returning if I have any other body work on any car or truck.

I can't stand for an company to tell you to go online to cancel your membership and the cancellation website to tell you not found for two months. Had to lock my card. However the second month I tried still told me website not found I forgot I unlocked my car to make a purchase somewhere else and they took my payment out. Even signing in and trying to edit membership doesn't give the option to cancel. Reach out to Support and Given an number to call to get my account canceled and refunded and was told it would be cancelled but not refunded. Deserve a refund do to cancellation site not working for two months

They don't have enough soap on the car when it goes threw the brushes. Also they don't have enough water on the brushes to rinse off the dirt before the next car. Also they do not power wash the well well. Guys they are dirty too. Wash them out!!

I come to the Singing Hills location several times a week. I dread coming to this location because of their vacuums. Half of the vacuums don't work. The nozzles that are attached to the hoses, a lot of them come apart from the hose when you pull them out of the holster. This location needs to fix the vacuums and the vacuum hoses. They also should clean the hoses out. They really need to fix this problem. I have to move from one vacuum spot to another one to vacuum both side of my car. The people inside the wash bay do a poor job. When they use the water hose and brush on the vehicles when they come in, they only do parts of the vehicles. They don't do the whole vehicle. When I sit behind a vehicle in front of me, I watch what the employees do. They spray only part of the vehicles, half of the vehicle and only use the brush on a little part of the vehicle. And, they only use the water hose and sprayer on one side of the vehicle. This just doesn't make sense to me. They do a half ass job of spraying the vehicles. It happens every time I come there. This location really needs to take care of these things. They really need to fix all the vacuums, clean out the hoses and the whole vacuum system and they need to show the employee how to properly spray the vehicles and use the brush. This location really needs a lot of attention.

Your new system is terrible. It will never automatically scan me through, I always have to wait for an attendant to raise the arm. They take all my info tell me it's fixed, when I come back same issue. I have tried different locations same problem. I have noticed you never have issues getting your money. Also I live on a gravel road and both sides of my vehicle get dirty, not just drivers side. When I have mud on my running boards its on both sides, both sides should get power washed, the brushes alone don't clean them. Telling me I can go back through again is a waste of my time. If done right the 1st time is better business. Please fix these issues for a better rating.

The prewash guy does a great job of getting the dirt loose. The wash works just as good as the "brandname." I believe we should support our privately owned car washes. My car shines beautifully after exiting the dryer.

I canceled my monthly membership because my car never got fully cleaned, especially the back of the car. Then they went ahead and charged me for another month. Took forever to get ahold of Mark the owner. He texted me that he would credit the month on my card, but it has been almost 2 weeks and nothing has been done. He won't answer calls or texts. I now go to Silverstar and ver satisfied with their wash. I do not recommend Sunnybrook Shine.

Bugs and road grime still on my truck after two washes. They increased their prices which I can understand, but $24 and a 2nd free wash but it's still dirty. The "manager" that gave me a 2nd wash couldn't be bothered to get off his damn phone to help. Bright red hair, a cartoon dirty tshirt, and flip flops. At least try and be a professional. Only saving quality is free vacuums. Do not recommend.

Just finished my car wash and it will be my last as I’m canceling my monthly subscription. I kept coming back hoping it would be better - have even spoken to the workers onsite about issues. I have a 21 chevy traverse that I have been running thru this car wash almost monthly and sometimes 2-3 times a month. It is a hit and miss if I get a good wash (I hand dry it EVERY time so I check it up close!) for awhile they only had 1 person hand spraying in bay on driver side only - today there were 2 - one on each side. I don’t expect the auto wash to get every area of my suv (especially that back window/cargo door)but with 2 workers I certainly would expect one of them would have hit that spot. I’m attaching pics I took when I got to the back. I know I could have run it thru again but I don’t have time to wait in line for a second wash!! I have other options for a car wash just as close to my home and honestly, is cheaper!

Silverstar does a poor job of removing bugs and dirt. Leaves soap residue. I have tried multiple Silverstar locations, and none of them get the car clean. Update: Yesterday, at this location the employee actually CLEANED the car and removed the bugs using a brush. Why do they usually just spray it for three seconds and not bother to actually get the car clean at all Silverstar locations? I have a monthly membership to Silverstar, and this is the only time the bugs have been removed from the car properly.

Worst experience EVER! I went to the Silverstar car wash in south Sioux City NE on Saturday April 5 at 12:30pm. When I got to the booth to pay the attendant of course tried to sell me on a discounted package. No thanks I just want to wash my car today, I was hesitant to use a debit alcard because working in the bank I have saw more that one customer that can’t get silverstar to quit charging their account. The customers were not even aware they signed up for such a service but that is another point. I drive up to the door which is closed and waited several minutes before a male opened the door and proceeded to talk on the phone. No prewash just started the belt and sent me flying through. It went so fast I couldn’t believe it until it quit just before I got through the drier. I was struck and the door wouldn’t open. The male that rudely sent me through there so fast my car was still very dirty. Accused me of driving through. Um no sir I was afraid the car behind me was gonna hit me so I drove up as close to the door as I could. Thinking it would go up. Ugh. So dissatisfying and to think I paid 20 something dollars for this experience!

Called T & A truck wash b4 they were busy told them my situation and the guy was really nice to help me out. When I arrived at T & A truck wash charged me 30.00 for allowing me to warm up my truck. Went way down hill. Was there last night. Eat dirty. No gain soap. No water pressure. Very dirty doors do not shut. Was windy so I couldn’t even wash without getting water in my face.

Side wash as you enter ends too early. Wash does not get soap completely off the vehicle and leaves soap scum on windows. Dryer ends too early as well, with no count down to let you know how long you have to dry.

Only complaint is people sit in the bays and will dry down their cars as there is people waiting to pull into the bay. I get it it’s cold but sitting in a bay to dry down your car is inconsiderate to the people who are waiting to pull into a bay. Watched several cars leave for this reason.

I asked for a hog pot wash out. This is what I was left with. When I asked for a rewash they wanted me to pay for a whole new wash. Went to their other site still had to pay for them to fix this. Won't be back.
