Adam was able to squeeze my friends car, that I had borrowed, in on extremely short notice and tight schedule. The headlights were scratched and hazed over so much it made night driving difficult. Talking with Adam prior to him starting the work it was clear he knew what he was talking about and had an attention to detail. The final result had them looking as brand new as can be expected for the condition they were in. I would definitely recommend his services.

Blown away by how nice my van looks now. Hasn’t been this nice since I bought it. Three young kids had my van looking like a pig pen after three years but now it’s like the day I got it. Worth every penny. This will need to be a 1-2 times a year thing.

Got my car detailed to get ready for our new baby & am very pleased with the results. They were very timely and professional. There was quite a bit of dog hair & it was completely removed & I didn’t have to pay any more than the base interior detail for my size car. Would recommend!!

This was the worst car wash I have ever at been through, had to go through twice the person in charge on staff was absolutely horrible to myself and the employees working there. I feel sorry for the people that work there. There’s no reason for a manager to scream at their employees because they were taking too long to get a car through. I wish the owner was able to be there so I could talk to them. These pictures pictures are after the first time we went through granted it was Dog hair in the car. I’m not gonna lie, but they could’ve done a better job than they did. There was still mud dirt everywhere.

I was there for the dog wash there's only one dog wash bay but the door closes which makes it convenient for me washing both my dogs. I did really like that there is a shampoo setting where the shampoo comes out with the water. One of my challenges with my goldendoodle is getting him lathered up to clean so this worked really well. They do have a few equipment challenges but they're very accommodating in getting things going for you. I would definitely use them again.

See attached photos. I did NOT leave the property before contacting the manager to discuss the damage. The manager on duty promptly and efficiently filled out an incident report (almost like he does several a day?) and took pictures of the damage while quickly and defensively explaining to me that “there is no way the equipment could’ve caused the damage because it goes front to back, not side to side” 🤯. I noticed the damage after the wash when I exited my vehicle to use the vacuum equipment. I sent some quick pics to my husband asking what I should do the moment I realized. The manager confirmed that I am on video during this time but they cannot/will not review the footage because “it’s not their concern” what happened to my vehicle after the wash tunnel. When the manager called me today to follow up on the incident report he said “ I reviewed the video footage and did not see damage on your car on the way out of the tunnel so we are not liable for any damage claims.” He also confirmed that there was no damage seen on the way into the tunnel. Implying that the damage happened after exiting the tunnel and before I spoke to the manager and filed the incident report.. I damaged my own vehicle while on their property?! He continued to say without a lawyer I cannot review the footage. At the end of the phone call I asked the manager what am I supposed to do now that he claims their innocence he said “I don’t really care what you do!” Unreal.

All of the employees I've had contact with have been so nice & friendly. The car wash does an awesome job! We have the top tier monthly plan. It's definitely worth it! Our tires even get polished! The vacuums they have available for use have great suction and get junk out of every crevice! They have clean cloths and window cleaner available for use as well. I almost forgot! You can pull your mats out and they'll pressure wash them for you!100% recommend!!!!

Read some reviews so was hesitant to take my truck here, but Pro Clean did not disappoint. After a sparkling water exploded in our truck from the sun zero temps, we needed to get it cleaned so we could drive home, and we needed it ASAP. I called and spoke with the manager, Ryan, who said they could help us even though they only do details/shampooing on Mondays in the winter (for a fee). The results were amazing. The interior and exterior looked magnificent and all of the staff were very nice!

Quite disappointed after leaving Pro Clean only to get home and having to clean my car again. It’s comical that Pro Clean would ask the “hut” cashier to up-sell your customers for the monthly $50 unlimited wash when you allow this to leave your location. Pictured are the interior wipes I used on the center console where your employees must have shaken out their rag. Not pictured.... the filthy center console, obviously.

Must differently the best experience I've had in an establishment in a while. Made sure we were happy with what they had done and was willing to come to my house when my wife had a question about something going on with the car. For any of your needs, weather it be for a race car or a street car stop down and give them a shot. They will do you right.

Definitely the most terrible car wash that I’ve had in about five years. All I really needed was a good vacuuming in the car hose down that’s all I want it but you couldn’t even vacuum the car properly my God.

I went into the touch free and mid way through my wash it hit the back bumper of my truck and stoped running had to pay another 4 bucks on top of the 12 I just spent to rinse the rest of the soap off

They did a wonderful job detailing my car they vacuumed and washed every inch. My car smells great! It was only $214 for my SUV. They came and picked it up as well. Total time they had the vehicle was about 5 hours, and they were able to fit me in on a short notice and adjusting to when I needed the vehicle back. I will definitely be using them again for the future and will recommend them to my friends.

I signed up for monthly service. After leaving to go back to Texas I'm continuing to get billed months later. I've called many times and let the phone ring. Never an answer. Their website will not display. Carwash is good, but service is terrible. I will be disputing the charges with my credit card company.

Don't waste your time or money going there, it'll take your money the display says purchase complete. But then the display continues to show that the wash is in use. Tried calling the number that's listed on the door with the note that says any concerns call this number. That number is disconnected and not functional so now they got money for doing absolutely nothing and I will never ever go there again and would never recommend anybody do so unless you have money to throw away

Best self serve i have ever been to. Pre soak is warm and actually gets bugs off the front of your car after soaking for a little bit. Even helps get brake dust off wheels. I travel doing expedite freight delivery and its nice to stop at a carwash like this that actually works well.

AVOID THIS CARWASH AT ALL COSTS!! I was not going to review and explain my experience with this place, but after being completely ghosted by management, I would like to warn everyone about this establishment! On 12/20/23 I went through Clean Getaway Carwash in my 2018 VW Atlas. As I approached the end of the wash, I realized the automatic roll up door was not activating and my car was still positioned on the floor rollers, pushing me forward. Unfortunately, I had no control of the situation, and my car was pushed into the door. The door finally began lifting, causing it to scrape the front and top of my hood leaving significant and visible scratching on the surface. I called the carwash once I got home and could assess the damage. I was told I needed to speak with the manager, Conner about the situation. I met Conner the next day to show him the damage and explain what had happened. HE ADMITTED TO HAVING KNOWLEDGE OF THE DOOR ISSUE and said they were having a hard time contacting the door manufacturer to fix it. His “expert” advice to me was to allow him to buff the scratches out, lol. I explained I wanted a professional to look at it, which he then told me I needed to provide them with 2 estimates in order for them to take care of the damage. I emailed the estimates, which he acknowledged receiving and said he would forward to the owners. Can you guess what happens next? GHOSTED. No further responses from “manager” or “owner”. I had to submit a claim to my insurance and pay my deductible and they, to this date, have not been able to reach Conner or anyone else at Clean Getaway to resolve the issue. Clearly the management and ownership are complete jokes and must be underinsured (if insured at all) if they cannot resolve a claim that they admitted was their fault. So again, do yourself a favor and save yourself from the frustration of dealing with this shady and pathetic business. We just set up monthly plans for all 3 of our vehicles at Tidal Wave Auto Spa (next to Freddy’s) and couldn’t believe the difference in quality! They have new, state of the art equipment, competent employees, amazingly powerful vacuums, air compressors for residual water, rags and glass cleaner! 1,000,000x’s better than Clean Getaway! Disclaimer: I am a business owner myself and would never give a bad review to another business unless it was ABSOLUTELY warranted.

I just went to Clean Getaway off of the Northwest Arterial to get my car washed. As I was going through, I noticed that the spot free rinse didn't come on until after my car passed it and then the tire shine didn't work either, so I pulled around and went in and spoke with the manager and I told him that the spot free rinse didn't work and also the tire shine didn't work either. His response to me was, yes I know that the spot free isn't working correctly and that he had a call into the owners about it and then I also told him that the tire shine didn't work either and his response to me about that was, oh yeah, someone ran over the tire shine stuff and broke it. I said we'll I just paid full price for my car to get washed and in the end it wasn't done right. Now you would think that a decent manager would offer a discount on the wash or give you a coupon for a free wash or give you a refund, but he never offered a thing! Then to top it off, I pulled up into the vacuum stall to vacuum and the first stall that I pulled into the vacuums were not working on either side, so I had to move to another stall. I got out of the car and vacuumed the drivers side and then went to grab the vacuum hose for the passenger side and that was not working, so once again I had to move to yet another stall to vacuum the passenger side of my car. I really don't know what the heck is going on there, but I DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE RETURNING!! There's plenty of other car washes in the area like Tidal Wave which is just down the road, so from now on that's where I'm going to be taking my vehicles to have them washed!!

I go here if I need to hand wash my car or bike. The foaming brush puts out A LOT OF SUDS! It put out so much soap suds that I found out late that I had not budgeted my time well and the wash stopped before I could finish rinsing..... Which brings me to another point... The "time ending" warning should be MUCH louder! I didn't know it was ending or I would have put in more money to finish the job right. The quiet beeper probably cost the owners another $2 in quarters.

I've been taking our family's cars and trucks to the new owners there since before they actually bought this particular business. He has always done a great job for us. There was never a problem with warranty work or any issues what so ever. I have to say I like the quality work that is done there by the owner and his staff. I was just there again today to have some work done. I had my windows tinted in the front of my pickup. they did a great job again. I would and have recommended this business to anyone that's looking for products that this business offers. 7/18/2012, Again today I've returned to Ruben and his staff to have my Ram rustproofing touched up. It's always nice to see a nice clean truck with any of the imperfections cleaned up. Very NICE Job once again. I can't wait to get the 98' Celica GT (that's just been completely refurbished) out for the window tinting. Also...the new speakers you put in last year during the restoration have been great. Can't tell anything has been changed by looking at it....until you fire up the stereo. It's plenty for me and works great! Last fall when the wife's remote was acting up on her car I also appreciate the very quick response and repair to correct the problem. Got to love the great service and warranty work. The price was right..."NO CHARGE"!
