I got my car as a gift and it really needed a cleaning. I dropped it off at 8 in the morning and didn’t get it back till 5 pm for it to not feel very clean at all. I only wanted the interior cleaned such as the vents carpets and ceiling which all came back not clean. I’m not sure what they took all day to clean. There is dust still everywhere and weird stuff in my vents I wanted out that wasn’t even touched. I took everything out of my car nothing in my center council and that was not ever looked at or whipped at all I simply went home and got a wet cloth and it came up easily.

First off, I hate giving businesses bad ratings, that being said, being disappointed with the service I got on my first visit is an understatement, went in for a full service as the interior needed a good cleaning, my truck came off almost as dirty as it was before, they only water the floor mats, a lousy vacuum to the seats, and quick pass with a rag. This was a ripoff, not the way to run a business, I've gotten way better cleaning for half the price. This was a scam, I did not received the service I paid for, never going back.

I called around to a few places that I’ve had window tinting and work done on a few of my cars. Called these guys up they quoted me a good price and I went with it. I’m a car guy and you can tell these guys are to. Witch is nice and made me feel like they cared personally about my car and they treated it with respect. As if it was there own. Much better experience than taking it to a bigger company hiring on any kids that say they can work on cars and detail. These guys took pride in there work and I would recommend them to anything. I tried Pro-clean car wash twice. I thought I caught them on a bad day the first time however I learned this car wash just falls short of basic expectations. The "brushes" barely do anything, the dryers missed spots and my truck had streaky residue left all over. This type of car wash has great potential over the other automatic car washes. I assume this location is due for an update. I am hoping the feedback is helpful for customers and the owner. I'll try again after some maintenance and updates have been done.

Summary: I DO NOT recommend that you go here. Shop elsewhere. I've had a wash tunnel membership since September of '24, and I've quite a few issues. A lot of them minor, but they've kind of built up in that time. First, the wash tunnel tends to blow mud onto your car from the blowers. This tends to be more of a morning problem, I usually stroll through right around when they open. This has been a fairly consistent problem, attached are photos of the first time it happened, which was the worst, and today, many occurrences later. The shammy at the end of the tunnel tends to smear it, but it luckily wipes off. But that doesn't matter if they don't have towels. Like this morning, for example. I rolled up around 7:10, and the cones were still blocking the tunnel entrance, the vacuums were still off and open, and the machines you buy the washes from were still shut down. They're supposed to be open from 7am to 7pm according to their site. Its somewhat frustrating that I get here when they are supposed to be open, and they aren't ready to run my car through. Yesterday was a similar scenario with the tunnel being shut when I showed up, but someone was working on it. They ended up opening before I was about to head out, and I ran my car through. Mud all over. They only gave me one towel when I requested two, I typically just deal with it. Receiving only one towel when I ask for 2 or 3 is fairly normal occurrence, 50% chance. One towel wasn't enough to get it all, and I was left with a hazy film on my windows. That was cool. The tunnel also doesn't adequately clean my rocker panels, pictures attached. This is another reason I would wipe down my car, wiping the rockers at the absolute minimum. Can't do that without any towels. Shouldn't have to do it regardless. I'm willing to look past a lot, my car looks awesome once I've wiped it down, but things have just added up. I pay almost $50 a month for this membership, and I am likely going to start shopping around for a different one. The combination of the constant mud, constantly poor job of cleaning my rockers, often not getting the towels I request, and them often not being open at 7 like they should be leads me to recommend you DO NOT here. There's just too many issues.

Had a van detailed, was quoted $130, but when van was finished they tacked on $20 extra claiming excessive pet hair. Which really must mean, if you have any hair, it's going to be excessive. The detailing was an ok job. There were streaks and areas in exterior paint especially near plates where wax dried and wasn't wiped. There was very little detail paid to cleaning the dash, and fuzz from the rags was left behind. Door jambs weren't wiped or cleaned. Stickers weren't removed. Windows had smears in the corners where dirt gets trapped. Leather seats looked as if they had been washed with soap and water and the soap dried on it, whereas before cleaning the seats were shiny. The car did however smell good and looked like it had a basic cleaning done, similar to if you had done it yourself. The carpets were lifted and lightly cleaned. Since most other detail places averaged around $250 for basic detailing, $150 might seem like a good deal. If you're looking for a true detail though, this isn't the shop I'd pick.

There was no sign or person to direct me to which lane I was to go in when I pulled up. Got pressured in to packages when I told him I had to talk to my husband first and about us needing multiple vehicles washed. Pulled up and the girl directing me acted like she didn't even want to be there. I got thru the car wash, and was not even given towels to dry off with. Pulled away to across street and realized that my van didn't even get cleaned completely! Half of my window didn't even get cleaned. I can do a better job myself or at another full service car wash.

I feel like this place could not care less about their jobs. Both times I’ve been here the person directing was lacking any interest in doing their job. Yes the machine cleans your car and you have the option to do the vacuums and such, but the customer service is awful. He’s to getting new rims bc the guys directions do NOTHING

Chris did a great job, and he was so flexible with timing, taking note of upcoming winter weather in hopes that I could enjoy my car staying clean and salt free a little longer! He was very knowledgeable and noted scratches on the exterior ahead of time. We chose not to do the ceramic coating this time, but he said if we do in the future he could help make them less noticeable! Disappointing Experience at Mister Carwash I recently visited Mister Carwash and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Firstly, the service was incredibly slow. I waited much longer than expected, even though the car wash wasn’t particularly busy. When it was finally my turn, the staff seemed rushed and inattentive, which led to a subpar wash. Moreover, the quality of the wash itself was disappointing. There were still visible spots and dirt left on my car, which defeats the purpose of going to a car wash in the first place. I expected a thorough cleaning, but it felt more like a quick rinse. To make matters worse, I encountered a lack of customer service. When I brought up my concerns to the staff, they were dismissive and did not offer any solutions or apologies. This lack of professionalism was frustrating and made me feel unvalued as a customer. Overall, my experience at Mister Carwash was not what I expected. I will not be returning and would not recommend this service to others. There are plenty of other car washes that provide better service and care for their customers.

I have been to the Bettendorf location a few times. This last time 02/24/25 I received scratches on my car. They’re along the drivers side as well. So disappointing. The staff is great, but the service is horrible.

SAD! I stopped coming here because the service was getting worse. It's been a few months and I figured I would stop by today for a quick wash. I bought the $22 wash but wish I paid the 10 bucks instead. I live around the corner and parked in the garage. Just look at the pics, dirt all over the back and at the bottom of the car. Only 2 rims were wiped down but the passenger side not even touched. Definitely won't be back again. What a waste of money. SAD!

Never again. Normally I wash my own cars, but it was superbowl Sunday, so I figured I'd stop for a quick wash. Pull up and get the best one they have at $38. It comes with interior vacuum and window cleaning. Nope! Windows are streaky and still have prints (grandkids). I didn't expect them to be perfect, but I don't think they touched them. Their hand dry is a joke, I mean they did get it dry, but don't use lint free cloths so now I have red lint all over the vehicle. Just terrible and shoddy all around. Will never be back! Windows are hard to see the prints/streaks in the pictures but they are there.

3 star —> 5 star review Original 3 star review: I guess you get what you pay for. $5 car wash didn’t get all the gravel dust off my black car, but I can’t say I’m surprised. I’d still rather go through this touchless car wash than one that could potentially scratch my car. Update: I have continued to go to this car wash and have had better results. I think the reason my first wash didn’t go so well was because I had a lot of gravel dust. Also, I think I pulled forward too far in the car wash and I don’t think it could reach my car. There was also a guy working here that came up to my window to help. He was super nice!

Inside lighting shuts off before the sun has risen enough to light the stalls. It's hard to wash a car in the dark! The selector switch in stall closest to the change machine (that DOSENT ACCEPT $20 DOLLAR BILLS) is loose so you think you are on rinse and instead you are soaping up the car again, wasting time and money, just hit the kwik star down the street to the west, they have an automatic car wash that is serviced WEEKLY!!!

Watch your personal information and cards. I somehow ended up spending 40 dollars for an exterior wash. I asked for inside/outside. Got the 27 ceramic (which is exterior only)on my receipt. I originally handed a guy my debit card and he informed me it would be at the overhead door and id have to drive around on my way out. This breaks terms for Visa and MasterCard. Anyway I didn't like this and have him two twenties. Again somewhat weird, my change is again at the overhead door around the front.... (I went through my wash and then realized I was only getting a exterior)I tipped a few dollars. When I did drive around no one was present and no one to give change. The intake employee was hell bent on offering me a wash program. I quickly indicated I was not interested today. Based on his demeanor, I assume they are beaten if they fail to sell enough programs. I hope the albeit shady behavior is appreciated. I will be rethinking my car wash needs next time. P.s. I'm calling MasterCard and Visa to have this location audited for breach of their terms.

Went through this car wash if you want to call it that…Back window and pretty much entire rear hatch completely covered with I guess is a cleaning chemical that didn’t get entirely rinsed off..Rocker panels all around the bottom of vehicle completely dirty still..Wheel wells are all still full of road salt. For their top of the line $30 wash I expect better results!..Certainly not happy Thx

I had a coffee stain on the front passenger floor board that had been there for about 6 months .... I did not think they’d be able to completely get it out, but you can not tell there was anything there at all!!! Wonderful job.

Had a very pleasant experience with BLV detailing. Heather and Brandon are great at what they do. They keep up to date with you and your car and treat your car as if it's their own baby. They were able to clay bar off some spray paint that I had on my Jeep and it came out very nicely. I swear they gave my car an extra 50 horsepower after detailing it.

I came to the owner of BLV Detailing with filthy ivory cloth seats and dog hair in places I couldn’t even see. He helped me customize the package that worked best for what I needed and my budget. I expected maybe a 70% yield from my seats and when he finished they looked brand new.
