I got my car as a gift and it really needed a cleaning. I dropped it off at 8 in the morning and didn’t get it back till 5 pm for it to not feel very clean at all. I only wanted the interior cleaned such as the vents carpets and ceiling which all came back not clean. I’m not sure what they took all day to clean. There is dust still everywhere and weird stuff in my vents I wanted out that wasn’t even touched. I took everything out of my car nothing in my center council and that was not ever looked at or whipped at all I simply went home and got a wet cloth and it came up easily.

First off, I hate giving businesses bad ratings, that being said, being disappointed with the service I got on my first visit is an understatement, went in for a full service as the interior needed a good cleaning, my truck came off almost as dirty as it was before, they only water the floor mats, a lousy vacuum to the seats, and quick pass with a rag. This was a ripoff, not the way to run a business, I've gotten way better cleaning for half the price. This was a scam, I did not received the service I paid for, never going back.

I called around to a few places that I’ve had window tinting and work done on a few of my cars. Called these guys up they quoted me a good price and I went with it. I’m a car guy and you can tell these guys are to. Witch is nice and made me feel like they cared personally about my car and they treated it with respect. As if it was there own. Much better experience than taking it to a bigger company hiring on any kids that say they can work on cars and detail. These guys took pride in there work and I would recommend them to anything. I was not impressed with the quality of wash I received at the W. Kimberly location. I tried the Works and my vehicle was still dirty afterwards. For a car wash that offers soft touch with multiple stages of cleaning and hand drying, it definitely should not have missed any spots and come out much cleaner. I really disliked the fact I had to take my car back through an automatic wash just to get the tire dressing off that splattered all down the sides. The automatic cleaned better at half the cost.

East Kimberly in Davenport is the best! After multiple lack luster experiences elsewhere, East Kimberly saved my membership there. Had a van detailed, was quoted $130, but when van was finished they tacked on $20 extra claiming excessive pet hair. Which really must mean, if you have any hair, it's going to be excessive. The detailing was an ok job. There were streaks and areas in exterior paint especially near plates where wax dried and wasn't wiped. There was very little detail paid to cleaning the dash, and fuzz from the rags was left behind. Door jambs weren't wiped or cleaned. Stickers weren't removed. Windows had smears in the corners where dirt gets trapped. Leather seats looked as if they had been washed with soap and water and the soap dried on it, whereas before cleaning the seats were shiny. The car did however smell good and looked like it had a basic cleaning done, similar to if you had done it yourself. The carpets were lifted and lightly cleaned. Since most other detail places averaged around $250 for basic detailing, $150 might seem like a good deal. If you're looking for a true detail though, this isn't the shop I'd pick.

Took my 2008 Buick Lucerne to be detailed. I get my car detailed every year, however my wheels were really in rough shape. My car came out absolutely awesome and I would highly recommend QC Shine Shop. My car looked brand new. Jeff paid attention to every possible detail. BAD Customer service. I've gone to this car wash many times. Service quality is up and down, mainly referring to the main tunnel. In the other bays you get what you get assuming they are all functioning. Today I went through the main tunnel. No one sprayed or scrubbed at the entryway, and half way through i noticed the central portion of the wash was not operating. I called to make sure they knew about it. That's when I was informed that they "knew and I should have a nice day, goodbye." Why they are still operating and charging full price, not letting their customers know there is an issue, is a crime. They should at least let people know, shut it down, or offer a voucher. It just seemed like they don't care. Pay for a wash and car not even fully clean. So off to another car wash I go....

That line for the first day of 50 degrees weather was wrapped around like an ANACONDA! 3 hours later, I returned to the same anaconda situation but the wait was definitely worth it. Usually, the back windows don’t get clean which is why I use the self service bays but I’m definitely impressed. Now, I’m probably gonna have to get a monthly membership. Disappointing Experience at Mister Carwash I recently visited Mister Carwash and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Firstly, the service was incredibly slow. I waited much longer than expected, even though the car wash wasn’t particularly busy. When it was finally my turn, the staff seemed rushed and inattentive, which led to a subpar wash. Moreover, the quality of the wash itself was disappointing. There were still visible spots and dirt left on my car, which defeats the purpose of going to a car wash in the first place. I expected a thorough cleaning, but it felt more like a quick rinse. To make matters worse, I encountered a lack of customer service. When I brought up my concerns to the staff, they were dismissive and did not offer any solutions or apologies. This lack of professionalism was frustrating and made me feel unvalued as a customer. Overall, my experience at Mister Carwash was not what I expected. I will not be returning and would not recommend this service to others. There are plenty of other car washes that provide better service and care for their customers.

This paint job was brand new in the summer. I have not taken a brush to it. I thought this was a touch-less car wash (my mistake). But after I went through, the entire car is full of swirls and scratches. None of this was here before. The car went from perfect to ugly in one wash. That shouldn’t happen after one wash even with it being a brush wash.

Evrything A M A Z I N G !! They did a very good job, they give you advice about the needs they see regarding your car, in this case they gave me good advice apart from the fact that my truck looks new and leaves an excellent smell. We had always hired other people but they did not comply with the " interior detail "that they referred to. However, they did a perfect job, they accommodated everything and they treat you with a lot of respect and take care of your car and every detail.

Had a very pleasant experience with BLV detailing. Heather and Brandon are great at what they do. They keep up to date with you and your car and treat your car as if it's their own baby. They were able to clay bar off some spray paint that I had on my Jeep and it came out very nicely. I swear they gave my car an extra 50 horsepower after detailing it.

SAD! I stopped coming here because the service was getting worse. It's been a few months and I figured I would stop by today for a quick wash. I bought the $22 wash but wish I paid the 10 bucks instead. I live around the corner and parked in the garage. Just look at the pics, dirt all over the back and at the bottom of the car. Only 2 rims were wiped down but the passenger side not even touched. Definitely won't be back again. What a waste of money. SAD!

Never again. Normally I wash my own cars, but it was superbowl Sunday, so I figured I'd stop for a quick wash. Pull up and get the best one they have at $38. It comes with interior vacuum and window cleaning. Nope! Windows are streaky and still have prints (grandkids). I didn't expect them to be perfect, but I don't think they touched them. Their hand dry is a joke, I mean they did get it dry, but don't use lint free cloths so now I have red lint all over the vehicle. Just terrible and shoddy all around. Will never be back! Windows are hard to see the prints/streaks in the pictures but they are there.

There was no sign or person to direct me to which lane I was to go in when I pulled up. Got pressured in to packages when I told him I had to talk to my husband first and about us needing multiple vehicles washed. Pulled up and the girl directing me acted like she didn't even want to be there. I got thru the car wash, and was not even given towels to dry off with. Pulled away to across street and realized that my van didn't even get cleaned completely! Half of my window didn't even get cleaned. I can do a better job myself or at another full service car wash.

I feel like this place could not care less about their jobs. Both times I’ve been here the person directing was lacking any interest in doing their job. Yes the machine cleans your car and you have the option to do the vacuums and such, but the customer service is awful. He’s to getting new rims bc the guys directions do NOTHING

Inside lighting shuts off before the sun has risen enough to light the stalls. It's hard to wash a car in the dark! The selector switch in stall closest to the change machine (that DOSENT ACCEPT $20 DOLLAR BILLS) is loose so you think you are on rinse and instead you are soaping up the car again, wasting time and money, just hit the kwik star down the street to the west, they have an automatic car wash that is serviced WEEKLY!!!

3 star —> 5 star review Original 3 star review: I guess you get what you pay for. $5 car wash didn’t get all the gravel dust off my black car, but I can’t say I’m surprised. I’d still rather go through this touchless car wash than one that could potentially scratch my car. Update: I have continued to go to this car wash and have had better results. I think the reason my first wash didn’t go so well was because I had a lot of gravel dust. Also, I think I pulled forward too far in the car wash and I don’t think it could reach my car. There was also a guy working here that came up to my window to help. He was super nice!

Darren was a pleasure to work with from start to finish! Everything went very smooth dealing with our insurance company. They only had my car for 4 days, and I was very happy with the work they did! Okay, so the wash was great, vacuums were great, however I do wish the car places would have a smaller, flexible top for tighter spaces on the vacuums. The young man who checked us in, signed us up, was friendly, fun and helpful. The entrance and exit was easy to navigate. The promotional deal was great. If you can go 4 times a month, then the monthly plan would be worth it.

Paid $14 for a wash here just to have to come home and reclean the entire vehicle. There was still gunk and bugs caked all over the car. I usually come hee because it's fairly cheap but it did not do a good job at all. Spent 1/2 hour re-cleaning my car.
