I’m very happy with the way my car turned out. Although I didn’t get the mobile service, I only had to drive my car a few blocks. There was great communication and transparency throughout the process. My headlights turned out great, my car smelled fantastic, and he even got 10 year old stains out of my headliner. I would definitely recommend his services to others and will be bringing him more business in the future.

I just bought a car from someone and it was dusty and pretty dirty. I asked for a level 2 and Tyler went out of his way to make sure that my car was deeply clean because I have 9.5 month old twins. June 6: I was there by 7:15am 15min wait I was next into the wash. Got a veterans discount they did a great job cleaning the inside air blowing in places vacuuming through out cleaned the floor mats and let me know when they were done. Probably the best in CB Iowa.

I would like to shout out Jacky! I’ve had a membership at Russell Speeders for years and I’m just not happy with the quality of the wash, repeated damage to my vehicle or the amenities. Jacky answered all of my question with enthusiasm and provided alternate options for payment than are posted as I left my card at home. I was able to prepay my membership with cash, multiple months in advance. The additional details and knowledgeability about the services and memberships was refreshing and helpful and I know the customer service, should an issue come up, will be great. I appreciate not only feeling valued but also like my business is appreciated. Worst wash ever. $123 for this. Looked clean when wet, drove 160 miles to newton and while fueling this is how it is. Paid for all the extras besides citrus on my wheels and tanks. Truck, trailer, engine, and rain x on both. Based out of Omaha, and usually they do a decent job. Guess Stevie Wonder was running my wash bay this morning.

People who have a good experience here must be lucky. This is my 3rd time at this location. I really needed them, and they really let me down in such a bad way. I had a load, picking up at 230 in Omaha 16 min away. It was 11, so I figured I had time. It's true that there were 6 trucks ahead of me, so I figured maybe 1 hour 30 min, maybe 2 , that would leave me 1.5 hours to make it in time. Didn't make it. They took 30+ minutes on every trailer, including mine. I got to my pickup at 3:17. After pleading with the shipper and explaining showing the receipt they cut me a break. Put the trailer in a door and it failed inspection. They questioned wether or not it was washed at all. Saying they still found debris from previous load. I'm not even angry I'm just truly disappointed and not at all impressed with this location. Lost the load, lost my wash fee and now stuck for the weekend with nothing

Don't waste your time trying to book with MJS Detailing. I had an appointment at 9 am 7/23/24. No one showed and I didn't hear from anyone until 2:35 PM, despite leaving a voicemail and a FB message. Matthew messaged me to say that his employee was a no-show and offered to personally come detail my car the following day for free. We made new plans for 9 am on 7/24/24. At 8:50 am he sent me a message saying, "I’m so sorry to ask this but is there anyway I could push you further back today?" I asked what time and at 10:26 he said he could be there around 2 PM (5 hours later than originally scheduled). I needed my car by 5 PM and said I didn't think this would work. I didn't hear back until 1 PM when he said 2 is the soonest he could be there. At 2:07 PM he said he was running late. Around 3 PM he came to my house, looked at the van, said he wouldn't have time to clean it today, and left. He said he really wanted to clean the van for me and asked for a 3rd chance. He said he had his entire day Friday open and that he'd be there at 8 am. I gave a 3rd chance, it is now 4 PM Friday, and I have not heard a word from him all day. I left 1 Facebook message and one voicemail with no response. I am in shock that someone would run a business like this.

Mathew is a great kid and love his almost ‘OCD’ detailing of his work, he always puts that little extra touch that makes his work outshine his competitors. If there’s an error or misunderstanding, he’s always willing to do whatever it takes to correct it, for that I give him an A+ besides the fact that he comes to the home is a plus! . I have had the unlimited car wash for a couple months. Never have I been able to use it for a car wash. One time there was an attendant that turned the car wash on for me. I have called and left messages to cancel and get a refund, however no one seems to bother to call me back, and there answering service is a joke might as well just have a voicemail. So after paying $30 a month for unlimited car washes I spend another $13 for the works wash since it wont work and this is the result.

Honestly, I’m incredibly frustrated with this car wash. I took my brand new Jeep Wrangler (only had it two weeks) here to wash it three and a half weeks ago. The hose for the express dryer come off and damaged my hood and front passenger side fender. I’ve called three times and reported this, and they’ve said three times that it would get forwarded as an emergency as I’ve called numerous times. I haven’t received an email, text, or phone call. All I want is for my $60k car is to get fixed! I wouldn’t recommend Gorilla Car Wash in general due to this severe lack of diligence, actual customer service, and frankly - negligence. 0/5 stars if I could.

I drive a fancy sports car, so I prefer touch-free car washes. This is great place, however they only have 1 bay, so there is always a line of cars out to the street, all afternoon, evening, and even at times such as after 8PM at night. I hope they can build another automatic bay someday to help the flow of traffic

Ernesto did a WONDERFUL job on our Bronco and the price was outstanding also. We needed it done in a tight time window and he fit us in same day. Highly recommend. You do need to pay with cash or check but that is understandable... Paying credit card fees cuts into your businesses bottom line.

Nice little self service car wash. Stalls are very clean and located in a nice area. Price is $3.00 per wash for 4 minutes, which is decent. The owner is very nice and he gave us a window cleansing wet wipe for free and it cleaned the inside of my car windows shiny and streak free. I would go here again and I would recommend this car wash for a quick affordable wash for any vehicle.

I had an amazing experience at Tommy’s Express Car Wash! The facility is clean, modern, and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and professional, and the car wash itself was quick but thorough. I can not fathom how expensive this location has gotten. I used to be able to wash a full size SUV for $20 by hand. I got my current crossover soaped once around and the machine shut off without warning and the final charge was nearly $12, using the card reader. Restated the machine to use the brush and it wasn't long enough to reach the wheels on the opposing side and the hose was continuously trying to lay against the wall. Won't be back. Calling didn't see to help because they didn't want to shut down the bay.

Edit: Wanting to make people aware, no one ended up reaching out to me from this business. I was going to try out their car wash to see if that was where they were getting all their good reviews, but their lack of customer service and follow through makes me doubt it’s worth my time. I purchased a used vehicle, so the next day I brought it in for a full interior clean. ($170 +tax/tip.) The carpets had already been cleaned by the dealership, but needed vacuuming. It mainly needed a good cleaning in all the cup holders, knobs etc. When I came to pick it up, they had me pay inside first while waiting for the tech to come show me the car.. my mistake. When I went to put in the kids car seat, I noticed the backseat leather was shiny, but not wiped down at all! It looked like they sprayed it but didn’t actually clean anywhere! The same junk in the crevices, dark smudge on the back of the drivers seat, and what looked to be dog hair stuck around the interior! That was not there before, so I’m guessing a rag used in a previous car quickly went over it but not in ANY grooves. I went in and told him, and he took the car back in. He literally just wiped the one spot I showed him even though I said I didn’t think anyone even actually deep cleaned it. I took it home upset and had to re-clean the whole thing myself. The pictures show just some of the areas I found that hadn’t even been touched. They didn’t even open the glove compartment since it was still full of dust inside. I can’t believe how terrible of a job they did for what I paid. If I could do zero stars I would. No vacuuming around the pedals, or wiping those down either. My 8 year old son told me to let him clean it next time and he would put in more effort.

Dissatisfied with wash and customer service !! I had “the works” car wash today and was really disappointed with the quality of the wash. My wheels were not cleaned at all and the chrome trim around my car looks dirty. I don’t expect it detailed clean but for $49.99 I expect visible dirt to be gone. When I walked up to the young man who just wiped off my car I looked at the trim and said something and he said it wipes off but didn’t wipe it off. When I got home I noticed my wheels all looked terrible. I decided to call Cornhusker auto and tell them about my experience instead of leaving a review and I was told “we got new machine 6 months ago that does wheels and tires, we don’t do them by hand anymore so sometimes they look messed up “ ( which by the way the works does say hand dry rims and tires but I guess it doesn’t matter if they are still dirty ). I told her I called instead of leaving a review .. I wanted to give them the chance to make it right. At least let me come get my wheels cleaned for free ? Based on my experience with her alone I don’t want to spend my money there again maybe they don’t need my business.. my husband does the monthly club they may lose two of us. Kind of sad I have taken my vehicles there for over 10 years, love to support a family owned business but feeling salty today .

I purchased this car about a year ago. When I got her, she was supposed to just be a nice, cheap daily driver, and after an engine and a transmission being replaced in my "driveway" plus parts totaling to about $8k, I felt she needed a little love, since clearly the previous owners did not love her. Hometown did an amazing job bringing the shine back to my car! I contacted them via messages by Google and I was immediately taken care of! Brian, the owner, is a great guy, Amanda was super nice and helpful and Michael made my Sentra look like the $8k she's cost me! I had numerous paint flaws and Michael worked around them masterfully and I doubt this poor car has ever seen a buffer in it's life prior to today! 10/10 would absolutely recommend Hometown Detailing! (The floor mats came from a car in U-Pull It and we're FAR worse than that prior to being cleaned. They were heavily stained with oil and who knows what else but now are soft and thanks to the carpet extraction they actually STICK to the carpet and don't slide all over)
